Estrella(waitress) and Victoria(host) were amazing on their service to us. Waiting time was very fast. Food was delicious. Served also fast. Estrella and Victoria were very kind on their service to us. Victoria was very diligent moving the line and cleaning the tables. Estrella was very sweet and foligent too. It was our first visit to any Waffle house. It was full. The atmosphere was great. Thank you.

It was my first time at a waffle house and goodness. I came in expecting classical diner style, with not much care to the service, but Victoria and Estrella were excellent in their service, being very attentive to our needs and orders, even going above and beyond for any requests. Will be back!

Our server (I believe her name was Estella; she had a gold name tag) was amazing! She was extremely kind and attentive. All the other staff on shift were lovely as well. The food was delicious and came out very quickly, as always. We love this location! 💛

We stopped for a late evening dinner. We have been to various Waffle Houses for over 40 years and know what to expect - or so we thought. We always loved the pecan waffle with the pecans toasted into the waffle. Well the waffle is smaller and comes with some candied pecan ish topping! Not good. Otherwise service was good, and the rest of the meal was fine.

The worse Waffle House in Orlando!!! All these workers in here and they’re still slow.! Slow to take your order! Slow to cook the food! Slow to acknowledge you.! Serving burned waffles/has browns and expect you to eat it(HELL NO). After asking for plastic ware to eat, they told us no, so we left!!!!! Waffles just sitting on counter getting cold! Servers on cellphones instead of taking orders, while people wait around.

I will never dine here again the cook put pickles on the plate to mark it. As visiting one of your restaurants at 1050 S. Bluford Ave., Ocoee Fl 34761. store # 2371. I encountered a health hazard for a customer who suffers from diabetes. My husband and I order your basketfast bowels with eggs, hashbrown and bacon and no cheese. When eating my basketfast on the bottom of my bowel were two pickles. I told the lady that was serving us about it and she told me sorry but it is the way the cook makes the bowels. I never heard of that. Not only did she not correct herself, but she also charged us more money for the food. I have everything as my evidence. she was not sorry at all and my husband can not eat pickles. It looks like they did not believe in food allergies that can cost your company lots of money for careless employees. I would have fired the cook and the server sorry but it will never happen in my restaurant.

Grits were salty, didn’t add cheese to one of the meals (when asked to add the cheese for 50 cents they just slapped it on the top cold smh, steak was cold not even warm/hot. Home fries were partially cooked. The butter on the toast didn’t taste like butter. Bacon was mainly burnt more than cooked right. The side eye glances and facial expression when we arrive at 6am wasn’t welcoming. The server was nice though.

I had a terrible experience! This worker was so incredibly rude, we were asking questions because it was one of our party's first time being here and he belittled us trying to make our questions sound dumb. He would not give his name so I put a photo. The manager then told me forgive him for tonight and didn't even regard how his employee was talking to us. When we got up and left because we felt so disrespected they were all in there laughing. Please don't go to this waffle house the most uncomfortable experience ever.
