This place is amazing! The food is delicious and the service is excellent!! The place is very clean! 😊
One wouldn't usually expect great food from a mall food stand but I was impressed with what I ordered at L.A. Italian Kitchen. Pizza-by-the-slice can be sketchy but I found my slice to be excellent. The server was also very friendly and insightful. When I ordered a cheese slice, he asked if I was vegetarian and knew to let me know about which sides were meat-free. I really appreciated that. I also ordered the baked ziti with a bread stick. One of the best bread sticks I have ever had! I kid you not! I was able to sneak my food into the movie theater. Thank you so much!
Great food and customer service!
Delicious pizza and meatballs & spaghetti. Stopped by after the movies. The pizzas are thick, topped with fresh/crisp onions and peppers, and along with the mushrooms and cheese, tastes great (not one mixed together flavor, not too salty). Really satisfied with the size of a slice, how the ingredients taste, even the edge of the crust (not too hard or dry). Spaghetti had just the right salt to make it interesting, meatballs were yummy, and sauce was flavorful. Better than Sabbaro, and a good, hearty meal. Not Caesar's pizza cheap at ~$12 for 2 slices+a drink, but good for sharing as a quick fill-up on a date or hanging out with someone. Take home whole pizzas $20-30, so on the level of a Gina's pizza price, but made and tastes better, imo.
Fast friendly service. Workers seemed to keep the place clean considering how many people were coming and going. Food was fresh. Would definitely recommend and will come back again.
They make the best baked ziti ever! Can't wait to go back and visit!
The food was pretty good and the employees there are nice.
Great pizza. All good was lovely
Great food, good value!
Food here is underrated, and the service is wonderful!
I love their lasagna. 100/10 perfect.
Great price and delicious food.
Really Great Food && Customer Service
Love it excellent build your pizza
Best cheese pizza i’ve had in cali
Wow, the pepperoni has great flavor. Like its just so fresh, cooked to perfection. Oh & the Strawberry Lemonade, highly recommended!
Good pizza, I really enjoy it 2 big slices got me filled up defin coming back😊
Amazing customer service by the 3 in front! Great roasted potatoes.
Loved this place so good, and tasty and costumer service was amazing. Definitely recommend
I love the food, but they're prices are a little high... too high for me to visit on a regular basis.
My favorite italian restaurant in OC! What a cute little shop with the best pizza. I'm here every time I'm at the block!
Great tasting food. Accommodating and friendly. We eat here every time we see a movie.
Excellent food, delicious fresh pizza excellent services, the marinara sauce the best ever..very good food in town
No table service . Friendly fast service. Pizza is really hot kinda greasy but really good . Also go the side pasta it was ok
Pretty good pizza 🍕 my to go spot whenever I’m working in Orange County.
I am very satisfied with this experience and I would love to come back here again. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff. Delicous food. Pretty high price, but expected at an outlet mall.
Food was absolutely delicious. One of the best pizza I have ever had, my wife also tried the lasagna and it came we garlic bread sticks, they were fantastically delicious. Pepperoni pizza and regular cheese pizza was great. I absolutely recommend you trying this place out. Prices are very reasonable. Customer service was good. Really friendly and helpful. Not a lot of seating inside but there are some outside seating.
pizza 🍕 was super delicious 😋 something about this dough service was exceptional!!!!highly recommend!!!’
They were very transparent and soft spoken about the ingredients in the salad and pizza. As my mom does not eat egg, they cleared out everything for us. Their pizza slices and pasta salads are really tasty. If you are in the orange mall, do visit this place for a quick bite. 💁🏻♀️
The staff is so professional but friendly. Reminds me when I was back in New York. The cheese pizza and baked ziti are my go to. If you're near the block make sure you give them a try!
I’m picky about my pizza and I think LA Italian pizza does an awesome job! Even though I love the gourmet Artisian style pizzas that are so popular, there is something about a traditional NY style pizza that I just love. It’s perfect in its simplicity.
I've been going to the outlets for aslong as i remember and stores have came and left. L.A. Italian kitchen has been so consistent with great service, food and environment. For the most part I like going week day nights where the crowds are less. However the service does not change whether it's Black Friday or any other Tuesday night. Specifically, Candice and David are just two of the nicest servers who always attend you with a smile and patience. I like stopping by Tuesday evenings for a quick small chat while also getting helped ! great people ! Great management shows on these nights. Thanks always :) !
I haven't had a dish this good in a long time. From the moment we walked in, Andrew and his team made us feel at home . Great food quality and customer service!
Excellent service will come again thanks to the people there and also the manger helped me out because it was my first time here and was very helpful and very nice and easygoing thank you jimmy for making this possible!
Great service ! The manager is very nice and their spaghetti is super flavorful, super good salad too! And workers are always so polite:)
Small(ish) little Italian style pizza place with; great speedy service, good variety of pizza options for pizza slices “ready to go”, good use of space for seating and a good location right by the movie theater. Would definitely recommend if you like pizza.
You need to be very hungry to appreciate this place. Not sure if because it just opened and they are still setting up or something. For some reason the tray are wet. And there is something off with the Baked Ziti and Pizza we ordered. Food is edible, but yeah maybe we were just really hungry.
Chic place for Italian kind of food. Lasagne, pizza, pasta along with cool drinks. Pizza combo is also available. Nice music, live place with out door seating available. You can’t miss this food.
Food, Service and Atmosphere all combine to composé a total score. I like this restaurant, and the pizza is great. But it's hard to give 5 stars for a pizza unless that pizza is bought in New York City and is genuine thin crust pizza. I like this place and would eat here again. It's convenient to the AMC theater. The slice was big, but for $8.00 per slice, it should be
We had pepperoni pizza and spaghetti. The pizza was great but the spaghetti sauce was a little watered down.
Good pizza. Ok baked ziti hood service
If you looking for a quick bites it will be this place.
Italian food at nice and cheap prices, great quality and taste 👍👌🍕🍝🥗😋
For an outdoor mall eatery, it was very good. My lasagna we indoor upscale restaurant quality with lots of ground beef and cheese
Pretty good food for a reasonable price! But not a lot of seating, which is understandable.
Very Solid 4, food here was better than some of the stuff at Sbarros.
Food is made from Scratch..dough...marinara sauce... They make calzones; stramboli....pizza.salads available..Very Good
Great stop for a slice of pizza...and the fresh squeezed lemonade is also good.
If you are looking for quality pizza that is not over priced- this is your place! I had a cheese pizza, out of the three components of crust, cheese, and sauce. I'll boast about the sauce. Not many places can get it right. It was not over seasoned nor was it acidic in any way. I will be returning for my New York styled pizza. Conveniently opened late into the night and has good music playing with friendly staff. You can't go wrong here unless you are looking for deep dish.
Food is ok, not the best but not bad. Tastes comparable to Sbarro's, maybe a little lower. The stromboli and meatballs were ok. The marinara sauce isn't very good, too watery and not a lot of flavor. The roasted potatoes were the best part in my opinion.
As a Sborro wannabe they are pretty much one to one alike. That being said Sborro or Sbarro, can't remember how to spell, was never that good anyways. They charge high prices because they are in the mall, just like this place for watery spaghetti, doughy calzones and sloppy salads. That being said I do like their pizza but who can mess up pizza? Cheese, meat on a fried bread. You gotta be pretty terrible to meas up pizza right?
Quality is good but I think it might be a tad over priced for pizza. But a great place to get a quick bite to eat in between shopping trip to get energized and start your shopping trip over. They also have pasta but I have always stuck to the pizza and it's never let me down. You know what they say if it ain't broke don't fix it so I'll be sticking to the pizza
Very pricey food.... Going to be avoiding it from future.
Just a ok place in the outlet mall good for a quick something
Tipping 10% of my order and not even a Thank you ?
I've only tried their pizza, it's good but their salamanders barely heat up the pizza. Like others have said, the cheese never melts because of the pizza being somewhat cold.
The service was a little not welcoming. The guy looked a little annoyed when i was asking questions about the menu. The food was ok. Good enough to fulfill an empty stomach.
Fast food italian & pizza. (About on par with domino's pasta). Pizza is okay.
Decent, typical mall pizza. Good for a quick bite!
I regreted ordering here the moment the server went to pour very thin pasta sauce over spaghetti. I also ordered a cheese pasta that was just brought out and looked amazing but had absolutely no taste. We also purchased a cold pasta salad. This item was ok. It was the only item with an actual taste. The pizza looked oily so I didnt buy any. My point to this place? It smells so good, it will lure you in. But you will be disappointed with your purchase entirely. The food is also way over priced for the quality. However, the service was very good.
The calzone needs a lot of improvement. Not the type of calzone I'm used to. For a good calzone Ameci pizza is much better.
It's in the food court of the Block at Orange. Small indoor & outdoor area to eat. Not the best pizza in town but for shopping or going to the movies at the block it's a quick convenient place to grab a slice.
I went to go get a fast bite to eat and my server Dakota was amazing, she went above and beyond with her attentiveness and customer service, I had got the pizza special with a Fanta on the side. The pizza was a lil expensive especially just for two slices and it was a lil noisy but other than that it was a good decision
Food was ok but the place was dirty floor was super sticky.
The pizza wasnt good. They had the pizzas under heat lamps and then "warmed" them up when ordered. The cheese wasnt melted and it just didn't have a good taste. Wont be coming back
the food was pretty good but it was ruined by the VERY unhappy woman who served us, wasn’t very clean and wasn’t worth the price!
Smelled soooooo good, but the dough wasnt cooked all the way, prices are too expensive, and gave me an upset stomachache. They were fast..
Nothing special here. It looks better than it taste. Keep walking and you are sure to find something better. The employees here are nice.
Food was decent but way over priced. Probably wont ever go back again
Pizza good! Customer service on the other hand a bit rude and short. Ordered a whole pizza I was told they put everything away because they were closing. I then needed to purchase 6 individual slices (of course needed to pay full price which came out more then just a pizza), then asked for slices to be cut in half, while sighing he went and cut it. Two stars just because pizza was good!!!
The pizza was old and didn't taste good. I had the 2 slice pizza a drink and paid my food. I remembered my on always eat his pizza with ranch. So I asked for ranch. A little container of ranch was $1.07 when I had just paid $24.00 for the food plus an extra drink. What happen to .50 cents. I will never go there again. Over priced and not good!
First off the food was ok. The pizza was cooked and were placed on heat lamps.I'm not sure for how long but the staff placed my pizza back into an oven to reheat it. My pizza was some what warm and the cheese was stiff and the crust was tough. I thought the quality of the food didn't match the price. The vegetable toppings were welted and had lots of wrinkles. The staff was friendly and were basic. I've been to this place before and it seems the quality has gone down.
This place is OK, but not the best. I liked the pizza, but unfortunately, like everyone else, I do agree that the pizza does NOT match the price at all. Like, I've been to domino's or fresh brothers pizza and the pizza quality there is far better than this, and at a cheaper price.
The pepperoni was too dry I feel I over paid for the quality. All the attendant had to do is reheat the pizza and give us drinks. I did feel rushed through the process. 5 slices 4 drinks latter.
Pretty disappointed… besides the fact the food is expensive, no quality whatsoever :/
The place have posters saying this is the authentic italian pizza. I don't think they have been to Italy.... My expectations was high when ordering the pepperoni pizza slice, but it was not a good experience. The pizza could not even be lifted from the plate without falling apart. The oil dripping down and the socky bottom. I don't even know what was the pizza dough or the cheese. No crust at all. I regret that I did not ask for my money back, since I was not able to handle this mess of an oily "masterpiece"... Not a returning customer.
pretty mid -$17
Cashier in a bad mood (lorena) looks like if she's doing us a favor.. First and last visit..
This is not opened 24 hrs change that i just drove all around this mall parking lot
Pizza is good but overpriced and lack of customer service, looks like they don’t want to work there.
Had their baked ziti as few reviews said it was great but it was a disaster for me. Very poor service and no one cares if you are happy once you pay your bill and get your food.
Theyre advertising 2 slices of pizza & a soft drink for over $12.. I can literally go to chilis, Applebee’s, or similar restaurants & get an entree, appetizer & a drink for $10-11. Yikes!
The diet pepsi was out of order. The employee didn't know if there was any light dressing available: And didn't ask! Horrible service...
Lasagna was nasty $30 for 2 lasagna and a medium drink very expensive and NOT GOOD!!! What a waste of money.
It was better back then when they did not charge you for outside dining
Too expensive. One slice of pizza and one drink charge me 18.5USD
Cold food and bad service specially with the new guys that should put more effort if manager sees it I’m still in the block.
Don't know if I came on a "bad day" or what. I came yesterday (around 6:12) and ordered a whole stuffed pizza to go (some shift change happened) Around 6:45, I asked for an update on my pizza on how much longer, the guy making the pizzas was confused, said he didn't have a ticket for it, and asked if I placed it, I said yeah, I ordered it around 6:12. He said he didn't see my ticket or don't know where it went but he said he'll start making it and to give him 15-20 mins. They apologized once I got it. I got home, served it to my family to find out that the inside was cold and not cooked all the way, some of the pepperoni and sausage bits were COLD. I tried calling the numbers that they had on their business (it doesn't work), tried another number and left a voicemail?,and tried to message them(to no response). Basically paid $60 to have them misplace my order and give me half cooked food. It's great 👍
Walked in during my 30 minute lunch break and asked them if they give discounts to people that work at the Outlets. I was told “yes” but didn’t get a discount, didn’t stress cause I was hungry and the money wasn’t the issue, but why would you lie to my face? lol this place a joke…food was below mid
Server Katie has a terrible attitude, slams trays, rushes you, and constantly rolls her eyes in the process of preparing the order. This is the second time I’ve experienced this with her. She does this to every customer. In all years I’ve come, I’ve not encountered this treatment form your employees. It’s rather unpleasant as I feel like me purchasing food from you establishment is a huge inconvenience. I understand everyone has bad days, but this being the second time means it’s more than just a bad day.
$16 for two slices(!) The crust felt oddly deep fried. The cheese was as spreadable as butter. No discernible flavor other than garlic salt. Truly bizarre.
This is honestly one of the worst Italian restaurants I've been to. The food's quality does not match the price and the employees are basic at best. Its overly expensive, especially given the portion size and the food doesn't taste all that great. (Kind of gross>)My most recent visit (today) had me on the toliet for at least an hour and has made me feel nauseas for several hours. Will not be going back and seriously do not recommend to anyone. Just go somewhere else.
Stay away. Had some gross dry spaghetti that was probably sitting there all day. I asked the cashier to make more.. she said no, "we're closing in 1.5hrs. Should've known better.
It tasted bland not Italian of you It wasnt cooked all the way Food was hard Two stromboli 15 dollars each not worth it!!
My mother and I had brought two small bowls of food, sat down while we ate and also waited for our family members to arrive when suddenly the two female workers called the security on my mother and me to be removed from the restaurant and the reason the security removed us was because the workers called security saying we supposedly were throwing food around the restaurant. Never apologized, terrible service.
There was a reason it was very empty. The pizza did not taste good tastes like 711 pizza. The pasta was horrible the lasagna was extremely salty as well. I'm never coming back here but the cashiers were nice
