No one showed up at the drive through speaker so went to the window where a hassled looking employee took our order which consisted of three kids meals. Had to pull around and wait and then had to wait again because only got 2 out of the 3 the first time around. Seemed understaffed and stressful for everyone involved.

We went through the drive thru to get lunch. After out food was handed to us and the lady walked off, I checked the bag. We decided we needed some hot sauce so we waited there, thinking she would come back. She did not return. We drove around to the front and I walked in to get hot sauce. A bald gentleman (manager?) Asked if he could help me. I told him that we waited at the window, but people were too busy talking to come back to the window. He told me to wait outside, and that I might now be infected, just walking in the door, and he wanted me to know that. So if this place is that likely to be infected, why are they serving people food and handing out hot sauce? Very unprofessional.

This is what I believe to be a bread tie, and almost choked on it. Went into establishment on May 2, little before 5pm.

This is awful. I ordered a medium hot fudge peanut butter sundae and did not even get 1 full pump of hot fudge. I had 3 bites of flavor and the rest was ice cream. Complete rip off

We were there last August (August 2024) and the men's bathroom had a sign above the trash that said "please do not hand lower fecal matter into the waste basket"........WTH?

I ordered steak fingers with a side salad and they refused because I was not a senior citizen! They have the meal but refused to sell me one. Manager says that corporate will not allow them to do it.

Horrible service, wish I could take stars away, ordered a 6 peice steak finger and a chicken salad. Waited 30 minutes for my steak fingers to go to a other customer who had ordered after me. And had to wait another 10 minutes to actually get my food so I can leave. Got home and everything but steak fingers was cold and nasty, I won't be eating there again.

I called in my order. I even had her repeat back to me to make sure it was right. When I got there they were waiting for me pay for it before they started cooking. I ordered 2 Dude Combos. One with mayo and one with mustard. She said it would take 3 minutes but it took 30 minutes. When I got home and opened it to eat they both had mayo. I called them and she says that I didn’t tell her to put mustard in one. I told that when I called it in I said mayo on one and mustard on the other. She said that she didn’t take my order on the phone and wasn’t told. She said it was my fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. Needless to say I went over her head because of the principal of the thing. Olney Dairy Queen has really gone down hill. Double Thumbs down for this DQ.

It took over 30 minutes to get food for a group of 5 people and there were no orders in front of us. When the food was finally brought to the table, the whole order was wrong and when we told the cashier that it was wrong, she just said sorry and walked away. While we ate our food, we watched as other people got their orders delivered wrong or not delivered at all. This place is understaffed, undertrained, and undermanaged. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Will make it a point to never stop here again. We went inside to break up our trip. Took 5 minutes to be helped at the counter. When I started giving the employee my order she said "oh wait" and walked away. When she came back she delivered someone else their order, went back into the back and then took our order. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard. I got something with no cookie dough and peanut butter smeared around the edge of the cup. We ordered a cherry limeade and it was delivered to the table dripping and covered in cherry syrup. Horrible experience from start to finish.
