This is located inside the Ontario Mills plaza near Milliken avenue. It was my first time trying Cane's, and definitely very satisfied with it! Service is good The chicken tenders were very tasty, especially with the special sauce that they have. The vibe of the place is pretty active and energetic. Lots of youth and family eat here. They have a nice outdoor seating area which is pretty large, as well as a spacious inside dining area. The chicken strips themselves were very juicy. The fries were a little salty but tasty none the less. Now I know why people were raving about raising cane's! I'll definitely be back here.

First time at Cane’s and was surely not disappointed! The drive thru line was insanely full so we dined in. They have friendly service and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food, which came out very hot and fresh. Everything was super tasty and filling. Really like their different number of chicken strips options. Will definitely be back due to the tasty food!

The drive through line was extremely long so we decided to park and dine in. So glad we did. The line inside was short and there were plenty of seating inside and out. We received our food faster than expected. The restaurant was clean inside and the workers were friendly and asked how everything was going and even put our tray away for us. The toast and fries were so good. The lemonade was also good- not the most amazing but definitely not bad. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was an enjoyable experience. The inside was decorated very nicely. Honestly it gave me brewhouse vibes more than a fast food restaurant.

I love this place. The employees are always nice and the food is almost always amazing. Can't be a 10 all the time. Lol It's still worth the wait in the sometimes long lines.

We were there for a fundraiser. The first person who took our orders was really nice and helpful. When our second group arrived we were helped by a Caucasian male who stated he was the manager. He seemed to be irritated and when he spoke to us he was giving us angry attitude. We were very put off by his treatment but all and all, the other customer service interaction before him was great. The food was also really good and they food came out hot and we didn't have a long wait.

While shopping at Ontario Mills, we decided to stop by Raising Cane’s since it’s one of my son’s favorite spots! We went through the drive-thru, and luckily, it wasn’t too busy. The service was friendly and efficient. Since my little one isn’t a fan of chicken strips, I ordered the chicken sandwich for him, which he loves. The food was, as always, delicious, and their lemonade is one of my favorites. Overall, it was a great experience!

Been here a few times the chicken is good though not as juicy as people claim but it smells good and it’s not all dried out. Fries were bad and soft though and coleslaw really below average on taste

Pretty standard Cane’s overall. This one does have one of the largest outside eating areas I’ve seen though. Pretty clean inside and outside. Lots of available seating inside and outside. Food was served quick and extremely hot/fresh. The prices are bit expensive in my opinion but the meal is decent size, even shareable. Good flavors with the Cane’s sauce & ketchup. Staff was nice & efficient here, all working to help serve and maintain a clean restaurant/dining area.

The workers at the drive-thru were generous, but unfortunately, they forgot a couple of items I ordered. I specifically asked for a three-finger combo with extra sauce, but I didn't receive the extra sauce and the Raising Cane's bread. Because of this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

On 8/9/2025- order at the drive thru and could barely understand the order taker. Her voice was so low and child like. I had to repeat myself many times. Seems like the tenders got small and the overall portions for a 3count meal - it’s almost the same service as a kids meal. 3 count meal is just over 12.00 plus taxes.

First timer and will not return, was disappointed. Not much choice options 😕 everything pretty much contains chicken tenders or fingers as they call them. I ordered the chicken sandwich expecting it to be a fillet only to find out it's just 3 pieces of tenders. The sauce is basically ketchup and mayonnaise mixed with like pepper 🧐🤔🤷‍♀️ in my opinion definitely not thousand island dressing that's for sure. I asked for mayo and ranch and they don't carry it 🚫👎😑😤. So here I eat a DRY PLAIN chicken tender sandwich (that has no flavor!) with 🍟 with no other sauces available. They only gave me one piece of lettuce 🥬 too 🤣. The only thing I can say that was good was that the chicken and fries were FRESH and the Texas bread was good too but overall their "special Cane's sauce" isn't anything to brag about 🙄 ✋ and to be their ONLY option as a dressing is like ridiculous 🤦‍♀️. And they don't even offer Shakes! Like come on 🤨 no desserts? Honestly jack in the box's chicken sandwich has more flavor even though it ain't as fresh as cane's chicken fingers it still would have been better in my opinion and in my stomach 😅

On Saturday December 6th, I went to the drive thru at 3:00AM and a lady asked me what I would like to order and I have said what I’d like to order and didn’t hear anything back from the first speaker, the other side continuously have gotten their orders taken while I waited and the cars behind me then reversed and went into the other speaker and I drove into the window and told them what happened and they lady told me I would have to go back around to the speaker to order since they are only cooking to order which I had to do and when I came back a different lady was at the window. I don’t understand why they would make me go around to order when they were taking to orders of everyone on the other speaker after never finishing my order.

HAIR IN MY FOOD !!!!! Went and picked up a box combo and there was a hair in my chicken , very nasty and disgusting I will not be returning back ! The customer service was unprofessional at the window the women cared more about tracking her steps then making sure my order was correct . Picked my order up at 1:30 on 10/13/25 !!!! I also asked for extra crispy chicken and the chicken never comes out that way it’s always soggy , the batter falls off the chicken and it always taste like it’s uncooked. This canes has gone down badly . The Cole claw was also brown . And to top it off their was hair in my food so I will not be returning again that was the final straw !!!!

Customer service is a fail. Cannot understand the lady who has a masked on and is talking very fast. I made her repeat several times but instead of talking a little bit slower she then talked faster. I’ve never been to this place but will never come back. It’s our first to this place so of course we are unfamiliar even with the sauces, I did not make a big deal about how rude the service was yesterday so as not to ruin our lunch. But I felt the rudeness even when I came back to ask for an extra sauce and was told $0.49 for extra sauce. I just paid but the lady again was showing rudeness. The way she put the sauce and my change back. She was a young Asian with black masked on. Not being racist because I am also Asian. Just want to add that. Will never go back to any Raising Canes ever.
