Fun place for the kids. They have a lot of fun games for all ages.
I had my wife and my daughter and my granddaughter out for lunch They noticed my wife was with cancer and they were very kind an helpful, my wife has pancreatic cancer an is on hospice care, we are going through a lot right now, it meant a lot they were kind, God bless y'all
The food was good it was just not enough pizza we had to wait 25 min for a second plate
Ordered the Mega combo, and it came with 4 buffets, 4 drinks, and $100 game card. Can't beat that! Pizza is always great, and we love the salad bar!
No pizza options available on the buffet. I can't eat red sauce so going with the family for a pizza buffet usually ends in a long night. Not here!! Baked potato and broccoli and cheese soup made for a great night for all. Staff is stand offish and don't talk to guests but they keep a clean dining room
I have been there many times. A great place to bring the family, host a birthday, or small family gathering. They have amazing space and great selection. One downside is it's very popular and the pizza sometimes takes a bit to come out. Other than that a great game room and games for all ages, if I had to change one thing it would also b the main interior look it has stayed the same for years, but that's just my opinion. Over all 4 out of 5 for an all you can eat pizza joint.
I wish they made more pizza for lunch hours and also more variety instead of just pepperoni and pepperoni and jalapeno and one pizza that has every single topping
Bang for your buck! Everything but the soups are fresh and tasty! The soup always taste oldish. Maybe I just don’t come early enough in their defense! I think If you say “pizza time” on the weekends at the register you’ll get a discount,… not 100 percent sure, Js! If you have an old card for the games just try it u might get lucky. I tried mine, 4 yrs old and had 80 still left on it lol.
Basically Dave and Buster's for kids. Better than chuck e cheese.
My family and I went this evening between the hours of 5pm-7pm the food was fresh and great and they even made a gluten free pizza for my mother which was delicious, all was well until we went to check the cards and get the toys from the tickets and had a very bad experience with the young girl working the toy counter, my dad is hard of hearing and didnt understand what the girl was saying behind the counter and was trying to explain to her he needed the card back because there was still money on it she was very very rude had a terrible attitude from the get go and at the end when he walked away she said "buhbye" which Is when I decided to ask her who the manager was, she then stated she was the manager which I had a hard time believing. I went to the front and the young man checking people in was extremely kind and helpful, I was able to speak with the actual manager in the dining area that was very helpful and professional and also gave me some coupons for next time so thank you for that we appreciate you. Overall we had a great time but I do hope the young lady can be trained on how to speak and deal with paying customers.
If you want to eat amongst mop buckets and sewer odors, definitely give it a try. The smell of fabuloso or pinesol was EVERYWHERE trying to mask the odors. The food was hot, fresh and never ending. The salad bar was well stocked. Ours in Lubbock closed so A+ for nostalgia but it was so difficult to keep my appetite bc the odor hits you as soon as you walk in.
Hi Everyone! Me and my Dad went around 7pm we sat in the far room by the salad bar which was very good my dad tried to request a pizza nobody could hear cuz there was very loud music in the back nobody knew that we were standing there for at least 15 min nobody came to help us. While we were eating they people cleaning the room kept putting the chairs up around us like they were trying to hurry us up out the room so they can clean while we were still eating , I asked for the manager at the front desk they couldn't find her so we just left ,
I was greeted by an employee as I entered the restaurant. Purchased two buffets at a price of 13.79 each. As I walked throughout, I noticed that not much had changed in the last three years from the last time I visited this location. The restaurant just seems to be outdated and worn down. The drink station was OK at best, and the tea was made with none RO water, which gave it that classic Odessa city water taste that no one enjoys. The projector screens in the rooms are outdated from the 1990s, I'm sure. What I noticed the most was how the quality of food had gone down from what I remember. The pizza reminded me of the type you would buy from Sam's club. I walked around the gaming area, and things were not much better there. Several games were not working or just not powered on. I noticed an air hockey table broken with holes in the machine. It was honestly sad to see the state of what used to once be a great place to eat and play. It seemed to me that corporate will not spend the necessary money to keep the restaurant operating correctly. Which is really noticeable from my point of view.
First time at this Gatti’s. Not impressed. Poorly managed and it was very dirty. The floors and all around the salad bars and drink machines were not organized and dirty. I saw too many employees hanging out with each other instead of doing their jobs. Not how this should be managed. The game room was cool though
Front of house is clean and food seams to be served in a timely manner. Front staff was also friendly. We were in the game room for 45mins. Not 1 employee to be found. This was noon on a Wednesday. Majority of the games either dint have all its parts such as all 3 air hockey tables (midding pucks), most of the balls even basketball ones were missing(also bowling/ deal you roll ball up to). Claw machines were set on the lowest setting that are not considered fair play (besides the rubber duck one that gurentees you a prise) Probably spent $10/15 on games that did not function. Of the ones that did function they are set to an extreme setting were they are active for less than 30 seconds (such as the one your kid trows balls at tanks) Insulation seems to be falling from the roof. This place can be a nice place but its highway robbery with there game room( #1 reason i believepeople being there kids for). It makes what should have been a good experience to a terrible one. We had to find someone in the front to help us with prizes. I hope this is a fluke, but this experience was absolutely terrible. I would recommend you skip this place if you are looking for a fun time with the kids.
Horrible service from entry to have a party at this facility. The staff acted as if we were a nuisance being there. The food line was near empty the whole time. My party asked for more pizza and breadsticks to be put out and the staff was upset about it! The kids working there have no manners or customer service etiquette. My party was charged for entry even after notifying staff they were there for a party and was prepaid for! Horrible service to spend that much money on party at this location. I would not recommend at all!
Unfortunately, this is my last time coming to this location for Mr Gatti’s. The lady taking the orders, and placing the pizzas on the trays to customers was extremely rude, nasty attitude and should probably be kept in the back AWAY from customers. She was not only guarding the pizza but making sure every single old slice was eaten first without any sense of awareness of the way she was talking to people. Recommendations: have employee training on professionalism; send that rude lady to the NFL combine to be a linebacker for the Steelers or to be a policeman/security guard. This was ridiculous, never again.
