This is my first time at this place and I am very happy and pleased with the food and service. I tried the appetizer bread and a margarita pizza for my meal and was absolutely amazing! Our server was really nice and patient, food was fast and good. I tried the s’mores cheesecake and it was amazing! Soft and crust is crunchy! I will definitely go back to this when I go back to Orlando! (We came to Orlando for a vacation)

We have been here so many times I’ve lost count. Every time we are treated like royalty. The servers are really nice. The food consistently is always the same, AMAZING!! My favorite thing is the cheeseburger rolls and the cosmo from cheesecake is the best I have ever had. I go places and order it trying to compare and nobody beats them! The wait time can be a little long sometimes but they do a good job at having tables ready. Which is understandable because they are right at the mall. My favorite cheesecake in the world is their Godiva cheesecake. Although I didn’t take pictures we took 4 cheesecakes to go! We were full but coming and not ordering cheesecake is not the same! We have to take it to go if we are ful because Love love love Cheesecake Factory!

Visited with 4 adults and 1 child and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent friendly staff, quick to help, and free refills on soft drinks were a nice bonus. We ordered a variety of pasta and chicken dishes, and every plate was cooked to perfection flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. The wait time was surprisingly short, just about 20 minutes, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Of course, the highlight was dessert—the cheesecakes are incredible! Highly recommend Adam’s Cheesecake it’s rich, decadent, and the perfect finish to an amazing meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're at the Mall at Millenia!

Excellent meal. Table for 12 at 2.30pm. Thanks to Angela for great service. BBQ burger is about as good as a burger gets IMO. Lunch time portions are also an option as they are slightly smaller and not as costly. StrawBerry cheese cake lovely. Orion cheesecake and Lemon cheesecake also really nice. Fries were slightly cold when they arrive but we're changed immediately when we told server. I did find the restaurant a little bit too cold. I think the AirCon should be another couple of degrees up.

This place made my birthday even more special! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the service is fantastic! Our waitress was incredible (too bad I don't know her name). I wanted a specific dish, but she told me it was unfortunately out of stock. Then she suggested another similar dish, and it was the best choice! We loved it! When she found out it was my birthday, she told me she would decorate a plate especially for me and brought me my dessert on a plate that said "Happy Birthday", along with a cup with more sweets and a birthday candle! She even sang Happy Birthday to me, even though we were singing in another language (Portuguese). She's adorable! Her service certainly made the experience even more special! The cheesecake is beyond words. On that day, we ordered the "White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle" and it was simply divine!! The entire experience was sensational!

We had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory in the Mall at Millenia. The service was very good – friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. We started with the Fried Mac & Cheese balls, which were delicious and perfectly crispy on the outside, creamy inside. For my main, I had the Honey Truffle Chicken, and it was simply amazing – full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Of course, no visit would be complete without cheesecake, and as always, they don’t need any description – absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this location for great food, great service, and an overall fantastic dining experience!

Our favourite meal of the holiday. Massive portions (as non-US visitors) service is great. Very attentive wait staff. Great value. Do not skip desert - we got it as take out and didn't regret a thing!

I'm so disappointed I did not get a picture of the plate of food I had. My props to the cook. My meal tasted absolutely amazing this is the first time I have ever been in the Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant for sure. I got there late and I was one of the last people to order in our group. I did not get a chance to ask the waitress what her name was. I was there with several of the students from Christ for all nations College we were celebrating one of the young ladies birthdays and also we were celebrating my 6 years of sobriety. Thank you to the young lady who served our tables she did a very wonderful job. She was very kind as well a period I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives locally or if you're just passing through come on in and support this excellent business. You will not regret it their food is absolutely amazing and their cheesecake speechless

Personally the cheese restaurant place not really for me, not my sort of gig, I don't eat pasta or pizza or cheesecake so it's not really for me. perchance. But I do recommend this place to those who like cheese or pasta or cheesecake, but if ur a fan of big burger, there are better places I eat many burger and this burger was just average, not bad just ok I guess as such. Anyway overall really good service the waiter was fast at refill drink as such, and pastas are really nice I tried my girlfriend's pasta if was nice pasta but I don't eat pasta because it make me go poo poo. But big burger just give me stomach cramp.

Had a great experience. The waiter was fantastic. Very personable and made great suggestions. Our food came out very fresh and delicious.

The orange cauliflower bowl was delicious. I definitely would have it again. I do appreciate the manager coming out and asking how my food was and giving me some other vegetarian options to try. I also ordered the Asian cucumber salad, which is one of my favorites as an appetizer.

As always, the Cheesecake Factory does not disappoint. This one is inside the Mall of Millennia in Orlando. We weren’t very hungry so ordering light or small was what we wanted. My hubby got the chicken & biscuit with gravy while I got the ricotta cheese toast with orange sauce. I normally don’t care for oranges, but this was absolutely wonderful, tasty, and refreshing. The orange taste was not overpowering and didn’t have actual orange slices on it like I thought, which made it fantastic. The prices were comparable to other similar restaurants, as always. The waitress was on top of it attending to our every need without having to be called out. The facility was clean, well kept & maintained. We didn’t have to wait for a table & was seated right away which normally is not the case every time I’ve ever been to one.

I really enjoyed eating at this location of cheesecake factory. I was by myself and wanted something quick to eat so I decided to sit up at the bar. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the service was great. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Teriyaki and a chicken pasta with cream sauce. The Chicken Katsu was flavorful and cooked well. The crust was good and crispy, but it was falling off from the chicken a little. Other than that, it tasted really good. The chicken pasta was creamy, rich, and very satisfying. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again.

What a fantastic experience!! We were welcomed warmly and had wonderful service from Hakim. The menu choices were vast, including small bites and skinny options. All meals were delicious. Needless to say the cheesecake was amazing. This is our first time at The Cheesecake Factory and we can’t wait to come back. Well done! A really well run restaurant.

Angela gave us amazing service at The Cheesecake Factory! She was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our drinks stayed full, everything came out perfectly, and she made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Angela again!

We dined in for a late lunch and always look forward to eating there. We ordered the margherita flat bread and ceasar salad (which was delicious) just so we could have room for their famous cheesecakes. We chose the tiramisu cheesecake and wow! It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! And the waiter was so nice. Always a wonderful experience dining there.

I don’t care what anyone says about the cheesecake factory, but I love this location. It definitely gets overly crowded, loud and busy so just make sure to make a reservation before you go. Doesn’t matter what time of day! With that being said, the food and service is always top-notch and it’s my mom’s fav place to come when she visits.

I went specifically for a parmesan dish, but after placing my order, the waiter returned to politely inform me that it was no longer available and offered other options. The appetizers were good; I had a salad and crab bites. For the main courses, the combination of shrimp scampi and steak Diane was decent, though adding pasta to the combo would be a nice touch. The pasta with breaded chicken was excellent, with a great combination of pesto and arugula. For dessert, I tried the Godiva cheesecake, which was okay but nothing special. Overall, I recommend the place and am considering returning to try the dish I originally wanted.

Excellent service from our waiter. Shrimp had the perfect crunch and the sauce was delicious. Pancakes were delicious but too thick, I've had better ones at other CCF.

My family came here for dessert to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress Sara was very helpful describing the different flavors of cheesecake. We chose lemon raspberry cheesecake which was delicious. We also had skinny long island iceteas to drink. They were good but a bit expensive. Over all we had a very nice time and I had a great birthday

Birthday Tapas & Cheesecake Heaven! We were in the Orlando area for my birthday and decided to celebrate with tapas and cheesecake—two of my favorite things! This place did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is always spotless, and the décor? Imagine a modern fusion of ancient Egypt and Greece, with lighting that honestly gave me “Eyes of Sauron” vibes from Lord of the Rings—but in a cool, moody, ambient way. Yes, it gets busy (for good reason), so seating can take a bit and the service can be a little slow at times. It’s also a bit loud, so just keep that in mind. Honestly though, that’s my only complaint. The food is delicious and incredibly consistent. I love ordering half the appetizer menu and skipping the entrées altogether—there’s just so much variety, and everything comes out flavorful and well-crafted. It’s a dream for someone like me who wants assortment. And of course… the cheesecakes. Utter perfection. Decadent, rich, and the flavor options seem endless. You could come back ten times and never repeat a slice. I’m seriously hoping they open a location in Melbourne, Florida because I’d be there all the time. Please make it happen!!

The only downside was the service — the waitstaff wasn’t as attentive as it should be. With better service, it could’ve easily been a five-star visit. Still a great place to enjoy a good meal and vibe.

Little issue with checking in for our reservation after we got our text message. We were ignored at the front desk for almost 10 mins while other customers were being greeted and sat at their tables. I don't know what the issue was but felt like we had to be rude and interrupt the hostesses to get their attention. Our waitress was awesome and took good care of us. There is a large variety of food available, but most of what we tried was just kind of average. Good but not great. They are large portions however. The cheesecake is the star and that wasn't disappointing, all of our desserts were great.

Great atmosphere, but they had poor food quality/temperature and mediocre service. Steak Diane ordered medium, came black and blue (very raw). Chicken Ceasar salad with cold chicken. After a long time, I was really looking forward to visiting The Cheesecake Factory again during my trip from London. I was warmly welcomed and seated quickly, which was great. However, the food service timing was quite unusual — the bread and butter arrived after my main course, not before. The chicken coating was very hard, and when I asked for extra Parmesan to improve the pasta, it took so long that I had already lost my appetite. I decided to stop eating and just pay the bill. The cheesecake is, of course, still excellent. For locals living nearby this may not be a big issue, but as someone visiting from London, it was disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful.

The main course wasn't all that but it was palatable. I would probably go again to try something else as the menu has a variety of dishes.

I’ve ordered from Cheesecake Factory at Millenia multiple times through DoorDash, and the experience has been incredibly inconsistent. One order arrives without dressing for the salad. The next time, the salad is missing the chicken. When you’re paying premium prices, basic quality control shouldn’t be optional. It’s frustrating to open your food and realize key components are missing — especially when ordering something as simple as a salad. This isn’t a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern. For a restaurant with this reputation, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Please tighten up your order accuracy, especially for delivery customers.

This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I never ever write reviews but the food was flat-out disgusting and the service was alright. The Chicken Katsu Bowl was literally a ball of batter with almost no chicken inside at all. There was a huge mountain of dry rice like if they were just trying to hide how disgusting the chicken was. It was actually embarrassing that this was served. The Teriyaki Salmon was just as bad. It was so tiny, bitter, and the seasoning tasted nothing like teriyaki. As someone who loves teriyaki, it was completely butchered. This was a total rip-off and I regret spending a single dollar here. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money!

If you are planning to come here to celebrate a birthday, I would not recommend it. My family and I visited on January 10th to celebrate my sister’s 15th birthday. We arrived around 9:30pm and waited about 30 minutes to be seated, which we understood due to how busy it was. When we were seated, our server, Joe, greeted us and wished my sister a happy birthday. There was also another guest seated near us who was celebrating a birthday as well. The same server brought that guest a slice of cheesecake with “Happy Birthday” written on the plate along with a candle that turned out to be free for that guest later. However, my sister did not receive anything other than a verbal birthday greeting. Seeing another table receive special treatment while my sister did not was very disappointing and made her feel very sad and unimportant. At the end of our meal, we ordered three slices of cheesecake to take home, and my sister had to pay full price for hers. We were originally planning to leave a generous tip, but after noticing the clear difference in how birthdays were handled at nearby tables, we felt the service was unfair and inconsistent. Overall, this experience was upsetting and made my sister feel sad and uncomfortable on what should have been a special night. We had planned to return in the future, but after this experience, we will be choosing a different place to dine. should have paid more attention to the reviews mentioning birthday experiences. It is clear that special occasions are not treated with consistent care or importance here.

I am writing this review as a formerly loyal patron who has chosen Cheesecake Factory for many significant milestones, including my annual birthday celebrations. However, after my most recent visit, I can say with certainty that I will never return. The environmental conditions inside the restaurant were, quite frankly, inhumane. Despite the extreme cold outside, the interior of the restaurant was arguably worse. The temperature was so low that guests were forced to dine in their winter coats, and I observed staff members visibly shivering. It was disheartening to hear employees mention that they were prohibited from wearing sweaters despite the lack of climate control. When I approached the manager to address the situation, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. He claimed he "could not control the weather" and noted that neither the restaurant nor the mall had the heating systems turned on. While he may not control the forecast, a manager is responsible for the environment of their establishment. To expect guests to pay for a premium dining experience while sitting in freezing temperatures is a complete failure of hospitality. This was the most physically uncomfortable and disappointing experience I have ever had in a restaurant. What used to be my favorite establishment has now lost my business permanently due to a total lack of empathy and basic facility management.
