Tapas, tapas, tapas! Jaleo delivers on small bites and incredible shareables. Had the best chorizo of my life made from pata negra ham. The same ones that eat acorns and are famous for incredible flavor. They make paella over open flame which imparts smokiness that you don’t get through conventional cooking. Steaks and chicken made over binchotan charcoal. Very cool stuff and very rare in Orlando! Great variety of dishes big and small for anyone who loves high quality eats. Don’t forget the pan con tomate!

Fantastic food and experience! Photos do not do this justice. Each course started with the aroma as each dish was presented. Juan was incredible as he described each dish and answered our questions. We enjoyed the wine pairing, but were so overwhelmed by the food, we didn’t take any photos. A great Valentine’s Day experience!

If you’re looking for some excellent Spanish cuisine, this will be sure fire hit! I went with a couple of friends and my wife and I will say that this is an elevated experience and not a quick service eatery and this reflects in the prices. There is food available at a lower cost too and the range goes high. There are paella experiences for two and you’ll spend at minimum close to $100 for that. Al la carte there is a wonderful range of fresh and tasty dishes beautifully presented. The staff was outstanding in their professionalism and attentiveness. Never too far away, but allowing one to talk freely with friends. We could all hear each other with no challenges and the restaurant is beautiful with a number of different kitchen’s. Jaleo by Jose Andres is known for Spanish tapas, and paella. The drink menu is expansive as one would imagine but their cocktail menu was phenomenal as well. I had a To eat, I tried the Jose’s Taco which is Jamón ibérico de bellota and Royal Ossetra caviar. It was absolutely fantastic and they serve it to you as you see in the video. You can order larger quantities and dishes around the ham which is world famous and reminded of the episode of No Reservations where Anthony Bourdain was practically drooling over it. Now I understand why. Yum! I had the Bikini de Jamón Con Queso Manchego. It was really, really good. The bread was fresh and the meat was very tasty. It was more filling than I anticipated and was priced at about $15. Everything is served to be shared. The croquettes de pollo were excellent and one of our party isn’t the biggest fan of Spanish food (Shame!) and she enjoyed it as well. I had the Jerez Old Fashion and it consists of Contradiction bourbon, Spanish Solera brandy, cinnamon, and fernet. I would order this every time I go there it was so good. My wife doesn’t like whisky based drinks and she even said it smelled delicious. All in all, this was a tremendous experience and far surpassed all of my expectations! I highly recommend this wonderful establishment! <Whispers> They sell a nice looking burger in case someone in your party would prefer that.

A little rocky in the beginning trying to figure out how the menu works but our server was wonderful and explained everything. I shared dinner with the love of my life and it was amazing. All the different types of dishes and flavors were mind blowing. Its definitely a once in a lifetime but id like to go back at least once a month. Prepare to spend at least $150 for dinner but you'll see its worth the experience!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Jaleo! We got the Eat Like Jose tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. The food couldn’t have been better! Our waiter Andrew was fantastic and educated us about each course as it was brought out. We especially loved the mussels and the tuna. Everything was amazing and the dessert was a perfect finale. Thank you also to Skarlet the manager! I didn’t take any pictures except for one of our desserts because we were too busy enjoying!

The Jaleo $75pp experience was wonderful. Our server Alexander was excellent and described our tastings very well. Our favorites were the goat cheese cone and the goat cheese pepper but everything was perfect. We did not leave hungry.

We have eaten here several times over the past few years. The food, decor and service is outstanding. It’s always busy so I highly recommend you either go early, or make a reservation. On our latest visit, we had several delicious items. The Carne Asada, the Plato Mixto Croquetas and the Gambas al Ajillo were all very good. Lots of great flavor and excellent spices. For me personally, the Pan con Tomate was a miss. Oh well. Although I did not get it , there is also the “Jamon Iberico de bellota” which is the 48-month cured ham from the black-footed iberico pigs of Spain. It is hand carved table side with great presentation. Finally, for dessert I had the flan and it was excellent. So excellent, I had two! )Appreciate our server Sebastian adding the extra whipped cream at my request!) The wine list is extensive. Depending on what you select, it can be a little pricey. However, given the quality of the food, it’s nice to have a decent bottle of wine with your meal. The decor here is outstanding. Really gorgeous. It was nice to get in early before the dinner crowd and be able to take it in. Overall, a great experience as always here. You will love the menus that are color coded. Really cute. Will be back in the area in the near future, and have already made our reservation for the next time.

I love this man! I would kiss him on the forehead if i could! Im a big fan of his other restaurants. This is my first trying Jaleo and it wont be my last visit. I got the famous croquetas de pollo and they so yummy! I actually finished the plate by myself lol. At the time i went (in between lunch and dinner) it was so chill and a vibe.

The star of the show was definitely our server Rafael. Top tier! He was so attentive to the point we had to come back again, he even remembered my allergies, my birthday and details about the food that I didn't even have to repeat to him. The food was amazing as well :)

Unbelievable experience! My wife and I got the eat like Jose/ drink like Jose tasting menu. It was worth it! The service was amazing and very detailed in the explanation of what we were eating and why the wines were selected. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this dinner.

Went for a birthday dinner. Atmosphere is nice but we were seated by the bar area which felt more casual than the other side of the restaurant. The food menu is large and has many options. Our server was excellent both with his service and his recommendations. The food was tasty but as a vegetarian, a little bit overpriced for what I was eating. Overall a great spot for date night.

We were here 1/17/2026 in Jaleo having dinner to celebrate because one of our friends earned his registered nursing license. We had an amazing professional waitress who went above and beyond. Her name was Winnifer, but they call her Wini. She made the experience memorable that encouraged us to return for more.

The restaurant is amazing. I have been wanting to try this paella since I saw Chef Andres make it on a documentary. My dad had never tried spanish food and enjoyed his experience. Our server, Maria, was very knowledgeable and picked out the perfect wine to compliment my meal.

We visited Jaleo at Disney Springs and chose the $35 per person menu — and we were truly impressed. The interior design and the generous space between the tables created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was outstanding across the board, both in taste and presentation. We also really enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails. They were not the usual overly sweet, juice-heavy drinks you often find, but instead light, refreshing, and creative. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our server Terrell. I’ve dined at many excellent restaurants, but I’ve rarely experienced service like his. This wasn’t the typical rehearsed friendliness you sometimes get in the U.S. — Terrell was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. He absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion. A wonderful experience all around!

We had a great first visit and will definitely visit again. Every single item was prepared to perfection and tasted delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure we had a great time. We loved the food, the service, and the amazing views. If you are sensitive to loud environments, I would not recommend it since the restaurant was excessively loud during our visit. It was hard to have a conversation or even hear our server.

We had a really pleasant experience dining here at Jaleo. The wait time was actually shorter than what we were originally told, which was a nice surprise. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Our server was lovely, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. I ordered the octopus, which was tender but lacked flavor. I paired it with a glass of wine that complemented it nicely. My kids had the classic chicken and fries, and they really enjoyed it! It was crispy, well-seasoned, and kid-approved. Overall, a great spot for both adults and families. Would definitely come back!

Yesterday we went to Jaleo with a group of ten people. This was my third time visiting the restaurant, as I truly love Spanish cuisine and have been following Chef José Andrés for a long time—he’s incredible on a global level. Every time I come, the food is consistently excellent. We ordered three types of paella: seafood, vegetable, and meat. We also started with several appetizers, including the Spanish tortilla, pan con tomate, and the Bikini sandwich which is my absolute favorite dish at this restaurant. I honestly don’t understand how a sandwich with such simple ingredients can taste so unbelievably good, but it does. The food is fantastic and the restaurant itself is spectacular. I highly recommend it. If you ever have the chance, make sure to visit this place you’ll definitely thank me later.

Really good food, the paella and cod croquettes were a bit too salty for my taste, but the rest very good! outstanding customer service. The place is VERY loud but lively ambiance and you can see the action in the kitchen on the way to the restrooms.

Very good value on the weekend brunch menu for $42 per head. It was a total of 9 plates of delicious food in relatively small but sufficient amounts. Only two misses: the eggs with fries was a weird combo, and the toast with tomatoes took too long to come out, almost like they forgot about it. The server tried to make up for it, which was much appreciated.

Made a reservation here for lunch while we were at Disney Springs. As we walked in, I was blown away by the stunning interior. The colorful furnishings, lights, decorative, all made it so for an amazing dining space. The menu had appetizers, salads, hand held sandwiches, fried items and desserts. I ordered the Txuleburger that came with big well cooked patty, topped with cheese, secret sauce and peppers. I liked the burger. The cod fritters were decent. My daughter’s cheeseburger from kid’s menu was not tasty, that patty needed so much more flavor. The pepito sandwich’s steak was good bread was so hard and looked unappealing. Overall the service was good. But it took so much time for the food to come out, when there were only few tables occupied. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my burger. The quality of the food and serving time wasn’t up to my expectations.

Overall, a big disappointment. Their website claimed to have “authentic flamenco dancing" "every Friday to Sunday...", "...beginning at 7:30 PM.” (See attached screenshot.) This was honestly the only reason we chose to dine here, despite the restaurant’s modest 4.0-star rating on Google. However, we were told they haven’t had these flamenco shows for many months now. We felt deceived and will definitely not dine here again. The food didn’t feel authentic either. Manchego cheese, for example, is best enjoyed with a fruit jam or paste (ideally fig), but that wasn’t even an option. The music was American pop -- quite jarring, especially when we were expecting flamenco. The rest of the dishes were just okay (nothing worth returning for), and the prices were too high for what we got. Overall, it felt rather commercialized and lacking in genuine Spanish character. The only positive was our server, Wini, who provided excellent service. None of this was her fault. She was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself fell far far short of expectations.

Honestly such a disappointment with the food and presentation. It is supposed to be an upscale restaurant by Jose Andres. The interior design is definitely upscale and grand but not the food. I had a beef sandwich(?) pressed down flat and so greasy. Literally only beef inside. My family ordered fish balls and it had couple bones in there. No side dishes, small portion. I was still hungry after the food. The service is ok. Nice guy. Place is clean. Bathroom is clean. It’s very empty at the meal time and now we know why.

Bad experience overall. We had a reservation but it was quick to notice why it was easy to get one… Our waiter took at least 10 min to greet us & then maybe another 15min just to bring the sparkling water. Food was less than stellar. What made it worse was the carne was delivered to the table cold- not exaggerating- it was challenging to chew. My husband expressed this to waiter who then gave an attitude, but requested to have another one made. The second time was at least warm but still lacked the flavor profile we were excited to experience. It just didn’t feel like authentic Spanish food. Wouldnt return …

There's literally almost no words for this place. We went late, after a busy conference last week and our entire large group ordered the chefs tasting. 👨‍🍳 🤦‍♀️We thought we were getting tapas, but it was more like a cross between sushi and microdosing your dinner. If you ever want to have an experience you'll never forget, take 15 strapping, hungry men to a restaurant that serves them 7 rounds of 1" food at a time. Epic. Not in the good way, but epic nevertheless. Our round one was literally something... on a square of... something. Next we had a flour tortilla with honey and parmesian. The moment I saw phones whip out to look for a real dinner spot was, I think- on round 3, when they brought out a mini waffle cone filled with salmon egg Boba bubbles. Literally kid you not, I thought they were going to all leave. If it were not so late they might have. The rounds continued with mostly unidentifiable foods. I did recognize a baguette with a sardine, mussels in a can, and the kicker of the night: a .... jello looking shot (??) of something that tasted like a green olive. It was just so strange. It was a daring experience to try it all. One guest finally ordered a kid meal cheeseburger, which was adult size and the envy of the night. Thought the guys might jump the table to grab it, but we all survived. Finally at the end of almost 2 hours of this, we got some steak bites, shrimp and other more filling things. Interestingly enough, we were full- either that or- everyone said they were and just wanted to go home 🤷‍♀️ The wait staff were so nice, it's just that the food came out too slow for as hungry as we all were. Still the company was great and it made for a totally unique, once in a lifetime experience.... because I'm quite certain no one at our table will ever pay to experience this place again! 15 people will set you back about $2500. Can't say I'd try it again, like ever..... ever, but can say it was very different!!
