20 minutes for 3 tacos with maybe 6 people dinning inside. Was pretty good and should have been for 20 minutes to make them

Went through the drive thru so I would not have to get out of my car. Got my food after about 15 minutes. Started driving off then stopped to check my order. Was missing the fries that went to a combo meal. Had to park and go in to get them. Workers could have been a little more polite.

Says they open but door says close at 10pm! Change your hours on here if u gonna close at 10pm not 11pm!

Placed an order at about 7pm. I ordered a Dude sandwich, french fries and gravy, strawberry Shake with health bar in it. I should’ve checked my order before I left, but I did not. I got to my clients house and was unable to eat until about 9:30 and realized that I did not get a dude sandwich. I got a cheeseburger with nothing on it except for meat and cheese. Fries were under cooked. Over all it was not a pleasant experience.

So we went to DQ this past Friday night because my daughter and grands were passing through and were hungry ( I knew it was bad but had been over a year since I had been there ) I wanted to give them the benefit of maybe changing.. And let me tell you it was just as bad as it had been in the past! Ok so yes they were just finishing a big order for the football team ( I didn’t even think about it being football night ) we got there just before the football crowd but told them we were not in a hurry so the wait was not the issue, the issue was the attitude of just a few employees. I the ordered chicken strip basket and a couple burgers were ordered and tacos. All the fries were limp and cold I tried not to complain but after spending almost 80 .00 we at least wanted hot fries. The girl that brought the food was great and apologized more than once and took them back ( while getting a drink my grandson heard someone talking to her horrible but couldn’t say who he thought it was an older lady and someone in the kitchen ) then while waiting on fries I went to eat the chicken and it was ice cold in side so I walked it to the counter and got an eye roll from employees except from same girl she again apologized ( not her fault ) the receipt got thrown away by accident so I couldn’t leave a review or call in a complaint. But it don’t seem to do much complaining since nothing changes

This is the only fast food restaurant in Overton and it's too bad. I've seen many people complain about service or food quality. I wasn't up for a 20 minute drive and decided to go for some lunch. I went through the drive through and I got my food fast and it was hot, but while I was eating there was a long thick hair in my food. I'm very grossed out now.

The lady was very rude!! She got upset at me for switching my drink from large to medium and started getting loud and rude. As someone that works in retail if your job is that stressful look for something else. Considering this girl has worked there for years, it can’t be that stressful you have to take it out on your customers. I don’t have a name but it was the older lady with the white hair.

I live in Troup and always love the DQ there so my husband and I decided to stop by this one on our way home. It was the worst food ever!! Not to mention there was NO ONE ELSE so it wasn’t that they were “busy” I had rotten jalapeños on my burger and it was all around saggy and nasty. Never will come back again.

No greeting. Just got a “order when your ready”. I ordered, she repeated, I corrected it, and gave me a total. I went to window and paid and waited forever for the food and got the wrong order. I pulled receipt out and looked at receipt and she even charged me wrong. I don’t get how you repeat it back and still rang me in wrong and gave me wrong food. Didn’t go back in because getting food is always so slow. Just went home and ate tequitos. I get staffing is heard but you can’t just staff your store with “bodies” because the service and customers are suffering. This location has gone done hill a lot.

I ordered deluxe nachos with jalapenos and meat on the side. I received a half-full container of nachos with no jalapenos and no meat, and somehow I ended up with a burrito. Oh, and the container came without a bag so I got nacho cheese on my jacket in the car.
