I just order a large pie. And when it arrives I open the box and all the cheese are falling off from the slices and the bottom of the pizza is burn. My kids was so upset about it I am very disappointed.

I got the spinach pizza. It was one of the best ever!!! The crust was so light, crunchy and yummy. I didn't get that bloating feeling from eating a thick crust. It will be my new go from now on. You can't beat the price. A must, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Love the pizza especially the buffalo chicken slices, its a good portion and the garlic knots are fantastic. This is also a great place to sit down and eat. It is updated and clean inside. Just remember to restock on the straws, pepper, and paper in the bathroom. Thank you for great service! 👍

Had a hotel nearby due to a cancelled flight, and got a pizza delivered. The pizza was excellent! I won't claim to be an expert on new York pizza as I'm not local but for my tastes I really enjoyed it. The right amount of sauce and crust was tasty and well cooked. If I ever happened to be nearby again I would 100% order again!

I am a huge fan of Italian pizza And I passed this restaurant so many times but never stopped in. So when I was in I was so surprised that Italian pizzeria around this part of Queens still exist. It's beautiful inside I've only had a chance to taste two of their items on the menu but so far it's amazing.

Romeo’s is a true ozone park staple. It speaks so much to our history and culture as a neighborhood and it standing to still tell the tale is a testament to its greatness. The pizza is incredible, I could it a whole pie in one sitting. The garlic knots are so soft they put you in a dreamlike trance. Do not get me started on the buffalo flatbread, it is one of the best things I have ever consumed. This is the first pizza I ate when I was a tiny child and being able to grow up with it means so much. Thank you Romeo’s for being so great!

This is one of my favorite pizza places in queens. They make an awesome flatbread pizza and their pepperoni knots are so good. If your in the neighborhood... give them a try.

I was cycling by when I happened upon the pleasant aroma wafting from this pizzeria. It brought back memories of New York-style pizza. I cycled a little further, deciding whether to continue riding or stop because it was late in the day. I'm glad I doubled back. The taste was as delicious as the aroma. I had my bike with me, and the staff was both friendly and accommodating. Lucky are those who live near this corner neighborhood pizzeria.

Good food and top notch service. I was curious and decided to come here for a quick eat. The pizza from here is on par with Sofia's when it comes to pizza in Queens but the winner is definitely the Rolls and Calzones. It's weird that other places don't maintain their rolls the way Romeo's does, soft and tender breading, just easy to chew with the taste to add to it. With some other places, their rolls and calzones are either tough and chewy or stale. I must've come around a good time because service was swift with no problem at all. I would certainly recommend a visit here for good pizza and the side orders they have as well because they're well made.

This place holds a special spot for us, as it’s a favorite of my daughter, who orders from here regularly. We have never been disappointed with their service or food quality. In our opinion, this is by far the best Grandma pizza spot in the area. Recently, we visited almost at closing time, and despite the staff already cleaning up, they graciously agreed to prepare a fresh Grandma pie and a medium-sized, no-cheese pizza. This gesture was genuinely appreciated, as it showed their commitment to excellent service. The staff even went the extra mile by combining two tables to comfortably seat our group of four adults and three children. My sister-in-law, visiting from Paris, was with us, and we wanted her to experience the authentic taste of New York-style pizza. The pizzas were ready in under 20 minutes—impressively fast considering they were freshly prepared and baked. As always, the Grandma pizza was delicious, with the perfect balance of cheese and sauce. The no-cheese pizza was equally impressive and catered wonderfully to specific dietary preferences. The prices are consistently reasonable, and the service is impeccable. We spent about an hour enjoying our meal, and at no point did we feel rushed, even though it was closing time. The staff's patience and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciated it. Everyone in our group was delighted with the experience. My sister-in-law and her family thoroughly enjoyed the Grandma-style pizza and were thrilled to try such a quintessential New York dish. Absolutely amazing! The pizza from Romeo’s Pizzeria was cheesy, loaded with fresh veggies, and had the perfect crispy (but not overdone) crust. Everything was cooked to perfection! The homemade mozzarella sticks are to die for, seriously the best I’ve had. There’s a reason they’ve been around so long; they’ve truly perfected the pizza experience. Delivery arrived over 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. 10/10 Highly recommend!

This place is 100 times better than L’industrie Pizzeria (overhyped spot by TikTok) and the kicker, you don't need to wait in an hour line!! Grandma's pizza is amazing here! I was expecting more of a modernly designed interior due to the way the front looks. Inside it’s just a regular pizzeria. Arrive was how any service in a pizza shop is. Fast and to the point lol. But the stuff was not rude in anyway. I’m not a fan of pizza, especially in queens. (I’ve been let down many times) but my bf suggested I give it a whirl. I ordered the grandma slice. Wow! Best Sicilian slice I’ve had in a long time. I went back two days later for another 😂

This place has always had good food. Tried the chicken parm and the homemade Lasagna, only complaint is my stomach is not large enough for all the food served😂. Everything was excellent. I gave service four stars mainly because they don’t have a dedicated wait staff to serve at the table but its bot a biggie at all. The person behind the counter brought us our food. I don’t understand that they are mainly focused on takeout instead of dining in, which is totally understandable. Love this place!

I like the wide variety of options Romeos have to offer. The service is always quick and the food it delicious. My friends and I would just grab a bite when we would hangout. For me it’s a pretty close and convenient pizzeria and they have never disappointed me in the past. They always produce high quality work, I highly recommend.

Corner Pizzeria located by Liberty ave. On 104 St Ozone Park Queens, right on the A Subway Station. I bought a slice of pizza and my root beer, all for $3.75 the Pizza was delicious, it was fresh cheese hot out of the oven, they have a wide selection of food to eat. The place was clean, a very diverse menu, spacious, and the prices were decent. The spaghetti i had could have been done a bit more, the chicken was a bit over smoked, or at least it tasted like thatto me. The broccoli was also a bit dry. Overall though, it was a very nice atmosphere.

Most of the time their food is good. The only problem is that delivery can take a while. Recently, I ordered a large buffalo pie, a vodka sauce pasta and fried calamarie but the pasta came with barely any vodka sauce and mostly heavy cream, the fried calamarie was raw and I didn't get a fork, or the bread that comes with the pasta and not even a single napkin! All I can say is that the pizza was good. Overall I'm very disappointed because this is usually a good restaurant but if this keeps on happening I won't be ordering any time soon

Pizza used to be so good - it's not horrible but recently they have burnt our slices a few times. Also, the staff (specifically the guy with the backwards cap) is so rude. We'll stand there waiting for him to take our order while he just looks around and purposely makes us wait.

I had to edit my previous review because this past weekend I called to order,I was put on hold for a very long time.We where driving from Howard Beach to ROMEO'S so we figured ok we order and wait in our car. Thats exactlt what we did.We went inside, ordered a Sicilian Pie with Chicken, waited 4 about 15-20 minutes then went back inside to check on order. I saw a box and thought it was mine.I asked the older female at counter if that was my order.She replied with a very nasty attitude.I felt it was not right the way she responded.Your customers deserve respect. She shouldn't be working and serving anyone if she is fed up or just tired of working . I call that Very Bad Customer Service Skills.Smh

Great pizza as always, been coming hear since I was a child and still have the same people working there it’s crazy. But they need better customer service skills. I asked for a chicken and broccoli pizza the guy flat out said no. I ordered one Buffalo slice and garlic knots but received 2 Buffalo slices and pepperoni knots it wasn’t until I got home I realized but foods still great just customer service and verification needs to be worked on.

Not what they used to be. The sauce is to sweet, the cheese was not melted on my pizza and the people behind the counter have an attitude the moment you walk in. Makes it awkward to even order. They don't have a menu displayed so you dont know what to choose and you dont know the prices of what your ordering. It wasn't until I made my rushed order that I realized that they have a folded menu on the side , hidden. By that time I didnt want to change my order in fear that I would frustrate them further. I had taken a friend to this pizzeria bragging about there food. I wont make this mistake again. The one good thing I can say about this place is that they are very clean. That's why they have the 2 stars instead of 1.

Established since 1984, all these damn accolades, and what do y’all do? You ruin all the flatbreads with this store bought, stale, powdery dough that’s waaaay too thin. The original flatBREAD was far superior. It’s a shame because the contents on top of the bread are still just as good, but it’s now tainted by this cheap, chalky dough. Not sure what went through their penny pinching heads when they changed the bread. Genuinely, no idea. Disappointing. Stop trying to cut corners and stick to making quality food.

I don't know how the ratings are so high but this is some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It even had ham on it which is not listed on the door dash description. The pasta barely had enough noodles. The chicken tastes like the frozen chicken you buy at Walmart. The beef patty was decent. Spent a lot and very underwhelming. 2 stars for effort.

It was late around 10pm. Ordered 3 slices. Waited 25 mins?! They get so many orders, they can't keep up I guess. Apparently I had to wait for them to do a whole pie then to get my 3 slices. Then they slap one of the slices on top of two slices. When I got home it was complete trash. They need to hire more people or close if they can't keep up with customers.

The ingredients are great. Which is why I'm upset to write a 1 star review. I usually ordered a large pizza with extra-cheese for delivery. Before even opening the box, you can tell if it's extra cheese due to the pizza's weight. Even the delivery guy once said the box is heavy because of the extra-cheese. I once received a pizza and didn't check it until I got inside. It wasn't extra-cheese. I let that one go. Another time I received a pizza with only half extra-cheese. I didn't complain. Then on the third time, when I received a regular cheese, I complained to the driver on the spot. I could even tell before opening it because of how light it was. The driver didn't speak any English! Why hire a driver that doesn't speak English? I bet he's paid off the books and isn't a citizen. But besides that point, I called Romeo's and spoke to the woman on the phone said that their chef checked the pizza before it was delivered. Does it ever occur to her that their chef intentionally didn't put the right amount of cheese on the pizza? She instead charged me for the price of a regular, which is fine. I would never order from there again. I spoke with my friends and they mentioned Romeo's probably was running low on cheese, which is something they overheard the staff talking about in the past. If they are unable to provide an extra-cheese pizza, they should say so when someone is ordering, rather than charging them for extra-cheese, and then providing a regular cheese. I usually overlook the pizza not being hot, or the time when I clearly stated my phone number over the phone, and the woman misinterpreted the number, and my pizza was hours late (which makes me wonder why they didn't ring the doorbell when they arrived to my address), but I can't overlook this. Also, why do they need to ask for everyone's address and phone number every time they order? They should get with the times, and get a system that remembers this info, then all they have to do is confirm with the caller whether this info is accurate for the particular delivery.

I ordered a small cheese pizza and garlic knots for delivery at 11:22 PM. It’s now 12:52 AM and i have yet to get my order. The guy said 30-45 mins from the time i called. They didn’t have the nerves to call and say if the order was canceled or if it was on the way. I tried calling 10x and nobody has picked up the phone. It’s sad because this is one of the best places in queens that serves real pizza. I hate to give this a 1 because the lack of communication especially if I’m waiting for food to be delivered and it has not arrived and nobody has picked up my call.

Went here a while back, cashier very rude and disrespectful. She takes my amex, charges it. Doesn't confirm and just starts to speak to next customer and takes them...without giving any receipts or any acknowledgment of a completed transaction. I usually don’t ever do this but here goes. I’ve been getting my grilled chicken Caesar salad from here for as long as I can remember. Always fresh and it’s always take out cause I’m usually on the go. However one afternoon me and my husband stopped in and i ordered my salad and he ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was to stay. After we took a seat and the food arrived, it was wrapped to go. I told the woman (the older lady) we told the girl that we were staying and that I wanted the salad on a plate. She seemed annoyed at this but went over and got me a plate. Now I’m not saying I was expecting a five star restaurant customer service but I think anybody would’ve been pissed if you were given a small plate with a fork and left without an apology. At that point I was pissed off because. The plate was too small for the salad. My husband went back and told her to which she fixed. That being over with, halfway through eating my salad there was a crawling bug amidst the romaine. I was disgusted and angry and my patience was wearing thin. When I confronted her she said Well the door is open and bugs usually come in. MIND YOU this is in between the salad and it’s crawling, not flying. She took the plate without an apology (yet again) and said she’ll make another one. At the point I just lost it. I told her keep it. That was the last time I ever went in that place. Such a shame.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Placed an order through Slice and waited 2 hours and NOTHING ever came even though the restaurant confirmed the order. So I called the restaurant to see what the heck was happening and turns out THEY NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN. They acknowledged my order was placed but the girl never put it in! Are you serious? How are you gonna charge me and then not make my order? Complete waste of time. Don’t order through slice and definitely check on your order after an hour.

I ordered a house salad for $7 expecting a decent amount for a normal person and I recieved it and the serving was for a child I feel. The lettuce was just old and yellow-looking, barely ANY onions or peppers nor croutons not even a cucumber or tomato! and I went back to the restaurant to ask them to replace it with a better salad and they gave me the same one with just more lettuce on top.

Okay I went to this restaurant with my Mrs and my child I ordered two beef patties one with cheese and pepperoni and a slice it wasn't busy when I got there so I expect the order to be done quick so 12 minutes go by I asked the cashier is my food ready he said they're still making it so when I noticed all the people who came after me got their orders I go up and I ask again he starts to look with the old lady and they realize they never make my order all I got was a sorry and here's your money back and then he doesn't even give me the right amount unfortunately my Mrs used to come here as a kid she wanted our daughter to come here as well to keep up with the tradition but after having me wait over 35 minutes we will never come back here again until they make me whole again

Ordered my own pizza yesterday on uber eats for pickup. Arrived there 40 mins after I ordered and it was not ready, waited another 40 mins before being told they will now make it after I told them I have to pickup my kids from daycare and I have to wait 10 more minutes. They gave me the pizza in about 7 mins of cooking. After my kids started eating it, I realized it was not fully cooked. The bottom was cooked but the dough was still raw under the cheese. Had to end up taking my hungry kids to mcdonalds 😕 . The staff did say they got a big order and that was the reason for the delay, the cashier did give me a soda because of the lateness but I paid for a pizza I couldn't eat and almost 1.5 hours of waiting and then having to go buy other food. Been a customer for many years . This was not a good experience.

Never ordering from this place again the food is delicious but the kitchen does not pay attention to orders placed on Uber eats. After they messed up order the first time I decided to give them another try. But that’s my biggest regret. Total waste of my money because the messed up my order again. I specifically asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich for someone who had a food allergy & of course they disregarded all the notes for this order, they added nothing I wanted and left everything I didn’t want. The only options they gave me after I called them was either to have a credit (as if I would order again from them) or they would remake my order but I’d have to pick it up (there was a reason I ordered delivery). Definitely never supporting a business like this ever again.

On Sunday 20th October, 2024 ...The cashier girl that worked at about approximately 4:45 p.m ...She was very rude bad customer, speaks very rudely, over charged me and even gotten my order wrong, for years I've been going there but trust that's my last time and it's the workers that makes you lose customer due to their attitude... she needs to be dealt with!!!!

I don’t know what happen to this place. It was so great back in the days . We have been going here for 30 years and it just got horrible. I order chicken grilled panini with mozzarella . I got the grilled chicken with mozzarella but no tomato and lettuce . They charge so much now. And if you don’t have cash their fee to charge using a card is outrageous they are charging more than the usual credit card fee. I don’t understand they have to charge a fee for using a card but not overcharge the customers either. Such a rip off

It should be a 0 but that’s not an option. We called right as they opened at 11 to order 6 pies for our school holiday party. We were told they would be delivered at 12:15 which is a perfect time for our teaching schedule. At around 12:30, we hadn’t gotten our delivery so we called just to be told that they were really busy and hadn’t even begun our order but they could have them delivered by 2:30 which is after our school day ends. Our holiday celebration was ruined since we had no lunch. If they were too busy, they should have just said so at 11 so we could have made other arrangements. What if we hadn’t called? Would they have just showed up at 2:30 expecting us to still want the pies 3 1/2 hours later? It was very unprofessional and our school will not be ordering from them anymore.

Loyal customer for years, my order came incorrect when I called and complained I was told I would have a 30$ credit because that was the cost of my pie. When I called to claim my credit that I was promised I was told another story that I could just have a discount and they don't do 30$ credit as if I made this up. Disappointed that I have to stop ordering from here after years of loyalty.

I’ve ordered from here before and i never had an issue with this place of work until recently im not sure what changed with this place but whatever. I ordered two regular slices and two speciality slices with a pepperoni wheel. I waited almost and hour and a half for it to be brought 10 minutes away. I never received my pepperoni wheel and instead they charged me for two extra slices. Then when i called and asked for them to deliver the pepperoni pinwheel i spoke to some young lady who sounded a bit slurred. they said i wasn’t charged for it and honestly i didn’t care about the money but ok. Then she proceeded to put me on hold and start having a conversation with a male in the restaurant n he started laughing too. He got on the phone and started to speak in a poor manner. Then said he would send the pepperoni pinwheel and never did. Unfortunately it’s around 10:50 and i ordered my food at 9:12 . It got here at 10:30. That says it all and there’s so many pizzerias around this area that do a better job it was just a last minute late night eat. It was not worth it wait or my money.

Romeo’s refused a refund through a delivery platform because they are sure they made it correct. The soup I ordered basically tasted like chicken soup with beans and pasta and not what minestrone should taste like which is tomato broth based. Do not order their soup, it is flavorless and made incorrectly from the description. If you’re charging $6 for a small container of carrots, celery, potatoes and beans in chicken broth, at least make it correctly.

Food delivered very late, cold, and sloppy after the restaurant gave the wrong number to their delivery driver. Half pepperoni slid off while my pizza was driven around for 45 minutes. Restaurant refused to make it right and wouldn't offer me a refund.

I came this way all the way from Florida to eat the wonderful pizza. Everybody’s been talking about not enough cheese not enough sauce cold the taste wasn’t so good. Horrible pizza. This is by far the worst pizza I ever had in my life taste like rubber and bread never again 23$

A man that works there was so rude to me and my friend. We ordered 2 slices of pizza and we were sitting in the back, a man who i believe was hispanic black hair medium sized was like how me and my friend can’t hear and how we have to listen and he said it SO rudely. He began to stare at me and my friend after we were given the pizza for the next 15 seconds and began whispering and pointing at us. So disgusting.

Poor customer service experience I called to order three pizzas. The young lady asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. I told her it would be with a card, but first she gave me a total of $84 as if I were paying cash. When I confirmed it would be paid by card, she then told me the total was $98. I mentioned that they were charging more than the tax allowed by the city and that I preferred to cancel the order. At that point, the employee became rude and hung up the phone 📞 without letting me speak or confirm the cancellation. Customer service should be respectful. When a customer asks questions or wants to clarify a charge, they should not receive a bad attitude. The young lady did not allow me to speak 🗣️ and ended up hanging up without saying that the order was canceled. Very disappointing. Saturday at 12:30 pm
