I love me some panda express. Inusually like to take chinese food once a week as a treat on Wednesdays. I live close by and I am happy about this location. I like the service here and a building is pretty cool. Good food, good staff, clean - is most important part. I hat it when the place is dirty for real... in Los Angeles they pht grades on the restaurants depending on a quility of the place. And dirtyness is always a big factor. They should atart doing that in Bay Area for sho! Anyways this place is clean, so I am happy about that. Gladly come here on Wednesdays. Recomending!

By my personal experience I do not understand the 3.8 star rating. The service is great...in the evenings anyway. The food in the trays may sometimes need refreshing but the staff is always accommodating to make it fresh. I didn't give the food a 5 because let's face it...pre-made food is never as good as everything fresh to order but the food is tasty and let us not forget we are not at a sit down restaurant.. once again the staff has been great!

Definitely have the game in service and quality! The team here is also very welcoming, if they are ever low food, just ask them what you’re looking for and they will give you a time when it will be ready. They stay pretty good at being consistent keeping everything filled.

The food is the classic Panda you've known and loved...orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp...nomm nomm. The staff has been extremely courteous to me at this location on numerous visits. One time they even went out of their way to make my day a little brighter. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, sitting on the corner of a busy intersection you can watch the world go by as you relax with your meal....

Double order of Chile Fried Shrimp with all veggies, no rice- really good and I can tell myself it’s pretty healthy eating too! Nice staff who smile and try to get the job done even though they’re short staffed. I’ll be back, for sure.

Depends which time you’re going here, sometimes it’s good, sometimes is tastes like the food has been sitting there for a while. But overall, the one in Novato is 40x better than the one in San Rafael!

I've primarily gone at night using the mobile ap to order as well as driving over to order from inside. As a tip going inside the store is the best method to ensuring your food is nice and warm when you order. Staff is friendly and the location and parking are good.

Usually the rice/chow mein at other PE's is overflowing, and they heap on the entrees. Some servers here do, most don't. As others have mentioned the soda fountain is often out of options, sometimes they are missing foods so you either have to wait about 10 minutes, or make a second choice (1st world problems). Seldomly the staff makes you feel welcome and part of the family, other times it's obvious they'd rather not be there. The tables aren't always clean and the bathrooms are not well kept, but at least they are there!

As Panda Express goes this one is very nice inside and has a really big space for people to sit down and even a more roomy looking serving area. The staff is very fast and attentive but does not make you feel rushed. The young lady helping me was kind enough to agree with and even recommend I try samples of some new things because she thought I would enjoy it. Indeed I did, what friendly staff! The whole experience puts this as one of the best Panda Expresses I have been to. I cannot give it a perfect score because it is still the cheap and fast Chinese we are all used to in the United States, but for twice to three times the cost of an actual Chinese owned and run local restaurant. Why Panda? How is that possible with your mighty corporate magics? Is it greed? I don't know, but great job on hiring some cheery, friendly, hardworking staff.

I love Panda Express so does my daughter it's the best fast food you can get and they stay open pretty late depending on which one you go to.

I love their "fast food" take on Chinese food especially as I'm sensitive to MSG. The ladies working at the Petaluma location are always friendly and helpful. The Novato location has a young man named Gabriel that is also very friendly and helpful, whenever he serves me I know I'm going to be well taken care of. Thanks to both locales I appreciate your graciousness at a job that's got to be hard work.

If you get what's freshly cooked it's great. The old stuff not so good. They seemed understaffed last time I was there. We waited in line almost 10 minutes and gave up. We went and had sit down Chinese and ended up faster.

Most foods were empty and portions were substantially smaller than other recent visits in different cities and states.

I started to do an order via Uber Eats. Tye first thing I noticed was $19.99 Delivery Fee. I backed out of that one, although I am looking for s bit of healthier food. WOULD SET'S THE DELIVERY FEE. I damn near passed out. Thank you!

First noticed the floor being sticky, reminded me of eating at cheaper hawker food centers (in Singapore). Chinese fast food, non remarkable, usual same tasting food. Customer service was lax (mostly young servers). I had to point out a food display tray that was empty so I can order it and waited a few minutes while they cooked.

Food can sometimes be off which isn't ok for how pricey it is. I've had crunchy rice and terribly dried out meat but I've also had very tasty and fresh food. It's basically a gamble how the food will be

I go get takeout from here often. They routinely stop cooking new food 45-60 minutes before closing, leaving few options for customers coming in during that time. The staff the refuses to cook more of requested dishes. Really unhelpful.

Rude servers! I order multiple plates and they asked if I need a bag, really? are you that stupid or just trying to save a few cents!? Then the other server put my orders in a bag and walked away to serve other customers. I had to reach over to take my food! Stay away from this place. There are other Panda Express who serve their customers better!

Amidst this pandemic our country is going through....i decided on Panda Express for lunch. Walked up to order my food, lady stated she would not take my order without "face covering". I walked to my tryck put on my mask and ordered my food. Lady was kinda bothered as I heard her previous customer interaction. I am handed my food... out comes the cook from the back carring a pan full of cooked food with no facial protection or gloves! WTH?

Slowest lazy, tattoo showoff working girls. I was at this location on 09/25/19 at 3:15 pm. It was 80 degrees inside. Finally had it waiting, couldn't wait ! I left without ordering.

Today we went to eat there, the food is very bad, everything is cold and the Orange Chicken is super hard, you couldn't chew it. I'm not coming back to this place.

Normally i love to stop here but tonight i came in at 9:15pm and there was almost nothing left!!Chow Mein was hard and stuck together! Broccoli was gross!!Over all bad!!

Rude staff!!! They forget your order and make you repeat yourself multiple times and the order will still be wrong. Would highly advise going elsewhere...

If it were up to me, I would give it 0 stars, I will never go back to this place in my life. the people there are very rude. there was a fat girl that I asked for the order and she kept repeating the same thing to me something that I had not asked for and making some gestures in her face, so I left it that way. She did not understand what I was trying to ask of her because she got annoyed and told the other guy to take care of my order , after ,when I go to pay she whispered something in his ear and he laughed . I would have wanted her to tell me to my face.. I hope they both get fired. If your life is so miserable, you shouldn't spread that to other people. I left very upset..

As I waited for the food they said it would be 7 minutes for the chicken to be ready. 15 minutes later they played it up the chicken. My rice was cold. The fresh noodles that they were supposed to give me was like a half order. So after seeing my dish I went back and asked for more rice and more noodles and they basically threw them on the plate and sit here. Take it. Worst experience ever, I don't think I'll go back to that panda ever again. I hope whoever reads this can make changes in regarding the employees attitude regarding courteousness politeness, eye contact and maybe a smile wouldn't hurt. If I could give them half stars I would give them half stars. Worst experience ever. And they played it up my rice while everything else was cooking. That's why it was so cold. And of course before the service was rendered I did donate a dollar to their cause. Got no. Thank you. No anything new management team new district manager or at least make aware that these are the things that are going on in the Novato Panda Express.

You ask for a fork in your to go order and they do not give you one instead they point at the forks, I understand if they don't automatically provide a fork due to policy but if I explicitly ask you for a fork and you don't give me one that's just poor service
