During my recent visit, I was assisted by a team member named Venay, who provided outstanding service. She took my order with a warm and professional attitude, and ensured that my hamburger was served hot and made to perfection. This location has become my top choice since the Fairfield location closed. I previously had an issue with a past visit, but I spoke with a supervisor about the experience, and Rafael took the time to listen and address my concerns. He was courteous and apologetic, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this location consistently serves the best Carl’s Jr. burgers in the East Bay. I’ve been as far as Fresno, and none compare when it comes to quality and taste. Thank you again, Rafael, for turning my experience around and providing excellent customer service.

Go there every now and then. For what you get, it's expensive. But I like the Big Carl the best. I liked the real big $6 burgers. But these places keep shrinking the proportion sizes so I tend to find it's better to make my own. Money wise. Maybe 9ne day they will comeback with the Original giant $6 burgers but they are all about profits so I doubt it. Besides our government is killing all our crops and livestock using bogus excuses to do so. They plan to create an artificial famine. Trying to depopulate. It's mainly affecting the poor and middle class. The rich keep trying to make a giant divide and eliminate the middle class. They want to rule like god's. But Jehovah will soon clean them off the face and underground of the earth. No place to hide, even 6 miles down underground. Their time is short.

So happy that Carl's Jr has a beyond burger option. It's reasonably priced and you can ask them to leave the mayonnaise and cheese off to make it vegan. Also, Carl's Jr fries are my favorite fries ever!! Thanks for being vegan friendly and accessible. Additionally, I liked this location because the drive through wait was very short, and I wanted to use a coupon but wasn't sure if it was applicable, and the cashier went above and beyond to make sure it worked. ive been going to this store for accouple years now. quality of the food is really exceptionally good. the only problem i can think of is the drive thru is kinda broken. sensors need maintainence. I always have to order from the window in my truck. if they wanted to boost thier drive thru time and ordering they should fix that. instead of stacking up on cars and getting orders mixed up. other then that im enjoying some of there food right now. good. until next time.

Picked up a couple burgers thru the drive thru. Seemed to always be out of medium cups. Also, drive thru speaker or maybe people working could be clearer to understand. Overall it was fine.

We used the drive-thru. The burgers were as good as always, Western Bacon Cheeseburgers. The fries definitely lacked... everything. They were as limp as spaghetti, and while not cold, the warming lamp they were under should be turned up. As I was saying about the burgers. They definitely tasted better than they looked. Mine looked as though after being wrapped, something had been set on top of it before being put in the bag. But the young people working the window were smiling and courteous.

I used their coupons and got dinner to go for two grandparents and two 4 year old grandkids for $18.57, with no drinks. Not a bad price and the food was a fast food 4 stars, good but could be better. Pretty good value with the coupons and made for a no cook night at home. Happy cook!

Gave them another try this morning, the drive through for breakfast.Nobody can mess up breakfast! Dry biscuits! Also...The girl in the drive thru was on a personal call on her cell. Took her sweet time, my time, and gave me dry biscuits, should've cussed her out! This is too bad, I like Carl's Jr, Brentwood's location is not bad, neither is Pittsburg AVOID THE CARL'S JR OAKLEY, CA. It's yuck.
