Food is ok. Place was dirty. Bathroom was awful! There was a terrible smell by the entrance.

It was ok burger and ok service. But they really need to do something about restroom.(It smells bad)

The food was very good, great seasoning. I decided to stop by and buy some because I don't usually buy many hamburgers, but that day I thought, "I'll stop by and buy three cheeseburgers: one for my son, one for my husband, and one for me." I was halfway through when my husband pulled a very long hair in his teeth 🤮. I just want to give my opinion that they should be more careful with their hygiene.

They were in the weeds with 5 orders at 6:30 on a Tuesday night. Food was great, but not fast

Lady couldn't hook me up with a ranch on a $16 meal... ill just skeep on Carl's next time and go over to the mcdonalds down the street.

I ordered two double big Carls and neither one of them had the sauce or lettuce on them just meat and cheese! I won’t be going back. I live 8 miles away and didn’t want to go back so I ate them anyway very bland the zucchini, and onion rings and the new iced coffees were good but for $39 I expect to have my burgers made right !!!

I placed an order at 10:48pm last night, and I'm assuming they closed at 11--by 1055 the lights were off. When I received my food at 1052, my jalapeño double cheeseburger was room temperature. The cheese would not melt, and the Santa fe sauce and tomato actually cooled the patties as I decided whether to ask for a replacement. When I went through the drive through again, hoping for a hot meal, they did not answer. I have attached two photos of my burger (you can see the cheese isn't melting because the burger isn't warm) as well as a photo of the outside of the building, before 11pm.

I downloaded the app to receive the welcome offer of a free burger with $1 purchase and was not able to redeem. The location advertised and was in agreement and even tried to help me navigate the app to locate the welcome offer and no one was able to find it to apply to my first order using the rewards app.

I asked the lady for a double Big Carl combo like three times and she still gave me the double western bacon cheeseburger. You have one job lady and you don’t even know how to follow simple instructions…

We dined in, and apparently that was the incorrect choice. We waited five minutes to be served. Then the cashier (Guadalupe) and All of her attitude strained to assist us. After another 7 minute wait our food was finally ready. The burger was okay, but not the quality was lacking. The fries were hot, and the best part of the meal. The young woman working the drive thru was polite. We do not have CJ brand in my state. So only when I come home do I get to experience them. This may have been the last time. The food had no chance of overcoming the very rude attitude from the cashier. Plus fighting the numerous flies that came in through the open back door - complete failure!

The lady working the front counter was less than nice..the bathroom that was available was trashed and smelled so bad that we didn't even use it..that with the combo of the woman's poor attitude made the experience pretty rancid lol I'd say go at your own risk 😅

Lousy svc for the money. Lady was unpersonable, unfriendly and couldn't even smile. For someone making $20 an hour, flipping burgers and charging $17 for a medium meal, the least she could do was be friendly. As a visually impaired senior, I expect better. Never going back to Carls jr. In Oakdale, ca. Or any other location.

Every time I order I ask for no cheese (I’m allergic) and they always put cheese.. today I did an online order, half the stuff was wrong and already cold when I got there (at the estimated time of pickup) and the fries were old old. The guy at the window seemed like he hated his job .. I get having bad days but at least follow the order because some people could end up in the hospital with allergic reactions or worse.
