Pizza is good. They lag and the employees don't have a good attitude. That one older chick that works there is straight rude.. but Hey it's pizza...

The advertised hot and ready isn't usually hot and ready, I stop here to quickly grab a "hot and ready" pizza and end up waiting 8-12 minutes the pizza pucks they have right now are delicious and at an amazing price!

I order online custom thin crust and pickup in store so I don't have much interaction with staff. Rarely get my "no cut" request correct. Usually busy. Good for a quick pie.

I don't know what happened but the pizza was not like the pizza I had a few months ago there. The pizza I just had a few days ago looks like pepperoni was just thrown somewhere in the center of the pizza. Like someone said pepperoni from the center of the pizza halfway up. It was odd. The crust was thinner than normal. I did not order the thin crust.

Purely on a best to worst pizza scale, little Caesars is decent, but only if price is taken into consideration. It's about as close to true fast food pizza as you can get. For five bucks, you wall put with more food than you'd ever get at a fast food restaurant at twice the price. There's absolutely nothing bad about the pizza, and it has some of my favorite sauce ever. It's just not amazing in general. I'm tempted to up the stars to 4 just because of the price, but in going purely on food and service here. Food is better than you'd expect but service can be leaving.

Besides having a convenient location and the workers working hard with the high demand of people coming thru this place, I have to give them credit. What I didn't like is having to witness the front cashier touching a customers pizza, had no idea why she had to do that. This place has a limited of choices for her to be putting her dirty fingers in that customers food. This Indian lady has a hard time speaking English, she should Not be in the front. The workers in the back are fluent in English why do customers need to be subject to struggle with her inability to communicate with her? Unless she's the owner, which by the way she carries herself and talks to the employees,, I'm guessing she is... My suggestion, make your order in person and keep an eye on that lady so she doesn't touch your food with her dirty hands, remember she handles the money!

I order on line the app told me it was ready an I get there an they had no ideal why I was there so I had to reorder an fight with them because I already payed for it online

Found a hair in our pizza 😬 The male employee made a new pizza for us which was nice but definitely didn’t take away the icky feeling from the last pizza🥴 The front female employee is absolutely unprofessional and I’ve had more than one encounter to witness this behavior from her.

You order ahead for the pizza to be ready but the don't tell you the holding oven is broke and they never alert you like the app is supposed to. This store has continuous problems and now I'd rather drive the 13 miles to a different Little Caesars location than go back to the store in Orland.

Hands down the WORST Little Caesars around. This guy charges far more for their pizza/sides, sauces etc. then any other Little Caesars out there. We only go here once in a while for my 8 year old. Horrible service, and bad attitudes too.

Order a pizza ahead of time and 20min later they dint put my order threw, so they sold me my first ever cold pizza and i told them thats not what i wanted she said thats the one. And charge me for a extra most best instead of a classic pepperoni.

The woman was on the phone talking to family or friends while waiting on people. I was told it was the owner of the store which makes it even more deplorable. Someone in her position should be a role model and set an example. Not to mention she made me feel like I was bothering her when I made my order of breadsticks. Poor form!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, wings and 4 cups of ranch. They forgot my ranch, no big deal, I kept the receipt and politely asked for my ranch the next time I went in, which was a week later and the lady refused to give me what I paid for.

If I could give this dump a 0 for everything I would! Dirty place with rude people! And don't plan on your order being ready anywhere close to on time. The franchise should be embarrassed

Sent my husband to get an extra most bestest and what he brought home was garbage we were luck if there was 10 pepperoni on the whole thing we would be lucky there was little to no sauce also will never go back

This place give’s you cold and hard pizza and they charge you more then what it supposed to

I ordered a pizza 20 minutes ahead of time just to come down for them to give away my pizza, then had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizza, the lady that was at the cashier did not apologize nor gave me a discount nonetheless, never going back there again.

I ordered on my app a slices and sticks and garlic Parmesan wings which are my ultimate favorite… Normally I order in Corning California, but today I had to order an Orland. I was so dissatisfied and so hungry though.. So the pizza that tasted like way too much seasoning and soapy flavor? I don’t know how to explain it it literally tasted like Dawn dish soap… I just ate it anyways because I literally didn’t eat all day (probably regret later) I was looking forward to my garlic Parmesan wings and then when I open the box it literally looked like they sat there for a week and a half and they just microwaved them growing up in Orland I didn’t want to be disappointed in any business here🥺 But this one is it! This place can’t be perfect so if you’re going to try to get some cheap pizza just go up the road to Corning I know gas prices are high but if you’re disappointed in your food I now know that they are not going to refund you even if the full amount of food is still there… How sad -2/10 recommend

Just go to the Little Caesars in Corning! Save yourself from the worst customer service & cardboard tasteless pizza. Yes this place has cheap pizza, but the Orland location is just a waste of space. The lady that owns/manages it is rude any time I've been in there. You can only order specialty pizzas online. They hardly ever even answer their phone, I've seen them just let it ring & ring & ring.

This store is horrible. I had a barely English speaking person who was non responsive and of no help as there was a communication. I ended up with no pizza and getting charged for it!

Went in to buy a few pizzas and could not get them because they didn't have change for a $100 bill and this is the 2nd time now. What kind of business does not have enough money in the register to serve the coustomers. I will not be going again . A side note. 7-11 pizza is better and cheaper and faster then little Caesars.

Its stupid. They (she)don't even understand me over the glass wall when I try to order and got my order all wrong. They need pple in there who understand English or understand our order. They need take down that glass when they don't even understand our order. Hella stupid for still having that glass up and I can't even understand what the heck they say. Pizza tasted as though it was watered down. No flavor at all. Pizza was also flat. Flat as the cardborad box it came in. Also got the breadsticks... They didn't have any flavor either. The atmosphere is rather dank inside, poor lighting and most the staff looked lost. I've eaten at different little ceasers and had a wonderful experience... But this one at the Orland, Ca Little Ceasers? Their food is just gross. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Corning.. 100% better than the Orland one.

Ordered 2 pizzas through the app to be delivered to my house, said it would arrive at 2:52PM (latest), waited until 3:30PM, had to drive myself to Little Caesar’s to pick up my pizzas They had them ready. And the women working there didn’t even say anything about a delivery, no apology nothing. Still payed and just walked out, basically delivered it myself, even though I still payed a $5.78 delivery fee. Disappointing tbh, will never order delivery pizza from them again EDIT: Two hours later at 4:50PM I got a text message my “pizza was delivered”. They’re insane

I had to pick up an order & when I went to pick it up, the woman asked if it was a pick up and I said yes, then she looked very rude and every response was RUDE, I wanted to get out the store but as soon as I did, I forgot the drink & so I sent my husbands brother in there & she was RUDE TO A 10 YEAR OLD just for asking what size drink it was, she rolled her eyes at me and him.. I go here lot because it’s close to walk there, but I’m starting to slowly not wanting to order here any more. Please choose better employees!!!

The main reason to go here is that you can get a mediocre pizza for cheap very quickly. It always takes forever to get food here, and there's usually an unhappy customer talking to the cashier

i went in today and the girl working the front was beyond rude . i know we all hate to work buy I couldn’t imagine being that unhappy and then working with customers . one doesn’t have to be super enthusiastic about work but least be professional. The lady looked so over everything. very unprofessional.

I wish I could give a 0 star review! The owner or manager is the worst. At this point I’ve had a minimum of 5 horrible interactions, including being charged for incorrect items, arguing, not wanting to give me extra pepper and napkins, refused to make my correct order.. She looked me in my eyes when I walked in and I’m sure she recognizes me because I’m always sure to point out her horrible customer service. She literally ignored me for a good 5 minutes and continued to put stuff away..

Would not go here if I were you we went not knowing what the hours were the lady is yelling thru the door they aint open yet total rude and not very good attitude i dont know if she was just running late or whatever so after shes yelling thru the door i replied well what time are u open then obviously running late because she was in and out of the store twice at this point lost my order for sure would rather go to another location prices are too high to be rude anyways

The person who rang me up was a bit rude and didn’t even offer any kind of apology for the business or anything. Instead made me feel like I wasn’t telling them the truth even after I showed them the receipt. They made me my pizza still with no additional charge but I was very disappointed with the fact I had to wait another 20 minutes. They even said my dad picked it up after they said they didn’t know about the order. Thank you for making my pizza. But I will not come back to the orland location again.

I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, she said there was no manager there and hung up on me. My mother and I just looked at eachother in shock. Yes, she really did just hang up on a customer. I went up to the store to ask for the owners info. I was then met with a man who claimed to be the manager that wasn't there 5 minutes ago, he refused to give me the owners info and instead asked to take my number down to give it to the owner. I said no I would like to contact them myself. And he refused. I will not be ordering from there again. Also when I went in the lady was in amother bad call apparently and saying hello hello so I don't think I am probably the only customer who went somewhere else to get a pizza today.

Today we decided to have pizza for dinner, we ordered with extra Italian sausage when we picked up the pizza, it did not have Italian sausage as we wanted, well, the owner of a bad temper attended us, which is not the first time and her negative attitude. On one side was a lady who observed the behavior of the owner, and she told us that she was so rude to her children, and that is why they no longer want to go there. We got home and realized that the pizza was very thin, cold, and old, and you realized that it is not a fresh pizza (maybe someone canceled it and they decided to sell it). We have decided not to give them our business here in Orland anymore. It is not the first time that something has happened in this establishment, I understand that it is a little cesar, but you expect the best of what they offer. In these times, everything is more expensive and nothing is given to you for free. Please, if you have a bad experience, share it so that more clients know what kind of owners run this business.
