There's beach bars and there's beach bars! This place is a real gem amongst them. What a great time we had, thanks to you all for feeding us so well and coping with my lack of Spanish! To be honest we are booking somewhere to stay nearby for a couple of days now on the strength of our experience!! (The zambarinas are my weakness)

We stopped by right when they opened (on our way to Punta de Fuciño do Porco) and were able to reserve a table for our group of five later that afternoon. Glad we did! The fish platter was delicious - fresh and straightforward, perfectly cooked. I wish we had time to go back another day so that we could get the seafood rice dish, which you have to book in advance.

A spectacular place, right next to the beach, you have to visit. Scallops Razor clams Mussels Thanks to the owner for his hospitality, kindness, and kind gesture. We'll be back for the seafood paella or "seafood with rice." And we did, and it didn't disappoint. "Seafood with Rice" was simply spectacular. All I'm going to say is, make a reservation and enjoy yourself.

We called to make a reservation for lunch in the morning and they were very friendly, giving us the option of eating inside or outside; we chose outside. For our meal, we opted for the grilled fish platter and, as a starter, some Padrón peppers. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect. Julio was very kind to us.

Reservations are required; later you'll understand why (it's packed). The food was excellent, and the service was brilliant, even with the dogs (they brought them water without asking). Despite the crowds, the service was fast. The portions were adequate and the price was reasonable, even in August and right on the beach. You can tell the produce is fresh and of high quality. The homemade desserts were spectacular. Parking for guests… We traveled as a group, three vans, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for your service!!!

The service was quick and very friendly, the food plentiful and of good quality. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak season. One of the best in the area; I'd definitely return.

We went there on Mother's Day for dinner. The food and service were excellent. Every mother received fresh potted flowers. However, the coffee was not made to order and was served almost cold.

Incredible fish and sooooo fresh. Arrive early and reserve a table. It's full every lunchtime. We discovered later that the chef/owner also owns a fish mongers....which explains their amazing fresh fish. Great service, great wine. Great value.

El sábado que fuimos, estaba a tope, no cabía nadie más, no pudimos comer allí, pero cierto es que no tuvimos la precaución de llamar para reservar, que creo que es posible, y llegamos muy tarde pensando que estaría vacío. La playa es paradisíaca. Actualización Julio 2025. Un año después SI hemos reservado previamente y como sospechábamos, se come de lujo, delicioso todos los productos gallegos que hemos comido y que veis en las fotos de este año. A destacar que los camareros son muy buenos profesionales, mención especial a Javi que es quien nos atendió. Muy recomendable para pasar el día en una preciosa playa e irte bien comido.

We stumbled upon it by chance, on our way to some of the area's viewpoints, and unfortunately without a reservation, so we had to settle for tapas at the bar. What we ate was delicious and well-cooked, and the other diners' dishes all looked very appetizing, especially the fish. Direct access to a beautiful beach.

El chiringuito está en un entorno precioso pero no se ve el mar ni la playa ni nada que te haga sentir que estás en un chiringuito de playa.Está en el aparcamiento allí hay mal olor, polvo que levantan los coches y mucho ruido. Las mesas están colocadas de forma caótica y los camareros estresados como un pollo sin cabeza. La comida está rica pero es muy escasa . El servicio mal , 2 horas para comer calamares y choquitos a la plancha. Mucha fama pero hay lugares en las cercanías mucho más acogedores bonitos y limpios .No lo recomiendo.

We were very disappointed. We went specifically during our trip to Galicia, recommended by a friend as one of the must-visit places to eat. The place is cozy, full of locals, right on the beach, and with very friendly staff. Everything pointed to an excellent experience. But we missed one important detail: the Roman-style squid dish. It was fried in the same oil in which, moments before, they had cooked peppers for another table, and that completely ruined the flavor of the dish. We're sure the product was good, but the taste was lost. What a shame, because when things aren't taken care of in the kitchen, even the best ingredients and the best atmosphere can end up leaving a bad memory. I hope they take this into account, because we truly believe the place has a lot of potential.

Very bad experience and I found it strange because the customers at 9p per cent were local, seafood at 5, mussels unopened more than half, I told the waiter several times without any result, barnacles nothing to eat dwarfs not the next clams the same hard squid total disappointment and a scam, I forgot the razor clams are not razor clams

Horrible staff, awful people shouting at my girlfriend for no reason, wouldn’t serve her and then when they did finally agree they refused to serve both of us. Terrible place.
