Once again, the order wasn't right. The fries are cold. The drive thru just rushes through everything and even at the window the service gets worse. How is this place still open?

Wow i can believe the night cuban manager cursed me out because my daughter wanted to use her coupons for her order and before paying i gave the 2 rude drive thru employees the coupons and said your supposed to provide them at the speaker and i told her like 3 times about the coupons , they took the food away from me i felt so ashamed! What would i tell my daughter now right ? But o well never coming here ever again.

I usually think this place is ok. But after this morning, I'm never going back. Nothing worse that getting to work and the coffee you just bought is cold and taste weird. I'm assuming it's from yesterday. So disgusting. Someone should let them know , not to serve old coffee.

Oh my God bro... Missing food the past 3 times and one morning the chick on the intercom was playing games. I just drove off. Today tho... Missing my mini cinnamon rolls and icing. Missing my dipping sauce for my chicken fries. 1 of the 3 burgers was incorrect. Whyyyyyyyy??? I was the only one in the drive thru, how do you mix up orders this badly when you're not busy???

Went thru drive thru about 1110am. Got an original chicken sandwich add cheese. This was supposed to be my meal before work. Got home, there was so much mayo on it that it was seeping from the sides. Totally not edible. I have called the location like 15 times and nobody will answer. So I wrapped it back up and will stop by on my way to work. It is absolutely disgusting that they think someone could actually eat that. Customer service is not happening at this location. They need to do better. I work in the service industry also, it's not hard to make a sandwich right. I want a refund. Nasty

When people order large that's what they mean . Usually y'all are on point but not today.. plus my onion rings where half of a large and cold and mushy . .. not sure what's going on but disappointed today for sure.. please the ix it

The intercom is trash. The people working didn’t understand me and they got my order wrong. When I told them at the window the guy just stared at me like he was on drugs or just woke up from a deep sleep.

Friday Dec 7th. I purchased 2 whoppers, 1 was a double and the other was an impossible whopper. The impossible "pattie" was extremely dry and burned!!! Sadly i did not know this until i got home !! Onion rings were soft not crispy. Better quality control would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Went through drive thru to order food, paid for order and got home only to realize that I didn't get all of my order and what I did get was cold. I had to call 3 times before reaching someone because nobody was answering the phone. Then I was given option of driving all the way back across town wasting gas to either get refund or what they shorted me on. This is the 4th time this has happened, so I will not be going back to this location. If they would pay better attention and be more accurate, this probably wouldn't happen.

Nuggets were old and dried up and burn, the cheese sticks were nasty and probably 3 days old. Food was not fresh at all

Well never fails ... order was missing. Nuggets I asked for but wasn't on ticket and screen didn't work . The cook make burgers somewhat right... put mayo but wiped it off then put a chunk of lettus on it and slapped it together.. really ... they never ever. Ever answer the phone and impossible to get corp.to fix it⅘
