I’m tired of ordering from this taco bell in specific. They never do anything right when preparing orders. There was nothing on my recent order that was correct, besides the drinks. There were multiple hairs in our food, everything was pretty much inedible due to that. If you’re going to get something to eat, I recommend going somewhere else.

The absolute worst most pathetic taco bell ever. I paid over 15 bucks for sad little 'discovery box' I received the tiniest most pathetic portions of meat and cheese in a chalupa, when I went back inside the guy at the counter said he couldn't refund me or put more meat in the chalupa, finally, the manager came over and refunded me, I then walk back outside to find a stinky homeless person who was eating my food. Ridiculous!

I was entering to eat after a day of shopping and simply needed to use the restroom before i order my sister is pregnant and needed to use the restroom before we order i asked to use it and i was literally yelled at by what looked like the assistant manger he was a mexican guy with a mustache i was baffled and said i am going to order and he just says ok loudly and i was going to still order but why would i for a reason i always go to the on on ventura rd 12/23/2025 9:00pm

Taco bell is one of my fav foods. First time coming to this location and since I ordered thru drive thru the cashier was not the nicest! She got my ordered wrong, and went I to complain she gave me attitude and the cook was slamming the food and talking in Spanish giving attitude and verbally abusing me over a wrong order. I will never come back here!!!! Managers please be careful who you hire this staff are the nastiest and ugliest inside and out. If you hate your job then find another job that fits your personality bc obviously these ladies are NOT meant to work here I will make sure you contact their main office regarding this situation. No customer should be treated like this or verbally abuse over some burritos.

Dear Taco Bell Customer Service, I am writing regarding the poor quality of food I recently received from your location. The crunchy tacos in my latest order were extremely dry and hard, making them difficult to eat. The shells seemed overcooked and stale. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small – the tacos barely had any meat or cheese inside, which made the experience feel disappointing and not worth the cost. This is not the first time I’ve had issues. In a previous order, I received beef that was very dry and had a bad smell, which made it completely inedible. It’s frustrating to experience these quality issues more than once, especially from a brand I used to enjoy and trust. I’ve attached a photo of the tacos from my most recent order for your reference. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to address the situation with the store in question about these poor-quality it

I ordered two cheesy double beef burritos happy to go home and enjoy them peacefully, I got home and realized they gave me the rice and bean burrito very mad about my experience with this store, wish they could’ve double checked my order to make sure the right things were placed in my bag, and they costed less than what I payed for originally.

Sad excuse for a Taco Bell. I ordered 2 items from the kiosk, waited for 10min., nothing came and when I asked the manager about my order and show the manager my receipt and charge in my credit card app, he says “we don’t have it in our kiosk - can’t make it - you can get a refund when the bank opens” rather than make an order I have proof of purchase or offer any other solution. TACO BELL - You need better staff. Miserable people managing is a horrible choice.

This is the worst Taco Bell location in the area. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Everytime I go here my food is made wrong and isn't hot. The woman that takes the orders in the drive thru is rude. After trying to get her attention she puts a finger up at me and tells me to wait. When she finally decided to give me a minute of her time, in the drive thru, she told me I needed to order on the app and the food I was asking about isn't available to be ordered through the drive thru, only through the app. I won't be going to this location anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone - you might as well drive to the one on Ventura Rd or Johnson Dr.

The food isn’t good here they are sloppy I have never gotten a Mexican pizza that looks like this. Shame on this Taco Bell location disgusting.
