La Finca is a popular Mexican restaurant known for its delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere. Customers rave about the margaritas, especially the flight, and the chorizo and cheese dip. Some reviewers mention slow service during busy times.
Tip: Service can be slow, so it's best to visit when you're not in a rush. Try the margaritas!
Went during the week for my lunch and had a great time! The customer service was great and food came out very quickly. I loved the queso chorizo dip, birria tacos and tres leches cake.
So how do we start this? Coming from a Hispanic Background I would like to think. I know what good. Hispanic food is when I taste it. and this food is amazing. I had the pleasure to try out some new tacos on the menu. Let’s just say I know where I’m gonna be coming to Lunch every day. And what makes this place even more amazing. Is the staff how They greet you and treat you like family. As soon as you walk to that door. Let’s get back to the food. First to my surprise. the tortillas where my favorite color red The meat was season and cooked to perfection. And I can’t express how much I like, cheese. But to me, they were two things that stood out that normally don’t, and other places their beans, tasted like there were home-cooked by my mom, and the hot sauce was amazing.
Everyone is very kind and provide amazing customer service. I had the vegetable fajitas. Seasoning was so good. It was over powered with bell peppers. Next time I’ll get more zucchini less bell pepper. Other than that it was yummy!! 😋
We were looking for Tamales in our area and came across La Finca. Shout out to Jazmin, an awesome and knowledgeable server. She was absolutely right about the Corn Tamales. They were delicious! The Chicken Tamales were a little dry that is why I gave the food 4 out of 5. The Taco, rice and beans were good, as well as the Beef Burrito. We also enjoyed the Homemade Flan and Fried Ice Cream. The Bomb Pop Margarita is a must try! We will definitely go back!
Y’all…this place is so 🤤 yum! The atmosphere is open and light, the staff is always nice and courteous, seating is plentiful and comfortable (they also offer outdoor seating), but the food!! The food is so amazing!! I have pictures veggie nachos (which I asked for…it’s not a menu item) we’re so delicious! Veggies were grilled to perfection and the queso is, hands down, the best I have ever had!! If you’re looking for a different place to explore Mexican food…give La Finca a try! So yummy!!
I always enjoy coming to la Finca. Their food is always good and very reasonably priced. I really like their outdoor seating space. Service is a little slow, so I don't go if I'm in a rush, but it's a great place for a nice relaxing lunch with a friend or dinner with the family.
Very nice place. Close to my house which is convenient and the food is fantastic. I would post pictures but I ate it all too quickly. The chorizo and cheese is amazing. New management is really friendly and turning things around. Highly recommended
Moved to the neighborhood recently and this is quickly becoming a favorite spot. The service is friendly and the food is great. The Summer Breeze was beautiful and delicious!
We love this place! The food is great! The service is top notch and the margaritas?! Listen.. the best in all of Va! Not even sugar coating it.. although the rims come sugar coated ;) try the flight, you won’t be disappointed!
Had the steak burritos and Flautas Mexicano with the caso cheese dip. The chips and cheese dip were hot and tasted good. The food was real good, all of it including the guacamole pico and rice and beans. Definitely worth the try.

My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at La Finca last week. Yes, the food draws you in, but for us the experience was all about getting to know Pablo. He took great care of us and we also had a really fun conversation. He delivered what we call Customer Delight - "Very happy with the outcome ... AND ... very happy with the experience". And the food - It was "sabroso" - really tasty. Both of us got the Huevos con Chorizo. Another plus was the really cool decor - matching the farm theme with horse pictures and memorabeelia. Both bathrooms were very well decorated in that same theme. We highly recommend La Finca and will be back. Jeff
First time here. Food was good and just right portion for lunch. Service was excellent. Small venue in strip center. Definitely going back.
The food was flavorful! The staff was very attentive! The atmosphere was festive!
The absolute best Mexican in Northern VA! Have become a regular here because it is always so good and fresh! Highly recommend the fundido and you'll DEFINITELY want to order extra rice!
Typical Mexican food was hot and delicious. Service was great and I never had to ask for drink refills.
We had a large party for a birthday and they did not disappoint. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Service was also great!
1st time. I had a salad with chicken and my coworker had tacos al pastor. Everything was fresh and delicious. The salsa and chips were excellent.
Absolutely delicious!!!! Chile relleno was absolutely incredible!! Tres Leches was impeccable!!! And margaritas was fantastic can’t say enough Love Love!
I had been meaning to try this restaurant for a while, and decided to carry out some food on my way to work. It came out on time, quick and easy payment, friendly service, and to top it all off the food was pretty darn good. Will probably be visiting again.
We've eaten here about a dozen times and have never left disappointed. The food is always hot and taste great. The customer service is friendly. It's our go to restaurant.
Me and my co-worker came to this restaurant for a service call and was offered to eat by the Manager Rafael. We decided to try the food. It was amazing and actually the best Mexican food I’ve tasted and I’m Hispanic and have traveled out of the country and in the country. From the set up & decor to the service & food all an excellent experience! I’ll be back with my friends & family! Good luck and blessings to the “La Finca” business!!!
I have been excited about the opening of this new place in Gainesville. We dined there today and everything was great! Usually the new places take some time to get the rhythm down but everyone here was already on-point with the service. I ordered the veggie fajitas with a side of guacamole. Everything was so flavorful and came out in a timely manner. The veggies were not overcooked (that happens to me a lot at other local places) and I thought the guac was my favorite. Chips and salsa were also very good. Can't wait to try their jumbo margaritas, soon! Overall great first impression. Excited to come back again and try some other dishes.
This place is wonderful! Staff is helpful, kind, and friendly. Food was excellent, tons of choices on the menu, came out quickly, and hot. They were able to accommodate a large party without waiting on Mother's Day. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. Excellent experience!
On behalf of King & Cruz Podcast and Katrina King, I'm soooo happy to see this place finally picking up and getting as busy as they should be, and they need to get even busier because they are an amazing secret. Hands down- one of the best, most diverse and authentic Mexican menus in NOVA. The food is excellent, staff are amazing, environment is well thought out. If you haven't been you're missing out. Homemade flan, salsa, sopes, etc. Amazingggggg!!! -Katrina
Outstanding. This is by far the cleansest and classiest Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. The style of this place is only beaten by the quality of the food. Everything was top notch. The guacamole was amazing and obviously made from scratch fresh. Every bite of every item was just as impressive as the last. I'd give 10 stars if I could. #freedomplumbersandpumpers
My husband and I came here for dinner with our 1 year old. The staff was so welcoming and the food was fantastic. The high chairs are very comfortable and they were very accommodating to our needs with our little one. It was a fun date night with the family. I got Castro's Chicken which was so delicious, the marinade alone was outstanding. My husband got the Alambre which was also very delicious and has multiple different meats. We usually go to El Tio here in Gainesville, but I have to say this restaurant is just as good if not better! Thank you for such a wonderful evening La Finca!
Excellent food and service! Place was very clean, including the bathrooms. My wife and I think we found our new favorite Mexican food restaurant! The new management hasn't appeared to effect my rating and the place is still great!
We now have a new favorite Mexican restaurant to dine in! The decor and ambiance is outstanding, and the food is excellent. The cheese dip with chorizo was a nice touch and super delicious. Staff and owner are friendly, courteous, thankful for your service, and welcome your feedback.
Went for dinner here for the 5th time last night. It is still fantastic! Walked in to a pretty busy restaurant. All the wait staff were busy. Owner noticed this, stopped what he was doing, came over, warmly greated us and sat us. Chips, salsa, refried beans on the table right away. Our waitress was friendly, prompt, and courteous. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos. They were the best I've had in the area. Fresh, delicious, and around a pound of perfectly cooked steak. Wife ordered the shrimp fajitas. There were more shrimp on that plate than than in the gulf. Everything was delicious and service was, once again, amazing. If you're wondering whether or not to go, ignore the 1 star reviewers who will never be satisfied and blame the restaurant for the 3rd party delivery services, and go. You will not be disappointed! Sidebar: I have no affiliation with this establishment at all
Nice clean and well decorated restaurant. Ordered lunch fajitas. Position for lunch is perfect. Chips with bean dip and salsa provided with meal. Salsa is the thin type. Server was very good and attentive when needed. Music just right volume. Clean restrooms. Looking forward to trying other menu items.
We went for the first time on a Saturday night. We had our two kids with us. We were able to get a table right away, great service, no issues. The food was wonderful, full of flavor. We will definitely be going back.
This place is so good!! Great queso, warm chips, and delicious salsa. Everything I’ve tried had been good. I drive 30 minutes from Manassas but saw that are planning to open one in Manassas Park? I hope this is true!!!
Very quaint venue! Loved the newness of the decor and the delicious meals! The flight of margaritas was a great idea! Great customer service and affordable fares!
Had lunch here yesterday. Great fajita lunch special, fast and friendly service made for an enjoyable meal. Newly renovated. Will definitely visit again.
Was very pleasantly surprised when our waitress Brianna brought us chips, salsa and refried beans while we looked over the menu. Everything we ordered was so delicious! Even ordered a combo to go. Highly recommend😀
I have no idea why this place isn't yanking up the competition and filling up!! They have the authentic menu and do a great job with it!! Everything from sopes (I'd you've never had sopes- try them!) to the tamales, ceviche, chile rellenos - AMAZING!!! BUT, hands down, their flan is soon good and doesn't taste like that mass produced stuff many restaurants are going to these days!!!
Stumbled across this wonderful place and was not disappointed at all. Food was delicious, the service was top notch, atmosphere was amazing. I’ve been to a Hispanic restaurants and they pale compared to this one. Looking forward to coming back!
I decided to try this place for the first time. Ordered through Door Dash for food delivery. At first i opened my tamales and the corn was runny and did not hold its shape. My sons burrito looked more like an enchiladas rather than a thick burrito. I called them to complain. This woman, Jazmine, answered and instantly made me feel like a valued customer and that my issues were heard. She told me how it should have been prepared and that she was going to make it right. She apologized and offered to remake them. My son went to pick them up and she threw in a free guac and chip along with a drink for my sons drive back. It was more than just what she did to correct it, it was her attitude and personality that made this situation a good one. The food was fantastic. To La Finca, she’s a great employee for your place and hope you recognize the value she brings to your restaurant.
Good Mexican food and very low key not many people there at any time
This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The staff are amazing, and the food is always perfect!! I would recommend the jambalaya for starters, and the fajitas, chimichangas, and tacos are all amazing. Their drinks are great, especially margaritas and sangria. They have a really good and spicy hot sauce if you ask for it.
Found on Google and must say it was absolutely delicious! Food was fresh and delicious! Jazmine our waitress was fantastic and we will be back! Forgot to take a picture of our food.
Such a cuuuuuuuute spot! Food was so delicious. The charro beans were soooooo delicious and seasoned so tastefully. I am three hours from this location, otherwise I would have those beans daily. They remind me of my nanny, and that’s a compliment. The service was amazing. Jasmine is super friendly and really great with her service skills. This was a pleasant surprise for a terrible weekend and I’m glad we decided to end up here for some of the B E S T food, and best service I’ve had in a very, very long time!!!
I stopped in here for lunch on the advise of a co-worker as I work nearby. I ordered their Finca Salad and it was absolutely delicious. The seating area was clean and the service was great. I'm excited to go back for happy hour! Definitely worth a try if you're in Gainesville!
Tried at lunch time and everything was great! Atmosphere was inviting and food was delightful. Glad to have this right by our house. Definitely will try again -- even the kids loved it. Bean dip with the chips was a nice surprise! Would absolutely recommend try if you haven't gone there yet or another try if your first go wasn't so great.
Great atmosphere and decor. Service is fast and friendly. Delicious food.
This is the 2nd time my husband and I have visited this establishment. Both times we have completely enjoyed our food both times. The service was hospitable and they were very friendly. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. It's a Monday after 730p and we were the only ones here. I guess it's a slow night, but given our experience this place should be busier. Don't hesitate to try this place out. We havent made it, but they have a good happy hour and also an outdoor patio.
There is a new shining gem in Gainesville - La Finca! We were fortunate enough to be invited to their soft opening last week and everything was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, the food was so flavorful, the presentation was beautiful, the helpings were generous, the staff was gracious - all of the makings of a perfect meal for my family and I! It was refreshing to enjoy a great meal in a place where you could just feel how much heart and soul was put into every last detail! We had the good fortune to meet one of the owners and the manager who were both attentive and making sure that every plate that left the kitchen was perfect. They took the time to check in on each of the tables personally. We look forward to enjoying this establishment frequently and if you love Mexican food as much as I do, do yourself a favor and GO!
A hidden gem of Mexican cuisine. Authentic food, service with a smile, and lovely atmosphere.
They have a very clean place. They seem to care very deeply about what customers think of their food. They hold back on the spice so you have to ask them but their food is flavored extremely well and authentic. Can't beat Margaritas by the pitcher. My mom my girlfriend and I were very happy. More people should eat here it was empty.
Lovely new Mexican restaurant in our area. The service and food have been top notch every time we've gone. I appreciate the decor and atmosphere, not your typical bright bold colors but a nice soft palette of colors with a horse and farm theme. The carnitas has got to be one of the best we've ever tasted, tender and flavorful. We will definitely be returning over and over.
We have visited twice this past week and both times we have had 5 star service and excellent food. We sat outside and enjoyed awesome margaritas served by sweet Lesly - we came back the second time in large part to the fabulous service from Lesly. The manager checked on us and made sure all was going well. We've been very happy both times but we have visited in the 3-4pm time frame.
Overall good place to dine with reasonable prices. And yeah Mexico Mule drink was great
I stopped by La Finca for lunch this week and had the seafood enchilada dish-it was remarkably delicious! The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the portion was generous. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect midday break. On top of that, the server was incredibly friendly and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back—great food, great service, and an all-around wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!
We love it here! We have been to a few mexican restaurants in the area and this one is hands down the best one.
“I visited the restaurant La Finca and was delighted. The food was delicious, with dishes full of flavor and impeccable presentation. The atmosphere is very cozy and perfect for a quiet dinner. Moreover, our waitress Yasmin was very attentive and friendly, making the experience even better.”
Anytime I go to Gainesville and have the desire for some Mexican food, this is my go to spot. Every dish is delicious and the food comes out so fast! The last time I was there, I got the Enchiladas Suizas which are chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce which was pretty yummy.

Food was good, the restaurant decor and atmosphere were amazing and the service was fantastic. The only real complaint I have was the presentation. I really do. Eat with my eyes and when the food arrived I was a little disappointed. It just looked like something I plated at home and sat down at the kitchen table. I know this doesn't affect the taste of the food but it does take away from the whole experience and that's what I enjoy about eating out.
Was excited to try this new place since it just recently opened. The food is decent, but not overly amazing. Maybe expectations were too high? I got the Alambre so I could try all their different meats. Overall pretty good, but a bit salty. The steak was at least tender and not chewy, which is something I always test at restaurants. Chicken was also tender. We also got fried chimichungas but the order was wrong as they were not fried. The price feels a bit high for the quality of food. Quantity is good, pretty fulfilling. I will give them another try as I know they are new, and update my review if anything changes.
La Finca is an upscale Mexican restaurant in Gainesville. The decor is warm and rustic. You are greeted with the traditional chips and salsa but at La Finca you also get a bowl of refried beans. The beans were a nice surprise! The salsa is blended smooth so there are not any chunks. It was a little on the spicy side which I liked. The queso comes out in a skillet and was good. The entrees were okay. The beef quesadilla had taco meat which was on the bland side. The cheese enchiladas were just okay. If you like chorizo, try their chorizo soft taco which was our favorite hands down. But for what it was, we felt the prices were too high. 3.5 stars is probably about right over all but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are new.

Once you get past the terribly designed menu, the food is great. It is a bit overpriced, which explains why it was completely empty.
Cinco de Mayo. Our first time here. I ordered Arroz con Pollo. The plate is full and the roasted chicken, onions and peppers are delicious. Great seasoning. Family members had a variety of tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. All well made and delicious. Service is good and the place is busy. We will return. Only drawback - its loud. Very loud. Sound bounces off the walls. You have to shout to the person sitting across from you during dinner, long before the bar crowd comes out. It's hard to hear the service staff when they come to the table.
Food was very nice, went for an outing with my family. One thing I wish was better was their beans. Otherwise the food was nice and our server was great! I love the ability to be able to get corn tortillas because it makes my mom who has a gluten sensitivity feel more comfortable going out to eat.
The staff and customer service were excellent. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. My frozen margarita was delicious and not watered down. You have to be careful with them because they’ll sneak up on you. I had the cheese enchiladas, which were delicious, but the rice and beans were bland. I would recommend this restaurant for the main courses and drinks. Maybe the rice and beans were made in bulk therefore lacked flavor, but I’d give it another try.
The food was very tasty. It was fresh, warm and well cooked. The margs were also pretty good and poured well! Service was excellent. The lower marks come from the noise level.... It was obnoxious. There was a large group, being very loud. It was almost to the point of walking out. I can say for certain I want to come back for the food, but will walk away if there is a crowd. Way too noisy to be enjoyable. Hopefully they add sound deadening materials.

Our server was very friendly and did her best to make us happy. The food was just not very good and a little overpriced.
Something has changed in their Rice recipe. I always get the same chicken vegetable soup with the rice on the side at least once a week and today it was completely off and flavorless. I hope they bring back the original recipe :(
Sort of disappointed in the amount of food for the price. My hubs got a single fajita $21.99 and the portion was quite small for the price. I got The Big CA burrito for $16.99 and thought at that price mine would come with a side but it did not - my burrito had maybe 4 pieces of steak. The guacamole was good but I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Wanted it to be so much better. Never got the cheese so we ordered and paid for and the taco salad had so much liquid it was like soup in a tortilla shell. Really need to up their game if they want to compete in the surprisingly saturated Latino food market of Haymarket/Gainesville.
Definitely the best Mexican place in this area that I've been to so far. Great white queso and they season their chicken really well. However I have to edit my review now because they've added an automatic 18% surcharge on all of their orders WITHOUT telling you about it. I get it if you're in a large party but only coming in with 3 people is pretty normal and not having anything anywhere that tells you they're going to start doing that is shady.
We were headed to a concert and stopped by for a bite beforehand, and google led us here since it was near the venue. Food was 5/10 service... 3/10. My sandwich buns were super stale and hard. You can tell they threw it in the microwave to soften the bread, and by the time it got to me, it was hard bread with crumbs of avocado. Tacos were basically meat dipped in bbq sauce. Overall, I didn't enjoy my meal. Waste of money. Next time, I'll just get vendor food from the concert venue. It'll be equally low quality and overpriced as here.

Tacos were good, staff was a little off edge didn’t appreciate it wouldn’t come back
I was so excited to try La Finca as it is super close to me and it is a new Mexican place. I order To-Go as I walk-In, I totally forgot about my mask, the politest thing the hostess could of said was mam’ please wear your mask. All she did was walk away and leave me confuse because she didn’t say at least let me check on your order. The manager came to assist me and he was very nice. I am totally aware a mask is required but I didn’t even notice I wasn’t wearing it. Regarding the food we order Supreme nachos, cheese stake burrito, fish tacos and cheese dip. The nachos were not to bad I give them a 6 out 10. They had a nice flavor nothing special about them just chips and beens with lots of cheese. The burrito was a no for me. The steak was too chewy and it was filled with mostly onions. My daughter liked her fish tacos. The dip had to much grease and the chorizo was over cooked it was another no for me. The food was well package and divided I like that very much. But I will be giving them another try maybe the dine in experience would change how I feel about it. I wanted a more authentic flavors as it is a Mexican restaurant.
Pretty disappointed. Was hoping that the reviews were accurate. Service was almost non existent and we had to get the server off the phone to actually pay our bill or we would still be there. Food was okay. First time I have ever had chori queso that was bubbling and so hot (temp) it was horrible to eat. We were never asked how everything was. I would have loved a plate w my fajitas but I used the foil the tortillas came in and since we only had one napkin, used it on all sides. Taco salad was fine. Pretty expensive place and last time we will be there.
No, it took me a couple years to actually try this place after my daughter and her boyfriend had a horrible experience. But it’s close and I gave it a try last night. A watery margarita for $13, they would’ve charged $3.50 extra just to get chips and salsa which are standard in every other Mexican restaurant I go to. The enchiladas had chicken, which was so tough I could barely cut them with a knife. They were also served barely room temperature. Refried beans? The worst I’ve ever had. Same for the rice. The two positives were very friendly waitress and a homemade habanero sauce which brought some flavor into the meal. They will not see me in there again.
I recently dined at La Finca, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the staff's attentiveness was a saving grace, the overall quality of the food fell short of expectations. To start, the salsa provided felt like a letdown. It tasted as if it had been store-bought and lacked the freshness and zest that one would expect from a restaurant that prides itself on its cuisine. The salsa is often a vital component of the dining experience at a Mexican restaurant, and its uninspiring taste set the tone for the rest of the meal. Regrettably, the disappointment continued with the main dishes. The food, which is the heart of any dining establishment, failed to impress. The flavors were lackluster, and it seemed as though something was missing in terms of seasoning and authenticity. I had hoped for a more authentic and mouthwatering experience, but the dishes fell flat. The one redeeming aspect of my visit was the staff. The waitstaff at La Finca was exceptional in their service. They were attentive, courteous, and diligent in keeping up with the needs of our table. Despite the culinary shortcomings, their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience was evident and appreciated. In conclusion, while the service at La Finca was commendable, it's difficult to overlook the disappointingly bland food and subpar salsa. Dining out should be a delightful and memorable experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case at La Finca. Given my underwhelming experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to others who are seeking an authentic and satisfying Mexican dining experience. There are undoubtedly better options in town for those craving genuine, flavorful Mexican cuisine.
We sat for almost half hour before our food got to the table (there were only three other tables filled). When the food came and we took the first bite, it was terrible. Mango Mahi-Mahi was just awful. The fish had been so overcooked it was hard to cut with a knife and some sort of mango flavored syrup was put on it that didn't even taste like mango. The vegetables served were bland, no flavor whatsoever. The chicken dish my daughter ordered was just as awful. She hardly ate anything. It was a total waste of our money.
Terrible service! I came in to order carry out and the server had a terrible attitude with me. I assume the server wanted me to dine in and give a tip. I didn’t want to dine in and the server gave me the angriest look. The food was all very dry and the server spoke to his co workers in spanish saying awful things. I guess he didn’t know I understood everything he said but I didn’t want to bother confronting him since I already had my food and was on my way out the door. If you like dry food and your server to insult you then this is the place for you.
The food was not very tasty. It was kinda cold and it tasted like old grease . The chips were burnt , cold , old , and tasted like old grease . The waitress was rude to top it off . They were not very busy at all and now I know why . I went there with my daughter and granddaughter and will never go back . Not happy at all..
This place is very mediocre and WAY over priced. $18 for enchiladas that are the size of a kids meal. Then charge EXTRA for some sour cream. Equally as bad as uncle Julio’s.
Horchata was $5… I basically paid for ice on cinnamon water tacos were cold don’t spent your money here
Went for lunch this afternoon and ordered one of the lunch special burritos. I received a different kind that I was unable to eat. So I asked that they just get me the correct one and put it in a to-go box because everyone was nearly done. When I got home and opened it to eat it, it was again the wrong burrito. I understand that restaurants are short staffed these days but we were the only people there and simply ordering off the lunch menu.
We have been to the Finca at least 2 times prior, and the staff service was amazing. We kept going, evertime we traveled up North and unfortunately the third trip was so disappointing; service wise. The owner was literally next to us staring at us eat the whole time...talk about uncomfortable. I guess they are not use to middle class Mexican Diners. Never going back!
The first time we came here it was very good. This time, the service was very slow while they weren’t busy. We kept asking for extra salsa, but after 45 minutes still nothing. Our food was dry and the plates were hot because they were sitting under heat lamps. Our drinks weren’t refilled. It was great when they first opened, a few months later.. not so much.
it was one of the most awful meals that I have ever ate, I was looking forward to eating at a Mexican restaurant with my family. The packaged crackers were stale which probably means that they were way beyond old and the taco shell was also very stale. The food took way to long to come out. It reminded me of eating old cafeteria food at school and that they just put random things in the burrito. I asked for no tomato’s and they still brought it out with them. The chicken was cold, tuff, and very salty. When I thought they couldn’t get beef tacos wrong, they did! They didn’t have enough silverware for us and they didn’t come back to us for a very long time. When we tried to order water the forgot and didn’t come back until the second time we asked. I was so disappointed I can’t even believe that it’s still open. I can’t believe that I ate that un edible food.
I used to take around 4 of my buddies to La Finca . We used to drive an hour but since Joaquin left the management it's not the same anymore. His the best manager a restaurant has to have.
Que Charlie Brown: "I got a rock!" Chomped down on a large rock in my refried beans. Hurt my teeth - I was hungry and chewing quickly. Management's response? "Oh haha. That happens sometimes. I'll tell them to check the cans we get them in for rocks moving forward". And that's that. Food is okay otherwise - but not worth the prices. There are better options in the area.
Extremely disappointed. I saw the restaurant finally open In place of our child hood 7-11. I placed my order at 11:04 AM yesterday, and waited 30 minutes before picking it up. Mind you, I have a meeting at 12PM. I get there at 11:34 and they tell me I have to wait 15 minutes. I receive my food finally, and look at the portion. They gave me half a container!!! Not a good start for being the new guys on the block.
Easily the most rude staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I heard them saying bad things about me in Spanish, but I speak Spanish. The food was cold and the Horchata was watered down. Please don’t Go here
Just got our Grub Hub delivery and I don’t even have the words. The meat seems to have been boiled, not grilled. There aren’t any charred markings, like seriously, what is that about?! The sides are skimp and the beans are cold. The chips are stale and the sauces are inedible. I’m not sure if this happens regularly or if this is just a fluke but it’s unacceptable. My husband and I are going to simply throw all of this out and try to order from somewhere else before everything closes. If I could, I would give it this place zero stars based on SMELL alone. The meat may be spoiled, I can’t be sure but that’s what it smells like.
First time eating here and I live in the subdivision next door. Went to eat my cheese dip and there was a long hair inside. Manager refunded me for it and apologized. Salsa was okay, very tomato-ey. Carne asada was thin, fatty and cooked well done when I requested medium. Rice was mushy and beans were not seasoned. Everything was ice cold. This place is too expensive to serve mediocre food. Definitely not authentic Mexican. I spent almost $60 for 2 meals and cheese dip. I think the new management and all logistics of this restaurant should be rethought by the owners. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
I placed an online order and immediately (less than a minute) called to make a change to it. The guy who answered the phone (after the phone rang for over a minute) refused to make the requested change and said, 'I'm not walking back to the kitchen to talk to the guy making the food.' After going back and forth over this I asked the guy to cancel my order and he refused to do that as well. Thankfully, I was able to cancel on DD because I won't waste my time and money any longer on a place with horrible customer service. It's sad, because the food is actually good. Too bad their bad customer service has ruined that.
