Everything was made to order. Rice and beans had great flavor! My aunt had the fried tilapia and she said it was amazing with the corn tortillas on the side. Let me talk about my delicious enchiladas.. they were cooked to perfection. Right amount of cheese and asada inside. I would definitely order again.

Wonderful, authentic, locally owned taqueria. Well earned reviews for the phenomenal food and exceptionally accommodating staff! Definitely recommend the chorizo and egg burrito. The salsa is extraordinary!

The food was so delicious! I ordered the chimichanga, but would have tried their entire menu if I could. The food came out hot, crispy, saucy, nicely spiced - chef’s kiss. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

Had lunch here and it was pretty good. It took quite awhile for us to get a server over to take out order but once we ordered everything rolled out quickly. The patio was pleasant. The chips and salsa are good. My husband enjoyed his fajitas and my fish was great! Lots of fish in the bone. Tortillas were soft, beans and rice were meh.

This place is slightly away from downtown Palm Spring, but the food here is very delicious! There are a lot of different variations of the food on the menu. We recommend talking to the server before ordering or if you couldn't find the one you wanted to order from the menu. The server is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not a fancy restaurant but it has a family restaurant vibe, which was very nice.

If you remember their Sunny Dunes location, congratulations! You’re an O.G.! We’ve been to the downtown location as part of our rotation amongst a few downtown Mexican restaurants; this one has the better parking & quieter area on the southern end of N. Palm Canyon. Staff is great, food is delicious and you’re in for a great time here! Make it a must-have on your visit Downtown; they also serve breakfast, along with their great lunch and dinner menus.

The first impression of a Mexican restaurant, for me, are the chips and salsa. Usually, if that's good, the rest of the meal will be good. The chips were fresh, crunchy, and warm, and the salsa had the perfect amount of spice and seasoning. Nailed it! The rest of the meal was just as good. The carnitas were so crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. The enchilada sauce was flavorful. And the chili relleno was authentic and perfect. Prices seemed inexpensive for the quality and quantity! The service was good too; they took our order, delivered our drinks and kept the chips and salsa coming, delivered our food, and checked on us periodically, all with a smile and friendly demeanor. Overall, a great experience!

Honestly, the main reason we came here was the tacos de sesos (beef brain)! They did not disappoint, very kind people and absolutely delicious tacos.

Good food and friendly service. Something to note is the absence of Splenda. Unbelievable they don't carry it, as every other restaurant does. They do carry the 80s throwback saccharine in the pink packets. Also, the restaurant's medieval ugly brown furniture and chandeliers need to be replaced. They're old and make the place look dark and depressing. A remodel would be nice and would enhance the quality of the food.

Overall we were fed and had an OK experience. Atmosphere is fairly generic and in a way, what you would expect it to be. Not bad, not good. Bit less clean than it could be, but not bad. Service was not bad, but it was not good either. They clearly did not want to be there or us to be there, either way it lead to some misunderstandings/communication that was not great, but oh well. The food was a little hit and miss. Our Tacos were good, nothing special, but if we were to ever go back, I would just be ordering tacos. Everything else we had was not great, edible, but not really good in one way or another.

We were looking for Mexican food and decided to give this restaurant a shot because of their great reviews. The inside is very nice and cozy with soft and comfortable custom-made benches and chairs; very classic. Service is also fast and excellent. But the food… we were disappointed. Neither the burrito nor the enchiladas had any flavor, spice or seasoning; everything was very bland and basic. We were unsure of why this was the case, but unfortunately, we were not impressed and will not come back.

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Out waitress (a woman with a black facemask) today was so rude. We ordered two appetizers but they only brought one. We weren't fussed about it as we understand sometimes people forget something, so we asked her bus person, or perhaps another waitress, that brought us something in her place to bring us our forgotten appetizer. They never brought it. Still not a problem for us as we got full anyway. In the end we got our bill and they charged us for the appetizer. When we asked her to take it off as we never received it, SHE STARTED ARGUING WITH US. Insisting that she brought it. We even told her to pull up the camera and she refused, Insisting she brought the damn appetizer. She needs the get a grip. In the end they took it off our bill but she threw the new receipt on the table and said, " There, I took it off, but I know I brought it." That lady needs to be fired. Horrible service and won't be going back again. I'd give 0 stars if I could. All over a stupid GUACAMOLE we didn't care about.
