I stopped in last Thursday with my 3 year old granddaughter. It was first time at this location. My granddaughter wanted just chocolate ice cream and french fries. We were greeted right away by a young lady named Brie. I asked Brie if they could put chocolate ice cream in a small dish for her and she said sure so we got that and a small fry. Within a very short time her food was ready and I went to pay and Brie said "It is on me". I was taken back by this young lady and my granddaughter and I thanked her. As we stayed for the next 30 minutes enjoying ourselves I observed her and other workers consistently giving excellent customer service at the counter and the drive thru window. So "Thank You Brie" for really making our day and our experience a positive one!
The drive thru was very long last night so we decided to go inside. The staff were quick and were working hard to get orders completed. I was even impressed they didn't mess any orders up as well. Our ice cream was really good.
This locale is very regularly very busy, as ice cream in summer is popular all day long. I've been here a few times on late night Blizzard runs, and the people working have always been professional and quick. I know it must be a long day slinging ice cream in the Nebraska heat, and I appreciate that they always worked to serve good product even if it was late.
Food was hot and came out quick, even with drive thru and in store orders coming in. Staff was nice and gave us everything we ordered. Would definitely come back again.
They were very understaffed but did a really good job. When I handed the staff person my credit card at the drive through, we managed to drop it. Since I couldn't see it from my car, she offered to come out and get it for me. I thought this was very kind and extremely good service.
Only waited a few minutes for someone to take our order (which was good to give us time to look at the menu). Charlie was very pleasant and attentive and was efficient and getting our order. Nini (sp?) the manager was also very attentive and engaged ensuring all customers were being taken care of in a timely manner. The food was hot and delicious (we ordered the chicken tenders basket). Charlie even asked if we wanted our ice cream later, which we did! Fabulous service which I don't usually experience at this DQ so I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate those working there today.
I ordered a birthday cake and called to check my order. The manager was very polite and made sure my order was ready and perfect. I picked it up and it was the best cake we have ordered. The cashier who waited on me was very nice. It was a great experience. They even had vegan options for the Dilly bars.
Thank you for making my pumpkin pie blizzard so good today. I asked for extra pie pieces and they actually did! Literally down to the bottom. I was all the way in china and still digging out pie pieces. You made my day, thank you lol!
Definitely not like it use to be. Not very clean. Ordered a milk shake and not a typical lid. What happened to employees caring and prices are crazy. Mini blizzard, med blizzard, med milk shake was almost $17
The $5.00 box meal is really a kids meal. I ordered chicken tenders (4). I got 4 little hard nuggets. Upswing the hot fudge sunday was delicious!
I wanted to do something different for lunch by getting a foot-long hotdogs from DQ...no longer available 😑 so I went with the Burger. They were slow getting out food during the lunch window of the day (not short staffed and teenagers have ZERO sense of urgency to do anything to include making money) AND the food with slightly warm 😑. Note to self, consider DQ when wanting ice cream 🍦...maybe.
My experience with them was average. I ordered a chicken sandwich. They assumed I wanted a crispy sandwich, and blamed me for not specifying. I told them they should ask. They fixed it, but they gave me a piece of chicken that was obviously freezer burned. I cut that part off and ate it anyway. My son ordered lettuce on his burger. They charged me $0.29 extra. I doubt I'll be back soon. I'll try again when they've had a change of staff.
Decent location for Dairy Queen, but not the best around. I've been a few times and it's been hit or miss on the service, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of their registers or dining area. Definitely better and worse options for food or a frozen treat. Also it's not Ice Cream here... it's frozen dairy dessert.
Just a normal dairy queen except their food and not dessert. Food there isn't good. Atmosphere is so bland
This is my go to Dairy Queen and the food is usually very good but today I went and got a 4 piece chicken strip basket with the country gravy and an extra gravy. First the service was super slow and took 10 mins to get my food, second of all the gravy was not gravy but flavored water and unusable, third the chicken strips tasted like they were old and had been sitting for a while, the Texas toast was like warm bread. VERY Disappointed!!
For the amount of employees I could see just from the lobby there shouldn't have been as many issues. Whoever was working the frying area had an attitude and was snappy with the guy who helped correct my order, which I didn't realize until I got home was still wrong but you win some and you lose some.
The BBQ boneless wings basket and chocolate malt tasted good and then I was super sick for two days afterwards. Classic symptoms of food poisoning. I honestly think it was the buffalo sauce, it didn't quite taste right and of course I still ate it lolol. I've eaten this same meal a few times over the years and was happy with it. I only eat fast food every so often and it will probably be a while longer because of this experience.
I had a medium snickerdoodle blizzard and it was delicious! Literally made me do a happy dance:) However, it’s really unethical of the business to stay open in the drive through and inside with such few workers. They are so overwhelmed I waited 45 mins for one blizzard and there were chunks of peanut and chocolate in my snickerdoodle blizzard which shouldn’t have been there. I hope they start accommodating their staff better or it is only going to get worse with the high volume of business they have :( Ultimately, that snickerdoodle blizzard speaks for itself, but I won’t likely be returning to this particular location anytime soon.
First off the blizzard was leaking over the sides, and had asked for no drink tray but drink tray was pushed through the window through the drive-thru. The fries in the chicken strip basket were not even warm or hot and we're soggy. That was straight out of the drive-thru. The gravy was about a teaspoon in each container or tablespoon. And we had ordered extra gravy so we paid extra for a tablespoon of gravy wasn't even close to being a third or a quarter full in the container. Will not ever go back to that dairy Queen.
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 slushies and a *small* pup cup. When I got to the window, the man handed me a carrier with 2 slushies and a blizzard. I was a little confused but still handed my card to pay. After I paid, I asked the man (his name is Brett) what the blizzard was for. He stated that it was the small puppy chow blizzard that I ordered. I stated I didn’t order it and he looked at me almost disgusted and goes “well I don’t know we can’t take it back through the window soo??” And I go “well did I pay for it?!” He stated “yes?? You ordered it so you paid for it?” I then replied “No I didn’t… I ordered a pup cup..” He looked over to a boy standing at the computer behind him and goes “I guess she didn’t order that blizzard?? You need to refund it”. Still holding my card. After sensing a lot of tension and attitude coming from to two men I asked for my card back. The boy who was asked to do a refund stated the the other man “well that’s her fault, the speaker kept cutting out. I’m not doing a refund”. Frustrated, I told them it was fine and drive off. To me, this was handled very inappropriately and unprofessionally.
Tara is very rude and disrespectful, not just to customers but to the crew as well. Talking about how the crew are pretty much dumb and incompetent. She never thanks anyone and gives dirty looks. I can’t believe how she talks to the crew there being she is a manager or supervisor of some sort. You need to replace her, she is dragging down the store and I’m sure the crew hates working with her as she is very unprofessional. She should treat the staff there better, and stop being such a stuck up Karen. She is not inferior to anyone and she needs to take a class on how to speak to the crew there. Highly unacceptable. On a great note, Christine is amazing and very kind and friendly. :)
Customer service was not prioritized. They didn’t take the time to greet, and bickered amongst themselves. Waited in line for 10 minutes to order inside. Then waited another 10 for it to be made. Ice Cream was ok. Also, no hair nets or hats? No one washing hands or wearing gloves?
I ordered a blizzard with extra pie pieces; but they were out of the pie pieces completely. My husband got a banana split, and they dropped 1/2 of the banana at the window and had to give me a whole banana. I ordered chicken strips with onions rings and didn't get the onion rings. My husband ordered a burger meal, and they forgot his fries. (This is all from the same trip) If I didn't stop in the parking lot to check my bag, I would have had to drive 4 miles to get the rest of my order.
Stopped to get the kids ice cream. Blizzards ~check. Shakes or malts ~nope. All out of lids. How do you run out of inventory on one of your core menu items. Clearly a fail on behalf of management. It worked out as I decided not to order something else and I went to another chain that does beat Dairy Queen in shakes in both size, quality and value.
Very poor experience. The person running the register was very rude when ordering, and then when she brought our food, she slammed the tray on the table and walked away only for it to be the wrong food. We brought it back to the counter and got the right food from another employee. The food was pretty good, and we went up and ordered ice cream, but the lady working the register again seemed annoyed to be there and put in the wrong size on one of our blizzards. We also just witnessed her throwing things around behind the counter. On top of this, all the tables were gross or covered in sauce or crumbs, and the floor was sticky to walk one. Definitely won't be returning to this particular DQ
Food obviously had been under a heat lamp for a long time, fries were over salted, and the crew forgot the ice cream
Service was great, even got a free item because of a menu change. Solid W. But then I was served my ice cream and parked for my burger... ice cream melted in the car because of the 15min wait after i had sat at the window for a few min... and then the burger was barley warm and old fries.. what was I waiting on?...
They are busy I understand but 13 cars went through the drive though before I could get 2-6 piece chicken tenders combos . 20 minutes for chicken tenders. Not prioritizing properly. No compensation or anything. Very frustrating
Even taking into consideration that this is a fast food restaurant, this place sucks. The ice cream is standard DQ quality, normally fine but always very low quantity of ingredients in the blizzards. Bottom half is always just plain vanilla ice cream. However the food is garbage. I've eaten here a dozen times or so. You can just tell that no one cares about what they are serving. Never making that mistake again.
Make sure you are not in a hurry if you choose this location. Average time in drive through or ordering inside is 30 to 45 minutes. This includes if you order ahead on the app. The wait time is not an anomaly. It's very consistent over multiple visits. The food is generally good. If you order large fries with your combo, you will more often get regular size. Basically avoid if you are on a lunch break. You will be late to work.
I tried 3 times to order a small chocolate oreo blizzard the first time they tried to give me a large cone in the drive through the 2nd time I got a chocolate shake and the 3rd time I went inside and they gave me a chocolate blizzard with tiny slivers of chocolate but no oreo cookies. So I took it home stopped at the store for Oreo cookies refroze my very watery blizzard and then put it all in my blender and made the correct $12 small blizzard.
staff always has an attitude, lids are never put on the ice cream, causing them to melt all over my vehicle, and the lines are far too long for the quality of food.
If you use DoorDash, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DAIRY QUEEN. I went in today, as a deliverer for DoorDash, and was completely ignored for several minutes. When they finally asked for my order I told them I had an order to pick up. They checked their screen and informed me that the order was not even started yet. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes and had to deliver to an upset customer at having to wait so long. The employees behind the counter seemed very unprofessional and disorganized, constantly yelling but still no actual communication. Easily one of the worst DQs I've ever been to.
Spent over 25 minutes in the drive through, get to the window and the employee working seemed more interested in talking with her coworkers than helping customers. Ice cream was more like soup than soft serve. Extremely poor service and quality!
Just went through the drive through at 132 and maple location in omaha ne between 6 and 615pm. Attempted to order a large shake was told they don't sell large shakes with meals and couldn't upgrade. Drive through worker with dirty gloves, no mask. Did not hold blizzard upside down. Did not say 1 word to us other than 21.35. Very disappointed. Don't even know if our food is safe to eat. Tried to call manager several times with no answer.
The manager should be fired. She walks in at 10:30am phone in tow upset because the doors were still locked. The workers did not have cash drawers. Took 10 minutes to get the cash drawers then the worker still couldn’t get in the drawer because she needed an access card. All while the manager is in her phone. Didn’t offer any apology for my wait. As a manager if you expect your workers to be on time and prepared for the day shouldn’t you do the same.
Horrible service! I've worked in customer service for almost 19 years in California, so I know how challenging it can be. I always treat customers service reps with the up most respect. However, when I went here tonight the young lady working the drive thru was very disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes at me and was very rude. I asked for my cheeseburgers to have no mustard and onions due to one of my girls being allergic to mustard and all my kids don't like onions. Then they didn't give me all my food. I was short 2 burgers and fries. So I paid for horrible service and didn't even get all my food. Very disappointed.
We went to this location at approximately 9:00 PM on 9/20th, and had a horrible experience. By far, the most unsanitary Dairy Queen i’ve ever seen. Floor was very sticky, the kitchen area was an absolute mess. Not a single employee was wearing gloves, yet we witnessed multiple employees wipe their nose SEVERAL times. Additionally, the customer service was way below subpar. I would list the names of the employees, but none of the employees were wearing name tags. The employee in question was exceptionally rude, and did not acknowledge our presence, even though we were right in front of the register. Not only that, he literally punched the register, since he had to start over on our very large order (Only 2 small blizzards). Definitely will not be back. I’m amazed the health inspectors haven’t shut down this location.
Ordered our food in drive thru. We questioned the price as it was supposed to be 1 large blizzard and my husband ordered a 6 piece honey chicken strip and asked to upgrade his drink to a blizzard. They ended up charging us for 3 blizzards. We then asked them to just put the money back on the card for the extra blizzard. The manager legit claimed it would be to hard to figure out the mistake and told us they could give us a coupon. How does a “manager” not know how to put money back on a card? She was extremely rude and awful. It’s sad the way she would treat customers I can’t imagine how she treats her employees. I will never come back to this location.
Literally so slow.. Shouldn’t take this long when there’s not even a line?
Let me start off by saying I will no longer be going to ANY Dairy Queen’s again. Every time I go to one something is wrong. I ordered online and had it set to pick up inside, because I had to get off to work. Next thing I know I pull up and only the drive through was open with a long, slow moving line. No way was I waiting in that, thank goodness I saw an employee outside and she asked someone to bring out my order. But very upset because on their door and site the times are wrong. Update: They forgot my side of fries.
The lady at the register lied about the availability of the menu items, specifically a blizzard that I've had multiple times at that location. When I questioned her about it, she doubled down and said the ingredients weren't available. When I mentioned I've had it multiple times, she told me it was a different location. It wasn't, and I told her that. It didn't matter, she wasn't making it. Apparently, some menu items are unavailable if they require too much effort
Oh, Dairy Queen. You negatively outdo yourself every time I visit. Thank you for your rudeness and complete disregard for your patrons. Just awful.
We went into the lobby and the ingredients counter was very messy and the nut container was open. My friend got a Chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and had an allergic reaction because of cross contamination of nuts. Please do better.
I frequent this location because it's convenient and close to home, but I absolutely would not recommend it. Drive thru wait is always excessively long and customer service is non-existent. The only get orders right about 75% of the time and are never apologetic when asked to fix mistakes. I finally decided to post this review because I went there today with the intention of using rewards points for a free chicken strip basket. After about a 30 minute wait, I finally got to the window where they tried to scan the barcode for my rewards, and it didn't go through. They scanned it one more time, and then just shrugged and charged me full price. I asked for clarification why I couldn't use my points and without making eye contact, the guy at the window just said "dunno, it's not working." I tend to be pretty forgiving with technological issues, but absolutely no effort was made to fix the problem or even acknowledge it. Avoid this location at all costs.
Today 7/30/23 Brett whom was taking orders up front decided he wanted to yell at me when I was trying to talk to the manager. Then proceeded to yell at me again when I showed him my order for doordash saying to "put your phone down" and it echoed across the whole store. Then decided to be totally rude when I saw my order sitting in the cooler and I was just letting them know I was going to take it. I'm letting doordash know this is not a suitable location for orders to be placed and for anyone's experience
Every time I come here (all at different time frames) I have waited in the drive through for 10-20 minutes. And it’s not like I’m 10 cars back. I have literally waited at the menu for 5-8 minutes just for someone to take my order. I’ve never written a review until now, because at this point it’s just getting annoying especially when none of the employees are genuinely apologetic. Genuinely would mean they actually show they’re sorry and don’t just say the word sorry. The thing that really aggravated me this time is that after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through I finally got up to the window to witness that they were short staffed. So, at first I wanted to be empathetic to their situation but then I watched them and they had ZERO sense of urgency. Poor management on DQ’s part. Time to figure out how to motivate your employees DQ. I won’t be coming back and I’ll tell everyone I know not to go to this location until I know this is fixed.
Ordered a birthday cake on line. Order must be placed Two days before pickup. Went to pick it up on appointed day and time, can I see confirmation of your order, showed confirmation, oh so sorry it came decorator didn’t get the order. Can we borrow your phone to decorate. 20 minutes later I get the cake I ordered 2 days ago and the decorating looks horrible. I won’t even mention the dirty conditions of the inside but I will say my shoes were sticking to the floor. Will never be back to this location.
My husband & I stopped for a medium chocolate cone. No price was given when ordered and after waiting forever, when we got to the window, the guy said it was six dollars and some change. I asked him to check again and he said that was right. Of course we're not paying that much. After checking the menu price, were they trying to just rip us off and pocket some money or what? Management needs to check into this. It was after 4 pm today and something is definitely not right at this establishment. There should be a place on here to contact management.
When I tell this was the worst customer service, I mean IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! First we had to wait in line for 30 minutes because the drive thru intercoms service wasn’t working. There wasn’t anybody outside taking orders or anything. Then when we finally get up there, there’s all these high schoolers on their phones in a group. Everybody with airpods and on there phones. Only one person who was actually working and she had no idea what she was doing. We were sitting there as they kept bringing us are wrong orders for 10 minutes. It would’ve been faster if I went in there and did everything than wait for them to do it.
Ordered a 6 pc strip combo with a sprite, got a 4 pc and a water. Only good thing was my blizzard. Looks like I havent been the first and wont be the last to have issues with this location. Person responding to the reviews here too doesnt seem keen on actually helping to make things right with customers and instead just hopes people will give them another chance.
I would like it known I tried to call to address this and 3 times the phone went unanswered. I Went here for the new funnel cakes (which aren't sweet or good if they don't have powder sugar (as advertised)) and it was a huge disappointment. I understand it's busy during the summer but that's no reason to slack on your menu options. It's not right to the people who use a drive thru for convenience to get home excited for that sweet treat and it's not at all what you expected or as they show it. Step it up DQ.
This was total confusion from the minute we walked in. One of the employees was standing on the customer side of the counter helping someone that way. The girl behind the counter taking orders was not helpful at all. She took orders but didn't pitch in to make them so, they weren't getting made. The boy helping make drive thru orders didn't know what he was doing or what went in yhe blizzards as the manager had to tell him on every one what went into them. The tables in the lobby needed cleaning and the manager needs a raise for having to put up with mindless little twits that don't want to work.
For the 3rd and final time I visited the store's drive through today. I sat for over 5 minutes before being responded to, AFTER not one but two of their workers came out the back door and had a long loud conversation right there in from of me at their menu board about how stupid one of their customers was, evidently, as they agreed the menu board CLEARLY said cheese curds were available as an upgrade for an extra cost. When they finally agreed how wrong and stupid said previous customer was, they took their time going back inside, and a familiar voice said, "Whenever you're ready," as though I was holding THEM up. Lord knows it's hard to find help, but these guys need to NOT be working with the public. I live in the neighborhood, and will drive elsewhere for a treat from here on out.
Got to the drive through at 10:20pm and had our order taken at 10:23pm. After waiting in line 20 minutes, we got up to the window at 10:43pm & got told the manager wasn’t letting them make anything else for the night because they were closed. Online it says they close at 11pm as well as their sign they have in the drive through. If you want to leave work early, maybe you shouldn’t work retail where you constantly have customers. Highly recommend not coming to this location.
We had to get refunds. Our food was wrong, the staff were arguing with each other regarding how to make food, their soda machine was empty and it took 20+ minutes to get that working only to see that our food was incorrect and inedible. There were only 3 customers already eating and we were trying to get food. One of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had.
I came in to get a twist cone with crunchy peanuts on a beautiful evening. I thought what a nice late afternoon treat while we can sit outside to enjoy the weather. The register person did not ring up my order correctly. My total was $3.07–I gave him a five and .07 cents. He gave me the .07 back and then change even though I told him oh I don’t like having a bunch of change let me get you the .07. I had my service dog with me as well who had her vest on. The older blonde with her hair in a pony tail and half bun appeared to not be pleased with my service dog being with me and rolled her eyes at me when it was our turn to order. Appears staff do not know/understand ADA law. If they weren’t sure my service dog was a service dog, they could have asked me the two allowable question, instead of being annoyed my service animal was with me b/c I have a disability. I was not impressed. Lots of people working and lots of standing around. We ate outside on such a beautiful night. Poor poor service. Most likely will not return. Do better.
Brother man did NOT want to be working. He spoke when he HAD to & worked like a snail, just like his co-worker. I ordered the mint Oreo Blizzard & there was MAYBE 3 drops of mint syrup in it. My husband got an M&M Blizzard, didn’t ask for chocolate syrup in it, got it anyway. Service here has gone downhill the past few years, it took 20 minutes to get our Blizzards & there were only 2 orders ahead of us. Only person working hard was the drive-thru gal.
horrible experience, employees were nice, boss was very rude. told us to get out when we were just trying to eat our food. took over 25 minutes to get a few blizzards and even forgot 1 of our ice creams for my 3 year old daughter, she was devastated. got everyone’s order wrong, i heard people say they wait over an hour.the purple haired girl need to be let go.😡 Praying for her
My family frequent this location often, and my husband and I along with them when in town. I ordered a banana split blizzard 5/14/24. When I tasted it something didn’t taste right, I thought it was because of the chocolate syrup that they put in it that I requested no syrup. I requested that my banana split blizzard be remade because I kept getting big chunks of strawberry leaves and stems, and there was fudge added when I requested no fudge. The manager at the time questioned why I needed it remade and I began to tell her and she cut me off telling me there was nothing they could do about the leaves and stems in the strawberries that’s just how it is. So then I finished my sentence and let her know that I also asked for no fudge and she slammed the cup in the garbage and told Bradley to remake it. What a disgusting attitude! This is your leadership?! What a shame. Then I get home and start eating my blizzard and discover why the first one tasted funny when I got a big bite of a strawberry chunk that was bad…tasted like it was rotten and fermented! Don’t worry I will be sticking it in the freezer and returning it to the store, so see ya tomorrow!
so dirty. all workers looked at me but didn’t help me for 10 minutes
Worst lunch ever! Ordered Door Dash. I live one block away with no transportation. Malt was milk. Fish was not fully cooked and neither were the cheese curds. No time to write more. Have to go hurl.
Really slow people for a fast food restaurant. 30 minutes wait for a cone!
I placed an order and was told food would be brought to the table. After over 50 minutes and standing back in the already long line I finally had to just pull someone aside and ask where my order was. My food was given away and had I not said anything we never would have gotten our food. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
We went inside thinking it would be quicker than drive thru. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for our blizzards, after the person who ordered behind us got her ice cream. After I went up to the counter, they handed me blizzards that were already starting to melt. The manager said they can make new ones and I said that would be great. I asked why give a table number of no one is going to bring them to the table. And then another group of people ordered food and an employee was asked what the numbers were saying they each had a number and he said I have no idea. This visit was a huge joke.
I came to this Dairy Queen with two other people for the 85 cent blizzard promotion since we thought it was a good idea. Wrong. After we waited in the very slow line for 15 minutes, we get up to the ordering station. The very rude girl who was taking orders begins the conversation saying, “It’s been so busy tonight. We are very understaffed right now so that is why we are very slow, and we don’t close for like another fricken hour or so, so we can’t get things done since we don’t have enough people.” We order 3 small blizzards and pull up to the window. We wait at the window for three minutes before they even open the window, but we can see right through. The girl who took our orders (the one with piercings in her nose) is leaning against the counter talking to two other employees looking frustrated and annoyed. The man at the window, opens it up. We have our app ready to scan. He then says to us, “Oh great, they have those stupid fricken codes.” The very rude girl taking orders then says, “due to our short staff, we will not be accepting the fricken codes for the 58 cent blizzards” then slams the window in our face. My sister not knowing what to do (when we should have just driven off) takes out her card and waits for them to open up the window. We can still see right into it, and they’re just talking and laughing having a good time treating customers like garbage, cussing them out, and being disrespectful. The guy then says that he will accept one code and the rude girl says, “why are you even going to do that?? We are understaffed! We shouldn’t even be doing that stupid promo” After taking our “fricken” code, he says that next time we need to order 3 separate orders. In all, I have NEVER in my life experienced such disrespectful, inappropriate, and childish behavior from any employee at a restaurant or fast food place. I’ve never been told the word “fricken” to my face as many times as I did tonight. These workers clearly do not comprehend the meaning of customer service.
Walked in and me and my granddaughter were the only ones there and there was no customers at the drive thru. Quite a few employees working, but I had to say something to make my presence known. The blizzard was fine but the entire place was absolutely filthy. I will not be returning.
Went here for a couple of medium chocolate chip Cookie dough blizzards, they were mixed like 2 inches deep. If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream with cookie dough on top, I'd just go to Walmart and make it myself and have 5X as much for the same cost. Very disappointed.
The employees at this location are completely incompetent. I don’t think they ever have bananas 🍌, cheese curds, or dilly bars. So then I’m forced to order an Oreo royale and I get a small cup with chocolate ice cream instead. 🤪 I guess we will go to another location for our munchies.
I made a mobile order and select curb side pickup at 8:52, confirmed pickup at 9:07. I called at 9:20 to let them know I was outside. No one answered called 4 more times. And then they only came out because I knocked on the door because I was not happy. The Manager sent out two workers to deal with me instead of coming out. At this point I wanted a refund but they give me a substitute item instead. I guess I came out a winner because the cake I walked off was bigger and more expensive! Worst place ever!! 🤬🤬🤬
So angry with my order from last night. Ordered a large chocolate sundae and received one that barely skimmed the top of the bottom cup. When I expressed my concern to the drive through crew they just said "yeah that's a large" See the photo, yeah that's NOT a large. Would have marched into the store and demanded my money back especially cause there were also weird ice chips in it but wasn't dressed to go INTO the store! And I waited 15 min in line for THIS???
Ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy. Received it with 4 ranch in plastic containers that had melted from being to hot-they exploded and completely saturated the food. The fries were soggy and the chicken strips were hard as a brick. Bunch of punk kids who don’t care working there. Dairy Queen will hire anyone and everyone these days!
Have had multiple bad experiences in this DQ. 4/10/25 - Ordered A Large Smores Blizzard and Large Cotton Candy Blizzard via Doordash. Both Blizzards were cotton candy. In the past, we have also experienced similar issues. We went through the drive through, ordered two blizzards just to get the complete wrong blizzards. Go inside to get it fixed and have to wait for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Once acknowledged, you are a bother to them for wanting the correct order. Have also had burgers, fries, and chicken come out cold when dining inside. NOTE: Have questioned the cleanliness of the restaurant when dining in. Tried to research Health Department Standards. NOTE 2: Most of the reviews for this location are fake
Tryna have a nice slushie on a hot 70 false spring day in February. The dude @1:40 Pm Bro hands me a broken cup
Ordered some ice cream the worker was very rude when I said this is the wrong order she yelled I'm by my self and closed the drive though window very angry. I feel it wasn't my fault that she didn't have help. If she had been polite I would of understood but after she redid my order she just opened the windows and almost threw it into my car. If this is hope this site uses customer service. I won't be back or tell My friends to go their. Hooray for the 114 street staff they know hope to treat customers.
Worst experience ever at a take out restaurant we went in to avoid the long drive through line.we are fine with waiting if the service is decent. The inside the restaurant was filthy the staff were constantly pulling up their pants and running their hands through their hair. we were not acknowledged at the counter we stood there for 15 minutes while they ambled about and worked on drive through orders. We finally left without any food and went to another business we will not return.
I ordered a large chocolate dip ice cream cone. There were 6 cars ahead of me. They handed me a melted dripping mess. These people have no pride and no training. Dairy Queen should be ashamed of the quality of food their employees are giving paying customers. I will never go to ANY DQ ever again. This has been an ongoing issue at the 130th Maple St location. They all should be fired and hire people that take pride in what they do.
Placed an online order with the ready time at 9:04. 2atched the order being made at 9:08. Was helped at first, saying it was being packaged. Watched the order be placed into a bag, the receipt printed for a 3rd time, and then placed in drive thru. Stood at counter completely ignored by multiple employees for 11 minutes before I had to peak around drive thru to ask for order. Ice cream was melted and staff had a problem when I asked for it to be remade. Was still ignored for another 3-4 minutes with no resolution.
Customer service was very rude! I walked into the store and there was one other person in line waiting but he was a door dash. They gave him the order and then went into the back to do something else. There were a lot of workers and not one of them acknowledged me. Then two other door dashers walked in & one cut in front of me which I let go because I didn’t want to cause a scene and the manager acknowledged him & went to make the order. Gave him is order and then went back to doing other orders again not acknowledging me. I waited over 20 minutes and no one took my order so I just decided to leave. Very disappointed with the customer service especially from the manager. I do not recommend this DQ at all.
If I could give no stars that would be more accurate. Waited in line for 15 minutes, drive thru full. People waiting for their food. Loud and obscene music playing from drive thru crew, ice cream cups on floor by drive thru, doors and countertops were filthy. No one seemed to care we were there. Shift change happened at 4 and not a single person that came in washed their hands. Came in looking sweaty and very unkept. Sharing videos with each other of there weekend fun and earning each other about a “no good girl”. Horrible experience. Will not be going back. Hoping we don’t get sick from our food. From a certified professional food manager ,you should be ashamed to call this a Dairy Queen franchise.
Went to this location at 4:45pm on a Saturday prime time to eat. They didn't have any part of our order correct not even the drinks we had to ask for the correct amount. They told us to pull ahead and brought out the food out. When checking they were missing a meal of Chicken Sandwich and fries combo and a Dilly bar for the kids meal. We brought it back in to get our missing food. Along the way they checked out the chicken tenders meal. It was missing one tender and a bread as well. After getting everything we were supposed to we left. THEY CONFIRMED IT TO BE ALL WE ORDERED AGAIN. When we got home we opened up two of the chicken sandwiches. They were wrapped as chicken/fish sandwich. When opening them they both instead of chicken tenders sandwiches were single patty hamburgers. We paid way more than we should have for these sandwiches. Oh and we don't eat red meat so that's fun. WE STILL DIDN'T GET OUR SONS DILLY BAR EITHER. Best wishes to whom ever eats here. Order ID: AAAQNMX2AJD5 13150 W Maple Rd. Omaha
Ordered on the app. It gives you a pickbup time. When I asked the staff if I needed to check in, she snapped at me. She told me it would be at least 20 minutes. Sure enough, it was 20 minutes past the pick up time when I got my order. Seems like they don't know how to manage the logistics.
Come here all the time and order the same thing, this time there was not one but multiple hairs in my food, and the manager on shift said there was nothing he could do. To pay $14 for food and not even able to eat it or get a refund is crazy
I ordered online and when I showed up they hadn't even started my order. The kids in the front we're having arguments over politics not really paying attention to the customers. When we got home my wife's chicken sandwich was a regular cheeseburger and my son's sandwich was made wrong. Maybe if they're paying a little more attention to their jobs it would have gone better. I don't think I'll be back to this location.
Cursing loudly in front of customers (including children) my father is 80 and felt uncomfortable. He even spoke to a young kid about it behind the counter and the kid working told my father he was “over reacting”. No adults in sight it seemed to only be young kids “working” more like dicking around behind the counter, cursing, messing around, being rude, and making customers feel uncomfortable. This is not the first time this has occurred at this location and without proper adult management it will continue to happen. Do better.
I ordered at 6:56. I got my blizzard at 7:33. I watched a man order 20 minutes after I did. He got his blizzard in less than 3 minutes, BEFORE I got mine. When I went up to ask about my order, the lady was very rude. No wonder this place has a 3.3 rating. The blizzard were good.
I should have read all reviews before coming here today. I was missing half my order when they brought my food to the table. Had to go back and forth 3x. The 3rd time I physically walked up to the counter to wait, while waiting I observed a woman in the back messing with a can ld something that looked like marshmallow fluff, get it on her finger, no hesitation, popped that whole finger in her mouth and sucked it off and kept working!!!!! All tables dirty, sticky, floors dirty. Employees not presentable. Also watched another couple, one girl gor a mini blizzard that was so far uo over the top leaking, and her friend got a chocolate cone, whixh was a mess and so the employee said he had some problem so he put it in a cup. This location has seemed to have problems for MONTHS! When does it get corrected?
This place was bad. You cant even call what they did "Customer service". First off, they took 1.5 minutes before staring the process of ordering for no apparent reason. They said maybe 6 words while we were ordering. They took an absurd amount of time making our orders, which were not complicated, and then when we got up to the window, the guy was facing backwards. Took another minute before he opened the window. We get our ice-cream and they made mine wrong. So I went back in and asked for what I ordered. The person didn't even speak a word. Also, most of the staff had there pants down to their mid thigh. Overall terrible, terrible experience. Go to a different location.
I drove 15 minutes across town to get the new strawberry cheesecake blizzard, just to have them close 30 minutes early as I was sitting in the drive through. They made six cars back out of the drive thru due to short staff.
I just had one of the worst experiences ever at a fast food spot! I will never be coming back! After 15 minutes in line I get handed a blizzard that is gushing ice cream out of the sides all over me and all over my car. I say out loud are you serious? And the employee starts pressing me acting tough about it. Then throws me a lid and napkins like that fixes it. I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning my car and my ice cream is milk. This guy needs to be fired immediately!! Totally unacceptable. I’m absolutely fuming!!
I will go in person to show what was ordered verses what I received. Two shakes ,not blizzards which is why they weren't turned upside down. The orange shake didn't even get the orange flavoring mixed in and no whip cream for my grandson. Absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time I've had an issue but thought I would give it another try. Train each and every employee the right way. Spend more time with them, especially during busy hours so they know what to expect and what kind of service should be expected of them. Do better DQ for crying out loud.
My experience at Dairy Queen was terrible. I waited in line for 15 minutes without anyone attending to me or even telling me to wait a few more minutes. There was no communication or apology. I felt ignored and frustrated. I had to leave without getting my order. The service was awful. I don't recommend this place.
I ordered online an hour before they closed, but still waited inside like i just ordered then and there. (about 30 minutes inside) My order was also wrong. I told the staff it was missing an item and she gave me the wrong item again. the staff member fixed it but the single item i asked for was filled with grease. On my way home i felt something warm and wet on my leg and it was a pool of grease (was too angry to take a pic). My shrimp also had half the usual amount i get. And the blizzard… it was like filled to the brim which i understand they fill them up to the top but it was leaking and all gross AFTER i put it in the freezer. Just don’t come here if you want good food. And for the workers, you guys are being paid to be there and you signed up for the job you have. so act like it. You work in fast food for christ sake….SOMEONE IS PAYING YOU TO BE THERE!
We went in the lobby today. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. The person that appeared to be the manager had food all over her clothes, was hacking in her hand, rubbing her hair and then started preparing people food (not ours) without washing her hands. We waited an hour for 2 cones and 2 blizzards. Nobody is cleaning up either!
We went into the lobby, nobody was doing lobby orders we had been there for about 30 minutes at least. This picture shows the orders that ended up getting thrown away due to them only focusing on drive through and not the people in the lobby. The workers were asking the managers what to do and they keep saying very loudly in an annoyed voice I DONT KNOW. I knew they were busy so I wasn’t expecting it to happen in 5 minutes, but I’m disappointed on how long it took and how unmanaged they were. I understand being busy but it should not take thirty plus minutes to get ice cream, and for the ice-cream to be somewhat melted by the time I got it.
