Super clean - here they really are following the Covid-19 guidelines also they allow customers to eat outdoors only so grab your coat if it’s cold when you decide to eat here! Food was delicious and they have 4 kinds of coffee flavors to choose from plus orange juice, water, sodas, etc.
Bagel and Shmear for the win. Einstein is always a good option and I’ve been eating at different locations since 1997. The food is the same no matter the location you visit. Love their cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with strawberry shmear. Their tasty Turkey sandwich is also a great choice and you’re able to customize which flavor bagel you’d like it on. I typically choose the everything bagel for my sandwiches. Today I had the lox on an et bagel and it was the perfect brunch option. Their cold brew coffee is a great choice-had it for the first time and I’d definitely get it again.
It was our first time here, and we were impressed! There were so many bagel options to choose from, and they all looked amazing — it honestly made it hard to decide. We ended up getting a few different ones, and they all tasted great! The orange juice was fresh and delicious, which made everything even better. We also chose to sit outside by the sidewalk, and it created such a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and people-watch. We’ll definitely be going back again! 🥯✨
We came here on memorial day Monday and had the best bagel from Einstein bagels yet. This place is way better than the ones in Miami. The staff was amazing, super nice and got that line through quick while still giving you a friendly experience.
I ordered online for a pickup. Eta was 15 - 20 mins. I get there in 10 mins walk in hoping that maybe they made it earlier and there it was. It was so delicious (I got the turkey egg and cheddar on an everything bagel). They even cut it in half for you which I think is a nice touch. I wish there was one closer to my home because I'd definitely be going there more often.
Nice. Clean. Fast, friendly service. But the chili bagels (my fave, toasted twice with Jalapeno shmear) were beige in color and looked raw.🤢😳😩 I substituted with another and was SORELY DISAPPOINTED. 😵💫😑😕
Love their food! Service with a smile! Wish we had one in Lake Nona! 🥯❤️🍩💚
So perhaps I come here too often and that’s why they know me by name, but it’s nice to feel welcome. I’ve eaten at Einstein Bros before snd the food is consistent but the service here is the best I’ve seen at any location. They always are upbeat and seem to care about their work, even at 5:30 AM. I’ve never eaten in but the takeaway is easy and their online ordering is simple.
Railey and Jonah were amazing and attentive. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and provided recommendations when asked. Would definitely recommend coming in the employees go above and beyond to make your morning.
These are the best softest bagels you will ever come across, they are fresh soft and made to perfection. You gotta try this one SPUERB.
This place is so good! Great service which was quick too despite it being busy. All of the bagels were delicious, would recommend the all-nighter bagel.
Today's visit was total perfection (yet again). This is not my Go-To location since another is closer, but I've come here several times in the past few months. I'm always made to feel welcome and valued, which is what it's all about. My lunch bagel sandwich was extremely tasty. Very very easy to recommend this Einstein Bros location if you find yourself in the area. Enjoy!! Nov 2023 Update: Continue to be a location I can easily recommend, but the service level and dining room cleanliness have suffered a bit (noticed on multiple visits)
I had a nice, relaxing, and positive experience here at this Einstein Bros. location. The staff was kind with assisting me with my order. There was seating available to enjoy my bagel sandwhich in the calm of the morning. Everything was prepared and handed off nicely, and the other customers seemed to be in tune with the flow of this locations energy. There are many great options to choose from for bagel preferences. You can have your bagel served simple or complex, toasted or buttered, etc. The beverage and coffee items were of good quality as well. Well worth the visit, and located in a beautiful area (Dr. Phillips)
I’ve always had a great experience here! Today I was waiting for my lunch at the restaurant next door and witnessed a customer banging on the door after close. The customer was very heated and raising his voice. Tyree was so professional and kept his cool. I was very impressed (I work in management myself)! He needs a raise!
Who doesn't love fresh bagels. I accidentally put in my order two plain cream cheese, the ladies didn't have any problem swapping the one out for a different kind. They were very nice.
The two ladies were excellent this morning! The communication between each other was very professional and smooth 👌 I had stopped going here because the service was mediocre, and they would always miss up the order, I can see that the owner of this location has put in the effort of hiring the right staff Congratulations💪💪💪 I'm definitely coming back more often, just like before.
One of the only Einstein’s in Orlando. Workers are friendly and they have great bagels and the vanilla hazelnut coffee is amazing! Go early in the morning on the weekends or they start running out of bagels. Get a dozen with two tubs of smear for the best deal.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We are regulars and always welcomed in, by name and thanked. Entire team does an awesome job. They have become a training store for new shops opening. They must be getting things right to have that honor and privilege. Food is always hot. If it is really busy, they will let you know it might take a little longer, but they really work well together to get the orders correct. If something is not 100 percent with your order, they correct it immediately. Kudos to Dr. Phillip's Einstein Bagel Shop.
Really glad I came here for breakfast. The food was perfect in all aspects. Staff super kind.
I love it. Great vegetarian selections. I got blueberry bagel with honey almond smear. It was delightful.
Really good hot bagels. It is a nice place for vegetarians too. We got a blueberry bagel, green chilli bagel and caramel macchiato coffee. We paid around $17 for everything and it is a bit on the pricier side but is justified.

Great variety/ selection of bagels and menu items including them. The staff is GREAT- some of the nicest, friendliest employees in town. It gets pretty busy in the morning, but not nearly as busy as that "other coffee shop", and much more pleasant

Best bagel ever! Recommend: Regular Bagel with cream cheese ! And best sandwich : Chorizo Sunrise (Jalapeño,avo, sausage, eggs, spicy cheese) their orange juice is sooooo good ! Highly recommend for breakfast open until 2:00 now
The best bagels I've ever eaten anywhere. Hard to choose between The All Nighter and Farmhouse but both beautiful
Allways a Pleasure.. 👍 But at this Time we had three Visits and only ohne Time the Luck to get my Favourite, the Apple-Cinnamon! Will try ist again next Year.

Husband very excited to get his bagel fix in. Pretty tidy considering the amount of people. Service was quick but food preparation took a while even with a fully employed kitchen. However knowing we can order ahead will likely handle that in the future. Restrooms we're tidy but not perfect, also again it's the morning rush. The staff was so extremely friendly though!
Tried to place an order online but it wouldn’t let me. It kept saying “timed out.” I tried multiple times and it didn’t allow me. This really pushed my day plans back because now I needed to wait 20 more minutes for my food to be made. Service at the counter was decent. The breakfast bagels were ok. I feel they skimp on the ingredients.
Bagels are fantastic-the best I've found since moving away from NY. My only complaint about this location is the wait is often unexpectedly long for a simple order. For example, yesterday day (Saturday @ 11:00am) I went in and ordered a toasted, buttered bagel. I waited almost 20 minutes for the bagel. They can't help being super busy-this is a good thing and speaks to the quality of food. But they really need to staff better to accommodate the crowds. Be sure to check your order before you leave-Ive had mine made incorrectly a few times, especially when they're busy. Great place-but don't go if you're in a hurry, like on the way to work...
Stopped in for a café latte and the Nova Lox on a toasted asiago bagel — both were excellent! The latte was smooth and the bagel was fresh with generous toppings. Service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for breakfast or brunch in the Dr. Phillips area.

The bagels were on the smaller side than what I am used to. Also, it wasn't as fluffy or chewy either. But the flavor was good and service was friendly. They do have a lot of bagel choices but more healthier options would be great like just plain whole wheat. They do get very busy during the morning rush hour but the lines do move fast.
So, the bagels were fine and the spreads are even better but just like places like Duncan and their donuts, these bagels are hard as a rock the next day. If you order a bunch, it's hopefully for company you have so the bagels are gone same day. Also, they didn't offer to slice the bagels for me. A minor inconvenience but when you order a baker's dozen, it's a bit much.
I went today to this location. I'm already a rewards member, have the app - the whole bit. I placed an order online, added my cc information, paid received my coffee and bagel AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE COFFEE FOR THE MONTH. I returned to the app and I have re opt for it! What?? Emails up my wazoo and not one was on my rewards. Kept scanning, and nope, nope and nope. Not impressed, I'll probably just use Starbucks. I do like the bagels, but I certainly don't need to jump thru that many hoops to oder a coffee!
The best bagel around the area. With that said, Orlando is not really a bagel place, but when you get the bagel fresh or toasted, it will do. They're almost the size of Zarro's bagels. The prices are not posted anywhere but this is what I found through this particular order/visit. $5.79 for a bagel sandwich with a single egg and cheese. $5.48 for bagel with a single egg. Large coffee is $3.29. Plenty of seating and relatively quick service.
Not a NYC quality bagel by any means but better than a bagel from a super market. I suspect their bagels are not made onsite. Young girl who took our order was drinking an iced coffee while entering our items. I suspect this lack of training or lack of oversight was a primary factor in some of the negative reviews. Coffee was nothing special either. However, the price was fair for what we got and I barely got finished paying before our order was ready so kudos for those two things. Also, nice sidewalk seating area. Finally, the card slip did not have a line for a tip. I appreciate this because I find it hard to tip just because someone entered my order and someone else fulfilled it. I think restaurants are taking advantage of the tip arrangement. How can someone demonstrate their service by entering an order? The next thing will be a place to tip on your ticket when you get groceries! Actually, I think 2.5 stars would be my rating.

Food is fine but probably the worst operational set up I have ever seen. It consistently takes about 25 minutes just to place an order, not because of the quantity of people but because of the lack of good operational structure behind the counter. Would be a much better experience if they redid it to be more efficient. Also, be careful ordering anything other than bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They have never prepared one correctly for me.
Customer of their whipped cream cheese, the plain and honey almond. Although I am in the rewards program, I guess this is why things should never be free. Such as, I have had several times were with a purchase or without I have received a free bagel. On that note, by the time I grab it and bring it home, put it in a Ziploc bag along with the brown bag they put it in. It is as hard as a rock. Especially this last time about a few weeks ago, you could literally throw a frisbee. I have never witnessed a bagel is so stale , my entire life, considering it was not toasted People are buying dozens of these and bringing them home and not having this issue
I recently visited Einstein Bagels and really enjoyed the bagels. However, I was disappointed by the orange juice, which was sold as fresh but turned out to be bottled. It wasn’t 100% fresh, and at $5 for a 16oz cup, I felt it was a bit misleading. Just a heads up to others!a chain that big don’t need to cheat their regular customers like that , they don’t have to go that cheap
The bagels maybe good but I haven't had great experience with app purchases. Every single time, they messed up my orders. It costs $3.38 for everything bagel with plain cream cheese, but they forgot the cream cheese. I had to wait in line to get the order right. Happened again and again. Usually I do not make a big deal about this since people make mistakes.Today, I asked for a free coffee that comes with an app order, however, since I did not select the free coffee from the menu when I placed order in the app, they couldn't give me a cup of coffee either. Overall I am not happy with their services so far. I am done with Einstein Bagels.
Tried to order a half dozen bagels toasted and was told they could not toast them when ordered as a half dozen. So, I had to order them as 6 individual bagels so they would be toasted. Mind you, this happened when there was no one in line and after the rush. This is the last time I have wasted my time to go to an Einstein Bros. Bagel. It took them all but 20 seconds to toast them. This makes no sense to me. I believe this may be a new policy to make things move along faster when there is a line. That alone would be enough to upset me. But, getting to the counter when there is No ONE else in the store to order and be told I have to order six bagels indivudually? Employees need to be able to think a bit and realize when it is appropriate to toast the bagels or not.
I will not be making the mistake of ordering from here again. For nearly $7 you will receive a terrible, watery latte with an odd flavor profile. They do not allow modifications or order instructions on DoorDash so count on having a soggy mess delivered to you, even if you have the bagel double toasted. You’d think togo orders would arrive with cream cheese on the side by default, wrong. All they need is a prompt inquiring how much “shmear” you’d like on the bagel if they’re too lazy to put it on the side. The only good thing I ordered was a blueberry muffin that is comparable to Wawa or Starbucks, you’re better off going to either of the two. Complete waste of nearly $20
Went into this location this morning on my way to work as I am an Einstein rewards member the young lady Jennifer behind the counter was so rude to me every time I said something she was correcting everything I said like I was stupid or something and then on the way out the door she said, did you Get your cereal pop and I said no so she just threw it in the bag. This will be the last time I returned back to this location
If there’s going to be a 20 minute wait just to get one bagel with butter, why don’t you announce that before people stand on a 10 minute line just to be told it’s going to be another 20 minutes for one bagel?
Ordered three egg sandwiches this morning on line and sat In there for 35 minuets before I asked if my sandwiches are almost ready. Sheri formed me the egg machine wasn’t working and they are going to cook some in the oven .. waited 15 more minutes and asked for a refund. I left my wallet at the house so they wouldn’t give me a refund with my card . I said I can read it to you I know it by heart but I left it … I sorry we’ll just give me cash it a credit no … what a dump I had to drive back to my house get my card drive back to get my refund.. what a horrible way to run a business ..lost a customer for good. Poorly ran

I ordered an everything bagel; with turkey, spinach, swiss cheese and mayo. Check out the photo. Literally one slice of turkey. ONE SLICE. That’s CRAZY!
