Taco Bell

My first “fast food” review but it’s worth it because this Taco Bell has been all-around wonderful. We’re from Ventura and we’ve driven up to this location for multiple reasons: 1. Customizable orders! (Aka items that are no longer on the menu but they will make them for you!) 2. It’s never been too packed. Just a couple people rotating in or out. 3. It really is in a beautiful location with the mountainside 4. When I walked into the restroom, it was clean and smelled of fresh bleach (but *not* overwhelming; it was more reassuring like it had just been cleaned.) Definitely 5 stars!

Awesome view of TooaTopa Mountain range, from outdoor patio. Hardly anybody inside lotta drive-through activity but nice in your AC I guess people are still unaware of places within eating dining. Taco Bell consistency of product on point. I also see a couple of plug-ins for laptop cell phone plug-ins . Which can be a rare find these places as several of them are sealed up and closed.

Night of July 31 2023. Ordered a drive thru pick up order through the app. Picked up my order to arrive home and find that the vast majority of the order in the bag was wrong. Certainly frustrating. Drove back to get it fixed. Upon arriving, there was an ambulance, and a whole platoon of police vehicles outside the entrance tending to someone (not an employee) on a stretcher. We went to the drive thru to stay clear of the activity, as the drive thru appeared to still be moving. I have to imagine whatever went down caused our order to get messed up. When we went through the drive through, the team completely remade our order to include our drinks that were getting warm. They generously carried the new order out to the parking lot. They threw in a cinnamon twist to sweeten our troubles. I appreciate the service, and kindness amidst all they had going on, and then trying to make it right for us so we could indulge ourselves on some TBell after a heck of a Monday. It sucks having to remake a customers order when you are trying to dig out of a hole on a busy night. And it probably really sucks when you just had something strange happen in your lobby that has police in your parking lot. Owner/manager, 5 stars for your team working the evening of 07/31!

Easy Rider

Taco Bell in Ojai (Mira Monte) is a cut above when it comes to fast food and service. The drive-up window operates like a well-oiled machine, and the dining area inside is well-maintained and kept clean as can be. Addie, the manager, and her staff are top-notch, courteous, efficient and as accommodating as can be. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's what Ojai needs.

This location is usually very good. I come here a lot and hardly ever have complaints. Can't ask for too much more with a fast food chain.

Fast, easy, and clean! The hooks that they have around the seating could hurt a child if ran into, but the remodel turned out very nice!

Obviously I haven't been to a lot of other Taco Bells across the West Coast and I have to say being here almost my whole life this place decent portionshand half decent staff...

I don't think I could ever give Taco Bell 5 stars, but they always earn a solid 4. Love the potato tacos.

Update: They've replaced their cashiers with kiosks. Food is still great.

This Taco Bell is a great clean place. Great customer service. Good place for a quick stop for a bite to eat.

Relatively quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Helpful cashier. Clean. Fairly fast service.

I would give it a 5 star, but they didn’t add sour cream to my taco. Overrall Service 10/10. My food was warm and delicious 😋.

You can't use EBT here. I think Taco Bell trains workers to use tiny portions, my chalupa could've done with more beans. I showed the cashier my order on my phone and it had no cheese and no sour cream. Got them on my order anyway....It seems to be a Taco Bell thing to disregard changes to your items. Oh well. I didn't smell anything bad inside, but it was totally dead. I liked how spacious it was. Genuinely a nice place to dine in, very sunny, lots of windows. My fries were really good. Tried the limited time desserts. Laughably small. I didn't really like the caramel one. Both were a little too crunchy, so pass on those.

Taco bell is always good. I don't think this one in Ojai has ever gotten my order wrong. It seems like they have more staff now so hopefully the wait times are lower than before.

What happened to the $5 or $6 boxes. I stopped going often as a result of coasting $10-15 each time now. Other than that the quality is always consistent.

Hell no! One of your employees took part in inappropriate behavior, and I’m NOT gonna done at this place if all your employees are like this. I saw two kids running away from a CLEARLY high ADULT and one of your employees, who’s a female, looks in her late 20’s, very fat/chubby, and Mexican, was laughing and mocking with a fat man next to her about the kids “getting beat up”, that is NOT OKAY, and I will be telling all of my colleagues not to dine at your restaurant, I fear your customer service is horrid just like your employer who was laughing at two kids about to be hit by a drunken/influenced adult. The kids were 11 and 12, and the man was in his early 20’s. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

The customer service here with the employees working the drive thru is off putting to say the least these young adults act irritated with their customers and it feels as though you were bothering them by choosing to eat there. There is profane mutterings and a complete lack of "thanks please come again". This isn't an isolated event so I will no longer be a customer until something is done to correct the issues. Got my order completely wrong yet was still charged for chicken instead of beef. It did not taste good at all. Idk if this was an off night for this certain taco bell but I won't be back for a while. I didn't go back to fix my order due to being at work and wasn't able to.

The fact that this place has 4.0 is mind blowing.🤨🤔 I'd give it a zero if I could! It was gross and horrible!🤢 My family and I went there on 2/27/26 at 2:30pm. The moment I walked in it smelled of sewage badly! The service was very lack luster. The tables and floors were dirty and disgusting and the food was just gross! My family and I will NOT be going back any time soon. Ugh!😝
