Unfortunately, I showed up 9 minutes before they closed. But to my surprise staff was very friendly and polite. Ordered a pulled pork, with vegetables, and it was super fresh and tasty. Will be back!!
I ordered a breakfast platter, let me tell you. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great. The radio station was very enjoyable. The customer service was great. Definitely recommend
Friendly staff and delicious food! Can't go wrong with the pork. The sandwiches are great too. The worst part is trying to find parking, but the food is worth the trip.
Love it! Everything on the menu is fantastic in its own way. Best find since moving to Orlando.
Just discovered this little gem in Downtown Orlando for lunch. Savory and delicious cuban food and coffee. Good portions for price. The ropa vieja, congri and maduros were really yummy. The café con leche was on point. Food is ready to serve. Service was quick and friendly. The only negative, I wish they had more space for inside dinning. They do have outdoor seating. Went around 12:30pm and was not busy at all. Definitely going back and taste other dishes.
If there's a restaurant that deserves praise, it's Latin Square. It's the type of place where if you get there by 12PM, you're 20 minutes late. If it was up to me, they would have a Michelin star. The food is fresh, made quick, and made with love. Everyone who works there is you're best friend, or at least that's how they make you feel.
Good lunch spot. They're usually very busy around lunch time, but the line moves quickly. I usually get the Pepito sandwich or the oven roasted chicken. The Moro rice is probably their best side IMO.
Not sure what all these messed up orders are about, I go to this place on Fridays like a religion and my orders have never been messed up. And the owner, this guy doesn't even have the aura that he would ever be rude to anyone. Super nice guy and always smiling during lunch chaos. This place is great and im addicted to their salmon and it is actually fresh not frozen!
Latin Square Cuisine is amazing! Their food is authentic and so yummy! We had the owner cater an event for us last minute and he came through as promised. All of our guests were very pleased with the Cuban food that was provided. I would recommend Latin Square Cuisine to anyone!
I highly recommend Latin Square. I come here for lunch multiple times a week. The prices are very reasonable compared to other spots downtown and the food is AMAZING. I love the steak pepito sandwich. The steak is tender and very moist. The sandwich is pressed and served wrapped in paper. If you like Latin food, this is the spot.
Went during lunch rush and the line moved quickly. I ordered chupe soup and Latin square sandwich. The soup restored my faith in humanity, it was really flavorful and exquisite. The sandwich was out of this world. Definitely going back for the soup!!!
Very nice place to hang out and get some coffee very nice staff. Customer service is underrated these days but it's a plus here if you're in the area and you want a good place to hang out where it's peaceful and get some coffee Latin Square is the place to go, it's right by the lynx Central bus station. So if you're on the bus stop on in you won't regret it!
Awesome food for a great price. Amazing friendly service and comfortable atmosphere for a quick lunch or to go order. They also have great healthy smoothies and açaí bowls. Their Chupe is a must try!
Been coming here for a year now, both breakfast and lunch are superb. Large portions, nearly impossible to finish in one sitting, and pretty cheap too! They're willing to accommodate if you're eating low carb, too, which makes this place a regular stop for me. Haven't had a bad meal yet; if you work downtown, definitely check them out.
I work downtown so have the privilege of eating here often. Typically downtown you get prices that are usually more steep but not here. Not only is it reasonably priced but you get a large serving of what you ask for. The quality of the food is not compromised either. I can't go here too often as some of the breakfast foods that I like are breaded and super delicious and authentic. The staff here seems to run a high standard of excellent customer service as well. The girls here are always so friendly and the manager seems to always be aware of making sure everyone is taken care of and their orders out promptly. My only advice would be to carry more of the breaded treats in their display as they run out sometimes by the time I get there, but I'm not the owner so I don't know if it makes sense for their inventory to make more when they may or may not be wasted.
I’ve been to Latin Square too many times to count at this point. The food is amazing and you get a huge amount for the price. The staff is extremely friendly every day! Don’t be intimidated by the lines they go by extremely fast. This has become my favorite place to eat at lunch breaks. If you’re looking for a good food and fast service at a great value then this is the place.
I love the portion size for what I pay for. The chicken rub is so delicious on their 1/4 chicken. Though their breakfast may look like any other breakfast, but it so good and fulfilling. As an added touch I love their motivational/ inspirational board near their sauce bar.
It's really refreshing to visit the place. Great food, comforting vibe, not hard on your wallet.
Food is great, fresh and tasty. Employees are very nice as well. Sauces are also great. Only tiny con I have is portion size - Could be a little bit bigger for price of salmon.
We were visiting from Pennsylvania, looking for a good place to eat, and stumbled upon this great place never had Cuban food and believe me food was amazing and it was big bowl of food my wife and two kids loved the food The price was good. The atmosphere was amazing the people behind the counter, the people making the food just genuinely good people. highly recommend this place next time. I’m in Orlando Florida. Definitely stopping in to have some of that good food to eat there. God bless you guys.
This is by far the best Latin restaurant in Downtown Orlando. They have the best croquettes, their coffee and espresso is the best in Downtown for Latin varieties. And their lunch is amazing. I probably eat here 3 times a week when I work Downtown. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. I also enjoy their breakfast plate as well. My favorite thing on their menu is their Spanish bowl. It comes with your choice of rice, beans and protein. You can get a side as well. White rice, yellow rice or the mixed. They have beef, pork, two types of chicken and a salmon option. Sides are sweet plantains or yuca. I usually go with their pulled chicken on the yellow rice with black beans and a side of sweet plantains. The family that owns the restaurant are the nicest people you will meet Downtown. Family owned and operated at their two locations; 390 North Orange Avenue and 200 South Orange Avenue. The only negative is parking Downtown can be a pain.
Quick, fast service. I got ropa Vieja, rice 🍚 and black beans 🫘 with plantains. So yummy 🤤 I also got a Cuban coffee ☕️ delish. I’m a little upset 😢 everything was 15$ for lunch at 12 but season to everything was on point. I couldn’t make this my everyday place because it’s to expensive and bowl could have been filled more.
This place has great good. I especially love the traditional Cuban sandwich, with ham, pickles and mustard, but especially great is the generous portion of shredded pork. The ropa vieja, shredded chicken and burrito bowl are also excellent choices in sandwiches or alone with one or two sides. They have great sides, including vegetables, white rice with black beans, white rice, yellow rice, red beans, black beans, plantains, all in generous portions. My wife and I often share one meat and two sides and that is plenty for us. This is a lunch place, but I think it would do well at dinner time, although the seating is mostly outside in the park on which it is located.
Visited a Cuban restaurant in Orlando. Amazing food, delicious flavors for affordable price and very welcoming staff!
Great coladas and sandwiches. Will be going here everyday!! Their sauces are so good especially the hot sauces and the garlic sauce.
Best lunch you can get in downtown Orlando , simple , fresh and filling . Cheap but huge quantities . Love the owners and everyone work there .
Excellent food, service is awesome and prices very reasonable. Very Clean ! Highly recommended!!
This was my husband and I's first time here and it was TO DIE FOR!!! We ordered the Large Latin Square Sandwich with Pork and a Cortadito. We will definitely be back.... Again, again, and again 🤤

Anyone who leaves Latin square a bad review is a liar and should be put in prison for crimes against humanity. Gabby and Enrique have built their business on the foundation of love and compassion and that translates to their service and their food. There’s a lot of stressors that come with working in corporate America, and if not for Latin square and their amazing hospitality, exceptional food, and emasculate service! I don’t think Ide be able to operate day to day as well as I do! Thank you for all you do for the working professionals!
My favorite part of my day is coming here for lunch. The food reminds me of home and I’m always welcomed with a smile from Enrique and gabby! Truly a gem of a place
The food is AMAZING. we come here at least once or twice a week for lunch with my coworkers. Love the music while you wait and food has never disappointed. Our go to lunch spot!
This is one of those pick-up in store and eat outside places. They do have tables and chairs outside. Very nice and convenient if you are downtown. The sandwiches were lunch size. However, they were very delicious. I would definitely go back there.
FINALLY!!! My boss told me this spot was good and I finally got a chance to try them out. Latin Square Cuisine is a cozy spot. Tastefully decorated ,clean with great menu selections Sandwiches, soup or hot food. I got there after the rush so not all of items were available. I tried a bowl with rice plantains and mojo pork ohhhh and let me not forget the black beans - I had less rice more beans. The food was hot and flavorful not very expensive with healthy portions. I had more than enough for lunch and dinner. So if you are craving Latin food this is the spot. You won’t be disappointed.
Best lunch spot in Downtown Orlando. Very delicious food AND reasonable prices. Nice seating areas outside. The daily specials are amazing. They also have morning Prayer, are very kind people, and great service! Very refreshing.

The food wasnt as good as it once was. They are very clean, the prices are good the portions are great. You can eat 2 times off one meal or you can share. But the taste is not what it once was. So I'm giving this Review a 4.
I had the Shredded Pork with white rice and black beans. The portions were huge, with several cups of rice, and they gave a hearty portion of meat and beans. The pulled pork was flavorful, without being overly salty...all for $5.99! Only the hungriest of the hungry would be able to finish one of the house specials with two sides (for just a buck more no less). THe rotating daily special offers a nice variety of dishes at the same reasonable prices. I have not yet tried any of the sandwiches, but will definitely be back soon to do so! You can't do much better for Latin food in the downtown central business district.
The service is amazing! However, food is okay. In addition, I have gone in the past multiple times, and they never have an Acai base ready to serve customers. The prices are okay as well. They do offer a variety of food bowls.
The shredded beef is so flavorful, i had to stop myself from eating it daily. The chicken tastes great. The empanadas and potato balls are good too. I come here for lunch at least 3 times a week. Good prices as well
Very friendly and very busy during lunch hours. Food is very good, except the empanadas. They do NOTkeep them HOT and they serve them Argentenin style which uses raisins and a different flavor profile than you would probably be used to. Also their sandwiches are made with a type of sub roll which is not the typical Cuban bread Hispanics are accustomed to. So you may be disappointed ordering a typical Hispanic sandwich.
The salmon can sometimes be I'll prepared so maybe avoid that. Everything else on the menu is good. My black beans last time I visited were a bit too salty but not bad. I enjoy their mango drink. Not much room for inside seating so expect to sit outside especially during lunch hour.
Good Spanish food at great prices. I got the rice, beans and pork which was a bit oily but still very good for the price(6.99). I have also eaten the ropa veja which was very good, not the best ropa veja I’ve had but well worth the price paid. Overall the value is there due to the amount of food and the potato flakes are a nice touch.

The owner s energy is genuine and the food was quite tasty! Besides, they served our order in a biodegradable bowl, which made this experience even more interesting! Great energy all around.
I wish Latin Square was easier to get to, I would go every day! The sandwiches were delicious. We took a bunch of empanadas, croquettes and the potato ball (can't think of what it's called) home for dinner. Wow. The sauces and service was great too. It was cold outside and there were only 4 chairs inside, hence the 4 stars.

The food it's horrible too much spices and GMO to everything, about the places it's nice and cozy but it has a really strong smell of spices and onions that when you leave the place you'll be smelling like you work there, not recommended, there is better options.
I never do reviews, specially bad ones. But this time I have to do it; 1) The owner or general manager was treating a girl who works there like trash in front of the customer 2) 12 dollars for a bowl with ropa vieja and yuca, way to much for such an small quantity. 3) the taste of the beef was horrible. For the owner; is a shame that your treat employees like that, maybe if you create a good work atmosphere your restaurant will do better.
I tried this place for lunch today and was really disappointed. Don’t expect authentic latin food. I tried a bowl with rice, red beans and beef. It started at $6.99 and I ended up paying over $20 by the time I left. The beef wasn’t seasoned well (honestly it wasn’t seasoned at all) and for some reason it made the rest of the bowl really watery. I ended up picking out all the beef and ate the watery rice and beans. The plantains/ maduros were under cooked. Chipotle has more “authentic “ flavor than this place. I spent over $20 for a small portion of unappetizing food. I will not try this place again.
