Wir waren für einen Aperitif im MAS MOLA und es war wirklich eine Freude zu sehen, mit welcher Leidenschaft dieses Lokal betrieben wird. Sowohl Service- als auch Küchenchef sind nah an den Gästen und sorgen für eine familiäre Atmosphäre in der tolles Essen und Trinken gefeiert wird. Nachdem wir einen tollen Rotwein getrunken hatten, konnten wir die wunderbare, sehr moderne Einrichtung genießen und uns vom Küchenchef zu zumindest einem Gang überreden lassen. Die servierten Gyozas waren schön anzusehen und mit Raffinesse zubereitet - der kleine Einblick in das Menu hat Lust auf mehr gemacht. Für uns dann beim nächsten Besuch auf Mallorca!

I found Mas Mola wines on Google and it looked light a great concept for myself and my girlfriend. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by Luca who quickly make us feel very welcome and explained the whole experience to us. We opted for the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing but I had forgotten to email in advance to say my girlfriend was vegetarian! FORTUNATELY, Stevey the chef came out to introduce himself and had no problem with accommodating both of our needs. Each course arrived and was perfectly paired with each wine. The food was prepared immaculately and we were both blown away with each course. The wine knowledge from Luca was outstanding we couldn’t help but ask for more! All in all, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anybody wanting to try something different in Palma.

Ein fantastischer Ort für ein Glas Wein oder auch zwei. Man lernt super nette Leute kennen und kann auch köstliche Tapas essen, wenn man noch etwas Hunger hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Service ist sehr angenehm und man wird gut beraten.

Some of the best wine and most importantly some of the best and personal service we have had in Palma. There is an option to choose between the social table or a more private option. We initially chose the private one but soon joined the conversation around the social table. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are willing to hand over control to an (exceptional) host and want to immerse in a culinary experience, this is your place: Sensational menu and wine pairing, lovely host and sommelier, great crazy chef. The German magazine "Couch" did feature this restaurant, but when the intern of a winery we visited (Vanessa from Macia Batle) recommended the place as well, we knew we had to go there - and the hype is justified. In total: nothing to add really to the exceptional reviews before. They are true :)

Die wenigen Sitzplätze und das kleine Team aus unglaublich herzlichen Gastgebern sorgen für eine besonders warmherziges Ambiente. Hier kommt der (sehr liebe) Koch sogar persönlich am Tisch vorbei. Das 5 Gänge Menü war super lecker und von der Menge für uns genau passend. Die Fusion aus spanischer und chinesischer Küche ist gelungen, was ich nicht für selbstverständlich empfinde. Die Aromen der Zutaten wurden gezielt verwendet und fügten sich in das Gesamtbild. In dieser Fusionsküche findet ihr keine harten Cuts sondern sanfte Verbindungen. Für mich optimal gelöst. Jeder Gang war geschmacklich rund. Die Weinempfehlungen waren sehr gut, die Weine entsprachen alle unserem Geschmack. Luca war sicher in der Erklärung zu Herkunft und geschmacklicher Ausprägung - trotzdem locker, nicht zu hochgestochen, passend zum Lokal und Ambiente. Einfach sympathisch. ;) Für die Qualität der Weine, des Essens und den herzlichen Service war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich angemessen. Ich verbrachte einen tollen Abend mit meiner Mutter und das war ganz sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch. Danke an die Gastgeber und ganz viel Erfolg beim Durchstarten.

MUST GO in Palma! Such a wonderful and cozy place, full of authenticity and kindness, serving the best wine and food. We joined a pop up Italian cuisine night with the private chef Ileana and it felt like traveling to Italy. Luca, is such a cool and talented guy, he is very close with all his customers and it really felt like a family! The long table set up is so perfect for social people, where you get to have an unexpected long night conversation with the people nearby. It suits to first dates, couples, and friends groups!

Had an amazing time here where the service was professional yet personal. We had a 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Luca was wonderful and hand selected each wine, explaining exactly how it married up with every dish and he didn't fail to dissapoint! Was schreibt man über ein Restaurant, das eigentlich schon eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung verdient hat? Man beschreibt das Gefühl, das bleibt. Im Senso Restaurant in Santa Catalina fühlt man sich nicht wie in einem klassischen Restaurant, sondern eher wie zu Gast im Wohnzimmer guter Freunde. Diese persönliche, warme Atmosphäre ist etwas ganz Besonderes – und Luca ist es gelungen, genau dieses Gefühl zu schaffen. Das Überraschungsmenü mit passender Weinbegleitung bewegt sich auf durchgehend höchstem Niveau: exzellente Qualität, perfekt abgestimmte Aromen und eine Weinbegleitung, die jedes Gericht ideal ergänzt. Dazu ein aufmerksamer, sehr persönlicher Service, der den Abend rund macht, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Ein Ort, an dem alles stimmt – Atmosphäre, Küche und Menschen. I’ve tried many tasting menus, but this one truly stands out above the rest. The quality of the food and the service is exceptional. Luca is incredibly professional and always knows exactly which wines to recommend, perfectly matching every dish and preference. Sweet Charline makes sure you’re always well taken care of, and the charismatic Stevie even comes out to explain the wines with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere, a blend of genuine friendliness and high-level gastronomy, makes this one of the top restaurants in Palma. Solo entrar sientes la magia!!!. Hacia mucho tiempo que un sitio no me enamoraba tanto. A la cercania y la profesionalidad de Luca, le sigue Stevi con su cocina impecable llena de sorpresas y su actitud a la hora de presentar sus platos.si a esto le sumamos el concepto. El resultado es una noche llena de sabores, buen ambiente y dificil de olvidar. Muchas gracias por la primera de muchas noches

Hemos salido totalmente enamorados: del local, de la comida, del ambiente y del personal. Menú degustación con sabores e ideas increíbles que va cambiando cada dos semanas, Stevie es la cabeza pensante detrás de todos los platos y se le va totalmente la olla con sus creaciones, son increíbles. Luca y Ana acompañan durante todo el servicio de manera exquisita, recomiendan los vinos perfectos para el maridaje y procuran que no falte nada en ningún momento. En definitiva, 10/10
