Today I visited the subway at the address. It ruined my day. There were no people in the restaurant. I wanted to order myself a sandwich. I went to the cashier and waited for the employee to pay attention to me. He had a long conversation with an employee (10 minutes). Then he ended. I asked you to take my order. He said that he had more important things to do and left. I'm disappointed. Please help me resolve this situation.

Extremely poor interaction. Submitted order in the Subway app and it showed that that it was being prepared. Arrived at restaurant and they claim that the order was never received and that there is nothing they can do about it. Showed them the the Subway app with the order and order number, but they just said sorry we can't do anything about it. The store said they don't receive orders after 7:30pm, but my order was submitted before that. They had no contact information to call Subway to ask for a refund or for help. They just advised to come back tomorrow and maybe a manager can help. I paid for a sub combo and received no food.

I recently visited the store( Sunday, 04/28/24 between, 12-1) for lunch with my wife, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal together. However, our experience was ruin by the tribble behavior of one of the employees, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths and a decision to never return. It's truly disappointing when a place with potential fails to deliver due to the unprofessionalism of its staff. the lady behind the counter behavior was very disappointing and un acceptable. i don't recommend this subway to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

The lady making sandwiches is rude. The sandwich was soupy. Didn’t put the meat on the sandwich there was so much Mayo it dropped off the side veggies not fresh!!! Real bad one !!!!

Norma that was preparing the sandwich had such an attitude that I was expecting her to throw it in my face in the end. Even though I was really loud she started preparing the wrong sandwich, even though I asked (and she confirmed) all of the veggies I had no tomatoes and no olives, etc.

Tried to place a large order over the phone and the employee didnt want to help made excuses of not having bread, was rude and just didnt want to help
