Juice It Up!

I have been going to this juice it up for years. They are the best one I've ever been to they consistently are efficient and make wonderful smoothies. All the employees are friendly.

Good loved the drink so much I went back a second time. The girls working there are sweet.

I asked for a non dairy smoothie and had to educate the girl taking my order on what whey is and where it comes from. As people become more and more aware about their health, and the food they eat, having knowledge about vegan options is very important. :)

The server was helpful, she took my order and answered my questions. On another note, I tried to sign up online, filled out the form clicked on join and a note stated that the email was not correct, this was thru the app store. I repeated this process 5 times with no results. Any suggestions?

I'm worried because they've been closed for the last two days with a closed for the day sign. Hope all is well:( The wait time today is terrible lol 35 mins for acai bowls? I understand there online orders but walk in,s are always first

This used to be my favorite ,but sometimes the employees don't make the drinks right .I notice they only give good service when the owner is there .

I only came for the nostalgia, the flavors are the same they were 15yrs ago. The prices went way up. It's alright.

Customer service is not their strong suit at this location. My friend and I were discussing the menu and instead of the lady saying good morning it was a rude what can i get you. I don't know if this is the normal energy but it is very off putting and It's funny that the lady that assisted us name wasn't on the recipe

Terrible and slow service. Waited almost 15 minutes for my smoothie. The employees had no manners and were quite inattentive.

They took so long to get my drink the 2 girls just kept talking to there friend that came but to the store

Took a Groupon voucher I had purchased was told that the manager said to not accept the offer. Was advised to go to the foothill location. Before I went to the other store.. I called the other location and they stated that they did not accept the voucher as well. The girl in the store told me that various customers have contacted Groupon with no resolution. I called Groupon and they won't refund me my money. Upon ordering and paying for my drinks I asked the associate for clarification and she stated that Groupon was using their information illegally because they never agreed to be a merchant. Which is a lie because I have used the exact same voucher at the same location before. So I am not a supporter of liars.. sorry they lost my business. I doubt Groupon will be able to reach a resolution to this

This place has gone down hill. Has been hit or miss. Today I went 30 minutes before closing on the 10th of July and they locked the door. I wasted time and gas and they did not care. Please review your cameras and see that they locked up at 730pm. I was told they were short staffed.

The girls that work here are rude AF. second time I came in and had to wait for 5 minutes until they decided to help me. Meanwhile they were just standing around not really doing anything. They had 5 people working at the time 4 girls and 1 guy. Seems like they need some kind of management on the floor and not a bunch of teenagers running things.

I went to Juice It Up today and had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Ashley. When I walked up to the counter, there was no greeting or smile—just attitude. She asked what I wanted, and when I asked for a moment to decide, she walked toward the back and never returned to the counter. Another employee eventually looked up and asked if I was ready to order, and I said yes. Ashley then came back out, asked what my drink was, and began making it. While preparing my order, she was aggressively opening and slamming the fridge doors, which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. I asked for her name and waited for my drink and waffle. I was on my phone texting, and when I looked up, my drink had already been placed on the counter without any mention that my order was ready. She then set my waffle next to the drink without saying a word. I come to this location occasionally and have never been treated this way. The staff is usually friendly and greets customers with a smile. This experience was unpleasant to say the least. Ashley needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment if she is going to be serving paying customers.

I wish I can put a zero I came in for a good smoothie that I been loving for 26 years all I know is smoothie especially on Saturday morning with classic bagel with cream cheese. I had plastic in my drink 🤯 I couldn’t believe it smh 🤦 please juice up change before we never come again

I went today at 7:35, and they refused to provide me with service because the incompetent and lazy employee told me that the juicer machine was "clean" and they could not make any more juices. Why the hell do you close at eight, if you are negligent/careless and stop service almost 30 minutes before close times? It makes no sense!!! This is not the first time I have dealt with the incompetency and rudeness of the employees here. They even dare to argue with me before, when they are the ones who made the mistake.
