Great food and service! It was our first time dining, although we come to OCNJ every summer, and we wished we would’ve found it sooner! The coffee and drinks were delicious. I will say it was pretty busy so the wait for food was a bit long (30 mins), but we kept ourselves occupied with conversation. Once the food did come, though, it was worth the wait. Our waitress Kathy (Cathy?) was very friendly and efficient. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant. Lovely!

Intimate, friendly place with great atmosphere and equally great food and service. We are never disappointed with breakfasts we had here.

7/5/23 - UPDATE It's still amazing and a must-stop location when in town. Excellent specials and their lattes are delicious-must try at least once!! Go visit!!! Absolutely a must go!! Not only is the staff friendly. The good is always amazing. My only disappointment was only having breakfast there! Food is delicious and fresh so it becomes hard to choose what to have. Their coffee are also excellent. Go to Jon and Patty's- you will not be disappointed

We needed a quick lunch today. We walked in and it looked very busy, but we were seated right away at this amazing table away from the craziness. Our server immediately stopped by to ask for our drinks and gave us ample time to figure our meals. The food came back fast and wow my sandwich was super delicious. I really loved the nutty chicken salad sandwich. I think I’ll get it every time I come back, and I’m already looking forward to it.

This is great food! The portions are big and they have a fun latte menu. Pictured Peep-a-boo latte (sans peep ghost, marshmellow), Acai bowl, and burrito (cheese sauce was divine!). Note: the latte came with hard candy pieces. Just my kind of place!

This place was awesome! Warm and cozy atmosphere with great food and ambiance. My wife had the breakfast tacos they were great. Some of the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had! I ordered the avocado toast with mozzarella, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, great portion sizes and coffee was phenomenal. Would love to come back at some point. Keep up the good work!

Such an amazing breakfast! Not sure how to describe how my wife's french toast was the best french toast I ever had. Or how my yogurt fruit bowl was full of fresh fruit and delicious flavor. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and the food came out quickly. The glass of water I got wasn't too pleasant though. I know, who complains about water? Well it tasted like sea water unfortunately. Still, amazing breakfast, great coffee, wonderful experience.

My fiance and I love coming here for breakfast when we get the same day off! The staff is so nice, the food is great and of course the lattes! Edit: we still love it here :)

Great kid friendly place. Coffee is top-notch. I had the hot flash latte (soo good!). We tried the turkey chili & cheese steak soup 😋 we also had the nutty chicken salad & tuna salad sandwiches on thatfabulois raisin bread. It's like a healthy lunch that's actually GOOD. We will be back to try the breakfast options... and have more of that great coffee. Thank you! Update: finally made it in for dinner and it did not disappoint!! We tried the short ribs, crab mac & cheese... but I think our favorite was the Cajun shrimp pasta! We added a piece of blackened salmon and OMG... amazing! The kids each had a burger which they devoured. Our new favorite spot for dinner!

Awesome food here. Was busy but the service was great and our food came out so fast. No AC in the place but they have outdoor seating. Great menu. Our food was delicious and we’d go back again.

Jon & Patty can cook for me any day of the week, cause wow! I stumbled across this lovely bistro for a quick brunch for my birthday and it did not disappoint! Very attentive staff, as well as a lovely place for a bite to eat! Although it was a little crammed, especially for these times were facing, the food did make up for this. I highly suggest their lattes and home fries!!

This place is 10/10! They are dog friendly and gave my dog treats and water. The food is absolutely delicious. I love places that have a wide variety of different foods. Definitely finish your meal with an iced latte- so many flavors! Super nice staff and excellent service.

Had to visit this place after seeing all the lovely pictures on social media. We sat outside on an eclectic tiled round table. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. Definitely going back!

This place is INCREDIBLE. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly, expecially Lee Lee! Despite being busy, the service was so timely. The lattes and the food were awesome. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love it here. They have the best breakfast and their lattes are sinful. Always changing up the selection and they have a great Sunday brunch. Food is always good and staff is always friendly.

Second time here today and had the most delicious food. Such a nice welcoming atmosphere and the food is all so fresh and homemade. Our waitress, Cindy, was fantastic and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience! Highly recommend the nutty chicken salad sandwich to anyone, it’s some of the best chicken salad I’ve had. Thanks for the great food!

This was our second time here and we love the food and atmosphere. We typically visit at the end of summer when the fall decorations come out and the second floor is so cute during this time of year. We got two seasonal lattes which were delicious and a seasonal scrambler bowl and a seasonal omelette. Everything was delicious! Our waitress was alright, we were finished eating and waited for the check for quite some time as she was chatting with other staff instead of checking in on tables. We will of course be back for breakfast next time we're in the area.

I have lived in OC for 17 years and never knew they were there. The hot cider was soo good. My granddaughter urged me to take an extra home. Turkey, grilled cheese cranberry sauce on toast. Not just regular cheese but exotic cheeses...chocolate peanut butter mousse pie...ambiance like a small old fashioned shop with colorful pretty pottery. It truly made my day. A friend I told about it wants to go. A neighbor said people from miles away have discovered this lovely restaurant. Don't change please. I shall return 4 sure!! 👏👏

It was delicious for breakfast. I had the banana boat acai bowl. Decor was nice, staff was attentive. I would say it is a pretty good choice with lots of options. The latte bar is probably amazing if you are into that type of thing. I would eat their again or take anyone their. Highly recommend.

I visited this restaurant last night and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. We were a party of eight, our experience was nothing short of outstanding! The service was the perfect blend of attentiveness without being overbearing. The food was fresh and delicious. You can really tell that the staff pours their heart into everything they do to accommodate you. Bathrooms were clean, which is not easy to maintain with all that traffic. The menu had a little something for everyone. Appetizers were exquisite, and the desserts were on point as well. And the pricing for the quality of food was very reasonable- especially in a tourist town. In Ocean City, this establishment is by far one of the best spots we’ve visited. Truly a reservation you do not want to overlook!

We always enjoy eating here. The chicken salad is so delicious. Very cozy atmosphere and wonderful staff. Really yummy hot apple cider and coffee drinks.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I got a latte (maple and bourbon) and the cuban coffee. Tried the grilled cheese, salad, and a sandwich. Everything was amazing. The restaurant feels like home, the staff is personable, and everything on the menu is worth coming in for. Wish I lived near by.

This place appears to be a local favorite with an eclectic atmosphere, good sandwiches (among other food choices), and a wide variety coffee drinks featured. The service was excellent and the wait staff very friendly and willing to make coffee just about any way you would like it.

I am an OC local and Jon and Patty’s is hands down the best restaurant on the island. The breakfast and speciality coffee drinks are outstanding and last night we had dinner there for the first time- WOW! The Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the bbq short rib and salmon bowl, delicious! The only thing better than the food is the service. The staff treat you like family. If you have only been to this restaurant for breakfast, you’re missing out. We love it here!!!

We had a very delicious New Year's breakfast here. I had the veggie omlet and subbed feta for swiss cheese. It was very tasty with the pesto in it. My daughter who normally hates potatoes loved the home fries. We all had fancy drinks, which came in huge mugs with fun toppings like sprinkes and a gingerbread cookie. Highly recommend!

Pretty good not a perfect score for me but defiantly a good spot wait was way to long for a Wednesday like 45 minutes but alright I got my favorite thing a sausage egg and cheese and they had a brioche bun I asked for avocado on my sandwich and I didn’t get that much but it’s ok I got there pound of fudge coffee and omg to die for 5/5. Overall if there was less wait I would come here every time but it’s a nice spot to stop by!

Food was delicious and the place is adorable. Yummy, cute drinks with dinner! We gave the waitress our order and unfortunately both items came out incorrect, but the waitress remedied it right away. Burger came out with lettuce & tomatoes which were asked to be omitted. (Not a huge deal) Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a steak one was served. But once corrected, the chickens quesadilla was delicious!! Would definitely recommend the place!! So cute inside and the staff was super friendly!

Food was great! But after ordering our food we waited 45 min for them to bring it to the table. Totally understand the place is packed. But I think there are many many tables both inside and outside for the kitchen to be able to make the food for everyone in time. 45 min sitting on the table looking at my 2 guests was A LONG time.

Food selection is very creative. Not what I expected. The fish tacos are fantastic. I would have loved to try the tuna tower but we went with the duck rolls and baked brie. I couldn't help but want to try everything but my stomach would hate me. We didn't get a chance to try the latte bar but the selections along with the deserts looked great. Environment is nice, lil on the small side but I honestly prefer. We had a larger group so sitting outside wasn't an option. I would give this review a 5 star but the waiter really didn't give us all the info we needed. Nor straws for our drinks. I do like that they provide paper straws to conserve on plastic. It would have been nice to know that we could have gotten pineapple bread while we waited for our food. We saw a table next to us get it. Will definitely be back to try all the other foods and coffee/latte/deserts.

Nice breakfast stop! The meals and drinks looked so nice & fit the whole esthetic. Overall, it was a solid meal. We ordered breakfast sandwiches to go it took about 20 minutes. The latte menu is super fun too!

Generally like the food here but neither of us liked the avocado toast. Bread wasn't toasted, there was just a very small slick of mashed avocado, topped by a large chunk of cold mozzarella, with the fried egg on the side. Fruit and coffee were good.

Came in for a quick lunch, hot drinks were good. The s'mores latte was not as good as the simple Cubano latte. Kids hot chocolate was good. We had soup, a turkey sandwich and a wrap. All good food, though we came in at a weird time between lunch and dinner. Would stop in again

I didn't particularly like the salad just lettuce green apples, couldn't taste the coconut. Other guests like their sandwiches

This review is solely based on my experience and service given to me. I ordered one Beyond Burger with Swiss cheese, sweet potato fries, and one Veggie Sandwich with chips. I also made sure they are toasted. After 20 minutes of waiting, server came out and told me that they don't have beyond patty, then why would you take order and payment without inquiring. Then I was offered to select something else. So I selected another Veggie sandwich. However, when I got my order and drove away, realized that there was no sweet potato fries and bread was not toasted on both sandwiches. I called in to get refund for extra charges was made for fries but lack of service and quality of food is turnoff. I don't care how busy the place is but poor service and quality, I would not visit this place in future. I wish I could give 0 *. Google should add option to provide 0 or no * with review.

Waited a half hour to be seated. We were there for almost two hours, with maybe another half hour of wait time to go before we left. I honestly think they forgot about us. We got a coffee and OJ right after the order was put in and a latte from the same order came out an hour later. Different people all around came and left. It was time to go when the 3yo was screaming he wanted food. Went somewhere else got food right away. Can’t really rate the food because we never got any.

Came with family for a relaxing morning, after reading the reviews, but was heavily disappointed when the waitress who served us(cross necklace, silver-blonde, eagles jersey, yellow coat, and glasses), was dismissive, and just overall rude. She not only got our order wrong, but also was extremely rude to my vegan father, who asked for less than 2 modifications to his meal, and was dismissed, and more commanded than told to change his order. The atmosphere, instead of feeling warm and comfortable, felt more, stuffy and crowed than anything else. Overall, extremely disappointed with this place.
