I've been a Red Robin customer and rewards member for many years, have eaten at countless properties and have never had a bad experience until this visit. Fish & Chips on Friday night is my always "go to." The side salad, coleslaw, and fries were all great. Two pieces of fish were hard, not light and flakey as I've come to expect at Red Robin. A third piece was "off" as well. When I told my server, she replied that they have had other complaints about the fish. That would have been useful information because I like their other entrées so my experience may have been different. I'm not asking for any compensation, just please correct the fish. With that said, I may not get it at this location for a while.

We are regular customers...probably go every couple of weeks. Always been satisfied until the last couple of times. The service was outstanding...Alyssa is fantastic. She remembers us each time we come in. Just went Saturday (10/18) and ordered the cheesy fondue burger. It did take a little longer than normal for the food to come out and when it did...I dipped my burger in the the cheese sauce and it was cold. Not lukewarm...cold! They replaced it immediately but the fries were also limp and not hot. Even the new basket of fries was the same. What is happening?? I'll give them another chance but 3 strikes and you're out. Consistency is all I ask for.

Read the reviews. It’s simple. This place actually SUCKS. the food is mediocre, the staff doesn’t care, they can’t take an order correctly to save their lives. Where is management?????! Definitely not helping staff. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. This place is crap. Fire the managers, close the store, move on. Done.

We walked out as we were seated and never attended to. We waited 10mins and never met our waiter only saw busers who said they would get the waiter but never came. As we left i let the hostess know and all she said was that's so weird that's never happen. I had hoped she would try and offer solution to have us stay but she just stared at me so I continued to leave. Ive never had this happen to me 😔

This is the First time coming to the Riverbank Red Robin ! They seemed bothered to even say hello let alone seat us . They said they were only seating in the bar They weren’t even busy and it would be 5 minutes all the tables were dirty in the bar watched everyone standing around..20 min later we still were not seated we ended walking out. seemed not managed well. Ended up at Applebees just come here first ! Great place good food don’t waste your time at Red Robin !

Service was excellent. But…the food: We (me, wife, daughter) all ordered different food and all 3 of us got sick later. I had not been to Red Robin in 3 years. The portions are halved, prices doubled and the “meat” in the hamburgers was a very strange texture. Maybe not beef but soy burgers or insect protein? Just weird. Thin and falling apart. Some how RR is using sone very different odd ingredients. Something just is y right. We will sadly have to stay clear of a restaurant that was once a favorite. Red Robin, bring back real and healthy food. Cut out the Chen food, soy/other meat substitutes for….resl beef!

Biggest waste of a $110 dollars I’ve ever spent, I’ve had better Burgers at Am/Pm, 3 of our 4 meals came out cold after waiting 40 minutes, sent them back and still took 30 minutes to get our food the second time. Bathrooms were filthier than a Gas Station in Oakland, floors were Sticky and no soap or paper towels, overall the place was a Dump, needless to say We’ll never be Back.

I placed an order for Turkey whiskey burgers and did not get Turkey whiskey burgers.I got the regular beast patties which I am totally allergic to. I. Specifically, talk to a lady over the phone and place the order.And it still did not turn out right. I almost had an allergic reaction.I called spoke to Larry.He said he was going to transfer the money back to my account.And I still have not seen it yet.I am so disappointed.

I used grubhub right now to order the Gold Medal Burger from here. I checked off everything I didn’t want on the burger but you guys didn’t put the option to take the bacon off nor was it even in the description when I was ordering it. I’m religious and can’t eat pork. This sucks I paid $30 for my burger to be drenched in bacon greases. Top it off the number for Red Robin went straight to voicemail on two separate phones. By far one of my worst service/food/communication experiences I’ve had ordering from the menu you guys have on the app. That’s not cool.

Omg horrible! Music was super loud and took forever for us to get our appetizer, just pretzel bites! And so skimpy on the fries! Got like 8 most…..burger was so sloppy made and our server did not listen to a word we said as far as our order went, I asked for no avocado….oh and it wasn’t spicy at all….maybe 2 jalapeno pieces….Had to chase her down 2 times, once for refills and on we to get our appetizer after waiting 15 to 20 min. Oh maybe 3 times cuz I got double charged and had to have her fix it. HORRIBLE

Worst pizza ever! Don’t waste your money, no matter how mad you are at Round Table…even if you have a coupon! First, they don’t cut it like a normal pizza…dumb. Second, the toppings weren’t cooked on the hottest pizza. Third, the cheese pizza we ordered was cold. Fourth, even if it was fresh out of the oven, their crust sucks. Little Caesars is way better. Order a burger instead.
