Great lunch stop in Ojai! We sat in Lisa's Cantina and were well taken care of by Erik—super friendly and attentive. Fresh, tasty food and a laid-back vibe. Would definitely stop here again!

First time tonight for us as visitors. Great local place. Lives up to rep as best casual Mex dinner in town. Lisa’s margarita was excellent. I, too, think Nicole’s review is BS. Plenty of helpful staff; excellent service, barkeep got a nice gratuity.

Jim and Rob’s is the best place to eat when you are visiting Ojai. I highly recommend this place!

I got the chicken fajita burrito and that was DELICIOUS!! This place is super good my kids loved the cheese burgers. Husband got the Bbq Chicken Sandwich outstanding!! Definitely love ordering here always consistent!

Came here to watch the Bears vs Rams conference championship game. We came here because we didn't really notice any sports bars in the area and came here on recommendation of our hotel front desk. There were large TVs at the bar and my friend and I were able to post up, order drinks, and some food. We order buffalo wings and tortilla soup. We got there around 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon and by 6 pm the place was packed with many locals also watching the game and ordering food. People here were friendly and talked to us even though we were rooting for the Bears.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The entire staff was super nice and helpful! My lunch ( burger) was awesome.. perfectly cooked deliciousness! Will definitely be going back!

Great service, Good food, a very reasonable price! My wife and I visiting from Az, and hiking at your beautiful Conservancy and met a long time local, Enrique, who said we needed to go to Jim & Rob's. I glad we did. Reese, the bartender and server was great. My home grown beef burger and a cup of soup was great. My wife's taco salad was good. And the pricing was the most reasonable, especially for the area. We will return on our next visit to the area.

BEST EVER! I can't say enough about this place. It has been my family's staple and go-to over the years. It continues to be a favorite for quality, exceptional fresh menu items, friendly service, and generosity of the business owners within the community. The food is consistently delicious, reasonably priced, and served with a smile. It never disappoints. I also appreciate the owners' commitment to the local and out-of-town visitors as they continue to provide support during the pandemic through open doors and high-quality food. This is truly an Ojai establishment. You must visit if you have not been here. Thank you, Jim and Robs!!

The first time we went on a Thursday in July just after noon and it was BUSY without a seat inside or out for awhile. The fact that it was so busy meant it was probably good, and overall the food was tasty. We eventually sat outside, not too long of a wait. As for the food, we shared a burger and I would have preferred a fresher Watkins Ranch burger patty, but I would definitely try it again. Fries were alright, onion rings were delicious, and with two drinks plus tip it was about 30 bucks. Excellent service and friendly staff. The second time we went was the first week in December and there was no line and plenty of outdoor seating. We had a regular burger and fries (they were out of the Watkins Burger) and chicken fajitas with flour tortillas. The chicken tasted sweet as though it was cooked in a sugary mixture, and unfortunately the Mexican rice appeared to be microwaved. The tortillas were warm and tasty, and it sure was a lot of food as you can see in the photo. Although not the best visit, we think it was just an off day and we'd probably try again. The French fries were fresh, hot and delicious.

Very good portions and very quick service but also a lot of customers so crowded a lot.

Had a burger here, delicious! I ordered a burrito with asada and the ingredients were fresh but it seemed to be a little bland for me. Staff was really cool, I did get a taco bowl instead of the burrito I ordered but they fixed everything up after I mentioned it. Burgers are good, burritos specifically the asada was ok.

While I think their ingredients are fresher and better than many fast Mexican restaurants, they seem to be adverse to salt as many of their items including their salsa bar lacks flavor. If they worked on that they’d be amazing. The chimichanga is def a standout though and very flavorful.

Usually good food for a decent price. Called in a 3 meal order today, took 15 min longer than projected and the lady in the kitchen seemed to have an attitude when I was asking for an update on my order. My burrito would have been better without multiple human hairs in it. Next time I'll order those on the side.

I really don't know what to say about this place. The reviews looked great. They had a sign outside that said they had the best burrito. I got a salad and you can see in the photos it was watery. There should not be that much water at the bottom of a salad. The flavor was barely there. The tacos that came were mostly lettuce. I did like that they had soda water at the soda fountain so I could get bubbly water as I don't drink soda. The tea was very good. However everything else was just OK. For the price I was not impressed.

I've eaten here before, and it's been decent. I ordered the beef taquitos to take home. The beef was so overcooked and dry they were inedible. The meat in taquitos should be chewy, not dried and crunchy. One of the worst meals I've had in Ojai

I walked in and there were two teens at the ordering place. they both made eye contact with me and then just continued talking to each other. i interrupted them and asked where i should pick up my to go order. they just pointed to the counter. but whatever not a big deal. the food however was a big deal. i am so disappointed in how bland everything was. it just reminded me of grabbing random thing out of the fridge and just coming up with a meal. will not be going again
