It Was Good.

This happens to be my local Burger King, love it and have never had anything to complain about their food or crew.

Live in chatsworth but if i have a choice to go get my bk there most deff yeah low prices.. trust only drive thru tho a bit too on the ghetto side

Used the app and everything went smoothly and fast. The food was done just right.

Love it! But make sure you got that extra change if you want Sauce because they charge-.-

Loved the renovation and the people it was amazing I felt like I was at a classy restaurant because there were people playing chess and they have sofas there to relax it is just amazing I love this bk and the modern look very clean I hope people take care of these places

From the girl cleaning to the cashier who took my order to the Mngr. who gave me my food they were all wonderful, with a BIG BEAUTIFUL smile they cleaned my table took my order which I received really fast I guess sense fast food place lol

The young lady at the window was nice and they got my order right and the wait was short. I even got a straw without asking lol!

Good place to spend time. Friendly. Been going to this Burger King for years. Now that I move to different city.(50 minutes away) I still go here when I'm in town.

I went here today to find that the building (not the playplace, has been totally remodelled! It was clean, nice, cool, and the employees were nice and accommodating to my food issues.

I really go often here and so far never had issues very good service and they accept EBT snap food stamps

They ask you if you want it vegan style now. They are a different staff than from a year ago. Great job

This has to be my fave BK, I've been going to this BK ever since I went moved near by and no matter who's working the employees are always working. There's never any drama at this store. Especially if you compare it to the mcdonalds next door.

I like this BK I have been to it a few times lately although I have visited on other occasions in 10+ years. I like what they did with it. There is a big screen TV and a little lounge area in front of it to make you feel at home. While dinning and enjoying a game, or at least that's been my experince recently. You can find folks playing chess here as they enjoy some BK coffee. It is a nice ambience. The staff is friendly and don't delay in getting your order ready for you. The food is good it is a good value for the quality. It is a great place to dine alone or in company.

Place is spotless and the staff is friendly and polite. Veronica has a awesome personality. Place was decorated for Halloween and this gesture made me feel good about the end of the year and despite everything is going on, this place has a positive attitude.

Burger King has but needs to have more veggie burgers/meals (without fries) with a healthy side. I believe that Burger King can beat McDonald's. During this time I trust them a lot more, the have better menus, no service issues. They need to improve more their salads, and add more healthy options.

I just need to use the Wi-Fi a second to update my phone LOL

I didn’t go inside to order but I did order through drive thru. Gabby greeted me and she was extremely kind. She also went out of her way to not only ask but recommend other options on the menu. She made eye contact and smiled once I got to the window to retrieve my food. Everything came out just right. Thanks gabby!

Well I live close to this Burger King and think it's a great place to dine in. Most customers go thru the drive thru so it's kinda empty inside but not. You have your regulars that go there every day to drink coffee and chat. If u were thinking old people yupp 5 points for u. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, sometimes. The regulars keep the atmosphere happy. Other than the usuals you must likely would see around 9 inside the restaurant counting the regulars. The service is very good they take your order quickly not much of a wait. Only problem here is that your order will take quite a bit. Most customers go the drive thru way and there's a few each time I go and that tends to slow up the place. That and the staff who chat a lil too much in my opinion. With who? Yeah you guessed it the regulars. For me no biggie. At times it does get a tad annoying but hey their old folks who probably don't get much attention at home so it's understandable. Over all two thumbs recommendations.

I am totally blown away today by this Burger King. Everything was splendid. The food was cooked perfectly, fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was perfect with just the right amount of condiments and cheese. The service was incredibly honest and polite and friendly. I made a mistake in my order of fries when I wanted onion rings, when I got to the window I asked if there were any onion rings ready, and they said there weren't but it would take a couple minutes to cook them. I decided to go with the fries. And then the server let me know that they don't want the onion rings to be soggy, so they try and cook them as close to serving them as possible. They said who likes soggy food? And then told me that she feels like she wants to serve me the food the way she would want it. I told her that one day she'll own the place. So if any Burger King people read this, I was there on Sunday April 6th at 11:58 a.m. everybody working that shift should get accolades. Please let them know that they did a great job. Above and beyond.

Burger king here in pacoima nice and clean place is always decorate for each holiday and staffing is always excellent no waiting for someone to take your order and food preparation is done well very organized serving the public in and out the restaurant. Staff enjoy working together as a team. Thanks for great fast meal after a day of work.

I know they recently did a lot of work on the building, and it's nice. But I care about food and service. The food is always consistent, at least with my orders, and today the service was really exceptional. I think the name of the guy working dive through was Ray...if I read his tag right. The line was off the property and everyone was rushing around, but he remained super pleasant in the dive though. It was exceptional service.

Place can be cleaned up it would look nicer the food is ok but this Burger King gives me my kids and wife food food poisoning every time we get chicken nuggets, I had 3 or 4 different ghetto Hispanic girls try to fight me and my wife cause they get the order wrong and we call them out, the managers are the only normal employees the gay guy, fat Hispanic paisa lady that doesn’t talk English the best, the Hispanic girl with the glasses are trashy and rude every time we go there I got my truck broken into in the parking lot, almost got stabbed in the bathroom Saw a rat inside the cooking area. I only come to use the bathroom I don’t eat this food

Good customer service for the most part some employees here dont like their jobs. Dining room is under construction so only drive thru is open. Place got busier now that they accept ebt. Ovetall its a better than burger king

I just witnessed a shift lead or supervisor chew out an employee for doing almost nothing. Super unprofessional and disrespectful to him as a person and employee. Andrew was servicing me at the cashier and I used my ebt cars so he needed to go get the ebt card machine but was a little confused on where it was and Nayeli the boss basically yelled at him and said why you walking around can you do something and get to work. Super rude. Offering help would have been more efficient.

Service was really good and the food came out quickly. Food also tasted really good. One problem I did have had to be with the cup size of the king box being reduced to a smaller size, other than that, everything was fine

Probably the oil they used is a bit old because the flavor of the fries is terrible, and i wasnt the only one who said something an older lady and a guy next to me had the same comment, my fries got them for free so i just threw it away

I get it and appreciate that it's done when ordered but the wait is ridiculously long...worse through the drive-thru. Even the cashier was teasing the others about time management. ("We're busy, that can wait, I'm missing this, where's that, etc). They also only give you one sauce & charge for more...smh. 🙄

I use to come here when I was a kid but not anymore. I love there fries and chicken nuggets but nothing else. My mom lost her phone there once and when we went back that same day the worker we asked that went in the bathroom to clean when we left said she didn't see it and ik when someone is lieing but oh well that was when I was 10 which was 5yrs ago. Also there was hair in my burger and that's also why I never go there no more.

The food is typical of Burger King however they regularly mess up my order. Seems very clique-ish. CatersONLY to one specific ethnicity of people. Though we go there weekly, we are not greeted or engaged with in as welcoming of a manner as the Hispanic customers, which is appalling. They are a bit discriminative in how they operate. The breakfast biscits are raioned...we have gone.there.at 8 or 830 and been told.they have no biscuits and will not be making any more, so we can only get croissants. I don't get how.they think it to be just that even.a.simple.hello, good morning,.have.a.nice.day should only be.reserved for people.who look like.them....they roll out the red carpet but only do the minimum.when.it comes to others. Not cool at all.

Small bugs were flying inside during the eating I complained to the lady manager,she said she will inform to the management and will take care of it, I went there again after four days and start eating,the small bugs were flying all around of my burger,now I stopped going there.

Today I went very excited to eat bk at 130 pm ... and waited avery long time before I even got my meal, they got my order wrong, top it off my chicken nuggets are still cold and still stuck together.. although they were as patient as they could have been w me, I am not.pleased with the service going on thank you

Wait over 1o minutes in the drive to for a double bacon cheeseburger ended up getting a burger patty by itself and then a burger patty with just cheese believable they need to pull it together.

Manager at this location would not fix an order than was messed up with a promo in the app. She was rude, and completely disrespectful to me. I ordered an impossible whopper on a Tmobile Tuesday deal; the app defaulted to a whopper (even though the promo was for impossible or regular whopper) and when I went in the drive thru I asked if it was impossible and they’d said yes. I went back and took a bit and it was a regular whopper. I came back to ask them to switch it and the manager (the female was was managing this location between 1-2pm today) told me no and said it was my fault. Even though a work had told me originally it was an impossible whopper. Her customer service was zero and she was incredibly rude with me. Now I am out my lunch, and as a vegetarian of six year I am upset that I was treated that way and forced to give back a burger I couldn’t eat, without any fix being done by location. I went to this location regularly and will never go again. Someone needs to make that right.

DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS PLACE AT NIGHT! The place has terribly slow service at night. I knew this from past experiences but was craving some nuggets and a Rodeo king so decided to visit around 11:30 PM this last Saturday. The place already had 5 cars piled in the drive thru waiting for their orders (2 of which were at or behind the order box) so I got in line but after a few minutes of waiting was debating about leaving when the line wasn't moving at all. I look behind me and 4 other cars had already lined up so at this point I was stuck. The line took forever to move forward and by the time I got to the window it was 12:15 am and the guy working there refused to take the orders of the person in front me, along with myself and everyone behind me who had also waited. I got out of the car and explained to the guy "hey... we've been waiting here for over half an hour and you didn't put the chain to close the drive thru up nor has the gates to the shopping center been closed. At the very least you could give us some store credit or a gift card or something for wasting our time." But the guy just closed the window and ran off. Terrible experience, disrespectful staff that should get fired, I would not go there again.

I love Burger King. Last night though, was the first time I've experienced bad customer service here. My boyfriend and I pulled up to order at 11 PM and the speaker said "sorry we are currently closed" so we pulled up to the window and a guy opened it so we asked if they were open or not. He rudely said "what does the sign say?" I told him the speaker said they were closed and it didn't let us order so he then took our order and kept talking to us with lots of attitude I swear I wanted to throw my drink at him of how angry he made me. He then forgot my chicken sandwich and when i asked about it he said "I didn't hear you, what sandwich do you want we have so many" and was literally trying to argue with me about what sandwich I wanted so I told him to just give me any sandwich with fries and he was in such a hurry he charged me for only the sandwich and said "I'll just give you the fries" and then he didn't even end up giving me the damn fries!! When I got home to eat my sandwich it was partially cooked. I swear he ruined my night. Please fire him. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I'm giving him the 1 star not the place.

Awful service specifically from elmayra elvemayra?? Her name was somewhat along those lines. She gave me so much attitude to the point where I asked for her name to leave a bad review. This is my first bad review EVER and I’m sorry to leave this but I did not like the was I was treated by Elmaya Elvemayra.

Drove in thru their drive thru to place our orders. We had a total of 5 coupons we wanted to use. There were 3 of us in the car. When we pulled up she said we could only use 2 coupons per car. So we asked if we could use them if we went inside the store, to which she responded “yes” over the intercom. We went around and only I got out of the car with all 5 coupons since we also had children in the car. I went in and the cashier told me I could only use 2. I told her I was just told in the drive thru I could use all 5 if I ordered inside. The manager Douglas came over to tell the cashier she could only honor one coupon per customer. So I immediately turned to him to tell him I had just been told I could use all 5 if I ordered inside to which he rudely replied “ok well I’M telling you that we can only do one per customer and it also says it on your coupon”. His response made me livid! He had no right to talk to me that way! I told him I hadn’t just gone all around and get out of my car so he could now tell me he wouldn’t honor it. He gave me such a hard time in applying the coupons to my order which weren’t even expired nor were they for free items! They were for minor discounts! I literally had to get my family inside to process different transactions and get our discounts. He could have just saved us all the time and energy by allowing the transaction on the first attempt. I made sure to file a formal complaint to their corporate office in hopes of them taking action towards him and bringing it up to his attention. Poor service.

Don’t go to this location they don’t give free ranch they charge you for no reason. This location has the worst manager you ever seen. Employees so rude and they don’t care for their jobs. I mean who hires these people.

If you work and have a limited lunch break, do not go to this drive thru. I waited 21 minutes and only 2 cars were in front of me. I finally got to the drive thru window, and paid for my food. Waited another 5 minutes and left due to needing to get back to work on time. Basically donated about 15$ to them for no reason. Good times.

Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct – Burger King Drive-Thru (July 23, 2025, ~8:45 PM) I am a regular and loyal customer of this Burger King location, frequently visiting with my family via the drive-thru. My experiences have generally been positive, particularly when assisted by Sebastian, who consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and respect. However, on July 23, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, I experienced an incident involving an employee named Gabby that was egregiously unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite providing my mobile order number and name multiple times, and showing a valid order confirmation via the Burger King mobile app, Gabby repeatedly claimed that no such order existed. She made no genuine effort to verify the information and refused to even glance at my phone. Her demeanor was dismissive, arrogant, and hostile—acting with an air of superiority and an apparent unwillingness to fulfill a paid transaction. Gabby insisted I move my vehicle due to other cars behind me, without providing the food I had ordered and paid for. Her refusal to assist, despite clear evidence of the order, constitutes a failure to deliver services and a breach of basic customer service standards. I subsequently entered the store and presented my receipt directly to the manager, who immediately recognized me as a regular customer. The manager acted with professionalism and promptly resolved the issue. I expressed my appreciation for her conduct, which stood in stark contrast to Gabby’s behavior. This incident warrants formal review by Burger King corporate. I respectfully request that Gabby’s conduct be investigated, as her actions reflect a serious lapse in service integrity and customer treatment. Employees who demonstrate such disregard for paying customers should not be representing the Burger King brand.

THESE PEOPLE are insane with their Prices. If they think people are just going to keep coming here and pay $3.79 for a 12 oz drink, $4.69 for L fries $8.79 for a Whopper and every other overpriced item in the menu, they got something else comin lol. WOW. I'd rather save my money and go out to a nice sit down place like Island Burger. Or go to In n Out which is way better and less expensive.

Ridiculous, not only the speaker via drive thru doesn't work. The prices are unbelievable $6.29 for a kids meal. The services in the drive thru is not the best they basically throw the drinks at you.

Went today the drive through was insane so I went inside instead. Worst mistake, drive through was moving and customers inside stayed waiting. I waited 40 minutes for my food and only got my food because I started complaining and asking for refund along with another customer who had been waiting longer than me. I asked the manager (Gloria) for a refund and she ignored me and the other customer waiting for our orders. She never once apologized for the delay and kept ignoring everyone who was questioning where their food was. The other customer was more upset as she was waiting longer and the “manager” turned around and almost mimicked the customer and chuckled as she said “we are busy can’t you see my line outside” that manager is super unprofessional and needs to be talked to as that is absolutely no way a manager should handle any situation. She watched as the other employees struggled to talk to angry customers and not once did she step up to apologize.
