Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse has always been one of our family’s favorites over the years, and as always, our most recent visit was just like the others - excellent food and amazing service! We came to celebrate a birthday and were treated with the utmost care and service. Everything came out perfect - on time and cooked to perfection. The multiple waiters and waitresses explained the menu super well and answered any questions we had! We had a variety of different things this visit from petite filet mignons to cocktails to the chocolate lava cake, and many things in between, but as we’ve been here many times we can safely recommend a few things: lobster bisque and French onion soup are both equally incredible soups that we highly recommend here. Signature onion rings, beef carpaccio, seared pork belly, and both the Fleming’s salad and Caesar salad have also been great options. Obviously, as steak is their specialty, we highly recommend getting something like their filet mignon or dry-aged ribeye; both are great, and the Diablo shrimp, truffle-poached lobster or seared scallops are all great additions! And, if you were to get ONE side, you need to try their lobster mac & cheese - sugar the best lobster mac & cheese we’ve had anywhere. However, Fleming’s dessert is always incredible - if you’re going here, you NEED to save room for dessert. Their chocolate lava cake is the best we’ve ever had - it comes with really good vanilla ice cream, pistachio cookies, and the best marscapone whipped cream ever!! We would literally come to Fleming’s specifically for this one dessert…it’s that good. All in all, though, you should definitely consider this restaurant if you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or have a romantic date night. Everyone on the staff was very hospitable. We went on a Tuesday and had the Tomahawk special. The steak was delicious, tender and well seasoned. Our sides were loaded baked potato and asparagus. We started with a Fleming's salad and Caesar salad, both delicious. Lava cake for dessert. Scrumptious! We heartily recommend.

A classic style steakhouse with all the amenities. We were all impressed with the Lobster Bisque with rich sherry flavor. The Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, and the wine selections are formidable. Service could be improved, too many people splitting responsibilities, we never saw the assistant server again after he introduced himself and we could have used his service. Wow Flemings Dr. Phillips, you outdid yourself this time! Even though this is one of our favorite “friend” spots to have a glass of wine, grab a bite & catch up, this latest visit was above & beyond! Went to have a little post birthday celebration and of course HAD to have the Ahi tuna poke, salad, steaks and wine ❤️ Always delicious. This visit however was elevated with complimentary champagne and chocolates! We love the bar area and our server, Daniel was so attentive. The manager (I believe her name was Courtney) was also very personable and seemed to really care about the guest experience. We’ll be back!!

I absolutely enjoyed this place. The ambience was swell. The staff was pretty friendly and very patient. (One thing I recognize and I applaud. Them for was all of the staff were wearing on plastic gloves and they were making a conscious effort not to have parts of their hands deep in to the dish being served. Another thing I applaud and this was also a sentiment shared by the house manager (lovely fellow name Austin or I think mike, Really really respectable standup guy), all of the staff made a conscious effort not to have any water pitchers touching the rims of glasses. The food was good And enjoyable, the only complaint I had was just the temperature of my steak (that’s a personal preference on me);But this was quickly rectified by the chef and manager with no complaint. Overall I would highly recommend this place to a lot of people not just because of the quality of food but because of how homely and personable everyone was. Totally worth it

Never had happy hour here before and wouldn’t again. The food off that menu is not nearly as good as the food off the standard menu. I found that most of those plates were bland and lackluster. But with that being said, the steak and lobster mashed potatoes I had a previous night was great and the miso tuna is truly what brought me back. I typically don’t like raw fish or sushi of any sort but served with miso sauce makes it delicious! There’s also a tuna dish on happy hour that is served on top of a wonton crisp which was also really good. The service from the manager was also amazing. The bar tender accidentally in the wrong tuna for us, not the happy hour one but they still gave us both plates and even went to the extent to taking it off the bill which was very thoughtful.

This is 100% from the valet to the valet. Everyone in between. The entire staff treated us like we were the only ones in the restaurant!!! Attentive, family friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, overwhelmingly pleasant. I loved the entire anniversary experience. The waitstaff, the young man who noticed my glass, was sticky and brought me a wet cloth (hot)!!! It was unbelievably amazing. The valet was super nice!! Mouth shocking flavors. Excellent service and high quality meat. Service was fast and very friendly. I had the prime rib petite, and mash potatoes. My protein came in at the temperature I ask for and all the staff were very attentive to my drinks. Great location and tons of parking. Great business meet up location or date location. When we arrived we were escorted to our table which was prepared for us with a card from Flemings commemorating our occasion. Our server was top notch and his attention detail really gave us an experience we treasured greatly. The food was fantastic and although costly was well worth it. And the end of our dinner we were given a dessert on the house and our waiter prepared a wonderful bubbly for my wife and I to toast our occasion. I highly recommend Flemings as a place to celebrate any occasion or to just have a finely prepared cut of meat.

We visited this Fleming’s location on Via Dellagio Way for the first time this past Friday while on vacation in Orlando. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. From the time we walked in until the time we left we were very pleased. The extra touches for our anniversary were so nice. (Photos attached). It made us feel special and was very thoughtful. The service, ambiance and presentation was awesome. The steak was a 7.9/8 out 10. Charley’s and Capital Grill and LongHorn’s steaks in my opinion are a little more flavorful, for the price we paid here. They definitely have to get some better cooks for their side dishes, because the Mac and cheese as you can see was watered down, not creamy or cheesy at all and the salad needs more add-ons than just a pile of arugula. The lobster was great and my daughter loved the bread and her steak.

Adam, the wine manager was fantastic as well. Everybody made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. My Chilean Sea Bass was amazing as was my husband's bone-in ribeye and potato sides. They also brought us a delicious dessert to celebrate our special day. If you are looking for a place that serves incredible food and has superior service, then this is definitely the place for you.

The seasoning was just right so the natural flavor of the beef shined. Others in our group ordered the ribeye and the New York strip, and everyone agreed their steaks were top notch. The sides at Fleming’s deserve just as much attention as the steaks. The lobster mac and cheese is rich and decadent, the potatoes au gratin are creamy with just the right amount of crisp top layer, and the roasted brussels sprouts had a nice balance of char and seasoning. We paired the meal with a bottle of cabernet recommended by our server, and it matched the meal perfectly. The wine list is extensive but approachable, and the staff clearly know how to guide you toward a good choice. We ended the evening with dessert, and I have to say the chocolate lava cake was the perfect finish. Warm, rich, and indulgent without being overly sweet. It felt like a proper celebration meal from start to finish. The prices are what you would expect at a fine steakhouse, but the quality of the food, the presentation, and the level of service make it worth it. Fleming’s is the kind of place where you feel taken care of, and where you want to linger a little longer over your meal. Overall, Fleming’s Steakhouse is an excellent choice for a special occasion, a business dinner, or just when you want to treat yourself to a great night out. Between the attentive staff, the outstanding food, and the welcoming atmosphere, I would not hesitate to recommend it and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I love being at Flemings for dinner. They have the best steaks 🥩! Yesterday night we went there to celebrate a special moment with friends. Some of our orders had some issues but the server and the manager quickly fixed all issues. They also gave us a celebration card with a special message and chocolate truffle as a gift. 🎁 They quickly turned the game on a more favorable result. Good job! That’s why I love Flemings and always recommend them! They have good options for adults and kids as well. The steaks are very juicy and delicious. This time I enhanced my steak with king crab 🦀 legs. AMAZING….

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. This was our second time there. And we love it there. It took a while to get serviced but there was a miscommunication. But the owner Randy came out and gave us our drink. Our waitress Alyssa (I think) was amazing. Our food was great, I got the salmon & my boyfriend got a steak. We also got the lobster Mac and cheese it was amazing. We love this place & will be back.

First visit here. Service was top notch. Food was prepared spot on. Specials menu was a good choice for us. My only complaint was the filets were both petite cuts, but you could tell one was much bigger than the other. The manager that came over could have cared less. She acted like I wanted free steak. We enjoy the Tampa location more than this one. This higher end chain steak house didn't feel like it. I expect them to go the extra mile. The steaks were good but not for the money they charge.

They lacked flavor and had a mushy consistency, making them unappetizing. To add insult to injury, one of my friends had a distressing experience in the restroom, which was in a state that no fine dining establishment should allow. I alerted the management about the unsanitary conditions, but the response was inadequate and left me feeling even more disheartened. Fleming's has always been a place where special memories are made, but last night felt more like a chaotic cafeteria experience rather than the luxurious dining I’ve cherished. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such a rich legacy struggle with the basics of service and cleanliness. I hope this feedback prompts a return to the exceptional standards that Fleming's has always represented.

We came to try Magical Dinning $60 pre-plated. Food was good, but only the meat was in the plate. All sides, sprouts or mashed potatoes were extra cost, at $16 for 2 people serving. All other Magical Dinning restaurants included main dish with 2 sides included. Even those that were $40 experience. This is deceiving advertising. Service was excellent.

*Update, I sent an email as asked. No response. My wife did the same and was able to speak to a manager who asked us to come back and give them another try. Yeah, I'm not spending another $300 here.** I was so disappointed in New Years Eve dinner at Flemings. I spent dinner here with my wife as we always have an upscale dinner for special occasions and wish we had gone somewhere else. Their menu sounded so exciting, but food was otherwise. We ordered the pork belly as the appetizer, the 8oz filet Oscar style and 1lb lobster tail, added lobster macaroni and cheese, and scallops. Mac & cheese was overcooked and bland. Lobster on top was cold and a bit tough. The filet was not cooked to temperature and had no taste. We ordered Med/Rare and got Rare. (See Pic after we got home with better lighting) The "Oscar Style" addition was definitely not worth the money. They put it on a separate dish with what tasted like hollandaise sauce and a small amount of canned crab, Our lobster tail had no flavor. It was dry and obviously overcooked. The best part of our meal were the drinks and the pork belly, which was not glazed like they stated, but otherwise delicious flavor wise. Our server was amazing, and she was very sweet. However, for a fine dining restaurant, they need a lot of work. Even the plates they served our food on looked beat up and scuffed. It is definitely loud and seems a bit crowded, so if you're looking for a romantic dinner date, this won't work. As fellow food service workers (I am a manager, my wife is a server), we won't be returning, especially after paying over three hundred dollars for our meal.

This was the worst fine dining restaurant I have probably ever been to . We had the bone in ribeye it was very good. Ordered a lobster and it was the worst lobster I have ever had in a restaurant it was dried out and the seasoning was terrible we ordered a second one and asked them to not put any seasoning on it guess what it had seasoning but it was cooked properly. Had the Mack and cheese but I was very unimpressed it was to dry and flavorless. Other people in out party had the seasoning bass and salmon they said it was good I never tried it. Any way I won’t be returning

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, and unfortunately, the meal didn’t live up to the price point. The steaks were dry, the lobster bisque tasted like it came from a can, and the Caesar salad had an odd spiciness to it. Given the high cost, I expected a much higher quality than a standard chain like LongHorn, but this fell short.

Forgive me but this is the worst Flemmings I’ve ever been to. Made the 45 minute drive with huge excitement. Steak legitimately tasted like it was frozen, they brought us out three glasses for a “wine sampling” AFTER we ordered a $60 bottle of wine, and ended up taking the servers suggestion, not knowing that the new wine was $112!!! Brussels sprouts were very hard and very bitter. Cappuccino was cold. $495 minus tip, for the three of us, and it was TERRIBLY disappointing. Mike, the server, was extraordinarily kind though.

My wife and I have always had great experiences at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. We made reservations this past weekend. Exceptional food undermined by surprisingly awful comments and service from a snarky waitress. High-end dining should feel welcoming, not an inconvenience by a waitress who's comments make it seem adversarial. We have been loyal customers.. Generous and warm people. We spoke to manager but it was upsetting. We will not be back. All it takes is one bad attitude waitress the manager didn't recognize and pull from the floor. Done...

My wife and I have always had great experiences at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. We made reservations this past weekend. The menu specials are always thoughtful, the food beautifully prepared, and the service... unforgettable. Exceptional food undermined by surprisingly snarky comments and service from the waitress. High-end dining should feel welcoming, not an inconvenience by a waitress who's comments make it seem adversarial. We have been loyal customers and warm people. Can't believe I even have to say that. We spoke to manager but it was upsetting. We do look forward to our next dining experience.
