This location is always clean. I forget the manager name that works there but she has been there a long time. She is one of the nicest managers that is understanding, non-judgemental, and kind. Food is always hot and tastes like it should. Great location!

I went thru the drive thru for my usual order and while paying for my order, I dtopped my credit card. The two young men working the window were Cheyenne and Ulysses. They were so very very nice. Ulysses leaned out of the drive thru window and was able to get my credit card. They could have made me get it and I am eternally grateful for them helping me. Give these two a "GOLD STAR" for me.

No frills. Just quick south of the border flavor for cheap. This particular location is easy to get in and out of. Seems like there's a handful of meth heads who like to hang out in the parking lot. Completely harmless. Interesting to watch

My family and I came up to Palm Springs for a few days from Canada and our 1 must have was Taco Bell (which we don’t have In our hometown) when we arrived they had technical difficulties and our orders couldn’t be processed. B gave us free drinks and told us to try and come back in 30 minutes which we did, and she prepared our whole order free of charge! Was totally above and beyond service!

Totally forgot to put my drink on the app order before checking out tonight. Was in a rush. Edwin (sorry if I mispelled it brother) was courteous and covered my drink. Very friendly and fast service. Well maintained too. My favorite Taco Bell I've ever been too. Much love fam.

I do not usually leave reviews for fast food chains, but the employees there today were amazing. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but they were very polite, patient, and helpful despite a crazy lady behind us in the driv-thru yelling and honking her horn. Keep up the great work!

By far one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. The food is consistently good and though they ran out of the limited time menu option I initially ordered (not their fault), the manager apologized and upgraded me to a $5 chalupa box. If you in the mood and in the area, I suggest stopping in.

Didn't have the highest opinion of this Taco Bell a few years back, though my opinion now is very favorable. I had a problem with my credit card and they said no problem what would you like and proceeded to feed me with smiles. Next week I went, paid for my food and though different employees this time all had similar great attitudes, food was good, clean bathrooms, the place got an A rating from me.

Absolutely the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. With the recent economy and price increase die to salary increase to fast food restaurant workers I had questioned why so many places failed to offer a clean place where food is delivered to the customer as ordered. Not this place...Liz one of the managers is very nice and you can tell she stays on top of her game. The bathroom was exceptionally cleaned. My husband always stops here on his commute to or from work as he commutes over an hour to work. He recommends this place for the clean restrooms, friendly attentive service and and fast delivery or exactly what you ordered to eat. The staff definitely deserves another pay raise👏👏👏👏👏 great job and keep up the good work👍 Corporate should definitely have the rest of their restaurants learn from this fine establishment.

I have been going to Taco Bell for a number of years but this is the first time that I have visited this location Unfortunately they were doing some work outside so everyone is being forced into the drive-thru Lane I immediately created an order on the Taco Bell app on my phone and was able to get the food that I wanted but I wasn't able to get the complete order and they were out of various products.

Great food, but I wish they would stop adding stuff so good, getting me addicted to the things and then it is gone, not there, no more.😞

Great Taco Bell, relatively clean. Friendly service, very creative with their items too! Though, why does it seem every Taco Bell in Palm Springs and Palm Desert asks for your name instead of just calling a number? It's really annoying.

Amazing customer service at all times of the day and night. They are human just like anyone else and make mistakes but they make up for it by looking at those mistakes as opportunities to build great customer service. At this location the customer is always held in high regard!

There isnt many places that are open late and when you work late its nice to have somewhere to grab something fast if you havnt eaten all day. The customer service is always friendly here but they never get my order right on the first time.

Only ate here like twice. First time food was perfect ($5 mix box, drive thru). The second time, we actually went inside. Soda machine was partly broken dispensing water for some of the drinks. Food ($5 box, again, lol) was cold and the chelupa was hard to chew as if it was old or not heated up properly. If we're ever in this area again, I would go back and try it again.

It's Taco Bell so you know what you're going to get. So I guess it boils down to service which is great at this location. The eating area is always clean and the bathrooms as well.

I ALWAYS order the Crunchy Taco Supreme which I had two of today! It was enjoyable but the experience was ruined by not receiving any napkins at the drive-through... This is a kind of messy deal with crunchy taco and pieces of grated cheese and lettuce and tomato falling off the Taco and not having Napkins is difficult to eat on the go.

It’s Taco Bell and I love the crunchy supreme tacos. Perfect Tex-Mex fast food, if that’s your fix. Do I need to ask for the drink included in my combo? Only large drink available in the combos, nothing else and no other size, but that’s the franchise’s fault.

Damien A I ask him if he had change for 100 bill and I was really hoping he did because I was hungry and he said with out hesitation that let me get change from the back and I'll be right back and so he sure did what he said and gave me change back . The best of the taco bell locations in the greater palm springs area including rancho-mirage and palm desert. Consistently short handed but tries hard and has a couple 5 star employees. Also still offers some of the good box meal deals other local locations have abandoned!

Very good .... but the manager lady in there was talking loudly about how customers order and or talking to the employees loudly on what they are or are not going to do. We didnt care to here it. And the employees were ovisslly feeling the thick air as we were as customers

It was ok. We ordered two different types of burritos: beefy and veggie. They didn’t mark the wrapper so we bit into the wrong ones.

I love to travel and one thing that stands the test of travel is the taco bell. I get the chalupas and a soft taco meal deal to go and then I can eat on the road as I want. Probably not as good for me as fresh veggies and fruit but the food travels and is a decent price.

Waiting for 45 minutes in drive thru, finally get to the window to pay and theres this rude employee, stated we are short staff. No sorry for the wait or say thank you. Never go back there sgain.

Not very good customer service. Stood in line with nobody in front of us for about 2 or 3 minutes before a worker even said, "I'll ve right with you." Food is what to be expected. Cleanliness would've been 5 stars but there was a weird odor in the air.

The service here is always good. Do a ton of deliveries from here. However for me. I mean it's Taco Bell a commercial chain of generic Hispanic food. Places like this all fast food places basically, I only eat that food if I am broke and starving to death!!! I wouldn't recommend fast food for anyone. But at the very least Taco Bell has fresh veggies. Avocado and lettuce and cheese always seem to be fresh. It's the meat in all of these fast food places that is suspect!!! I just don't think any of it is healthy at all!

Everything was great until cc system unraveling, had to leave after ordering to get cash from ATM card as taco bells credit card service went out, no one offered a free drink or anything while asking customers that thru would be unable to pay by card.

Let's be real, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Everyone knows what it tastes like and that it's bad for you. It's nostalgic that's why I like it. The self-help kiosks might seem like a good idea and they might save money but the human cost is palpable. When I was here there was a poor woman that was on a video training and I could tell she wanted to kill herself. Not literally, but you know what I mean. People over profits. This is out of control.

If the TB clerk doesn't know that $9.70 from $10.70 (4th grade math) is $1, they shdn't be employed here.

Normally I'm a huge fan of TB but this was a massive letdown. Did order from this location 3 times and all 3 times my order was not correct! Taco were missing, the wrong soda etc etc. Food was alright just wish I had gotten what I ordered.. At least I learned always to check the bag to see what's actually inside.

The food is good... When they get the order right. Costumer service isn't very good multiple times. Had 2 separate orders in drive thru and she made me go thru the drive thru again to place second order....what??? They don't pay attention to what you order. This is on multiple occasions. It's just the only one around that's why I go.

They're a bit slow which I don't understand because fast food restaurants aren't nearly as busy as they used to be. I can't tell you the last time I've eaten at a Taco Bell, and there'd be other people in there. At the same time as me, so why does it take so long to make the food.

Food was good when we finally got it. We used the order machine because I only had cash ,so we ordered our food and waited 15 minutes later I went to the counter to ask where your food was and the guy said he didn't have our order. Apparently the machine didn't say they wouldn't make our food until it was paid for? I said there was no one at the counter to take our order when we came in. How sad we waited and never was told. I paid for the food and waited again. I will never use those machines to order again It defeats the purpose if you don't play with a card.

4 employees in the kitchen and not one greeted me or took my order for 8 minutes, until I raised my voice. Received my order on this old, dirty, tray with a drink that was from the drive through area because the dispenser was out of order in the dining room, although it shot out ice all over the floor and they did not care.

I walked in on Thursday a little before 5pm and seen this mexican girl which her name is natalie just coughing non stop over the food.She wasn’t wearing her mask properly and for the managers to let her work is just pure evil.I’ll never be returning again they seem as they don’t care about the customers health.

If I could give a zero I would but when I went here for lunch my food was extremely cold and then when I received the food they did not put spicy ranch even though I asked. Along with that the lines were long and they kept putting me on hold at the speaker.

This place literally almost never gets the order right and usually just about a 20 minute wait in the drive through. Terrible. Nice employees but you’d almost think the place is getting robbed for how long you’re waiting.

Make sure you have some time to kill. Whether it is a mobile order or drive thru the wait time / line is long. The last time I went not only was the order repeated to me / checked my receipt the order was still wrong and one item was missing.

It was pretty horrible going in here with one employee repramanding another employee for going in the cash register and removing cash. And another employee non stop coughing while preparing food and noone even remotely offering to help me. I walked out and will not be back.

I Ordered soft tacos with No Lettuce and Light on the Meat for my 3yr old Grandbaby and what we got was 3 X's the Normal Amount of the Horse Meat They Serve and Barly any Cheese. My receipt even showed the Words "LIGHT MEAT"! But I guess They CAN'T READ Either! Total Waste of Money! Been sitting here for a damn hour waiting for our food..this is rediculous ive watched 5 to 6 people that came in and ordered after I did and got their food and left..not only are they slow their unorganized and the front line cashier is condescending and rude..im still waiting for our food and its now been hour and 24 min most deffinitly worst service ive gotten from a fast food restaurant ever....the employee Victoria has the worst customer service skills ive ever had to deal with..not to mention she left 2 employees to even though she said herself they were short staffed to deal with the mess she failed to handle.. I ordered the Taco Bell for my partner at this location tonight and this is the only thing he have had today. Now it’s at midnight and he is feeling nauseous and vomiting non stop for almost an hour in the bathroom. The food is poisoned.

I'd like to give zero stars. The order was wrong, made very sloppy. Called them at 5:44 pm. The girl whom she said was the manager was ride kept hanging up on me. Thing is I was not ride, didn't raise my voice. My family never will be back. Honestly unless you want to be treated rudely, food thrown sloppily together and wrong orders.

I am simply appalled by the lack of integrity this establishment has towards its employees. I see a team leader and several workers who are highly disrespectful, unkept, very partial to those they like and outcasts those they dislike. Additionally, some of the workers are down right abusive while the manager in charge does nothing. From my understanding this is a "discrimination lawsuit" waiting to happen. I tried to reach out to the corporate offices but could not locate any contact information on the website. Intentional??? Does the corporate office really know what is going on at the Palm Springs "Vista Chino" location??? No wonder the service is poor and one team leader in particular "inept". Just a message to the existing manager "Erik".... this is your fault for letting "rouge" employees run this establishment because you are too lazy to deal with the realities of managing people. From my understanding several seasoned employees have told you about these "bad apples" yet you still keep them on the schedule and still keep them as shift leaders. When will you get it???? I'm not done... I will continue to contact "Corporate office" until someone comes and make some lasting positive changes at this location. Additionally, you should know that when you treat employees well ... they produce a great product. Hopefully the new incoming manager will be more accomplished at leading a team and hopefully be successful where you have failed. Your failure is not because you are incompetent but rather you "just don't give a damn!"

It’s sad to see all the fast food places in Palm Springs close their lobby so they don’t have to deal with homeless people. They should be ashamed of themselves and the city should fine them. I will never give my money to places like this.

All I can say is Wow this a terrible location I went there from breakfast today and the Head manager was totally out of touch with her power. Though it's none of my business it's hard to not hear what happened and this lady should have never been placed in this position. My temper was boiling when I saw the employee leaving and crying. Even the other employees were observed shaking their heads for what they also saw. All I know is that of a manager did this to me I would be contacted the labor board ASAP. I have been here a few times and the woman who was crying has always been friendly and professional to everyone. I can't imagine being spoken to that way from my boss and I wish I could have recorded this. Anyway not sure if this is a cooperate store or Franchise but that woman needs to go. She was without a doubt inappropriate, I heard her using profanity and the employee asking her to please allow her to leave because she was trying to prevent her from this. I don't think I will be going back to this location anytime soon.

1st of all you should post a big sign that you do not sick service animals 2nd train your people with at least some customer service and the laws . Because honestly how sick I got from the food after the miserable experience in store and your rude counter person who even took over the drive thru after I left store with my service animal and refused to allow me to speak to a manager or tell me when I could speak to one. He also kept trying to get my name for the order even though it was the only order waiting and the last order for breakfast and absolutely no need to get my name since it was not given when ordering so it shows nothing but malicious intent on his part again. And if he called my service animal a pet one more time you would have been dealing with complaints this ADA Association instead of warning other Google users. I want a refund and will have my bank deal with that since I don't feel that this same employee wouldn't do his best to block again

I come to this Taco Bell pretty often, usually during the day and it’s always a girl working there who is super nice and efficient and you can tell she really loves her job….But tonight who ever Adam is should not be working in customer service. He is really rude and very sarcastic.

I don't know if they need a new speaker or possibly a staff that listens to your order. The job consists of you listening to customers placing food orders. Something as simple as that isn't acknowledged here. It never fails the orders are always wrong. During promotional times and offers the food will be off the menu although there is no sign stating they are out of that item. Food would also be missing from my orders although it was paid for. I never really check until I get home, which is my fault due to the idea of me actually trusting them with my order. I refuse to drive back because I rather not be disappointed I perfer to never return. The staff is friendly indeed, but the work effort leaves a lot to be desired.

The poor staff, they were crushed by orders. Unfortunately we went through the drive through and were stuck in it for 45 minutes. To top it off they charged my card twice, once with tax and once without tax. Needless to say we will not be making a run for the border later at night anymore. Taco Bell get you operations right and be better.

I could not believe the portions they give out here. I paid for a large Gatorade, and the cup was so small as a thirsty, pregnant woman who lives in the desert for a drink, that's almost $4 that is ridiculous. I will not be coming back here. They're lucky.I was thirsty otherwise I would not have bought this drink.You can get a large drink for a lot cheaper somewhere else

I Honestly really Hate to leave 1 Star because this has always been a Great Taco Bell. I'm Hoping The District Manager sees this and gets this Location back to what it usually is. Don't Punish Them, Help Them. I'm only 5 minutes away from the Vista Chino Location and they've been declining in the Service Area (especially late night) for over a month now. The Gentlemen Working is a Nice enough Guy it's obviously not in his control because I think He's just understaffed or whomever is Working with Him, is no where in sight. I was really Hungry after a long day, it was almost 11pm and I just was not in the Mood to Cook, like I said I'm only 5 minutes away so it's pointless to use My GrubHub or Door Dash for something so close. I checked the Hours online and it says 12am, so I was thinking No Problem, just wanted My $7 Box & a Root Beer (My Favorite Order, Yummy!). Got to the Drive Thru and He is just Straight to the Point (No "Welcome" or "We're Sorry for the Inconvenience"); I simply got "We're only accepting Mobile Orders". Like What?! I still got an Hour & They're obviously still making food, but only for Mobile Orders? I'm here now, Cash in Hand, I'm only getting 1 thing; But I'm not arguing or saying any of that stuff, Won't change anything. So I just drive off but Dang I was really Disappointed.
