There is a Hispanic guy who works the evening that is awesome at his job, very friendly and efficient, a surprise to find in fast food. This location is well kept and pretty damn fast at getting your food order out. The restaurant looks recently remodeled, clean and easy to chill in. Has a Pizza Hut Express as well.

Excellent Taco Bell. The workers may not be experts of the English Language but they're friendly which is really the most important thing. Also great hiring opportunity for you teens or even older people out there. If your order doesn't come out good the first time don't be scared to ask them to remake it. It's always easier to ask than to panic. Also a great place to get away from the crowd, it's very quiet and people don't come too often inside, tho there is a drive-thru.

Best made Taco Bell food I’ve ever had! Each item was made carefully- my 5 layer Burrito was made and folded with care. I’ve come to expect eating each of the 5 layers one at a time, but all the ingredients were mixed together perfectly- rather than getting all beef and beans at the beginning and ending up with nothing but cheese and sour cream at the end! Other TBs could learn a thing or too from this location! The staff was also very helpful to me and very friendly with everyone else who ame through! I’m glad this is nearby- cause I’ll be frequenting!

Very friendly staff. I visited yesterday and mistakenly ordered regular cheesy potato burrito. After I took a bite I realized it has beef. It was my mistake so I went to order another with beef but the staff was happy to give it for free. I will surely visit again.

I havent had taco bell in a long time. There were a few things I wanted to try. I really enjoyed the Chalupa Supreme, cheesy gordita crunch(-spicy ranch,+avocado ranch), they were excellent. I like Taco Bells Kiosks ordering system, it seems like if you want to look at the menu. That is the best one. EPA Taco Bell, thank you. 5 stars, ☆☆☆☆☆.

It's Taco Bell. What can I say. HOWEVER, in the age of Social Distancing, I have to give an A+ to the way Taco Bell is handling the drive thru. Order, pull up, swipe your card, meal comes out in a plastic bin with the bag sealed. No direct contact with the people, keeping us all safe. Nice Job Guys

The floors were clean and the cashiers smiled (two huge pluses). Our pizza came out fairly quickly even though we had been told there would be a 10 minute wait. Can't complain about this place much but it is still fast food.

Not a whole lot to say about it, this is a pretty standard Taco Bell experience (aside from the inclusion of a Pizza Hut Express - I've never ordered from that side of the menu). Extremely close to the Tesla Superchargers, Home Depot/Target, and just across the street from Ikea. This location is open until midnight, and the drive thru line never seems to get as ridiculously long or slow moving as the 24-Hour McDonald's across the plaza. If you like Taco Bell, you'll get what you expect here - if not, nothing here will change your mind.

The only place I found that was open late in the area. Food quality (relative to other Taco Bell's) was sub par.

Eating at a taco bell after 20 years. I would have normally just watched my friends eat, but didn't want to make them uncomfortable. The meatless items actually tasted ok. One thing is that they bring out a yellow wet floor warning cone, but made no effort to clean up the spill after an hour at 4pm when it was not busy. I guess they just hope that it would just dry itself.

Drive through takes forever, you might as well drive 15 minutes away to the taco bell in the next city because by the time your order is ready you would've had gone to and from plus have your order in the same amount of time or less while sitting in the drive thru waiting to get to the 2nd window. I don't know why they have 2 windows when they only use 1 and I've lived in the area now for over 5 years...

Decent food for a decent price. Just a suggestion how about you bring back the Bell burger. You have to be over 55 to remember that one. Taco Bell didn’t always think outside the bun. And bring back the enchirito while your at it.

Employees need professional training. Their service has a large room to be improved. Right now the service is below average.

11 Employees behind the counter: No Ice in Soda dispenser. Sticky floors. The Ultimate Killer was 3 - 4 employees kept looking at me not one would walk to the counter to ask me what needed. Plus the the restaurant dining area reeks of something... sour. 11 Employees... I guess their District Mgr doesn't visit on a Sunday Late Afternoon. 😕

When I got to the speaker for the drive thru the worker had said he didn’t have a mobile order. When I arrived, I saw the taco party pack behind him with the uber receipt—I couldn’t read the name. I showed him the order and address for the order and notification that it was ready. I pointed to the box; he said no. As I’m there at the drive thru window, he proceeds to take another order. As I had to wait in the drive thru line and still more at the drive thru window—I tell him that I have to leave for work. I’m trying to tell him again my pointing to the taco box behind him —he then begins to laugh and looks at another coworker. He says if I can pull over to the parking lot—I tell him no, that the order is indicated to be ready (and has been for some time now). I have never received service like this. I did not leave with my order unfortunately. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

This Bell sucks. They charge more than other local Bells, slow service, employees can barely speak or understand English, expect to repeat yourself a lot.

The workers were acting like children and when the manager talked to them they just asked him to borrow money which he then gave them. Monday May 2nd 2022 at 10pm -person taking my order tonight was rude at the window. -after handing my food she turned her back and I waited there for a cool minute -even though I told her I wanted fire sauce at the speaker, she didn't put any in my bag. -when I asked for some she handed me 5 packets and SHUT the window in my face and continued talking to the other workers -I had a big order and 5 packets for 12 items....are you serious? Last time I checked the sauce packets don't come out your check -half my order was wrong and came with items we did not ask for - I asked for no beans in my beefy burrito and it came with beans -no tomato in my chicken power bowl and it came with extra tomato I get it, hard times and Covid and what not. But when you act like you pay for every packet of sauce that you hand out and ignore people that make your paycheck possible. You're wrong. Now check yourself before someone checks you one day.

Drive thru person handed me my drink above my window so it slammed into car and spilled down my driver door and then instead of offering napkins just stared at me. Then finally handed me my food and didn’t ever provide a straw for the half spilled drink and then to top it off it was the wrong food in the container. And never received any of the sauces I paid for.

Food was what I expect of Taco Bell. What I found humorous were the eight people behind the counter yet no ice in the soda machine and of the 6 people who came up to the counter after us all had to come back to the counter and ask for ice. None of these people could fill the ice machine nor could the order-taker ask people if they wanted ice when she handed them their cup

If I cold give it no star(s) to show how much I hate this place, I would. First attempt to order from this location, especially, when it offers Pizza Hut. I read off the menu and placed an order for the #1 Supreme Pizza. The guy who took my order, repeats my order and I said, no, it's incorrect. It's not the #1 Supreme Taco Combo. It's the #1 Supreme Pizza. I can totally see where he can make that mistake. However, dude didn't hear what I have to say and just agreed with me to move the line. When I drove up, he didn't acknowledged me - no hello, nothing. Afterwards, I handed him my card and he looked at me all pissed off. He swiped and gave me the wrong order. I refused to take the order and told him that it was incorrect. He didn't know his combo menus and still asked what I was talking about. He took the bad and went away for a while. He didn't apologize, he was just rude. He finally came back with the Supreme pizza and bread. When I got back to the office, which is only a mile or less, I end of tossing the pizza and bread because they tasted old, pasty, stale and hard. I suggest never coming here if you would like something edible. Today, my colleague came for a bean burrito and tacos and we're told that we cannot make multiple orders thru the drive thru window and we much go in to make more than one order. This just confirmed all the bad feelings that I have of this place. I don't hate places, b/c hate is such a strong word. BUT this place, brings the hatred out of me. NEVER, my colleagues and I, WILL NEVER come back to this place and you shouldn't either.

Maaan , I look at the chalupa, and it's squishy!.... soft like a normal Typical chalupa taco bell tries to serve. I informed them that the Chalupa is not extra toasted and it is still soft and squishy. The lady grabbed the food and a different woman came. The different woman started explaining that the fryer is on a timer. Which I already know. Every single taco bell i've ever went to knows how to make the chalupa's extra toasted or fried, whatever you wanna call it. She could tend to say it's going to still be soft and squishy if they refried it longer. LIES!! I said if you don't wanna make it extra crispy, You can just refund my money.....and that she Did! Instead of doing basic customer service and fixing the issue. Thank you to the lady, I know you know who you are once you read this. I give the east paliato taco bell two thumbs down!...
