this location, like ALL DD's, are a total hit or miss. sometimes they are on top of it and sometimes they are not. messed up our order the last time we were there but were very nice. just watch what you get is what you order. but its a nice size with seating, napkins always filled, and usually friendly. and of course its nice having the ice cream right there too!

The fact that I had to wait over 15 mins for 2 iced coffees and then they still weren't right and turned out like crap is why they are getting 2 stars...

I ordered a croissant with sausage agg and cheese. Came without cheese and the croissant was burt to the point that it was black in places. Was home when I opened it and just threw it in the trash. As I waited the stafff asked me three times what I ordered. The entrance door and glass was dirty and greasy.

very rude lady at 8:15 pm sat 20 dec ... asked for donuts and she rudly replied and even after changing she didnt gave me sprinkled one... Manager see whats problem with her

When asked for a water cup they filled it from the hand wash only sink and it had floaties in it. They then proceeded to dump it out and reuse the same cup and it still had floaties. This place is dirty!

They like to keep a dollar or two if you pay cash. It’s happened twice now in a week. Mobile order or trust your instincts and just go to Starbucks.

I placed an order on uber eats. I went this morning to pick it up and the staff were very nasty, didn’t understand English and not helpful . They said someone already picked up my order and wasn't willing to help with the situation. I had to call Uber eats and then uber was trying to call them. It was five staff members working who refused to answer the phone for uber. Uber cancelled my order. I was happy when the uber order was cancelled because I also saw two roaches running on the donuts. When I asked to speak the manager, they said their manager is sleeping all day today and will be in tomorrow. Will never return here again.

Walked in at 6:00pm. My girlfriend and I walked in to buy ourselves something to snack on. The lady mopping ignored us when we greeted her. My girlfriend decided to use the bathroom and I decided to wait in line (there was nobody in line but me.) I am not someone to rush another person from their duties so I waited for about 10min until a white man walks in and she immediately goes to the counter to take their order, ignoring me while I’m still in line. When it was my turn up next she refused to make eye contact with me, having a weird tone the entire time we were here. She was extremely dismissive when there was another person behind me. When I tried to order she very clearly didn’t want to take my order, from the way she immediately looked at the person next to me when I was told there wasn’t anything of what I was looking to order. I genuinely have no idea what made her want to act like this and it was very disrespectful.

Terrible experience today with the owner 😡 The owner just got angry at me for asking an extra empty cup and some cold milk for my boy's hot chocolate, and through a scene, absolutely unexpectedly. He was shouting and spoke nasty to me in front of everyone around. We are regular customers at that location and absolutely love the stuff there, they are always very nice and helpful. My kids love it there as well, but now we may need to look for another location because today's situation was very unpleasant and we left with a bad taste in our mouth.

I’ve always appreciated the convenience of this location - near the high school, on the way to/from a team game etc. The service today, however, was stunningly slow. We pre-ordered beverages and bites before arriving, using the Dunkin’ Donuts app so we could grab and go. Getting our order took 20 minutes AFTER our 5 minute drive to the location. The team seemed clueless as to the online orders being a part of their day. They were non-apologetic about the delays as well and truly seemed they could care less about customer service in any way. We stopped because this was the Dunkin the most “on the way”, but will make the detour to Blauvelt or Northvale next time around. Sorry, Orangeburg Dunkin. Epic fail.

The staff needs more attention to detail. Especially the one guy in the am. Customer service is serious lacking. If you hate your job, then do something else. If you make a mistake, you apologize to the customer, make it up to them and then work to not let it happen again. Yes Mistakes happen, but when the same mistakes keep happening, now it’s a pattern that’s needs to be addressed by management. I’ve read the other negative reviews and they are spot on. The owner is responsible to set the standard and hold staff accountable to adhere to that standard.
