Wow! Perfect customer service skills. Sat at the bar and had drinks with friends. We enjoyed those deliciously tender cheese curds, spinach dip with cheese and their croissants (have honey as the drizzle). Very awesome experience. It was nice and cool inside. Every one I came in to contact at this establishment was very friendly. I definitely r Recommend coming here. I failed to take pictures of the main seating area.

Food was good! Served complimentary 3 croissants, it was really good and i love it. We ordered cheese bites for appetizer, served hot and crunchy along with our sides. At that point we’re already full and didnt enjoy our main. LoL. Paid and the system says, rate us on how hot your order when served. Which is funny.

Food was delicious. #1 in my opinion for comfort food. We have the chicken alfredo with broccoli and the key West chicken and shrimp and both were really yummy!! Wisconsin cheese bites for an appetizer we're really good too and of course they're croissants are something to always look forward to. Our waitress Nadia C. was awesome. She did a great got checking in and getting us refills. The manager is a sweetheart and went around to all the tables asking how we are. Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you want great food from people and a place who are friendly and care. Thank you and we'll definitely be back.

Great food. Great drinks. Great service. Enough said. Don't believe the other bad reviews. Our meal was excellent, and the service was excellent. Sure, it's not the fastest... But it's a sit down restaurant... it's not Burger King, Whataburger, or Subway. Come here on a long lunch or when you have some time, and you'll be so happy that you did.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We were seated immediately we arrived as a family of four. The main dish took a long time to be served but I think it was worth the wait. Love love love this place. Odessa has a lot to offer if you look for it! Great food every time I have been. Definitely going back again and again. Busy at times, but so worth the wait.

We know the wait was gonna be wait but the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was a bartender and focused on the bar then her tables. The other table next to us didn’t even get their drinks until after 10 minutes, and we waited 10 minutes as well. The sides for our entrees came out first before our actual appetizer. She checked on us once and didn’t bother to come back to our table. If you can’t handle working a bar and serving tables please have someone help them. Having to wait and stop ANOTHER server for our drinks and bread is absolutely ridiculous.

I am truly disappointed with how my very first experience at a Cheddar’s went. I was seated as soon as I walked in, but after that it went downhill fast. The server was nice and polite but slow. I ordered the steak and shrimp and it came out fresh and hot, but my steak, which was ordered medium rare (warm red center) was well done. I pushed the call button for my server and had to wait almost 15 minutes before I just had to flag someone down. They apologized and remade my plate but they had previously taken my fork and the steak was over cooked again. So another 10 mins go by before I see my server again. I informed her that she never gave me a fork, or the water I asked for before I had even gotten my first plate of food. Still had to pay for the entire meal, that I didn’t get to eat. Just forced to look at it. I will not be back.
