This interaction leads me to want to come here every single morning for the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by Claudio for my visit. 100% will be coming back as often as i can.

I come to this Starbucks a lot, and I’m actually in between two locations. But let me tell you why this one is my Starbucks. I’m a Marine Corps veteran, and when I first walked in and saw fellow veterans working here, I knew this was where I belonged. The team is always kind, genuine, and welcoming. Yesterday especially meant a lot. I’ve been having a rough few days, and someone took the time to decorate my cup, it was such a small gesture, but it made my whole day. I showed everyone I could, even sent a picture to my brother who owns his own coffee shop 😂. So to whoever took the time to brighten someone’s day with a Sharpie and a smile, THANK YOU. This store is more than coffee. It’s connection.

I am shocked, happily, that I was asked if my name was with 1 or 2 Ns and then I wanted a hot muffin with butter. I was then asked if I wanted my muffin cut in half so I could butter it. This is not found in customer service much anymore. A big shout out to Claudio.

Comfortable place with great seating … however, the music is super loud! It’s as if you’re in a club. As I waited for a car to be serviced, I sat in this Starbucks for 2 hours and enjoyed a pineapple passionfruit lemonade with strawberry purée and a sugar free vanilla latte. The drinks were made well. There were times when in-store traffic picked up but it was never super busy and plenty of seats were always open. The baristas did their jobs efficiently (serviced people quickly), but weren’t particularly friendly or unfriendly to people.

Love many drinks at Starbucks one of my favorite cold drinks is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch! Service inside took 15min. 😟

Check your fill levels. Maybe if we all complain, we will get the over priced coffee we pay for. Yeah I would've gone in. But my kids are in their PJs. My Karen transcending to go home and measure what I received when I ordered my venti beverage.

I got a chestnut Frappuccino and recieved a Carmel Brule Frappuccino then went back and ordered the Carmel Brule and it tastes like water with Carmel syrup in it i asked the lady if it even had coffee in it because it is white like a vanillabean and she was rude and got an attitudeand said it did. The managee is rude and disrespectful. I see why everyone talks so bad about this starbucks and why every other starbucks in town are always packed and this one is never packed! They deserve zero stars! Nasty!!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL AS HOW TO MAKE A COLD FOAM! ESP WHEN I PAID FOR EXTRA FOAM. ITS FOAM, NOT MILK! I didn't get food there personally but I did go in for a Doordash and the three ladies working had absolutely no customer service and was given everyone attitude. The all were very loudly speaking how they were done and tired of everyone ordering in person and threw DoorDash. When I tried to get one of the ladies attention to ask for drink carriers she gave me and snarky attitude and then clicked her microphone on her head seat and repeat out loud to the other two ladies working how so many people coming in are inpatient I let her know I was not being inpatient just kindly asking for drink carriers for my order that was sitting on the counter and not being put in the Togo bag for DoorDash and she continued to give me an attitude. Totally unprofessional and had no respect for the drive through customer or for the customer inside the establishment.

The girl with the half red and black hair is rude, she was too busy with listening to her airpods to hear me. They dumped their tea 25 min before closing. Despite it being busy makes no sense

I was in there this morning with my granddaughter. We went inside & were the only ones in line. We never got a hello or I'll be with you in a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes or more, I finally asked if anyone was going to take our order. Jazzy just looked at me and said oh I'm sorry, then the girl at the drive through came over making a face & was so rude & impatient!!! We ended up walking out. I'll never go back or give my money to another star bucks again! You lost a loyal customer!!!!

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. Several days in a row, I have ordered at least 10 minutes in advance, but they have not started my order until after I arrived. Today, the barista wa on. Person phone call the whole time she was making my drink. Many of the employees seem unprofessional and clearly do not pay attention to the incoming orders.

If you want poor, slow service, this is your Starbucks. Went through the drive thru which had a normal line for a Saturday morning. Advised at the speaker I had a mobile order (app had already sent the push notification it was ready). Finally got to the window after 11 mins. Girl at the window didn't acknowledge I was even there just went about lining up drinks and food bags before taking more orders from the speaker. Someone else walked over and asked her if she was waiting for our order to be worked and she said responded to him that she hadn't even checked for mine yet. He turned and our order had been sitting there the entire time. What's the point of mobile ordering ahead allowing ample time to fill the order, waiting in the drive thru (which I don't mind doing), to then simply be ignored at the window??

As an Uber Eats driver, I am extremely dissatisfied with this particular Starbucks location. Delivery orders here are consistently delayed, leading to frequent cancellations. Meanwhile, non-delivery orders are processed very quickly. This level of service is unacceptable and harms their reputation.

I drove 20 miles to a Starbucks location specifically for a matcha lavender drink — something you actively promote. First, I was told you were out of matcha. Then I asked for a chai lavender alternative, and was told you were out of lavender too. If you’re going to advertise specialty drinks, customers should be able to count on them being available. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location, and I won’t recommend it to others.

Been coming here daily because they open at 4:30AM it’s been 2 different occasions now including today that they claim they don’t open till 5am and refuse to open the doors even though it was 4:52am I only come to this location because it’s a highway store and they open at 4:30 am which I was told all stores near a major highway open earlier and since I work at 4 am the highways stores are usually the only way I can get coffee before starting work other than that there’s 3 different stores in the area with a whole lot better baristas , I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location just very disappointing

I always get the same drink every single day and the red head bearded male refused to make it. They didn't know the difference between frappe base and frappe roast. They insisted on claiming that the frappe roast is the same as the frappe base. They would not even ask a coworker or their manager to even verify this. I have never had an issue ordering my drink anywhere else. Unfortunately, your employees represent your store and I don't like confrontation at all. I simply just wanted to enjoy my drink and go about my day.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to ---on two different recent occasions I was in line (with only one car ahead of me ) and I ended up Just driving off because I was sitting there for 10 minutes... Why does this one take so long to do anything?! I'm sitting at the window now and I've been here for going on four minutes for an iced espresso there's three people inside!

We walked inside and waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging us waiting. No welcome in or we’ll be right with you. We then watched the assistant store manager exchange numbers with a worker right in front of us and then walk off the line again without ever acknowledging us. When someone finally did come to help us she had to ask the other employees questions about everything we ordered and it turns out they were completely out of classic syrup. We got our drinks & mine was not made correctly & we had to wait even longer for a simple buttered croissant. Won’t be returning to this mess go one exit down & there’s a much better Starbucks.

I’ve had repeated frustrations at the Starbucks location, 16330 FL-54, Odessa, FL 33556, primarily due to their lack of consideration for customer safety. Every time I visit, I have to specifically request a cup sleeve. It should be standard practice for hot drinks that a sleeve is always provided. A few months back, I had a conversation with the store manager about why a sleeve has to be requested and he said it was a new policy set by corporate. Not providing sleeves proactively seems like a safety liability that Starbucks would want to mitigate. On a recent visit, I asked a barista to swap my 4-cup drink tray for a 2-cup tray since I was driving and felt it would be safer, especially with hot drinks and no sleeve. To my surprise, she said she wasn’t allowed to provide the smaller tray. This policy feels not only inconvenient but also another potential liability for the store. Given these experiences, I am disappointed in Starbucks and would like to know why the safety of your customers is not a priority. I went to the Blend coffee shop and they have sleeves and stoppers for customers to take as needed. Bye, Starbucks.
