We stopped by because someone else recommended it, and we do not regret it! By far one of the best Mexican spots. VERY clean inside! The food portions are perfect and good for the price. The food came out very hot and fresh (5 stars)! You can tell they put in the effort to make their food good, unlike other places. Very nice environment and VERY nice owners. The owners both came out and had conversations with us. Very attentive people. I wish them nothing but the best and I hope they strive at this location!! Will be back because it's by far one of the best Mexican food spots in the area. As of September 19th, they will be closed on Mondays and now open Tuesday-Sundays. Perfect to bring your family and friends one day!

We have tried so many Mexican restaurants but every time we want to eat some authentic and flavorful we always go to La Fonda for a nice meal! Salvador is very nice and is a very friendly place! ♥️

We went with our friends for dinner on a Wednesday night. Every dish we had was great. We went through 2 baskets of chips and 2 bowls of salsa with our drinks. We started with casa fries covered with cheese, bacon and jalapenos. A very generous portion came out and it was piping hot and loaded with cheese and bacon. There was enough on the plate for the four of us to share the appetizer. I had Tres Amigos quesadilla. It was a flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, bacon, grilled chicken, and grilled steak. I managed to eat it all, but I shared about ¼ of it will our friends. It was hands-down the best quesadilla I have ever had--anywhere. Awesome. It was served with great guac and sour cream. The rest of the table ordered shredded beef chimichanga, taco special and shredded chicken chimichanga. We all shared, and everything was great. Large portions—great value. The “awesomeness” continued to dessert. We ordered fried ice cream, churros, and cheesecake chimichanga. They were even presented with ice cream, whipped cream, and drizzles of chocolate and strawberry sauce. Seating is limited. There are only four 3-tops, four elevated 4/6 tops and a 2-top at the front. Our waiter said they do a lot of take-out. I know why. This is not fancy. Solid plates, metal forks, but plastic (disposable) knives and one-use tubs of salsa. However, they have rolls of paper towels on the table and how can you not love that. We are planning to make this a weekly visit. What a great find.

La Fonda Ocoee is our go to for Mexican! The burritos are huge, Mexican tacos are to die for, and everything is fresh made to order. I’m very picky with my Mexican food after living in San Diego, and they do not disappoint.

What a gem of a place in our backyard! We have ordered food and tried different dishes several times over the last 2 years and it has never disappointed. We had a small home gathering on New Year's and La Fonda catered the food, all our guests loved it. Highly recommend this restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and delicious food.

Visiting from out of town and decided to check out this local Mexican joint and I am glad I did. Very authentic food and flavors. The service was splendid although I did wait a little on my food the owner was very apologetic and offered more chips and drinks while we waited I believe they were short staffed and also the place was full. I did not mind waiting as the food was really good. All the patrons sitting next to me complimented the owner on the food and were all raving about their experience to him. My only regret is I don’t live near here ! If I’m ever in the area I will be back.

I recently dined at La Fonda de Ocoee and I must say, it's easily some of the best Mexican cuisine I've had in the Winter Garden area. The portions were generous, the food quality was exceptional, and the employees were incredibly attentive and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough for a delicious and satisfying dining experience!

This was a really nice place to find after the terrible service and food we had at mi querida colombia next door. This place is small, but really good and not busy. The owner is super nice and helpful. Treated us very well and the food was made fresh and it was awesome. We tried the patacón, which is the green plantain sandwich with any meat you like. We got it with birria and it was stuffed and yummy. Try it out!

You looking for family style authentic Mexican restaurant with great food and wonderful atmosphere. La Fonda of ocoee is the place for you. I recommend you start with chilaquiles steak or chicken both are tasty with the fixings (rice, beans, salsa, sour cream). Have a beer or a soda either will go well but a hand made margarita by the host is what your taste buds will ask for so listen to them. Give this place a try you won’t regret it.

Cilantro's Taqueria... Very good food. Very clean restaurant. Reasonable prices. Authentic Mexican food. The beef taco was a little under seasoned. But the enchiladas were SO SO good, along with the refried beans and rice. I really enjoyed and the service was good also. I was just a little disappointed because I thought if I dined in, I would get chips and salsa but I guess they don't do that. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable and tasty food. Next time I'm back in Ocoee for work, I'll be stopping in again!

It is a good choice if you are looking for a restaurant around the area. Keep in mind the charge a minimal credit card fee that I caught while checking out. It did not bother me, since I was there to get food. Fyi.

The service was fast and the presentation was good, that’s about where it ends. The beef taco meat had been “held hot” too long and was tough and dried out, the taste and texture came through in both my wife’s taquitos and my taco. The 2 shrimp tacos were nothing special compared to any other street taco experience, but it was good because the shrimp HAVE to be cooked to order since you cannot hold shrimp at serving temperature for long. Overall just very disappointed because this particular plaza has many food options for a family that can’t agree on what to eat.

You hate to give a bad review for a small business, but I had to... The food itself was like taco bell quality but worse. Queso was like nacho cheese almost, like it came out of a can. Our meals gave us the bad tummy rumbles. The waitress spoke very softly and was very difficult to communicate with. You feel bad for the guy cooking though, he seemed very sweet...
