I tried the best bacon croissant in this cafe, it’s very crunchy and taste so good. Also I highly recommend their hot sauce.

The BEST Banana & Peanut butter smoothies! I go here at least 1-2 times a week to get these + they have great food.

I’ve been going the last 2 days for the same thing: Vanilla Latte. The people here are friendly and the latte is actually good. I’d rather support a place like this over Starbucks who can’t get my simple drink right half the time. They have a really creative interior too, it seems people were allowed to just write on the walls which you’d think sounds like an absolute disaster but it’s actually pretty cool, I recommend coming to check it out. This is a pretty cool place.

My favorite Coffee/ breakfast joint to visit downtown. Good people always working, never grumpy... they make amazing coffee and the food is fresh! Definitely recommend checking out if you're looking for something good to get the day started out right.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Ordered Cafe Uccello to cater an event of 25 people at my office and from the communication, the execution and the taste of the food, this place deserves a 15/10. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great the breakfast bagels were. This place has my business for life for how great of a job they did and how wonderful the service was!

Very classic & wonderful cafe with great prices! The owner and staff were very nice and he gave us water when he realized we were eating in, which was sweet. Looking forward to trying the other items!!

Lovely little downtown cafe that serves good coffee and excellent breakfast Croissants (had the ham, egg & cheese).The service was absolutely excellent. I was wondering why the secondary room where you go to sit is so bland. The first part where you order your food is totally cute. Then you go into the seating area and it's acoustic tiles and fluorescent lighting like you would find in a business cubicle. Not exactly relaxing or fun when you're trying to have a coffeehouse experience. I would totally remodel that if I were you. Paint your walls. Something other than a bland white and get rid of the acoustic office ceiling tile. I absolutely hate fluorescent lighting. I mean I hate fluorescent lighting! It would be easy to make that second room cool. Otherwise, great food, good coffee and excellent service. Let me say that again. It was excellent service. I hope you are paying your employees appropriately.

I come here literally every weekend with my girlfriend for their breakfast croissants. They are SO good and the spicy oil they serve with it is to die for. They have a huge selection of lattes which are always really good (the Earl Gray and the Thai tea w Oatmilk are my faves) Also cannot recommend the garlic fries enough!!

Absolute gem, delicious breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and coffee. The folks behind the bar are always smiling and professional, great customer service. Atmosphere is obviously not the greatest dt Oakland but it's still worth it 100 percent to make the trip.

Go around the corner (other room) to see the tables, good coffee, fresh orange movie, bagel with lox, breakfast potatoes. Egg coffee was super sweet.

I liked my croissant with bacon egg and cheese. The berries were fresh. My iced egg coffee was really good too, definitely can’t taste the egg. It’s creamy. My husband had the mushroom burger he gave it a 6/10.

I always get the chai latte and the bacon egg and cheddar bagel, but their smoothies (and everything else) are great too. I love that you can draw on the walls, it makes it feel like a fun community spot. My wife and I come here all the time, lovely place :)

They don’t cheap out on their ingredients and fill it up. Their croissants and bagels are large not the tiny ones. Today I had a steak sandwich and chipotle sauce and it was one of the best steak sandwiches I’ve tried in the Bay Area. I also had their iced latte. So Carmely and PERFECT to the taste buds. Above anything, the ladies and gentleman that work here are extraordinarily nice. They go above and beyond to ensure their quality and kindness shows even during their busy times. Thank you Cafe Uccello for being open on time everyday for us Oaklanders. Definite worth the 5 stars.

Amazing cheese croissant sandwich! Very fast service and yummy food.

I just noticed this cafe a few weeks ago and ordered the egg, onion and spinach croissant but added jalapenos, hot lavender latte for my coworker and iced rose cardamom latte. The croissantwich was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. My rose cardamom latte, though pretty, didn't have a rose flavor but the cardamom flavor was just right! My coworker said she really liked her lavender latte but it also had a rosemary taste to it. The two employees were friendly and there is a hand sanitizer bottle by the door. The decor is pretty cute, too. I'll be back!

Everything was fantastic. The lox bagel sandwich was the best I’ve had and came with a small amount of spicy delicious chili sauce on the side that I loved. The cold brew was similar in quality and I would definitely come back again!

Cool place to enjoy a small meal and coffee. The caramel latte is delicious but my turkey bagel didn't have a whole turkey sausage patty it was more like turkey pieces. The service was excellent and they were super nice.

I love this place. The chillers are awesome. I always want some random flavor combo & it's always on point. The service is my favorite. As much as I go there I don't know the guy at the registers name but he's always so nice. I get the turkey & cheddar a lot

We ordered take out for Cafe Uccello and it was so good! I had the matcha honey latte and it was one of the best matchas I’ve had in a long time. It was take out so I can’t say much about the actual place but the Lox bagel sandwich and matcha latte were *chefs kiss* they gave us chili oil with our sandwich and it was so good but pretty spicy. I’m coming back here when I visit Oakland again.

Nice little cafe with some unique coffee drinks and some delicious breakfast sandwiches. You can do bagel or croissant. The turkey and pepper jack sandwich was very good. I also tried their Egg Coffee which sounded odd at first but it really gave it a unique flavor and some creamy richbess to it which I quite enjoyed. My girlfriend tried the Rose latte which was also tasty. Overall nice little breakfast spot that's also close to Lake Merritt for a nice walk after!
