Updating review: after a terrible delivery experience the managers did reach out to me to offer a refund however I had already received one from the food delivery service so I didn't accept it but I did give them another chance. Last to go order was absolutely great and I had no complaints. Everything came as ordered and boxed correctly and the new sauces were delicious. I appreciate that they actually took the time to reach out to me about the concerns as most places will just brush it off and not say a word but it seems like the managers do care and are trying to turn this location back to what it used to be with good service and good wings. Last to go order was absolutely night and day difference. Thank you! UPDATE: Attempted a delivery order. Ordered 20 wings with 4 sauces. All the wings were in one box and one flavor.... not sure how this is even possible the sticker on the box listed my order correctly so not sure how the order was made like this. Original: Came in at 2pm on a weekday, it wasn't busy at all and my husband and I sat at the bar. The service was excessively slow. We each ordered one drink and some wings and were there for over 2 hours mainly waiting for food and a drink. The bar top was so dirty and not once did I see it get wiped down in the time that we were there. There was ketchup and ranch that was spilled in some areas and empty cups just left there. The bar tender would disappear for long periods of time and you could even tell that the servers were frustrated because they would come to get drink orders and she wouldn't be there. The restaurant itself was a complete mess. We counted at least 10 tables that were covered in empty dishes and trash that hadn't been bussed the entire time we were there. Once we finally got our food we asked for refills on our waters. Ended up having to sit and eat our whole meal (hot wings) with nothing to drink. She finally brought us refills once we were finished. She had left the check in a cup since we ordered everything and we had placed our card in it waiting to be charged out for the meal the whole time. Then she asked if we wanted the check? Took another 15 minutes to place down the same check and we immediately took our card out of the cup and placed there waiting for her to take it. Another 15 minutes. At this point we were almost ready to just walk out because it was ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't and there were only two other couples at the bar top who had also been waiting a long time for water refills and again the bartender disappeared for a long period of time. She finally came back and charged us out. That was the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant. We saw that it wasn't busy and just wanted to grab a quick lunch before a movie. One drink each and a few wings each should and us arriving at 2pm when the restaurant was not busy yet we didn't leave until close to 5pm and ended up canceling our movie tickets. This Buffalo Wild Wings has really gone down hill, quality of service and the food is terrible.

I’ve been here twice, both on Bogo nights. Tue night I was in served quick and food was awesome. Thu night there was hardly anyone inside and I was told 30 minutes wait. So I sat at the bar 30 minutes get asked for my order. It’s been like 30-40 minutes and still no food. There’s two girls working the bar and 4 dudes in the corner who appear to work here but are drinking so I’m not sure. They claim they are short staffed but how does that happen on a BOGO night?

Staff are okay, store is clean except for the bathrooms. Definitely should be graded on that. Made us want to leave is was so disgusting

Wings were good but the amount of grease was crazy. Wings were swimming in sauce. Had to set them on the lid to drain before biting but it was good. No clean tables. No wet naps. Roll of shared paper towels.

Got the all you can eat boneless wings, took about an hour after sitting down to get the first round of wings. My friend who ordered a drink had to wait for more cups to be cleaned for like 15 minutes to get a dang Mt Dew. Due to the time it has taken to get our food, the all you can eat is not even close to worth it. Also a table was left tipped over for some reason, just the one table though

The food was really good once we actually got it. But the server was not friendly at all , seemed in a bad mood. The restaurant was not very busy at all, yet we had to wait a very long time for it, even for the dessert. The server forgot to bring us our drinks twice, and forgot a food item even after i reminded her. Towards the end when my husband had asked for another beer, we waited about 20 minutes and then she asked if he still wanted it. Terrible service, long wait.

We waited for an hour to get two orders. We sat at the bar, and noticed people that had been sitting there way before still hadn’t received their orders. This location is consistently terrible, I try to eat there once every 6 months because the food is good. Haven’t had a good experience in years. But this was the worst by far.

Went here with a friend to enjoy some lunch on our break, we arrived and were greeted and got a table pretty quick. The restaurant might have been understaffed but we ended up waiting our whole 45 min break and weren’t able to dine in so had to take it to go. Once we got the food and sat down to ate it is when we realized the food was just horrible and not fresh at all. After waiting for so long for just an order of wings and chips, expected it to be fresh and hot but it tasted stale and was cold and barely sauced. Horrible food experience but the staff were great and friendly and this review does not reflect the staff at all.

This is for yesterday. They overcharged me. Ordered mozzarella sticks, and when I got home, I didn't get any. The floor was dirty with trash, and the tables had dirty plates and whatnot. Had to wait for my order inside. They should've told me they didn't have mozzarella sticks instead of taking my money and overcharging me. #stealers. My daughter and I came by late in the evening, checked out the menu on my phone and then I decided to walk in and order. On line the menu showed a bundle of 10 wings and fries for $9.99. I had a $20 gift card, so I thought that with that deal it should cover most of it. When I went in the cashier told me that deal was unavailable. He said it would be a little more expensive. I proceeded to order 20 wings and 2 sides of fries. I added 2 Pepsis. It ended up costing $47.13.....It was late, I was tired and hungry, so I paid. I thought, this must be some good food cause it sure cost quite a bit more than I planned. The man brought me my bag and I took it out to my car to sit and eat in the parking lot. It looks similar to McDonalds packaging, the soda looked like a small and the fries were stale....seemed like reheated old fries to me and my daughter agreed. The boneless wings were alright. Definitely not worth $13.49 for that tiny box. The cashier could've saved me at least a couple bucks by telling me that the soda was going to be small and that I may as well just get a bottle instead which was cheaper, since I was over-charged for everything else. So, all in all, it was overprice, small portions and did not seem fresh at all. I left feeling ripped off and didn't even eat my fries...they were that bad.

Place an online order in advance supposed to be ready by 550 pm show up to pick the order and we have to wait around 40 min for my order really disappointed for their service what's the point to schedule a order if it won't be ready at the time you requested. Worst food I've ever eaten. The fries were cold and the wings were burnt and cold. Order a brownie as well and the packaging on the brownie was opened. I order for a pickup order ended up waiting for 7-8 mins because the togo counter person said it wasn't ready. Then saw my name on one of the bags and grabbed it myself. Called to talk to a manager and no one answered. I wouldn't recommend eating there ever again. I have never had decent food from this place. Terrible food and service. Why would I reach out im never going back to your place especially since you copy and paste your responses to all of your reviews. Terrible ownership no wonder your place sucks

First time coming here and we were very disappointed. There was hardly anyone there and we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Waited 15 minutes to take order. Then waited 25 minutes for food. While waiting I observed how dirty everything is. The picture of the basketball player next to our table was so dirty. Fingerprints, splashed food, and cob webs all over it. The table smelled like a dirty sour rag. My wings were over cooked. No check in by our waiter. My husband was out of soda for 20 minutes. I will not one back.

I stood there with another customer for twenty minutes, and the waiter kept cleaning the table. Even if she saw us, even if she went to the front desk, she didn't say anything, as if we were invisible and completely ignored the customer.

Placed an online order. We ordered 10 piece boneless wings and a kids boneless wings meal. Got home, took everything out the bag and all the wings were traditional wings. My daughter hates traditional wings and only took 1 bite, nothing more. We tried to eat the traditional wings so we wouldn't waste the food but they were so dry it was hard to chew. The fries were also overcooked and very hard to chew. We ended up throwing everything but the sodas and the sandwich in the trash. The only thing that was cooked right and was correct was the chicken sandwich.

Decided to mobile order from this location, waited for about 15min for someone to greet us at the desk. I saw maybe one waitress attending all the tables this entire time. I could tell the staff really need some help here !! Our order was surprisingly made on time, but when I got home. I noticed our “buffalo wings” had a dusty seasoning on them ??? Never seen any buffalo wings made that way, Asian zing wings were okay. The best part was the tots…. Def not ordering from this location again, or even thinking of ever dining in there.
