Customer Service is 11/10. Friendly staff, they had such great attitudes. Food could be bad and I'd give them 5 stars just for the folks working. But the food was delicious and keto friendly (upon request) for my dinner date. Very happy we ended up there! I'll definitely recommend it for people in the valley. 👍👍

It was ok. I had the vanilla prawns with pecans. The shrimp didnt taste entirely fresh. And it was $20. A fair amount of shrimp. But they just could of been better tasting. Ill try it again. Ill have a burger next time though.

Tonight I used Doordash pickup and ordered 3 hamburgers to pick up on my way home from work. 2 with onion rings and 1 with fries. I even ordered mine with an extra patty. Until tonight, I've never had issue with burgers from here. In fact, they're our households favorite. However, tonight i arrived a little before my scheduled time and was told I'd have to wait a few minutes. Didn't take long and I was on my way with my food. Went 5 minutes down the road to my house where I found my extra patty was missing, but I was charged for it. Worse yet, the patties on all the burgers tasted burned, were cold, and weren't juicy as normal. They were dry. Almost as dry as the stiff, normally soft buns. Because the onion rings were slightly burned and cold, the only thing that wasn't out of sorts was the French fries. For food I had to wait for it sure seemed like it had been sitting around, going cold and stale. My wife suggested we just go in and order from now on but if this was fresh, I'm even weary of doing that. Yes, we ate the food. It was no where near the quality we've come to expect but I want going to drive back. I had just finished a 13 hour day and wanted to go home. I had no clue as to what was in store.

Decent food but it has definitely gone down in quality just in the last year. They lost their cooks that knew what "crispy bacon" meant and the buns seem to fall apart now as if they're too dry. The fried rice is still good even though I don't know anyone else in the world who puts corn in their fried rice. The Mongolian beef is probably the best option now. I would recommend trying it at least once. The staff is always friendly and quick with your order. And the fries are amazing all the time.

This place has gone downhill so much.. the past 3 times eating here have been so disappointing. The portions keep getting smaller and quality lower. I got the Mongolian beef and the portion and size of meat was extremely disappointing. The burgers seem slapped together carelessly and a lot drier than they used to be. This time my entire order of fries were burnt little 1 inch pieces. After all the chances we keep giving them I don’t think we will be coming back. So sad we used to absolutely love this place.

Used to really like this place, but the last time I ordered the house fries they were rancid. I'm not sure what part was rotten, but as soon as I tired a bite I gagged, something had REALLY expired. Concerned it was served, and wouldn't go back knowing there is obviously no quality control if rancid food makes it out. Disappointing cause it was one of my favorites

I went in with high hopes after a friend told me this was the best spot for Chinese food, but I walked out pretty disappointed. The staff were fine, but the shrimp fried rice was rough. I could only get through half the plate before tossing the rest, it was somehow both oily and bland. Maybe I’m spoiled by East Coast spots, but I honestly don’t think the fried rice is worth it.

Would've asked for my money back if it was dine in.... Wife got the Jim burger not bad, but the fries were terrible chewy tested old. I got sesame chicken was like sweet n sour minus the sour... Tastes nothing like sesame chicken White rice was dry No clue how this place is reviewed so highly

What has happened to you? I used to get awesome Chinese from here but my meal today was horrible! Sweet and sour chicken was so dry I couldn't get a fork in it. It wasn't hot, the pineapple was fridge cold, and it had almost no sauce. Tasteless, extremely dry and cold. Only thing positive was portions were large...but it was too dry to enjoy. Please change back!

Don't bother ordering double meat especially the Mongolian beef the shrinkflation is noticeable. I grew up here and burger jims was a favorite for us for years. The food used to be cheap, fast, and decent for the price. Not anymore. Now it's average and overpriced. Disappointed.

my burger was raw and bacon was not cooked either, tots tasted rancid which means their oil needs to be changed. the workers were very friendly and sweet but the food was not worth eating. i was so disappointed because it smelled good. sad to give them a bad review

I just wanted to share this because I know not every order is perfect but this is something that made me and my mom sick. My mother and I ordered food from them today 8/7/25 around 8:30pm and they close at 9:00pm. I’m not sure if it was because we ordered late and they wanted to close soon and rushed the order? Which don’t get me wrong I understand wanting to close and be done. I don’t want to assume though. I usually like a little pink in my meat but this was completely raw with a charred front and back. The few bites I had, the meat tasted sour… My mom ordered rice with a beef patty and egg dish and her patty was the same. She ended up throwing up right after. I love this place and always go back to them. This is the first negative experience I’ve had with them. But thought I would share just in case for others. I’m not gonna stop going but I think I’m going to take a break for a long time after this order I’m sorry…

Very Disappointing Experience We expected a decent meal but were met with one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. Both the burgers and fries were excessively oily and lacked any flavor. The premises were unclean, with dirty tables left uncleared from previous guests. Staff were disengaged and more focused on personal conversations than customer service or hygiene. When we raised concerns, they showed no interest and offered no apology or refund. It’s unfortunate to see such poor standards, likely due to inexperienced staff with little oversight. We will not be returning.

If we had been able to dine in I'd have requested my money back. We were told they didn't do dine-in due to lack of staff but had 8 people in the small kitchen and we were the only customers ... 🧐 We both ordered regular cheese burgers and fries. Our burgers were so bland the only flavor on the whole thing was the pickles. We each got a sliver of a tomato and a whole salad bowl of lettuce for veggies. The burgers seemed like the were boiled rather than grilled. They were soggy, floppy, and gross. We couldn't finish eating them. More food went in the trash than our stomachs. 🤢 After reading reviews seems like Burger Jim is better at dressing up fries than making burgers. 😐
