Fuimos a cenar con unos amigos y salimos muy contentos los cuatro. El staff fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento y la comida estaba deliciosa. Como entrante pedimos una quesadilla para compartir y después pedimos tacos variados. El de gamba y el de ternera son los que más nos gustaron. Además, era el cumpleaños de mi pareja, y nos guardaron el pastel en su nevera durante toda la cena y lo sacaron en el momento de los postres, cosa que es de agradecer. El lugar es muy bonito, bien decorado, buen ambiente, y el baño estaba muy limpio.

Fuimos a comer con mi pareja, el lugar es bonito, la comida nos gustó bastante, lo único mejorable fue el servicio, no pongo 3 estrellas porque no es de 3, pero no se si de 4, no miraron mucho las mesas y tuve que llamar 3/4 veces a cada camarero que pasaba para que se parara, y por la gente que había en el momento me pareció mejorable, lo demás la verdad que nos gustó

The restaurant was truly one of the best Mexican places I’ve tried recently. The tacos were flavorful and well-prepared, especially the two different beef tacos we ordered. The guacamole was simply outstanding, fresh and perfectly seasoned, while the lemonades were so refreshing and balanced. We went there twice, that’s how much we loved it: one time without reservation (we were sat at the bar and given an hour to eat) and one time with reservation. At the bar we felt a bit pressured and rushed because it was packed. Fast service, amazing food which is decently priced, great modern atmosphere. Our favourite was the queso fondido, it was amazing. I tried the tres leches cake, which I also really loved.

This place was phenomenal We definitely recommend booking here as people were turning up and there was no seats available for being unfortunately turned away We somehow stupidly managed to book for the following night instead of the night that we were meant to, but there was a lovely member of staff. You managed to change things around and got us seated up by the bar. The bomber was great at making the cocktails fresh and had lots of flare so that was interesting to watch The cocktails tasted great The tacos were lovely My favourite thing here was the dish they call a casserole we went for the meat version and it did not disappoint . We have this slightly better quality beef option as opposed to the shredded beef option and it was a very big portion of thief. Some of the bits of beef had a little bit of fat on them but that’s where all the incredible flavour comes from. The fish ceviche was equally incredible. I would definitely recommend trying this. The flavours were awesome. I would definitely also recommend booking this place. They also haven’t booked stairs table that was also quite intimate and private and that seated I think eight people so definitely good for a group booking too.

L'INFORMAL TACOS is an absolute must-visit! We went there twice to try as much of the menu as possible, and everything was incredibly delicious. The mescal Margarita was a standout—simply amazing. The bartender did an amazing job, and our waiter even recommended the chicken, saying it might be the best—and it was! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend trying everything you can and enjoying the experience!

Muy buena propuesta gastronómica y ambiente informal! Me encantó la quesadilla de cochinita. Los tacos diferentes, no recuerdo los que probamos, pero son diferentes todos y a gustos. Además todo lo adaptan sin gluten. Son rápidos sirviendo y el ambiente está bien pero quisimos entrar un poco antes de la hora y estuvo lleno para tomar algo. Los cócteles también muy buenos y la limonada sin alcohol me la adaptaron sin azúcar sin problem.

He pedido una quesadilla Pibil y tacos Brisket. La quesadilla estaba muy buena, el producto era de calidad y la textura de la tortilla crujiente; si tengo que decir algo es que a lo meior tenían demasiadas cosas encima. Respecto los tacos, la carne me ha parecido de buena calidad y bien asada, aunque la tortilla (no se si porque ya llevaba rato hecha) no estaba nada crujiente y se desacía tanto que no se podía comer con las manos; quedó muy pastosa. El personal muy amable. El lugar con música ambiente que acompañaba la comida sin molestar, de una forma agradable, con la acústica cudada y sin mucho ruído aunque hubiera bastante gente. El precio era correcto; no me pareció barato pero tampoco caro.

Los tacos estaban deliciosos, muy bien servidos y con buen sabor, definitivamente lo mejor del lugar. Sin embargo, el ceviche me decepcionó un poco: la porción fue pequeña para el precio y le faltaba sazón. En general, buena experiencia, pero recomiendo venir principalmente por los tacos.

Uno de los mejores mexicanos de la isla sin ninguna duda. Local bonito y agradable. Todo estaba buenísimo, en especial los tacos de cochinita. El único pero, que tardaron bastante/mucho en servir la comida y la bebida. Por lo demás, trato excelente y recomendable.

Restaurante mexicano con una carta lo suficientemente amplia para tener varias opciones pero sin llegar a resultar abrumadora. Los tacos son su especialidad y tienen tanto los tacos tradicionales como otros originales, todos hechos con gusto. La michelada les queda suavecita pero muy buena. Long wait. Better go with reservation. This is a modern restaurant. I prefer fast food taco spots where you can get dirty but it's cheaper and faster. Too bad there's no way to add something extra free of charge (cilantro, salsa etc.) Great quality of food, no doubt. If you like spicy you need to order habanero sauce because tacos alone aren't spicy at all imo even the ones with jalapeños

I visited L’Informal Tacos for dinner once during my trip to Palma and the food was delicious. The restaurant is modern and industrial-style with digital menus that you can access through a QR code at the table. We were not informed when seated, instead we had to wave down a waiter and ask. The service was okay, but we absolutely adored the food. It’s perfect for a lighter dinner and I strongly recommend the vegetarian tacos with the sweet potatoes. I’m not a big fan of sweet potatoes but just had to order more of them. It would have been perfect with another vegetarian option for tacos. I would strongly recommend a visit based on the quality of the food.

Disclaimer: I have eaten a ton of tacos in the US and Mexico, especially in California, so I have a lot of bias!! I found L'informal to be one of those trendy places that attracts people with the interior and aesthetic plating, while somewhat neglecting flavor and service. The price is correspondingly high for the type of restaurant. Perhaps the ingredients are high quality, but that wasn't something that was highlighted. I also have a bias against QR code-only menu options, so that's a point against L'informal for me. I don't know why most restaurants in Palma don't offer tap water to customers, quite annoying as there are public fountains all over the place, and household tap is fine to drink. Perhaps they want to avoid reviews from sensitive people who don't like the taste of Palma's water? Anyway, this is not unique to L'informal. There is ample variety here, but the tacos come in pairs. If it were possible to order singles, or if the default was triples (as in many of the places I'm used to), that may help. But I found the tacos quite flavorless and certainly lacking any spice (even sugary in some cases, like the one inspired by Korean cuisine). My local friend speculated that they cater to German tourists. And 8 euros for hard chips? I was really turned off by that. 4+ euro per taco was too much for me (unless they had birria, but they didn't). Sorry to be critical. It would also be very helpful if each taco came with two tortillas, as is common with warm tacos - these are overstuffed and one tortilla doesn't always handle it. They're cheap, so why not? The Quesadilla Sincronizada was my favorite, surprisingly. Overall, a pass for me.

Comida rica ,local bonito, trato pésimo. Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y tras pagar preguntamos si podian invitarnos a unos chupitos para celebrarlo, sorpresa la nuestra cuando nos responden que no piensan malgastar unos vasos en invitarnos y que qué tristes somos y que qué lastima damos por pedir que nos inviten. Todo esto procedente de un encargado el cual podria lucir como un niño de 15 años en cuanto a modales y formas, sin faltar a dicha generacion la cual sé que es mucho mas respetuosa y mejor educada. Espero que el dicho "y murieron de éxito" les llegue pronto por que sois otro claro ejemplo de hosteleria mallorquina que maltrata al cliente local, os deseo que el invierno y el frio se vayan prontito para que podais llenaros de turistas, que es lo que buscáis

Soberbia es su plato estrella. Fuimos a cenar por el cumpleaños de un amigo y al terminar preguntamos si podían sacar un chupito de celebración y contestaron que no iban a ‘malgastar’ unos vasos y el supuesto encargado continuó con ‘’qué penoso que preguntásemos eso’. Sinceramente no es lugar al que volveremos y menos con un personal que contesta así a sus clientes. Añado foto de lo que consumimos, porque ni el más mínimo detalle. 0 efecto wow de hostelería. Objetivamente, la comida bien. Actitud chulesca. No recomendable.
