The swiss and mushroom burger, mac and cheese, and the parmesan fries were delicious! The burger was stacked and juicy and the fries were crispy and very well seasoned. I was also impressed with how fast their service was considering we had a party of 10 (and we didn’t make reservations)!

I stopped by The Melt recently and had an awesome experience thanks to Ash. He was super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell he really cares about the customers — he checked in to make sure the food came out hot and fresh, and his positive attitude made the visit even better. It’s not every day you get that kind of genuine service at a burger spot. Big shoutout to Ash — he’s a great example of what customer service should be! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Got the original melt burger with the spicy melt sauce, garlic parm fries, and a soda. The burger was really good, very juicy. And the diced jalapeno and pickle on it was so good. The garlic parm fries were amazing! I wish I could have just bottled it up to take home. And I tried their black cherry soda, and it didnt have a lot of carbonation. So it just tasted like a good Kool-Aid.

Part of the resturant was in construction but didnt bother us. Ordered from the kiosk and got food in a timely manner plus tasted great! Glad they opened late, really appreciate the extended hours.

I purchased the barbecued bacon. Melt burger was super tasty. Super flavorful also bought the garlic Parmesan fries. Also very flavorful. Their sodas are cane sugar, only very delicious, very flavorful.I definitely recommend

We got 3 burgers, garlic fries and a Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was delicious. The cheese on top was crispy, and the cheese inside was smooth and creamy. The bread crumbs were an excellent topping, and added a nice crunch. Great choice for young kids. The garlic fries were good. The garlic powder on top gives it a small kick of flavor. The special sauce on all the burgers was quite interesting. It was a little sweet and a little tangy. On the mushroom burger, the mushrooms were cooked perfectly and went really well with the burger. The jalapenos in the last burger weren't actually as spicy as I expected, so a good choice if you want some spicy flavor. Pickles come along with most dishes, which is nice. The pickles are crunchy and go well with the burgers. The cookie was amazing. Soft gooey chocolate and warm. The ice cream was just a little watery for me. The sodas are all high quality. No food coloring, artificial sweetener, etc.

We come to Stanford University from pretty far out every few months due to what’s often an overnight procedure my brother undergoes at the hospital there, and the Melt is usually the only place we can grab some nice dinner close by (which is better than the overpriced shoddy hospital cafeteria food) when it’s that late, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint! The food is always delicious and filling, which is exactly what we need at the time before having to get through the night and the long trip back home! Although it might seem overpriced at first, it really is worth every penny you pay for what’s offered! I absolutely recommend this place for delicious filling late night grub! It’s definitely deserving of the 5 🌟 for the great food offerings fit for vegetarians too, the quick service, and the inviting atmosphere! 😄👍

Friendly staff. I tried something different today, not bad. I am not sure where I had last time but it was amazing. I’m trying to make healthier decisions when I eat out so I had the gluten free bun, it was okay. My son enjoyed his double bacon belt burger. And the fries were good.

First time here, fairly busy. Lots of free parking. There were a few employees, but they aren't greeting anyone who walked in. Not sure if they take orders in person, but there are kiosks to order your food & they are easy to use for ordering. The food is good, made to order. We had to clean our own table, I didn't see any employees cleaning tables, they should work on that because it was busy. This place is open late night, I think 3AM some nights. You can eat inside or outside, there's heaters outside. And a bathroom for customers.

The Melt is a solid pick when you’re craving something indulgent but want a few healthier options sprinkled in. I ordered the Caesar salad—definitely not a standout, more like something you get when you’re trying to make a balanced choice. The chicken was cold, and the dressing was forgettable, but the crisp romaine, crunchy Parmesan-crusted croutons, and generous sprinkle of shredded Parm did the job. Now, the real win? My daughter’s burger. She demolished it and gave it two thumbs up. And the Parmesan fries? Absolutely addictive—crispy, cheesy, and totally worth the side upgrade. Bonus points for offering soda sweetened with erythritol instead of sugar—small touch, but appreciated. Overall, The Melt hits the spot when you want that fast-casual comfort food fix without going full grease bomb.

Lively burger joint with delicious burgers and sandwiches. As the name suggests, melted cheese greases the burgers. Try Chicken Shroom, Chicken bacon, Grilled spicy chicken and classic double burger. All good options. Each is offered with different kind of cheese to make the combinations perfect. Fries are a good side option. Overall a 4 star rated burger joint. Worth trying out.

Wasn't impressed with this location. The chicken in the sandwich was dry. The batter was overcooked no flavor. The chicken even fell out of the batter. Garlic fries were cold and there was so much oil in the carton. Swiss burger was flavorless and the ranch should have been plain mayonnaise. Not even sure if the dressing for the salad was ceasar dressing. The soda was good. Not one working heater outside?!? Quality control needs to be better. No working heat lamp to keep food warm. Have more workers to get food out fresh and hot. Its busy enough to cover employee cost.

We expected more from this place. The Swiss and mushroom burger was very large and impossible to eat in one bite, so we had to use a fork which took away from the experience. The chicken sandwich was also disappointing and did not taste great. Both dishes were lacking in flavor. The staff was quick, but overall we left feeling overly full in an unpleasant way.

You've got to give a little credit for a space open til 3am - and this was my second time here. Judging by the backroom they look in the middle of a facelift and it was around 2am when I came in. The wait wasn't too bad and the guy at the desk had a good energy about him. A bunch of college aged patrons assuming after some partying on a Saturday night (Sunday 2am) The bathroom (which I have always been adding to my reviews now) we're not deplorable all things considered. My burger, however, was impossible to finish. Might be my advanced age (37) but I can usually murder all my food no problem and this KBBQ I think (BBQ for sure) was just doused in sauce and oily and drippy. Perhaps if I requested light sause or on the side I wouldve been fine. For context - I'll murder a larger mcds double quarter pounder deluxe with bacon Large and have room to spare. But the sauce and oiliness or perhaps the bacon killed me but if you're trying to keep from a hangover it might be what you need, albeit at a pretty penny. Thanks for being open for the nightwalkers.

This restaurant is clean and organized. From a food perspective, perhaps I expected too much or I ordered the wrong thing. My teens love this place. I ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger and it was mediocre at best. The BBQ sauce is WAY too sweet and the bacon wasn’t cooked nearly enough. The fries were good. My daughter liked her Mac and Cheese. I really liked the pickles. I guess overall is was OK, but I’d go to In-N-Out over The Melt any day of the week.

I ordered a melt burger through uber eats and it arrived with no patty. Just bun and condiments. How does that even happen? I also ordered the BBQ burger and its a mess. Sloppily assembled, bone dry patty, low quality ingredients. I called and at least they were apologetic, hence 2 stars for service. $50 total.
