Let me tell you I was not in the best mood when I entered into the diner but the waitress was so nice and the food so good. I don’t know what it was the ambiance of that neighborhood diner you went to as a kid and knew everyone or the food but I left in a better space. It reminded me to be grateful for what I have because there was a time in my life I didn’t have much.

Haven’t seen the owner in a while, but the new staff is absolutely amazing. Also wanted to let the owner know one of your regular customers, who you gave a little leeway to as far as pouring his own coffee, has now taken full advantage by doing it without a mask on while talking on the phone over the sugar. After that, he proceeded to not stand in front of the partition and pay but go around without a mask and stand right in front of the lady at the register and ask how much. You could tell she felt uncomfortable but who wants to get into a argument over that so I don’t blame her for not telling him to stand back. It would be great if you would look at the camera today, 12/11, at around 9:30 am so you can inform this gentleman it’s not ok to act like this. Obviously he doesn’t care if his actions gets the workers and customers sick or makes customers not want to purchase coffee and food where someone not wearing a mask is touching and talking around.

I don't know but today the food was not great at all... I don't know, maybe they have a new cook. But that food I was served was not satisfying. Besides that the faces that are front and center are very respectful.

Had just left the airport was rushing looking for a quick stop to eat and freshen up (use the bathroom) there rest room is out of order... (they are one of the first businesses right by the A train) I did not really seen the sign to well but at a quick glance I think it said something like "don't ask" which I thought was very uninviting but whatever there company there rules... I thought it was mandatory to have a working bathroom especially when serving food or drinks? it's 100% natural to have to use the bathroom after eating and drinking so even though I did not get anything because of my rush to find a bathroom isn't that a inconvenience for people who did eat there today? Thankfully there was a restaurant down the block where I was able to eat and freshen up before I got back on the train. *It's so hard to find a "rest stop" in NYC like other states so many local businesses with not much thought or concern for the public.

Been going there for years.the only problem is one day it's great and the next day u can get the same thing and it would be a different price. However the service and the owner are great.

Google isn’t giving me the option to post pictures, but the coffee is tiny. Will not be returning and I recommend that you don’t waste your money on this place. I would give less than a one star rating if I could. Literally better value for your money at McDonalds.

My order took more than 30 minutes to come, and how can someone drink a juice without a glass and a "STRAW"??? Moreover, I had to go to the counter to pay the bill after 30 minutes of waiting.

I’ve ordered delivery here 3 times! Nothing ever wrong. I live on 97st and liberty. They store is at 89st and liberty. It’s a 5 min bike ride and all of a sudden they don’t deliver to my house!?

I called this morning to place an order for delivery..20 minutes go by and I get a call from the place from the same lady that took my order and she says the delivery person doesn’t know where my address is at.
