Dimsum King & Seafood is praised for its delicious food, variety of flavors, and attentive service, especially from Sra. Linda. Some customers experienced issues with late-night service and resort fees.
Tip: Customers highly recommend this place and emphasize the delicious food and attentive service.
The food in this place is amazing!!! Authentic, delicious and fresh! You will not be disappointed! I ordered the short ribs with black pepper, deep fried shrimp and chives cakes, deep fried sticky rice dumplings and the salt and pepper tofu! Consistency, texture and flavor all came together perfectly! The only thing is I thought the amount of ribs was a little too small but for one person is ok!
I recently visited Dimsum King & Seafood for the first time, and I was eager to try their Braised Pork Belly. I can honestly say it was the best decision to come here. The pork belly was absolutely amazing....perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I couldn’t get enough of it!!! But that wasn’t the only standout dish; the pepper steak was on another level. The seasoning, tenderness, and overall taste were incredible...it’s definitely something I’ll be coming back for. We also ordered some plain noodles, and even though they were simple, the flavor was exceptional. The texture of the noodles was perfect, and they paired so well with the rest of the meal. On top of the great food, the service was top notch. The staff was not only friendly but also very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Dimsum King & Seafood. This place definitely deserves five stars, and I can’t wait to return!!!!
I had an amazing dining experience at Dimsum King & Seafood! The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded all my expectations. The lobster was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and you could tell the chef put thought into every detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.
Love this place! Food was so flavourful, hot and fresh. Every dish we got was cooked to perfection, seriously! They take so much pride in their food it was so nice to see that they really love what they do and they also LOVE if you finish all your food! My family finished everything and also ordered some food to take away because we live further away so we had to make sure we had more for home 😭. I had to thank the owner and her staff because they were so friendly and they made our food so delicious! They’re my fave place right now. I just wished they were closer to us lol We spent about $250 plus tip. 3 people mind you I’m breastfeeding so I eat ALOT and my husband and sister also love food so we CLEANED THE PLATES. It was the perfect meal after a long day of shopping at Mall. My family will be coming back and I’ll also bring a lot more people because OMG food is fire. Favourite dish Noodles Beans Scallop shrimp dumpling Cucumber salad Mango tea Coconut shrimp Honestly EVERYTHING
Dimsum King and Seafood is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic, flavorful dim sum and fresh seafood. Every dish we tried was fresh, expertly prepared, and packed with delicious flavors that kept us coming back for more. The variety means there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a longtime dim sum lover or new to the cuisine. The portions are generous and the presentation inviting, making the dining experience both satisfying and enjoyable. Beyond the food, Dimsum King and Seafood has a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for family meals, casual get-togethers, or even special occasions. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure your experience is top-notch — from helping explain dishes to making thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend Dimsum King and Seafood for anyone looking for a quality dim sum experience with fresh seafood options and excellent service. It’s become one of my favorite spots, and I always look forward to returning!
This dim sum restaurant is fantastic! The food is authentic and delicious, just like in Guangdong province. The owner is very friendly and welcoming — highly recommend!
Thoroughly enjoyed an authentic Cantonese dish dinner with my family. Especially enjoyed the Roast Duck, Chicken with scallion oil, braised beef brisket in clay pot, and stir fried snow pea tips with garlic. Will definitely return in future to gave another meal and to try the dim sum 👍
Wow this place was INCREDIBLE. So much flavor is compacted into every bite. The custard buns made me so happy. The food is so warm and inviting and the servers were so attentive and explained everything to me. It was such a delicious experience. I can’t get over how wonderful everything tastes. They were very quick as well and everything they brought me was warm and delicious. They immediately gave me water and asked what I wanted to drink (most restaurants take forever to do that) and then made sure I never ran out without having to ask for a refill. It’s been so long since I’ve had such mindful service. Also, the water actually tastes good, most places water tastes like stale or weird. Anyways I was very very happy. I came in not very hungry but still ate so much because of how great the food was!
I love the food here. The prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I’ve been here twice and I’m looking forward to coming back again.
Everything was amazing , the congee was incredible. The bbq pork buns were amazing everything was so so good I can’t wait to come back .
We heard that the restaurant has invited a new chef and we came to try it out, and we were really surprised, a few new dishes were very good, and the taste could be rated as a 5-star restaurant, my wife and I were very satisfied! If you come to Orlando and want to try the best and most formal Chinese food, I first recommend you to come to Dimsum King/Seafood restaurant.
I came here on a trip and loved this restaurant. The food is super fresh. It was busy on Saturday morning and I waited around 10 minutes. But the food came out very fast. I highly recommend it. My young daughter who is always picky loves the dimsum.
Every dish we ordered was amazing! Each dim sum was handmade by a Hong Kong chef, which made them taste better than any other restaurant or store-bought version. Before leaving, we even ordered two frozen batches of Salted Egg Yolk Lava Buns to reheat at home later!
Excellent dimsum, but the BBQ pork was a lot of tough but tasty pork for a higher price. Particularly liked chicken dumplings and steamed BBQ pork buns.
Took a group of friends who would never had dim sum. Everything was excellent, service was perfect. The fried shrimp and lobster balls are the bomb. The shrimp crystal dumplings are always a favorite as well as the custard tarts to finish the meal. Great experience. I got the walnut shrimp to go and it was the best I have had in years. They packaged it up with the sauce separate so that I could heat it up later. Very enjoyable meal.
We had a birthday party here and it is the best party venue for great food and great service. The entire staff was phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to throw a big party and want to enjoy every bite of deliciousness. This restaurant is easily, comparable to the dimsum in NY.
Favorite spot to eat Chinese food! We struggled a lot looking for good Chinese cuisine until we found dimsum king&seafood. We’ve eaten here several times and it never fails to impress us with tasty and fresh hot dish. Sorry no photos. Food was delicious and did not have time to take a photo. #honestreviewonly
I meet the owner of the restaurant. This dim sum place is under new management. And they will grand open on this Saturday 12/17/22. I haven't find a good dim sum place since I moved to Orlando last year. I have to say their dim sum is just as good as California. We had dinner tonight here. And tryed they new dish today. Very impressed. If you are a dim sum lover. You got to try this place.
is this the best dim sum i have ever had? no, that honor would go to one of the many spots in the greater toronto area is this dim sum and food very good? yes we came on a sunday after the assumed dim sum rush and so they were out of the egg tart but we did not let that bother us we ordered a variety of dishes, from yeung chow fried rice to chicken feet, and all were delicious service was incredible, everyone who assisted us was very friendly and even cracked a few jokes with the table it seems to be a newer establishment so please give them a try, the dim sum portions were huge - some of the biggest shu mai and har gow ive ever seen the actual cooked food was amazing as well, and as traditional as can be, high marks for the yeung chow fried rice
Absolutely wonderful! Veggies are all fresh, seafood is great. A big enough menu that if you (are weird) and don’t like dim sum there is something for everyone. The fruit teas are great too!
Delicious, authentic, and cheeper then you'd think. Everyone is so kind and was really helpful with the menu as someone who only speaks English, it was a really delicious and a great experience. Everyone there is a hard worker and I brought my friend who spent some time in China and she says this is the best match to the food she's had is terms of authenticity. Absolutely plan to come back!!
When the name of your restaurant is "Dim Sum King", you better bring the goods. First of all, I am a world class expert on gourmet dim sum cuisine; my wife is from Guangzhou and I lived in Hong Kong several years. Dim Sum King is indeed the emperor of dim sum in Orlando. There are around a dozen decent dim sum restaurants in the Orlando area, but only this one offers a deluxe gourmet experience similar to what you may find in Hong Kong, San Francisco, or Yokohama. The bilingual menu has photos of each item, so it's almost just like ordering from the traditional carts. Here are my top 5 favorite selections: 1. Deep Fried Sticky Rice Dumplings with Pork Shrimp Dumpling with Black Pepper Dew It is not easy to find good gourmet dim sum restaurants in America. I have done you a huge favor by discovering this dim sum paradise in Orlando. You're welcome.
Wow this place was delicious! We ordered a variety of dim-sum and a few entrees to share and everything came out hot fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!
We arrived for dinner. The shrimp balls & shrimp tofu were fresh & incredible. Shrimp tofu especially stands out--best I've had, so soft, juicy and piping hot on inside, freshly fried outside. Salt & pepper chicken were good just a bit dry. Ribs were meh. Matcha crepe looked bad & tiny but actually tasted good.
Dim sum may have been some of the best dim sum I’ve ever had. Service was incredible and ordering was so easy. Food came out within the first 5 minutes. The matcha crepe cake for dessert was amazing. This is going to be a must visit whenever we come to Orlando.
I’m from New York and grew up eating traditional, authentic dim sum — and this place in Orlando truly surprised me! The flavors, textures, and overall quality are exactly like what I used to enjoy back home. I never expected to find dim sum of this level in Orlando. Highly recommended for anyone craving the real deal!
Always fresh and always consistently good. Doesn’t matter if it’s takeout or the dining, the quality is excellent. I stopped here every time I come to Orlando and I stop again before I leave.
Beef noodle fun, crab Rangoon, eggroll, edamame, soup noodle, walnut shrimp delicious. Great friendly service.
The best restaurant during my vacation in Orlando. Around 10 minutes driving distance from Universal Studio, my sister and I really enjoyed the dimsum. It tastes like hand made dimsum. Very fresh and tasty.
Excellent food. Def a 5 star for me. The fired salt pepper Lobster was AMAZING. $50.99 for 2 lobster we got. Special from original $68.99 pricing. The duck was juicy and crispy. Wow. Dim sum for shrimp black truffle was good as well. The short beef ribs I would skip though. Very fatty pieces. Food came quick, good seating. Def will be back, keep up the good work!
Overall it was amazing! Jack was great until we asked for a sauce and he said unable to provide because Chef was gone. Normally this sauce comes from a bottle and he said they make it! I find it hard to believe that because any other sauce we asked for, he brought it out! But Dim Sum was delicious just yummy! I will be back with my own bottle of the sauce we asked for next time.
I was very surprise at how good this place is. I've been to so many different dimsum restaurants in my life. So, I was expecting the typical Florida level dimsum. Which is usually very bland and poorly made. This place right here is very, very good. The food is freshly made and it tastes like it. Plus, the food was served on a push cart the authentic way. I will be back👍👍
Oh my freaking gosh! It’s sooooo good! We got 7 dishes and they were all fantastic!!! Everything is so good! I recommend ordering like family style and just eating it all! The sizzling beef is great, the fried rice, the crab Rangoon, the green beans, the sweet and sour chicken, the soup dumplings! Service was great and food was outstanding! These hidden gems! Give them a chance!
So picture Thanksgiving and you want something non-traditional. Can we say perfect. The Peking duck was perfectly seasoned, the service was fabulous, and if it felt a little like a cafeteria, who cares?!? I wasn’t rushed or crowded and the fact that we were the only non-Asian table shows the quality of the food was above standard. Will definitely come back.
Excellent food and service! Very fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. Great quality and quantity. Was extremely that chicken dishes were all made with chicken breast. Restaurant is happy to accommodate special requests!!! Our Chicken & Pineapple Fried Rice, Pork Dumplings, Kung Po Chicken and Orange Chicken were all excellent. Thank you!!!
My family went to the Millenia Mall for shopping. And we found this restaurant accidentally. And we are so glad that we found this place. The dim sum and seafood dishes are incredibly authentic — just like what you’d find in southern China. Every bite is packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and BBQ pork buns were all absolutely delicious. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu and recommend signature dishes. Highly recommended!
I met up with my bestie here for a quick lunch break and we decided to try somewhere we'd never been! Especially because it is only 5 seconds away from my house and she works in Millinia Mall! I got there before her and was greeted by a very friendly young man!He sat me at the table and when she came to join me we immediately had questions about the menu and the pricing. Once he explained the pricing, we were ready to order and got a good amount of food for our table. The food came out at a very quick pace! Our servers were very dismissive of us though. Every time we had a question or wanted to know something it took at least 5 to 10 minutes to get their attention. Also the soup dumplings I ordered were the tiniest soup dumplings I've ever seen in my life! They were literally bite sized like a small reeses pieces!! But the flavor of the fried rice and the general's tsos chicken that we got was incredible! I will definitely go back as dim sum is new to me and it was delicious!
It’s been forever since we went to a real dimsum restaurant and this place didn’t disappoint! George greeted us with a big smile. He’s an awesome server! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We got there at 4:30 pm and the place wasn’t crowded at all. We had fun relaxing and reading the menu. My husband (whose San Francisco coworker treated some of the office people at a dimsum place where she had a running tab) ordered lobster balls, char siu bao, chicken dumplings, and cashew chicken. I’m on a diet so I got the chicken corn soup (my Singaporean roommate used to make the best!) and everything was delicious!!! The lobster balls were incredible, coated in a thin pastry wrapper, like phyllo, with additional julienned strips of thin paper-like crunchy dough sticking out all over after being deep fried. Really yummy. We need more dimsum restaurants in Florida. Bravo Dimsum King!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious — everything tastes fresh and full of authentic flavor. The dim sum is handmade with so much care, and you can really taste the difference. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively, perfect for both family gatherings and business dinners. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Cantonese cuisine in Orlando!
Great food great service. We love the chicken dumplings which are hard to find, the Chinese broccoli, the tofu and mixed vegetables, chow fun and snow pea tips. I highly recommend this place and Steve and Anna are great. We drive from Ocala just to eat here 1.5 hours is totally worth it
Exceptional, authentic dim sum. The atmosphere reminds me of Chinatown — a little crowded and noisy, and you can tell by the aroma that the food will be excellent. Service is good, and the food comes out fresh when ready. Pro tip: be sure to try the soup dumplings. Prices are a little high, but not outrageous. Recommend highly, will return.
This is our 5th time coming here and the food is consistenly good! Place is nice and clean. not too crowded considering its really close to the mall at millenia. the servers are really nice and accomodating too. please check this place out if you’re craving for dimsum. it always hits the spot for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently just moved to Orlando. My family and I weren’t familiar with the place so we went on google reviews to find Chinese restaurants near me. We found this place and wow it was amazing. Really surprised me how the food was and how amazing the customer service was. I really loved their Dumplings. Flavor was right on point! Highly recommend.
I ordered the Beef Chow Fun, Seafood Pan Fried Noodle, and Pan Fried Dumplings. All dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was nice and the atmosphere was pretty and nicely decorated. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Orlando.
We had a great dinner at Dim Sum King! The dumplings were much bigger than the places we have eaten at. Everything we ordered was well seasoned and tasty (black pepper short ribs, siu mai, beef balls, beef tripes, etc. Employees were really nice and attentive, the restaurant and bathroom were clean.
Me and my wife visited this restaurant while we were vacationing. We were so happy to find this restaurant. I tried so many restaurants in Chinatown NY but this restaurant has far more better food and service. We could not try all their food but the seafood was amazing and really tasty! Service was also professional and excellent! Cannot wait to visit this restaurant again when we go Orlando.
Really Great Chinese food in Orlando. I think it is the best food we had during our vacation. Service was fast. We ordered walnut shrimp and Mongolian beef. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. So crispy and juicy. Will be coming back.
Dimsum King is better than almost all of the restaurants in the Mills/50 area of Orlando, which is saying a lot considering Mills/50 had all the best Asian restaurants of all cuisines. If you have the time, make the drive to Millenia and try this place - you won’t be disappointed! I visited here for the first time today (my friend from China took me) and it was the most authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve had anywhere in Florida! I’ve been to many places across Orlando (especially those in the Mills/50 area, as I said before) and I’ve even visited China before, and the food made here is right up there with some of the dishes I ordered during my China trip. This is a dim sum restaurant, so you can order many different smaller dishes and share with the whole table! In reality, the dishes are still quite big and it’s much better to go with a larger group - that way you can try more things! We got lots of different items from their menu, from multiple types of pork dishes, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, live dungeness crab (cooked fresh by the restaurant), a whole fish dish, and a very unique house special Sichuan dish that had intestine, a form of Chinese spam, tripe, and some other ingredients - everything was so fresh and flavorful! I loved the spices and portion sizes! The dungeness crab and the two different pork dishes we ordered were my favorites, however the house special dish was still excellent, the whole fish was way better than I had anticipated (an expertly-seasoned white fish), and all the vegetables were cooked to perfection! Based off my experience - trying many different dishes at one sitting - I think it’s safe to say this is one of those places you can order pretty much anything and be very happy. The chefs really know what they’re doing. So, check this place out!!
I love the dimsum. This is the first time we come here and we're like everything... The chicken feet are not so oily and salty as the other places. I also like the sticky rice in the lotus leaf. The others are good and not too expensive. Definitely come back to try other dishes. The restaurant is spacious and clean. I think they have private space for group/family party. Best Chinese restaurant so far.
Dim sum detour that turned into the best decision we made all weekend. We skipped the usual PF Chang’s stop and walked across instead — and wow, am I glad we did. From the moment the steamers hit the table, we knew we were in for it. We ordered three different soup dumplings — chicken, pork, and crab — and each one somehow topped the last. Perfectly delicate wrappers, packed with flavor, and absolutely loaded with broth. The move: take a bite, spoon in the spicy chili crisp, and then slurp. It’s messy in the best way and completely worth it. The turnip pancake was another standout — fluffy on the inside with that golden, crispy sear on the outside that gives you the perfect texture contrast. Savory, comforting, and super satisfying. We balanced it out with the cucumber salad, which was fresh, light, and had that bright, garlicky tang that cuts through all the richness perfectly. And shoutout to the servers — so friendly, attentive, and happy to guide us through the menu. You could tell they really cared about the experience. We genuinely have not stopped talking about how good this meal was.
Food was EXCELLENT. I live in south Florida. I am originally from Toronto with experience in dim sum menus. Dimsum King's food was so good. It rivals any place I've been. Food is fresh, flavorful, delicious. We had a large group birthday lunch for 30 people. The restaurant put a happy birthday video on their TV monitor for guests to sing to. Staff was great. So accommodating for our large group. Extremely happy!
Foods so, delicious!! i spoke some chinese & our server(guy) was shocked i knew some/alittle Chinese. i Highly Recommend this place, 100%!!
Eficiencia y eficacia❤️
Excelente Comidas y Atencion Muy Amable De Sra Linda, 100% Recomendado, Pronto Volvere (Y)
Great spot for dim sum, their sichuan food .are good as well. Recommend the spicy chicken, nut was crispy but not too spicy with a hint of numbing. Their noodle wrap shrimp was good, plump shrimp with soft noodle. Also get the Chinese broccoli with oysters sauce.
Some of the things we ordered were better than others. Some items had very little to no taste while others were richer. Good portions, specially when it comes to the rice. Service was good, they would check on us very often
We ordered BBQ cha siu, sesame ball, chicken feet and so on. Overall, the food is mediocre. It is far away from authentic Chinese with the exception of sesame ball which is fantastic. The service is excellent though.
Never been here before so did not know what to expect, food was ok, not great, not better than any other I've had in orlando, service was ok as well, nothing really stood out to me to warrent anything 5 star, may stop in again if I happen to be in the area but will not go out of my way or make a special trip.
As we were about to go to the mall. We stumbled upon this restaurant. It was an eye-catching and beautiful Chinese restaurant . We have a delicious peking duck& soup, dimsum, salt&pepper pork, fried rice, and some desserts. The service was very funny and friendly. We had a wonderful lunch. ...
This was my first time at this restaurant and it was an incredibly pleasant experience! The service was great. We were quickly seated and our server checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal. I also appreciate how the menu had a significant selection of both traditional Chinese dishes and Chinese American classics. There was also pictures and a description for many of the items, which came in incredibly handy for the more traditional dishes that we were unaware of. The food itself came out very quickly and everything was very delicious! Both types of dim sum that we tried were fresh and flavorful but shanghai was definitely my favorite. The short ribs are alright but definitely on the chewier side. The fried rice and orange chicken paired perfectly together and the portion sizes were great for the price. I also tried their red bean pudding for the first time and while the red bean filling wasn't my favorite, I did like the coconut jelly that it was surrounded by. There is plenty of parking near this restaurant which made it very accessible. It was also very clean throughout the whole restaurant, including in the bathrooms. I like the traditional Chinese motifs that the decor had throughout the restaurant, paired with elevated lighting fixtures. Overall a really good experience and we will definitely be back!
Mediocre dim sum restaurant at a nice shopping center. Probably above average for dim sum in Orlando but inferior to Chinese restaurants in major cities along east and west coasts. Some dishes like char-siu-bau (steamed pork bun蒸义燒包) and shrimp crepe fun 蝦腸seemed to be machine-made from a kitchen-factory. 乾炒牛河was quite good. Service was great and waiters were friendly.
Amazing food. I have been looking for these dumplings for some time now. I was really hoping to have steamed BBQ pork buns. They were great. We also ordered fried chicken dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and pork spare ribs with black bean sauce. All were good. My one major drawback was the smell of the restaurant. The smell was like old mopping water. I will be back. But I'm not sure if this is a place that I would share with others, because of the smell.
Stopped here on the drive back from the Panhandle — it’s 2 minutes from IKEA (with its Electify America charge stations) and the new fancy mall adjoinining it. The place is clean and modern, with a Cantonese-forward menu that dips into American Chinese and Sichuan. They serve dim sum all day, which in hindsight should’ve been a red flag. We tried: •Superior Soy Noodles – Labeled a “2XL” portion, but felt more like a smallish appetizer. Seasoned decently, but I’ve had better versions in SoFla. •Shrimp & Scallop Har Gow – Oversteamed and falling apart. Likely pre-cooked and reheated. Center was tasty, but dim sum like this doesn’t hold up well past lunch hours. •Tofu Skin Roll – Good ingredients (seems like they used oyster mushrooms), but underseasoned. •Roast Pork (Char Siu) – Sticky BBQ sauce, nice char, good flavor. Service was slow between courses even though it wasn’t busy (6:30–7pm). Prices are on the high side for the portion sizes. That said, the table next to us skipped dim sum and went all-in on wok and casserole/steamed dishes — those looked solid. Verdict: If you go, stick to the wok mains. And maybe don’t order dim sum at dinner.
This is not usually this part of town I am in, so I wandered a bit while looking for lunch. Was indecisive about sushi or Kekes when I realized there was this spot. Walked in, was quickly seated, and told I could use the magic marker to circle whatever I wanted on the menu, which was six pages deep. Went with two small orders since I am working nearby, but I can not have a full belly meal right now. The shrimp and scallop dumplings ($7) are a trio and are pretty large, not much going on with spices or seasoning, so you taste the salty, sweet meats. The pork soup dumplings ($7) come in four, close in size to the half dollar coins, and they have a tasty bit of broth around a small lump of salted pork inside. The environment of the restaurant is for seating large groups plus a few smaller tables for 3-5, so if it gets crowded, they'll have a spot for you. I had ordered a Sprite, and the flavor was just the carbonated water, so I got it swapped for a coke, but I was not provided a refill ($3.5). I'm not sure if it was due to my quick dining in. The server was quick and a bit brisk but not rude in any way
Beautiful, big, clean place with plenty of help. Service is great and welcoming. Classic dim sum vibes. My only complaint, and it's a big one - the food is not good. Literally every other dim sum restaurant I've eaten at had tastier food. This dim sum looked great, but tasted meh. Flavor is seriously lacking and some dishes are too salty. The only thing I could eat were the shaomai, and they tasted like they were reheated frozen food. I want to like this place, but their food is not good, at least when we went. They seem to be catering to tourists and relying on their busy location to make money.
Am I expecting too much? I ordered a 1/2 duck and I fully expected it to come with sliced gingers and hoisin sauce. And I expected the bird to be served warm. None of these happened. You have to set your expectations accordingly. If you are okay with dimsum restaurant without the dimsum cart, then this place may meet your expectations. You will be handed with a picture menu that has fried wings in the dimsum menu. If this is okay with you, then this restaurant may exceed your expectations. It is a clean restaurant with some excellent interior designs. This restaurant will please many tourists.
This place was just okay. The atmosphere was lowkey scary. The music was being blasted and I could barely hear what my mates were saying. The food was not fresh and some of our food didn’t come. They did not offer drinks or anything. The place was very clean and not busy. The music was just so loud. If I were to eat here again, I would just order takeout.
So I went there alone it was my first time. First thing first, I’m not with any other restaurant or competitors. So food. I ordered a salt and pepper squid, a fried noodle and coke. It was $40. Price wise I can’t say too much because it’s this location. You gotta eat you gotta pay. Salt pepper squid: 2/10. It was bad. It was plain. Like there’s no seasoning at all. When you go to other places, salt n pepper dishes should be one of the most flavorful dishes. But this place this dish is plain. No seasoning at all and not enough pepper onion too. It is just nothing. The squid was fried fresh tho. But the seasoning and the taste was very plain. Not recommended at all. That fried noodle. 5/10. It was ok because it’s hot and comes with wok ki. It was ok. It was over salty tho. And the portion is small. It’s over $10 I think. I would not order this again. Coke is fine. Service: two servers they were friendly. But the dude server he took away my table set before I got my food. I think it was a mistake he was thinking about something else. But when I got my food I got no plate or chopsticks. So the tiny fried noodle was like $10 or $11. That squid was like $16 or something. I got a coke it’s $3 something. With tax and I paid 20% tip. It was like $40.
Only tourists come here after a shopping trip, and we did the same. As a Chinese person I think I am credible enough to say that this place is no good. I don’t even want to bother to talk about the food as the place doesn’t meet the basic sanitary standards for a restaurant. The floor is greasy and slippery and so are the chairs, the service is ok but they don’t treat children as customers as we had to ask several times for a water cup, a plate and utensils for our kid - so weird as they are usually offered at normal restaurants. I am kinda embarrassed that I went here 😂 Hope they improve!
Went to have lunch with my girlfriend. We were seated quickly. The food (the shrimp dumpling and soup dumpling) was really good and flavorful; however, the service sucks!! I don’t know if it was my skin color or the fact that my best friend was white (I’m biracial) but our server wasn’t really attentive. We ordered our drinks (2 sodas) and were waiting for her to come back so we could place our order. The waiter/server never came back and when we left to pay the bill she asked for a tip!! A tip for what??? You didn’t even acknowledge us and we waited for her for 20 minutes!!! Sweetheart you get no tip from me!! So for 2 sodas and 2 (4 piece) dumplings came out to be $22.19!!! We wanted to try something different and new but we will NEVER come back!!! 0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE! I was here on Sunday and got ⚠️⚠️⚠️ECOLI⚠️⚠️⚠️ from THIS RESTURANTS chicken dumplings. I’ve had multiple tests done at the hospital CONFIRMING THIS RESTURANTS FOOD TO BE CONTAMINATED. I’ve had to go to urgent care twice, the ER, get multiple rounds of antibiotics, IV fluids, and shots just to get through the infection. I’ve been sick for over a week, completely drained, and my life has been on pause because of food from this place. I’ve reported this to the health department. The level of negligence it takes for food to reach customers this contaminated is absolutely unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!! Please save yourself a trip to the ER and just go to Zen Dumpling where you don’t have to worry about DISEASED food they are giving to their customers. ❌❌❌❌❌❌
Dim sum is ok. But the food is terrible. Expensive . 17$ for flavorless fried rice. 52$ for unedible crab. $25 for 4oz of braised beef. Order steamed chicken it came out ice cold. The menu didn't say ice cold chicken it said steamed. Not room temperature but straight from fridge to table.
oh my gosh! I had never ever eaten Chinese food which tasted sososo bad!!!!! The seafood was not fresh and roast duck was very greasy🙂!!!!Its really hard to swallow. I think the cook may cook with eyes closed. Oh maybe these dishes were semi-finished product. Anyway, before I ate this restaurant, I th ought Guangdong Cuisine had a lower limit, but now I know this restaurant redefined the lower limit of gross food. PS the price was also very expensive.
Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. We were seated for nearly 40 minutes and made multiple attempts to place our order and even get a drink, yet no one attended to us. It wasn’t until well after that point that a server finally came over. Unfortunately, the food did nothing to redeem the experience. Everything was mediocre at best and clearly not worth either the wait or the price. We didn’t even finish most of what we ordered. At $11 for soup dumplings, this is an easy place to skip. Trader Joe’s offers a better version with far less hassle. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the time or money.
