It was my first experience at The Burger Digs. We came in to grab a little snack and decided to try their onion rings. I was grateful the onion rings were massive. Especially for the high price. The batter was so crisp, light, and delicious. The staff were friendly, kind, and provided great customer service. I even had the opportunity to meet a guy part of the Dragonball community who complimented my hat. They have a gift shop and a play area downstairs with massive dinosaur bones 🦴 it really felt like I stepped into a world 🌍 of the Jurassic park. The vibes definitely 💯 hit. Overall it was a great experience, thank you for making me feel like I had a power level of over 9,000!
If you are looking for a Jurassic Park theme counter service restaurant this is the place to go. If you have a seat in the outdoor section you will even get a good view of the Velocicoaster. The burger platers are a great deal. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger and it was delicious. The meat was moist, tender and savory. The meal included french fries and only cost $15.49 plus tax. They have a vegam burger option called the Herbivore. It is a little messy but my wife seemed to enjoy it. Once you are done with your meal you can explore the rest of the building for souvenirs and other sights. The original dinosaur skeleton props from the Jurassic Park movie are here for all to enjoy.

Got the bacon cheeseburger and chicken tenders with fries both were very good and Price reasonable for a theme park. May check out the Hard Rock Cafe but needs reservation due to the amount of people
Such a great place to go with the kids. The view of the dinosaurs is so cool and you get to do activities after you eat. Cali took our order at the restaurant and she was AMAZING!!! So nice and welcoming. She kept a smile the whole time she helped us!!

The Burger Digs is a reliable quick-service spot inside the Jurassic Park Discovery Center, ideal for families and park-goers who want a fast, familiar meal. The menu sticks to basics—burgers, chicken tenders, and fries—with mobile ordering and plenty of seating to keep things efficient. The kid-friendly theming and wheelchair accessibility make it approachable for a wide range of guests. Food quality is decent but not standout. Burgers are serviceable, though lacking in flavor depth, and sides like fries can be hit or miss. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options exist but are limited, and clearer labeling would help. For the $10–20 price range, guests may expect more freshness and variety. Still, it’s a solid fallback when convenience matters most. Parking is handled through Universal Orlando’s system, and guests have access to valet, paid garage, and surface lot options. While efficient, it’s not restaurant-specific—so expect to pay around $30 during peak hours and factor in walking time from the garage or drop-off point.
Overall, not a bad place to try the burgers are juicy. There are a few options on the menu and there are cool dress your own burger bar. The one complaint I would have is that it is a little more on the pricier end coming in at $22 for a combo Worth giving a try
I liked the burgers—a good place to enjoy a quick snack before continuing our tour of the park. In the end, I really loved the place because we got to meet the Aquilops “Dolores.” When I saw it, I thought, “Wow, that thing looks so real.”
Organized chaos would be the understatement of the year for operating this theme park restaurant. The food is brought to you pretty quick considering the amount of people waiting in line. It's basically a short order cooking with you as the customer required to add condiments from a separate bar area. The food is extremely high, buts it a theme part so it's expected. The food was ok but nothing that stood out. You will have a problem finding seating as it's very scarce. It is what is. The plus side is the dinosaur shop and play area below the restaurant.
This is a quick stop for a descent lunch. Nothing special—burgers, fries, salads, milkshakes, but you will be content upon your departure. The atmosphere is really cool 😎!!
We come here every time we go to Islands of Adventure. We are huge Jurassic Park fans, so this is right up our alley. The food is mediocre honestly. It takes a little while for a quick service and is very chaotic. At least here, though, they have multiple lanes open to order at. The real issue is the seating. People sit while someone else orders their food. So the people with their food have to wait for others to get their food and eat before they can sit to eat the now cold food. It is truly annoying, but that isn't anything on the staff!! Just think. Those people could let someone quickly eat and leave. Then they would have their food to do the same. I do like that you can pick your toppings at a bar to dress your sandwich. All the pickles you want??? Yessssss!

The Casado burger wasn't bad for a theme park food option. Liked the bun, avocado, and plantains. The hamburger patty could have used some seasoning and the garlic aioli was either not enough or too thin and didn't really shine through, but as a whole, a decent food option. A lot of potential with that sandwich. The fries were served cold and stale and the staff seemed disorganized having taken a long time to fill our order, with people before us getting it almost immediately and people behind us getting their food before us, meanwhile some people standing around like they didn't know what to be doing. Also, I noticed a couple customers who had to return to the counter to ask for drinks that they paid for and didn't receive.

The food was all right. I got the Stegosaurus Burger Platter and my husband got the Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Avocado platter. I had them put the avocado in a cup so I could put it on my burger. First off, the bacon was paper thin. My husband was disappointed; however, the chicken was good. My burger was decent overall. The actual meat wasn't seasoned. I liked that the pepper was on top and the spice levep was perfect. Also enjoyed being able to grab tomatoes to add. The setting was nice, I likes being able to watch the coaster while eating and escaping the Florida sun. Overall, the food was filling and aside from wimpy bacon and unseasoned burger meat, it was good.

The Burger Digs offers a convenient spot for a quick bite in the heart of Jurassic Park, but timing is everything here. The location is extremely popular, and during peak hours, the wait time can feel surprisingly long for a counter-service restaurant. The environment tends to be busy and hectic, with a constant flow of guests, which makes it less of a relaxing break and more of a grab-and-go experience. Seating is another challenge—there simply isn’t enough to accommodate the volume of guests during rush times. You may find yourself circling tables or balancing a tray while scouting for an open spot, which can take away from enjoying your meal. That said, the food itself is serviceable and satisfies a basic burger craving, and the dinosaur-themed setting adds a fun touch. But if you’re looking for a calm, quick dining experience, you may want to plan for an off-peak visit or consider nearby alternatives.
It's Disney so await is normal and the prices are what they are. After waiting to make our order, there was a fairly long wait for our food, which did not include my burger despite having only ordered three items. I got back in line and ordered my burger. After going through the accessories bar (fabulous), I bit into my burger to discover it was cold and mostly raw. 😖
To make burgers this bad, you really have to try. I don’t understand how many dollars the management of this place saves by skimping on even a drop of sauce in the burger and an extra 20 grams of fries, but I hope those savings help them a lot. I honestly don’t get why such a great location is serving food this awful. And the sad part is, improving it would require just one simple step. Very disappointing.
Bad news. It’s 90 something degrees outside and 1,000% humidity this is all the water cups they’ll give you. I’m sure you can buy a water bottle for an arm and a leg but we already did that with our tickets.
A semi fast food joint located in the Jurassic Park section of Islands of Adventure. I'm sure this is about as good as any other eatery at the theme parks, overpriced and average. It's impossible to vote with my wallet at a place like this so this is abot all I have. It's decent inside as far as decor but there is a laughably low amount of drink and condiment stations for how busy they are. The food does come out fairly quickly for the volume so it seems like they have a decent process or staff in back. Although you can't specificy how you like your burger cooked, which is typical at most fast food joints, but as Anthony Bourdain says "if you can't have your burger cooked to your liking, it's not worth eating" The food overall isn't bad for what it is. A SLIGHT setup up above the average fast food place. There is not near enough seating to accommodate the location either. Also final nail, which deducts a full star is the use of the QR code Coca-Cola freestyle machines. $12-20 dollars for a soda that you get 1-2 fills of for about 10 cents worth of soda is criminal. I don't care where it is, it's unnaectable.
Very tasteless food. We ordered chicken platter. The chicken was super cold and completely tasteless. Attaching on picture on how it was served. Also got fries with it which were cold and the plate only had few fries in it. Would not recommend it to any one eating at universal. got more condiments than the actual food lol

The burgers are expensive - as expected. But when you pay a lot of money and get food half of the size as it should be, I feel sorry for everyone that pays a lot of money here (including me). At the entrance of the restaurant you see burgers on pictures with salad, tomatos and more. What you become is a bun, a little bit of meat, bacon and cheese. No sauce, no tomato, no salad, nothing. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience for me.

Final verdict: A fossilized disappointment. Should’ve left this meal in the Jurassic. The name promises dino-sized flavor, but what you get feels more like cafeteria leftovers in a fancy building. The burgers are dry, the buns forgettable, and the fries taste like they’ve been on display next to the T-Rex skeleton. The setting inside the Jurassic Park Discovery Center is impressive — but don’t let the surroundings fool you. It’s a trap. You come for adventure and leave with buyer’s remorse and a soggy lettuce leaf. There are better places to eat. In fact, there are better places to not eat.
Awful food, lazy staff and very unclean environment. Spent $30 on a vegan burger for the husband and a chicken sandwich for me. The sandwich was DRY and inedible. Heavily seasoned to compensate on flavor? I threw it away after 2 bites. The rest of the food was cold. Bathrooms were dirty and the door was propped open so my view while sitting there was an infant being changed out of a dirty diaper. WASTED $30 and really shocked by the behavior and atmosphere of this eatery.
