Was there on New Years. Ordered for the first time with AI speaker at drive thru. Just had to wait for real people to cook it and bag it. Good job on baconator and strawberry lemonade! Both items were fresh. Sandwich warm and lemonade cool
I dined in for breakfast. Very clean, inside and out. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was extremely happy and seem to enjoy being at work, and serving customers! Thank you for the best fast food experience I've had in years. Keep up the good work.
The Classic Chicken Sandwich was excellent as always. Frosty was awesome on this hot day too. The drive-thru was long but I am not surprised. With food this great they are going to be busy. I am not sure if there is a time when they are less busy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff was friendly and patient when my son changed his mind on what he was ordering, yes the order was wrong but we wound up going with it because the only thing wrong was an ingredient that we could take off the burger. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get the food. That is the only downside to this location, where is at other Wendy's? I've had to wait no more than 5 minutes

From the very beginning, she welcomed me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. She didn’t just provide service—she created an experience. Juana took the time to ask me how my day was going, and her friendly conversation added a personal touch that is so rare to find these days. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the way she made sure everything was perfect. She carried herself with professionalism but also with such humility and warmth that it felt like being cared for by a friend. I also pay close attention whenever I visit any location, and one thing that truly impressed me was how clean and well-kept everything was, which shows the pride and effort that Juana and her team put into their work. Her dedication and positive attitude made my visit more than just a simple stop—it became a moment worth remembering. Employees like Juana make a huge difference because they remind us that good service isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about connection, respect, and kindness. She truly represents the best of what customer service should be, and I am sincerely grateful for the way she made me feel valued.
Fast food is not great food. We all know that. But Wendy's food is actually going down in quality. Used to be you could get a Wendy's burger and it was so juicy would run down your hand. The thick steak fries were a unique feature. Now, my standard order is an asiago chicken club sandwich. This has also diminished in quality over the years. Of late, the chicken has been dry and rubbery. The only crunch in the sandwich came from the lettuce. I've tried it twice since Wendy's has been advertising a new crunchy coating for their chicken. It has gotten worse, in my experience, not better. The price has increased though. The restaurant also took about 12 minutes to manage four vehicles.
It's even hard to give a 3 but the food is good. C.S. is really .... can you please hire people who care about what they are serving ??? Wendy's you need to correct your problem. I am visiting different locations so far seems to be a trend ???? Do you also deliver the wrong orders or is that only a pickup/drivethru problem??????
Is this the new standard for a Baconator? I paid $12.99 for a combo and received a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon on it cut into fourths and no sauce . This seems to be the normal now where we are charged more for things but receive less. Very disappointed, Wendy's. You have always been my after work go-to for quality food and service. Seems to be slipping as of late. Edit after speaking with Wendy's corporate customer service: I was told to just try again next time to see if it's still the same. There was no apology. No trying to make it right. Just, "Oh, well. We'll let the franchise owner know." I bet they authorized it. Gone are the days of owning a mistake and standing by your product. I remember when Wendy's was the top because of the fresh ingredients and made to order, cared about food. It justified the price, in my opinion. And they trained their staff to care about their patrons. I mean, your slogan is "We don't cut corners, taste the difference."
Not good...had to wait 20 minutes for a biggie bag and I asked the server did she put sweet chili in the bag and she answered yes but get home and no sauce...smh
I came to this Wendy’s after work expecting to get a quick meal, I purchased the artisan chicken sandwich and a sour cream and chives potato. The potato came without the sour cream and chives AND MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS RAWWWWWWWWWW THIS IS LITERALLY DISGUSTING
What they advertise The BACONATOR to look like vs what it really looks like. It was like I ordered it from TEMU. Explains why there's a line wrapped around Chic Filet while Wendy's has 1 other customer here. Did the online review with my contact info as I always give restaurants a chance before posting reviews but no response.
I went through the drive-thru. Got my order and it was wrong. The young lady apologized saying she forgot. No big deal; since I was still there. I was asked to pull over and wait for them to make it right. Got the order and left. I later discovered that the chili I bought, had a big piece of beef patti in it. That was such a turn off. Looked like they ran out of ground beef and improvised; using left over beef patties. Haven't went back there since and don't intend to
Just got here and walked out on how rude the red head manager was. I walk in and the first thing that came out her mouth was we dont have lunch bc one of my kids was talking about nuggets then turned around. Then I said señorita can I ask you a question and she talk so loud so rude with a nasty face and said I dont speak spanish. I told her i said the word "question' her answer was what?. I left just bc how rude she was I know this is a fast food but they need to hire better people here especially in management
1 truck already pulled up and only 2 cars in line. Wait time is inexcusable. At least 7 minutes for an order in front you. And you’d think your order will be ready after that timeframe . Nope! This fast food not gourmet food. Be beyond me why they be taking mad longat This location? Efficiency and work ethic. Non existent. Look for the ppl who gonna read this that work there; just because you at work don’t mean you can have me waiting 7-10 minutes and be the reason I’m late. This the second time this happened.
Don't come here for lunch. 3rd time coming out here for my lunch break and having to wait 30+ min for my Biggie Bag and all 3 time either something missing or different from my order. Looks like this place is understaffed cause the line moves slow and all the employees seem mad.
Very bad service & very poorly made food. Never expected this from a Wendy’s , won’t return to even use the bathroom because that’s probably nasty as well. Called to speak to management and she didn’t have too much together. Good luck with this locations business !!!!
I just walked in and started putting my order together when the store manager started swearing saying, are they really going to come and order at this hour!! and started making noise in the kitchen, we very kindly left without spending a single dollar in this horrible store, people asking for money at the door and the manager with her hair all messed up, without a food handling net and loose as if she were homeless preparing food and also had a bad attitude!
We went to this location 8/8/25 11:00pm last night and the inside was closed which was not posted for dinning room times so we attempted to go through the drive-thru which after I ordered one Wendy's double deluxe combo, I said I have more I was told I can only order one order per car. It was two of us in the car which I thought was very inappropriate and 2 cars in the drive thru the car before me was in a argument about the same thing but I did not know that was what it was so I pulled off and took my business to a Burger King which was very much enjoyable I will not be going back to this location again. It's not my fault you're short-staffed at night and change your way of serving us Guest. The Manager was the one taking orders and she was very rude.
I went to order via Drive thru, and I was greeted by AI. So AI does the service and y’all rack up the prices?? No business from me. Also to add, after I rejected the business I saw some of your staff through the drive thru waving goodbye, a gesture of very poor customer service.
Who ever the lady is working the window on 07/31/2025 at 7pm needs more training. She did not know where to get the drink i ordered which was a cherry limeade that you get from the Coca Cola machine. She checked where they make the lemonade after I told her its the machine she says no they dont have anymore and the option changed so its not available. I asked for BBQ and she didnt even give me that. She gave me ketchup. I said im picking up a mobile order and she proceeds to ask me if ita a mobile order, then I pull up to the window and again. She asked for me 5o pay because she forgot within 2seconds I said its a mobile order.
