Very friendly but very slow service. No one seems to be interested in trying to serve customers as quickly as possible. It’s quicker to drive to the Starbucks in Las Juntas. Also, the drinks are not consistent.

Starbucks is a Starbucks. Notorious for long waits at this location in Gringolandia but hey .....this is Mexico. Chill and enjoy. Outdoor seating is covered and a good place to relax, meet new friends and reconnect with old acquaintances. Bathrooms are in sunset market.

We have been going to this location for 25 years. The service and food has greatly changed for the worse. Coffee was luke warm,they were out of sugar, not as good food options, lousy attitude by the staff. Hope they can change it back to what it was.

Hola mi amigo Cómo estás ? I'm not a Starbucks fan. My friends went there. It was very clean, and the servers were Koool and spoke pretty good English. I, on the other hand, I'm not a very good tourist, I know a few words, but I need to learn Spanish if I'm to go back. The people were absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed my stay. I would move to Mexico

Coffee drinks are weak. A latte is mostly milk. Cappuccino is like a weak latte and so on. But the real problem with this location is the incredibly slow service. They have 5 staff behind the counter. They all look at you and don't step to the cash to help you. So you just stand there until one of them finally decides to take your order. Then there is only one very slow person making the drinks. Just one. It is usually a he. He moves so slowly it takes him on average 5 to 7 minutes to make a single drink. I started writing this review as I sat down to wait for my tall Americano. Still waiting after 7 minutes and counting. I have been here many times and it is always the same. Starbucks headquarters need to fire all the staff here starting with the manager. My simple americano took 12 minutes of waiting.

This was the 3rd time they are running out of sandwich or desserts on display and never remove it. The place isn't clean and very slow but staff always chatting in the room. Assign a manager and get the staff to be efficient and clean the place.

I ordered via Rappi and Starbucks failed. Two panini sandwiches where the bread was soaking wet; why would they offer to go if they can't offer appropriate packaging? Was disgusting. Then the Cesar's salad, hardly fresh... See picture.

I ordered a frapuchino like I always do but it was extremely sweet. I went back and let the guy know so he made a second one with no 0 sugar and very strong. I told him he said he put a little bit. I ended no drinking it at all because it taste horrible. Very dissapointed.
