I was very unimpressed with the service. I had to wait several minutes before I was even acknowledged. There is a trash bag full closed up next to the trash can. The staff was not friendly, they were not unfriendly either they were just let's say there. I much prefer the Arby's off of interstate 10 in Palm Desert.

The food here is fine. The manager, Chris, is not fine. He is loud, off putting, argumentative and a poor manager. He thinks if a table isn't "that bad" that it does not need to be cleaned. The recent remodel is not lovely, it's dark and incomplete. However, it's a fast food establishment... ultimately what was important was my food and it was hot, tasty, and prepared well

The guy that took my order didn't listen to what I ordered. I repeated the order and instead of just filling it, he argued with me about what he thought I ordered. I will admit I got a little hot under the collar. When I asked for a manager, he informed me that he was the shift lead. Apparently there was no manager in the store, which seems to be an all the time occurrence at this store. He proceeded to let me know that he could refuse me service. At that point we left. There was no point in staying and expecting a correct order. I have always loved Arby's sandwiches, but will no longer go to this store. Luckily Jersey Mike's was nearby and they took great care of us. Better customer service and better sandwiches too.

Lady wouldn't slide my EBT card right and wouldn't allow me to. They hate poor people here I guess. Had to go somewhere else. Rude.

Only 2 Employees working during lunch hour. Everyone in line waited over 20min per order. Also the 2 that were working, not using a sense of urgency at all. They didn't seem to care about our long wait, and slow service. Unexceptable!

Our order was incomplete which we only found out when we got home. When we tried to call, the phone just rang and rang and rang and finally a message said that the "mailbox was not set up" It only got worse from there:when I got there, after driving and additional 10.minutes, my food at home was cold The two girls saw me arriving and started giggling saying:" oops, sorry, we forgot to put one sandwich pin there. When I told her that I wanted my sandwich replaced as well, since it was cold, one of the girl became extremely rude and yelling in my face across the counter. The other one chimed in saying:" buy we made it fresh to order, what's the problem?" The problem, I explained, was that my hot sandwich was not sitting at home, cold. I wanted another hot one.". The super rude girl siid she needed to call the manager. For a $6 sandwich? Really? They mess up the order, don't answer their phone then yell at me because I apparently was taking 'too long" telling them which sandwich to replace?. I am an extremely patient and nice person, and this is the first time that I have ever been treated this way. Let me also say that there were probably maybe 5 customers in the restaurant so they were not busy.... Hopefully the manager will not be as rude when I talk to them tomorrow. No wonder they keep changing employees. These two are terribly rude and should not be working there.everyone hs always been nice there and I have been coming to this Arby's for about 20 years. I guess there is first time from everything and these two girls are not what Arby's stands for. Sad and disappointed to have been treated so rudely when they are the ones who were in the wrong. Horrible, terrible service.

Drove 7 miles to take advantage of an online offer of 25 percent off. Tried to order it in the parking lot. The app was down. Again. Went inside and talked to the manager about not being able to order because the app was down. He said that there was nothing that he could do. If you are going to have an app then someone needs to fix this problem. I live off of “deals” I receive. That wasn’t fair. I didn’t buy anything. February 6, 2025 Another attempt to use another offer for 25 percent off. App was down Again. If you don’t want to have an app, then don’t. Very frustrating. The manager was unwilling to do anything. So I left.

Food was ok but I had to wash my own tray ...found a dirty one someone used and washed it . 😅 Dec 12 th 2024 720 pm everyone else had dine in trays ...I think it could of been because I paid with EBT.... McDonald's takes EBT now and they are right next door in palm desert as well...maybe I'll just go there next ,I never have issues with them.They said they didn't have any washed when I asked ..crazy.

The app advertised a combo that included a milkshake. when I arrived at 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready I was greeted by an unfriendly"kid" who informed me they didn't have shakes but he could offer me a soft drink and gave me a cup. I then stood at the counter for 5 mins before another employee asked if I had a mobile order. When I replied that I did, he begrudgingly began preparing my order and when he was done he unceremoniously dropped it on the counter and returned to the back. Food was fair at best, I'll not return.

Cheese stick with no cheese! The girl did not ask if we wanted the meals or tell us about the 2 for $6. We weren't informed that if we only get 1 off that deal it will still be $6. Never again!

I can't not believe it. The food was cold!!!! The kitchen look durty. I was about to walk out but my boyfriend haven't tried so we stayed. They where playing the music so loud in the background that I couldn't even order, plus the music already on the restaurant. They had no milkshake available. I honestly don't think I'm going back to Arby's at least not this location. What is this?
