I have been ordering from Ubereats. I'm glad they have bento boxes and you get a lot for the price. The noodles need a little work, they stick together but they have flavor and my dog likes it when I decide to share.

I've been to all the sarku Japan's... Although it is in the west oaks mall this location is the best one... They even put extra sauce on top of my rice also it's a lil cheaper than the other locations... Food was very good!!

Never knew of this food court chain until today. Very impressed by this particular location! Figured I’d try out their best selling teriyaki chicken box while at the food court. Loved it! Whole box was flavorful and the teriyaki chicken had a really nice, soft texture — especially at the $10 price point. Way better than similar offerings from chains like Panda Express in town. Really impressed by their shrimp tempura though. Somehow the best i’ve tried, even compared to some of the better rated sushi buffets i’ve had tempura from. The shrimp inside was soft, fresh, and the tempura batter was super light, but still with a satisfying crunch. Not stale or firm either, which I have seen a lot of elsewhere. Amazing food for the price point. Cooked fresh and fast right in front of you. This location is an unexpected takeout champ. Nice work!

This place never disappoints. My wife and I have been coming here for quite some time, and every visit has been consistently great. The portions are generous, and the food is always excellent. On our last visit, I ordered one of the special meals that came with spring rolls. We completely forgot about them when we received our food and sat down. About ten minutes later, one of the gentlemen working there came over to our table in the food court and brought them to us. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days, and it truly meant a lot. Moments like that are exactly why we will always continue to come back. It’s not just about how good the food tastes, it’s about the people and the service as well.

Each time i visit im reminded of when i was a youngster how my family would go out and have a family day which i always looked foward to on a Saturday afternoon. There wasnt many because we were kinda poor but it always bought joy to our lifes. Sarku Japan brings back those memories.

Great service from the cashier is why this establishment recieves such a high rating. She was perfect. Cooks were prompt and efficent. The food is low quality, which explains the cheap price, but its a place I recommend.

The rice was well done and didn’t have much meat on it.definitely would try again but not the same plate
