IHOP is an amazing place for any course meal, running 24*7. I would appreciate Mr. Luis, my server who is a very kind and nice person whom I always look forward to meet whenever I visit here. I have tried almost all their eggs & omelettes, and this time I wanted to try a steak for the first time. I ordered 'New country fried steak' from the Entrées menu, which is a golden battered beef steak smothered in country gravy. It comes along with a garlic bread & two sides of your choice. (I chose french fries & rice medley). The beef steak was perfectly golden crisped and smothered with hot country gravy which was an absolute delicacy along with the rice medley. The fries were a side snack which I preferred but I would suggest to go with salad the next time. Atmosphere even at 11:30pm was pleasing and all servers were upright and having smiling faces. This IHOP has a positive vibe. Will definitely visit again for other steaks.

Our little girl ate all her Mac n Cheese. Service was busy, but very courteous. This plate is Serloin Strips with Hash Browns and Eggs. I believe the waiter's names is Francisco? Great service.

Alma I believe was the Chefs name. She did an excellent job making my pancakes. 100 percent better than 47th st IHOP. The pancakes on 47th st were so difficult to cut, felt like I was cutting cardboard but this 10th st W Location was amazing! She did a phenomenal job. And service was quick. We came around 5pm tho so not a lot of people.

Iam AT IHOP right now. I come here twice a week. The waiters are always professional and efficient. I actually love giving them the highest TIP because they deserve it. Best variety food in town. One waiter in particular is Domique who is so mice and professional. Gotta go and finish my meal before it gets cold

The food is always fresh, and every visit feels fun, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, especially when I’m dealing with work matters. From my coffee being constantly refilled to checking in at just the right moments, they always go above and beyond. Carlos helped me today and was amazing—very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything, which made my experience even better. I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Stephanie, and she is a wonderful General Manager—kind, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell her leadership reflects in the entire team. There was no wait time at all—within about 20 seconds I was seated, and my table was spotless. Everything from cleanliness to service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend this location if you want great food, fast seating, and outstanding customer service!

Came here in the morning after the night shift, the coffee has never tasted so dang good, not sure if it was the 12 hour shift but it tasted fresh and robust. Got the biscuits and gravy for breakfast very tasty and not too overapiced, Christmas music was playing, coffee was brewing and I got a small tinge of nostalgia when I was a kid. It reminded me of going to the stores with my parents, anyways great coffee and the gravy was delicious.

I would come again, my experience was fantastic. We were seated once we came in. We order our beverage soon as we sat. Got our drinks, our order was placed. Took about 15 mins to get our food, no hassle. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Our server kept checking on us, refilling our drinks. (Orange juice was refill, that's was a PLUS) Making sure our food was delightful. Very spacious, the room temperature was great (not like other places where the AC is blowing directly to you) nice a cool. Restroom is very CLEAN, toilet papers seater were available. Door handle and door glass seem to be clean. They also have a coffee shop in the diner. My partner got himself a coffee as we were about to exit the restaurant. The coffee was on point. Overall with this experiment I'd give it a five star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely coming back 😌💥

Please be advised that this review is based on what was going on during the days of Covid-19, everything has changed once again and it's business as usual. I was really pleased with how IHOP had their set-up during the early days of covid-19. I felt very safe as the tables were spaced a safe distance from each other. The servers had all the proper equipment and of course everyone is responsible for their own safety to a certain degree. The only downer was that we were ignored for quite awhile by a server wearing blue. But a Server wearing red came and hooked us up and was great. And we are great tippers so, yeah we hooked her up too! Anyway aside from that tiny hiccup it was a nice Sunday morning brunch.

We stopped for lunch on a Tuesday; there were 5 of us; after ordering we waited. Eventually, our server came and told us that our order had not been entered and they were going to prepare it right away. We waited. Eventually our order arrived, chaotically, in parts followed by other parts. Somewhere there was a breakdown in the ordering process, but it seemed like they were not capable of correcting it easily. So, this rating is mostly about the questionable service. When the food came, it was fine and the atmosphere is crowded IHOP.

They good overall, but had to wait a little longer than expected. Im thinking that they should have had more staff on for the time.

You have to dig but the value menu was fine. 7$ is half of other meals. Is their gold embedded in them? The sausage was extra good.

Service was good but prices are insane. You could get similar food from Denny's for a fraction of the cost. Server mixed up orders and didn't seem to listen to what people were saying. Took a while to seat us. Something like 30 to 40 minutes after being told 15. Host kept forgetting which name we were and wasn't giving useful updates. The server was very nice and the food was up to IHops usual quality. The people, well there was a guy just dropping cigarette butts on the floor. Pros: plenty of parking, didn't have to wait long to be seated (approx a minute or two,) great deals of their menu (currently they have a $6 menu of select items. ) Cons: severely understaffed (we had to wait maybe about ten minutes to get a server to bring us more coffee, napkins and creamers. Other than that, I'll come back cuz the deal was great but I need to have in mind that I'll probably wait to be served and checked on.

I've been here twice and both times the service was EXTREMELY slow. The second time, there was hardly anyone there and it took almost 20 minutes just for us be greeted at the table and to get our drink order taken. There were 2 other tables that said they had been waiting forever too. We ended up just leaving after we waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks. Denny's is about a minute away and has far better service.

Wow. It's been a long time since I have been to an IHOP restaurant, and it will probably never happen again. There are so many problems. One thing that really stands out for me is that I pay with cash, and it seems that cash is a problem. I don't want to use my cell phone to pay for my meal. There was someone in the kitchen banging on something for ten minutes. I meant it was loud and annoying. This was Sunday morning, so it was not a construction day. SLOW SLOW .

We've always loved IHOP and this could have been a one-time bad experience. But the service was super slow. I believe it was more the fault of the kitchen than the server. Our food came and it was completely wrong. Our toast was just plain, unbuttered bread. Everything was ice cold. Eggs were ordered over easy and the yolks were broken, hash brown weren't even cooked or brown, and bacon was almost raw. The manager was kind and tried to help make it right. But in the end we still paid $100 for 3 people for breakfast. Not cool. Hopefully, it was a training thing or learning curve, for their sake.

They sat us down in the rear of the restaurant by the kitchen door. It was hot , turn on the AC you cheap as. Waited 30 minutes in an empty restaurant, cook was so slow. Waitress never checked on us for drink refills and when food came never re filled drinks. Typical poor service. I will never come here again. It’s just not worth it. McDonald’s has better food than this place. It’s pretty dirty too bathrooms not clean at all no soap in bathroom. Do you want a cook making your food that is unable to wash his hands after using the bathroom?

When we initially came in, there wasn't a crowd. But after we took our order, other people began to be sat. The people who were sat after us were served and had finished their food, and by that point, we still had not received our food. After about an hour, my wife and I were so mad, and we notified the horrible server that we were going to leave. And then she gave us an attitude and told her boss mockingly that we were leaving because they took too long. I am never coming back to this IHOP.

Bad customer service. The waitress never came to check to greet us or ask if she could take our drink order. She never once looked at her section.. waited there for 10 minutes with no greeting or even a glance to say I'll be right with you. It was just me and my daughter.. Service was aweful. Food came out cold if at all. Prices too high. Party of 4, nothing fancy. 3 of us got your food 4 didn't get his until after the rest finished. Waiter never checked on us, we had to call him over multiple times for drinks and to find out what was going on with the 4th order. We asked for the check and magically the 4the order showed, but still no appitizer that he ordered as well. We were there over 1hr before Eggs Benedict showed up and were in the car before the brought out the cinimon bites....

Extremely poor customer service. Kaitlin our server took forever to attend to us, and it took over 40 minutes for our food. We left before they could serve us because it was ridiculous how long it took. God knows how long it would’ve taken if we continued waiting. The service on this place has gone down, they used to be good. But based on recent reviews the service has been horrible lately. They need corporate to fix this place

We chose to eat here because they were offering all you can eat pancakes. My son never got more pancakes after waiting for 20 minutes. The server took her tip, cleaned off the table, and cleared my kids water cups away as they waited for the pancakes.

I don't write a lot of one stars but here we go. So firstly me and my girlfriend arrived there, we were seated and the waiter asked what we would like to drink, my girlfriend said 2 coffees, and I said 2 waters. So she comes back with one coffee and one water. It took awhile but finally we were able to order our food. My girlfriend got the strawberry banana french toast, and I got the Monti Cristo turkey and ham crepe. It was kind of busy, since it was about 10am or so, so it did take a good amount of time to get our food. Finally our food arrived, and we asked for another mug for coffee, the waiter gave us a "whatever" look on her face. The food was served room temp, didn't take a single bite of hot food. The food was made well, my crepe should've had a lot more cheese, but if the waiter didn't let our food sit so long then probably I would've enjoyed it. Probably am done with that IHOP after this.

I wish I could leave a zero!!! My fiance and I were visiting family in Palmdale and decided to eat here... Service was okay but very rushed!! The young man took several different payments at the same time and ended up charging us for not only our meal which was $45 but the table behind us which was $155!!!! A couple days later when I looked at my statement and discovered this I called and spoke to the manager named STEPHANIE she was very nice saying they saw I was double charged and they would credit me back. Well that was 14 days ago!!! Today I finally disputed it with my bank and they took care of it right away... I'm appalled at the deceit of a big company like IHOP! She clearly knew I had been charged for someone else's food but I guess she figured if they gave me my money back someone would receive $155 worth of free food!! But why should we have to pay for it??? I could see if it was $20 then I wouldn't be so upset but $155 is a lot!!!! And the table behind me had like 6 people!!! Beware of leaving your bank/credit cards with this place!!!!! This has been hell dealing with them!!! That should have been an easy fix as she clearly seen we had been charged TWICE at almost the exact same time... Shame on them!!! Now I don't trust IHOP at all!!!

I have to send them back. each item I ordered they bring at separate times. I believe this restaurant doesn't throw food away on return items. I believe that if some food come back to the kitchen, not touched by a customer,they put it a side and resend the items back out with other customer plates. If you don't say something , they don't say nothing. . on another occasion, I went there for dinner.And they bring me a salad that looked like it was frozen in a bowl for some time in the refrigerator and they served it to me and I'm looking at them, I'm like, why would you serve me a frozen salad? Had to return it for a new one. That's shows me that they put that return salad in the freezer to try to wait to give it to somebody elis.. i won't be returning that was my last time..

I've been coming to Palmdales IHOP since it opened and I have never had experience such bad service. The young man that seated us was Awesome!! But the waitress was horrible!!! We got our food the food was good but we didn't get our drinks refilled or asked do we need a refilled. She only came twice to the table. Then she came to the table rushing me to pay and that puzzled me, my daughter wasn't even finished eating and had full pancakes on her plate. I'm very observant and the other servers left the receipt for payment on the table and walked away as the customer finished their food and paid. She was so in the rush put the receipt on the table and stood there. Like Pay Now!! I just look at her like what??? Never experienced that before ever. Then she stood there waiting on me to sign the receipt grab it up and left. Ticket was 50 dollars and some change, I wasn't going to tip her but hopefully the 2 dollars helped her. I will never go back there again. People work hard for their money and in this current economy now going out to eat is an occasional treat and customer should get the uttermost respect and dining there should be pleasant.

After a day of hard work and intense music playing, a group of friends went to finish their day off with some of this establishments food. What they didn't expect was subpar customer service when 4 members of the group ordered their food that took over an hour to be made, and when numerous requests on the expected time for the order, they were met with rude attitude from the male waiter. (Maybe in his 30s, tanned skin, disheveled hair, acting crazy) refused to give them their food. Especially because one of the people in this group, a girl, who of which i like very much. Was REFUSED her food, not once, but 3 times. This is unacceptable behavior from an establishment that prides themselves on face to face interaction, 24 hours day and night. So please fire that man that I described. Thank you. Be better. Do better.

Service was cool ngl but the pancakes was a no, me and my mom went out to eat today and she got the strawberry pancakes and I got the bananas foster pancakes mines came out good but it was cold not even warm and my moms pancakes didn’t look right, the syrup was so dry on it like it’s been sitting out all day or something and then she got the fish platter and it wasn’t cooked all the way she said it looked like a chicken nugget honestly she wasn’t satisfied neither was I but I ate as much as I could till my stomach said enough no more, the lady was nice and kind but the cook gotta step it up and cook with love instead of rushing and they should really hire more people to

I went with my family. 3 adults and 2 kids. Our server wasn't the best, and I'd say one of the worst iv ever had. She didn't take any of our plates, barley showed up, didn't bring us refills until we asked, and even then, we had to remind her 3 to 5 times exactly what drinks we wanted and forgot items we requested for. keep in mind that we do not harass our servers. We understand their busy and try to get their attention at their best convince, we understand their busy, and we understand we aren't their only table. But the lack of attentiveness to our table was such a disappointment. The food wasn't all that good, I ordered the chicken sandwich that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like grease, i do wsnt to highlight i orderd a hot chocolateand said No whipcream twice, even when i got my refill eveyone at the table had reminded her about the no whipcream, she even repeated it to us. but i get my drink twice with whip cream, i am a non confratatinal person, so i didn't say anything. But you'd think after being reminded countless times about the whipcream you'd remember, i didn't want any.. My mother ordered the cow boy burger, and she had no complaints. My dad ordered the biscuit gravy sandwich, and he didn't enjoy it. The kids had just panckakes and eggs. He said that gravy was gross but didn't make a fuss. Keep in mind, we didn't complain. We didn't cause a scene. We ate our food even tho we didn't enjoy it, just so our server didn't have to deal with that. I really don't appreciate the fact that we were neglected. If she just came in and checked up on us a few times instead of us having to call her, and just taking a few cups once in a while or just remembering what we asked for instead of having to re-ask.. This was a horrible experience.
