I'm not the type to do reviews for places, but after a year or so of frequenting this Wendy's I felt like sharing my opinion. I've been ordering from this Wendy's maybe once or twice every week (with some breaks in-between), since I started working at the Palisades Mall and I haven't gotten a bad experience even once. For starters, the quality of the food is always on point and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back, also the choice of ordering through the app saves me minutes when I'm on break and have to come back within a certain time and the Meal Deals alongside the offers on the app are amazing. The other main reason why I keep coming back is that the people working there are always so friendly and quick that the possibility of getting poor service has never crossed my mind. Definitely on my Top 3 of food places in this mall, including restaurants, and I think you can guess which position it holds from this review.
Delicious hot food, & great portion. It was unbelievable that it took them 2 minutes to ready a large order. Staffs are very friendly.

I’m not sure how this happened, but they may have one of the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. And it was just an egg, bacon, and cheese on a biscuit. The biscuit was great, the bacon was crisp. I was surprised, since it’s a mall Wendy’s. It was fantastic.
I never had a bad experience here and the food is good. There is a parking lot, drive thru, and the employees are polite.
When I came here I got a taste of the 4 for 4 deal there and oh man was it satisfying. If you're looking not to eat too much and get full at the same time, I definitely recommend here for the cheapest deals. The staff was very friendly and got through our order quickly. In a matter of minutes our order was done and we sat. Overall I had a great time here and will definitely be coming back soon enough.
No competition, this is the BEST fast food restaurant. Their meats aren't frozen, and are always juicy and delicious. The salads are also fresh and creative. Love Wendys.
I ordered through the Wendy's app last week while sitting in the parking lot literally by the time I made it up the escalator, my food was waiting for me. Staff was efficient, and my food was hot. Everything was correct in my order and the food was on par for what you would expect out of Wendy's.

Order a chicken blt and got this unfortunately..
The size of the food is small so if you have a big appetite it wont be enough 🤷 but the taste was okay the fries are good
The food is good, the service os fast and easy the only thing that I found was the cups where they serve drinks, the paper cups have a kind of mold in the botton of the cup, you CF an see it when you finished you drink, that's the worst part.
It's Wendy's lol. There isn't anything too great or bad about it. I'd say if anything, the added convenience of it being in the mall is nice if you don't want an expensive burger elsewhere
I used to go there a lot, especially on my breaks, but they started to give me burned out patties in my burgers and yellowish, old baked potatoes. When I told the attendant, Sammie, to please make sure it was a fresh pattie and not-old potato she said "all our products are fresh!" I explained to her what they've been doing and she said "you are too picky, we are about to close"...
Las empleadas no organizan bien las lineas. Hacen lo que les den las ganas… The employees don’t care about the lines, the lady on the left side saw me standing on the line to be next and she decides to pick the next person. It seemed like she did it on purpose, while having a smirk on her face. me being Hispanic and she’s also Hispanic which baffled me
I ordered a biggie bag jr bacon but i got a chicken sandwich instead and no nuggies Come on man :(
Stood i pick up line and no one helped me. Then got online and just stood at the counter while they restocked. Never again.
Went to get some Wendy’s at the mall and the person behind the register was really rude and disrespectful. He also seemed to have gotten frustrated and impatient when I didn’t know what to choose off the menu, giving me dirty attitude. He looked to be 14-15 years of age and had his hair braided.
To bad there's no half stars, because that's exactly what they'd get. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a strawberry lemonade...When he told me the total, I was a little perplexed as to how cheap it was compared to other Wendy's locations. So I asked...that's the homestyle chicken sandwich right? He said we don't sell that anymore, I was like since when? He said we have the classic chicken sandwich and I had to ask, is it real chicken or a patty?...he was like nah..it's real chicken so I said ok... When I got to my car...I was so disappointed... it was a chicken patty and not the breast like I thought it was, and to top it off it was salty and after a few bites...idk... it tasted like i bit into a fish sandwich and I just couldn't eat anymore... my first and last time having Wendy's at palisades center mall... the best thing was the drink.
